Beautiful breakfast, atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was lovely, staff are very accommodating and overall a pleasant experience.

My family and I went for breakfast here and it was delicious! Sarah was our server and she was so friendly and accommodating to our complicated order. She is very good at her job and deserves a raise!

We always come here its liken our local place to eat, the staff are amazing and so’s the food, cant recommend it enough. Really good with kids too!

Came to Frankie and bennies for the 1st time in 7 years and I came with my girlfriend and the food was top notch, the Frankie’s favours worked a treat, for 2 burgers and 2 drinks with an extra patty and extra cheese it came to £22.95 which I think is an absolute bargain Defo recommend coming to Frankie and bennies again for sure

Sarah was absolutely amazing, lovely service. The food tasted also amazing although the menus changed, loved the breakfast wrap just a shame it wasn’t there anymore and also the large breakfast wasn’t much more bigger than the normal one especially for the price which was disappointing. My favourite place to go, the Rotherham Frankie's is always welcoming and chilled. I love that the decor hasn't changed and often the music is still old timey. It's nostalgic to me as I used to go to a Frankie's for everyone's birthday when my grandad was still with us! Its just consistently good food, good service and good atmosphere. Not everywhere has to be loud or plastic, please don't change! ❤️

Rockchoir Rockies from Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherham meeting for a New Year catchup. They all had eggs,I had pancakes with Banana ,biscoff and syrup. We all loved our choices. Thankyou for looking after us, we loved it xx

Just eat said my order was ready to collect at 12:20 I arrived at 12:10 to find out that there has been a problem with the system and my order wasn’t started. I then waited a further 30mins for my food to be made. The staff at Frankie and bennys were really nice and friendly but the wait ruined my expierence. The food order was a large order it came out in two trips so by the time we got back to work half of the order was cold.

Arrived, got placed in a cold section of the restaurant, ordered drinks then ask to move. Moved,still cold so decided to sit where we wanted to sit. Asked a staff member to bring our drinks which had been on the bar a while to be answered " I've only one pair of hands". Ordered food to then received my Calzonie black on one side. I ate around but then called the manager, he offered a replacement but I refused as my family members had nearly eaten their "tiny portions". My meal was refunded however,nothing offered! I believe they were understaffed. I also didn't like hearing the chefs comments when the manager took my food back, basically making out there was nothing wrong. Very dissapointed customer

Restaurant were clearly behind, after an hour of waiting I called them to be told the driver had already collected the food and that I should contact Justeat. At this point the app still said preparing order, 40 minutes later my order turned up and driver confirmed he had only collected 10 minutes earlier so the restaurant had just lied.

Just had breakfast off the new menu not as good as the old 1 no beans no square potatoes. Not enough staff had to wait far too long . One customer had to get his own food from kitchen .All in all bad experience paid more got less this will be my last time

really disappointing. spaghetti bolognaise was bland and tasteless, hardly any bolognaise or sauce. Basically paid for an expensive pot of tasteless spaghetti!

We booked here for a family meal and although I was a bit apprehensive we had a lovely time. The service was really good and all our meals were delicious(even though a bit expensive!) it was the best calzone I've ever had so credit to all the staff tonight and thankyou.

Sarah was our server and she was very attentive. With my partner’s diary allergy she made sure somethings was okay for my partner to order. The restaurant was a bit cold but manageable and the food was very nice but as I ordered the French toast, I think some cinnamon sugar would be a good option. Overall very nice and we enjoy our breakfasts at F&B

Love it We come back again and again

The manager and the chef had words and the chef exploded threw something at the manager and then stormed off. Still continued shouting and slamming things around the whole time we was here. Very uncomfortable, very awkward and we would have walked if we hadn’t already had starters and drinks. I’m afraid we will probably not return to the place. The manager could have at least apologised to us seen as we was sat right in front the kitchen at the time it all happened. The chef was swearing, glaring at everyone and the whole time after it happened. Very unprofessional and aggressive behaviour.

Leah's customer service was exceptional. Very welcoming and polite and happy. Was very helpful when we were a little unhappy with a dish but got it sorted and made it no issue whatsoever.

Myself and my husband called into the parkgate Rotherham branch today for breakfast, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, we were shown straight to our table and our drinks orders were taken straight away, once we had our drinks our food orders were taken by Sarah who was extremely friendly and helpful she is a credit to the restaurant, we both ordered a full English breakfast, the food was very tasty and didn’t take long to be prepared and arrive at our table we would recommend to all,

The girl serving us was brilliant but the manager on shift needs to learn some people skills, and learn how to speak to people, if that’s who’s running your restaurants then you’re a company with no morals or standards. The woman blonde hair mid 30s spoke to the waitress like absolute garbage and I take my hat off to the young girl for not stooping to her level

had set menu skin potatoes were burnt ! and the spag bol had no taste .. the food cost £35 for 2 for lunch the place was empty no surprises ... at one point the music was turned up so load we couldnt hear each other !! there was no atomsphere

Lovely food and very friendly staff

We have visited this place many times for meals and have always had a great experience. However, this time, although the table service was good and the food was enjoyable, our experience was disrupted. While my husband and I were eating, a female staff member decided to take her break right behind us and began listening to a talk show on her phone. This made it difficult for us to enjoy the ambiance of the room where we were having lunch. The loud phone conversation was very distracting, and it was disappointing to have our mealtime atmosphere disrupted in this way. It would have been better if the staff member had chosen a different place to take her break, considering that customers pay to enjoy a pleasant dining experience. This particular establishment is known for its classic swing music and a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere, and it's a shame that our visit was marred by this inconsiderate behavior from a staff member.

We pre booked a table for 6pm was there at 5 56pm was waiting more than 10 minutes to be seated ended up having to ask someone who was running round like a headless chicken. They said find a seat and we will be with you soon. Nothing for 15 minutes. I had to go to the bar and order drinks which took another 10 minutes to arrive then she spills one of them all over the table! At this point I had enough and was wanting to leave 40 minutes later and we actually get a waiter with menus an hour later we get our food not before kicking off again about the waiting around. In this time 3 couples and a family of 5 got up and walked out disgusted about the lack of service something we nearly did and wished we had as the steak wasn't cooked medium to well done it was still bloody. Also you should concentrate on the customers on the floor ans not the takeaway side of things. Not be going back anytime soon.
