Blue light card users stay away. Refused to let me use my card even though attached to the app stated it’s been used once today already so it’s invalid. Never had that at any KFC in the UK. Asked for the manager snd she was useless talked over me and said it’s not valid as been used already to claim a free winning reward on the app nothing to do with the blue light connected to the app.

I was really surprised to see other reviews about this restaurant. We called yesterday on our way home from shopping. Couldn’t fault it, friendly staff, clean restaurant and the food was hot and tasty,

Oh my god we stop off at Canklow KFC for some tea before rehearsal and the place is besieged by pre pubescent kids and some a little older! Their not buying anything and not eating just running riot and not being spoken to by the staff? I suppose it’s more than their jobs worth , I’ll be defiantly sticking clear of this place again what a dump The food wasn’t good the service even worse , i truly feel sorry for the staff here no wonder apart from the wild kids there was no one in

Awful! They not only got the order wrong but when we got home and tried to take the bucket out of the bag it was soaking in grease and just fell apart landing on the floor. I'm not a fan of eating off the floor so it's all in the bin. 22 quid down the drain. WONT be using this kfc again.

So I promised my granddaughter KFC chicken because they had a deal on the TV, arrived at the restaurant and asked for the Tuesday deal reply sorry we are not doing it today I did alert the member of staff it was a Tuesday they said that there area manager told them not to provide the deal has there was a shortage of chicken, I pointed out the rack full of chicken but was told there is a shortage. Also I went to Wickersley and was told the same, I looked on previous reviews at KFC canclow and they had pulled this scam before, totally disappointed and shocked that KFC can get away with pulling a scam like this

Nothing else to say apart from its a absolute sxxxt hole. Staff are lazy and just leave the seating areas a mess with rubbish everywhere.

If you want to wait 25 mins for food in what is deemed a fast food location then do visit here. We decided to eat here on Sunday 27 at 1:10 pm it wasn’t over busy but a few people waiting for their orders. There was 1 person on 1 till and 1 person loading orders, really on a weekend in a shopping environment where footfall is generally higher. There were plenty of staff in the kitchen so the food was being cooked but no one to dispatch. One customer had been waiting 15 mins for a small box of popcorn chicken and when it was mentioned it was boxed up there and then so why the wait. Hardly any foot was being distributed plus i saw it had been set out for some time so probably cold. After 25 mins we gave up and asked for a refund we then went round the corner and received hot food immediately at Greggs and they have to cook pastry So if you have plenty of time on your hands and dont mind hanging around a counter for 25 mins then come to KFC parkgate YULE luv it😡

Chicken looked burnt. No straws. No toilet paper. Restaurant is dirty. No hand wipes. No cash payments. Screens only ordered takeaway.

I go to KFC regularly, but usually visit the one in Parkgate. Went to this branch this evening and they got the order, which was very basic, wrong, even after I asked them to repeat the order so I could be sure they had understood. The food was cold and hard. Unfortunately the server also retained my receipt so I could not go back and complain. Just really bad. Never again.

On the 15th of january ive just visited canclow road kfc for tea with my partner while there the young girl behind the counter quite clearly said you mother f****r out loud she laughed about it instead of appologising it was 6pm and there were 2 families with young children who quite clearly heard her she clearly needs to grow up and act more professional her words were discusting its not exceptable that type of language

Fries hard and cold, chicken tasteless wrapped in a coating like cardboard, corn on the cob indescribable five pieces ordered and not one piece of breast the worst KFC I've ever had this is not the first time went in when it first opened it was the same but gave it the benefit of the doubt.....don't touch with a very long pole rip kfc

we come here quite regularly and the food is amazing, however we are in the drive through been sat here 20 minutes and still have not been served. We were at the order point and there was not a single voice, we then pulled round to the pay window and they said they were changing tills... 20 minutes later! we’re still sat in the drive through with no food and and our order hasn’t even been taken yet. 3 other cars are in the same position as us. stupid!

