Nice meal today here. All staff are great. Sarah was our waitress and was lovely and very attentive.

The waitress we had was lovley today, she suggested alternative options for our order when we asked to change items and checked up on us to ensure everything was okay which made it very easy for our family.our food came quickly and overall I would reccomend this place.

Went for breakfast for mothers day and had an amazing experience- Sarah was incredible and could not do enough for us. Food came out extremely quick and no issues at all. 10/10 visit

Sarah provided brilliant and friendly service. Food was also brilliant and waiting time was less than 5 minutes.

Called in today (Friday) for lunch, all very nice (table 7), coke zero and buttermilk chicken with extra bacon and cheese slice and skin on chips, food well cooked and tasty, staff friendly and attentive and offered alternative options, nice surroundings and I didn't have to wait long for my food to arrive, I would visit again when I'm in the area...

The food arrived hot and in good time. The meal was very nice

Come out for dinner. Restaurant wasn't too busy, got seated straight away by a very friendly server named Sarah. She checked on us multiple times to ensure we was enjoying our experience. Food was good, service was better. Thanks Sarah and f&b for a wonderful meal

The food and drink were excellent and the service was also excellent. The waitress was called Neve and is fantastic, I have been served by Neve before and she is really good and can’t do enough for you. To summarise I would highly recommend Frankie & Benny’s at Parkgate Rotherham.

Came in on Friday night and had a lovely meal out couldn’t fault a thing all the staff ,Jake,Ian ,Niamh and ebony all made our experience better

We had a voucher for 40% off food which made it a reasonable price. Food was lovely, it was quiet but the service was great.

Had a large traditional breakfast, but was anything but large, 2 small sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 1 yes 1 small mushroom, a scrambled egg, a few beans, half of a small tomato, 1 slice of toast and 5 tater tots. The only thing that was large was the plate. If I had ordered the standard or small then fair enough, but definitely was not large and not worth the money.

We visited today for lunch and the food was amazing. We had the baked pretzels for starter and shared a bbq chicken pizza with extra ndjua (so nice!) All came out quickly, was hot and tasted amazing. Sarah was our waitress and she is lovely and bubbly and gave us time to look through the menu and order. Great visit!

We arrived and got a different waiter but she was so reluctant to serve us waited for over 10 minutes for the first drinks without ordering our food. Sarah came to the rescue seeing that we had been sat for a long time she really outdid herself with great service and smiling she is a gem

Food arrived very quickly. Service was good. Staff were friendly. Garlic bread was spot on. But the bolognese wasn’t that warm? It had turned cold by the time I got to the bottom of it. The opposite to another branch I ate at a couple of weeks ago. Otherwise? All good.

Came to Frankie and bennies for the 1st time in 7 years and I came with my girlfriend and the food was top notch, the Frankie’s favours worked a treat, for 2 burgers and 2 drinks with an extra patty and extra cheese it came to £22.95 which I think is an absolute bargain Defo recommend coming to Frankie and bennies again for sure

Sarah was absolutely amazing, lovely service. The food tasted also amazing although the menus changed, loved the breakfast wrap just a shame it wasn’t there anymore and also the large breakfast wasn’t much more bigger than the normal one especially for the price which was disappointing. Other than that it was lovely

My favourite place to go, the Rotherham Frankie's is always welcoming and chilled. I love that the decor hasn't changed and often the music is still old timey. It's nostalgic to me as I used to go to a Frankie's for everyone's birthday when my grandad was still with us! Its just consistently good food, good service and good atmosphere. Not everywhere has to be loud or plastic, please don't change! ❤️