Decided to eat in to make a change. Bacon and cheese fillet box meal. No bacon, no cheese. Took it back and watched as the staff on the counter took it into the back. Opened my sandwich without washing her hands and proceeded to put a slice of cheese and bacon on it with her bare hands. This is the person who not 30 seconds earlier had been handling cash at the till. I complained. Asked for the manager who arrived at the counter in a filthy shirt then proceeded to begrudgingly make me a replacement sandwich. No apology, no nothing. If this is what goes on where we can see what they are doing I dread to think what goes on where we can’t see.

As always shown on TV advertisement a big box. Bought one for my wife with pulled chicken. Paid £4.49 for 3/4 table spoon of rice (very cheap quality) and 1 table spoon of tasteless pulled chicken hardly one third of box and the remaining box was full of lettuce leaves. Very bad experience will never go again will never recommend anybody to buy the rice box. Waste of money. Best buy a Maxican rice pack (microwaveable) for only 79P + a SFC piece for £1.00 there you go. In my opinion KFC should revise the price for chicken box or better take off from menu. Worth only £1.00 if you cannot live without KFC rice.

He usado este KFC en particular en numerosas ocasiones y cada vez que he estado, es diferente. Puede ser o muy malas o muy bueno. Habiendo dicho eso siempre es mejor que el de Meadowhall. El lugar normalmente está muy limpio y el personal en general es muy agradable.

I visit at least one KFC during every month but this was my very first visit to the canklow one.On entering it was pretty much like most KFC outlets.I ordered two meals and was serviced quickly.We found that the chicken pieces were not cooked properly and were bright pink on the inside.I took them back and after just about all the staff looking at them and fingering them they were handed back to me.No sorry about that or we will exchange them for you.Absolutly terrible service.

KFC are definately still not in business because of there customer service...... My order was wrong..... The chips were cold and the gravy was like a mucky water. Very disappointed and will definately never be returning to this branch again.

Probé este restaurante 3 veces antes de abandonar. al principio tuvimos un cubo de familia, pero la mitad de las cosas que faltaban. La segunda vez que perdimos medio mis 10 años orden y la tercera, terminamos con patatas fritas y no del pollo parecía ratas piernas; obviamente lo deshidratados desde estar allí tanto tiempo.

I have just come away from this restaurant after waiting 20 minutes before i could place my order, then another 10 minutes before i got the stuff, when they tried to hand me the drink it was the wrong size, they then got me another drink and passed it to me the outside of the holder was covered in coke which i had to wipe off and very sticky. Feeling like having fast food,selecting KFC Canklow was a good choice,moist chicken,great price and fast efficient service,well worth a visit to experience one of the better KFC outlets.

We have persevered with this restaurant but finally given up. It didnt start well on xmas eve last year when i ordered £48 of food for a family gathering only to get home and find the order completely wrong - rang up and told pretty much 'tough luck - you should check it before you leave'

Fuimos en semana pasada, tuvimos que esperar unos 30 minutos para comida en viaje. que hayamos perdido artículos fuera de la orden, no les haga grande, etc. Llamé al gerente (Sarah), que era la única persona amable comprensión allí, se disculpó, nos dio un número de referencia y nos prometieron que cuando nos fuimos al lado en el orden sería gratis.

I have only visited this KFC once and there was only us in there! We were taking food out and they cooked each meal one after another to the point where the first one was cold, staff did not seem to be bothered about this.

Hemos estado aquí un par de veces y nunca hemos sido capaces de ordenar todo lo que queríamos. Sin salsa, no pollo de palomitas de maíz, no hay bandas de pollo, sin alas. Nos hemos preguntado si sustituía artículos en comidas de fuerte cuando estaban fuera de algo y no, no pueden hacer eso. No voy a molestar perder mi tiempo allí ya. Tengo algunas malas experiencias con este KFC cuando abrió. Sin embargo recientemente este lugar parece fantástico! El personal es amable y eficiente, y el servicio es muy rápido, mucho más rápido que los Mcdonald's en la calle, y nunca parece ser mejor.
