Great staff love the play area for the kids

Drive through or inside restaurant . Toilets inside. Children's high chairs. Staff very polite and helpful.

Ive not been to burger king in a few years due to how slow the service was. However, thought id take the kids here. Was served straight away, had our food within minutes and really enjoyed every part of it. A very good surprise.

Oh my lord, above ! OK, so let's start with 'the people who know me' know I love food. But lately I've crucified mcD because despite being the go-to burger place for many, let's face it, it's rubbish. Rubbish rubbery food that looks NOTHING like the pictures used to advertise them, they score absolutely 0/10 on service,it's just beyond pants ! Tense atmosphere while queueing as you see a hundred fkin Uber drivers barging in front of you, service is non-existent. Hate mcD However, my boy and I decided to tap up a Burger King today after a 10 hour fishing sesh, and holy crap was it good. And not just good. I mean GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD ! Now, if you're a regular McD kind of guy, read on. Let's start with the menu. Lush. So many varieties of Burger to choose from. We had the bacon BBQ Stacker king box. 2 flame grilled patties, topped with golden onion rings, crispy bacon, a touch of cheese sauce and finished with a drizzle of BBQ sauce. Stop right there. WOW. what a Burger. Absolutely delicious to the extreme. The BBQ and cheese sauce just add another flavour dimension to the beef burger, it was incredible. 9.9/10. Loses .1 of a point cos I could've swallowed 3 of em. Not the biggest burger on the menu but sooooo delicious. Next up we both chose the bacon ceasar loaded king fries. Absolutely amazing. A box of fries, loaded with runny cheese, crispy bacon sprinkles and a gorgeous ceasar dressing drizzled on top. 9.9/10. Loses .1 point cos with the 3 burgers I could've eaten I could've smashed 3 boxes of these. But, holy crap they're good. REALLY GOOD. And you also get a choice of 3 chilli cheese bites or 4 onion rings. I chose the rings, my boy got the bites. Onion rings on point, dry, not covered in oil or grease, delicious. But the star of the show, those chilli bites. Jesus they are absolutely packed with flavour. Gooey cheese running thru them, every bite is a taste sensation. They should come in a bucket with 60 of them in there. Probably one of the most delightful delicious awesome things I've ever eaten. They don't score out of 10, they're off the frikkin scale. Honestly if you're like a regular makkie man, treat yourself. And finally, the choc shake. Thick. Velvety, cold, delicious. This choc shake tastes like a hundred Cadburys buttons melted down and mixed with gorgeous ice-cream. The chocolate taste is like no other. What a job Burger King have done. The place we fish, we pass 2 mcD on the drive home. This Burger King is 10 mile in the opposite direction but I can absolutely guarantee that we'll NEVER eat that mcgarbage ever again and I'll go the 10 mile out of my way to grab a BK. Never mind the petrol. I'd crawl 10 miles just to lick the chilli bites poster in the window. Burger King.... on point. Nailed it. The benchmark to which all other burger places should be measured. And any mcfranchise folk reading this, do yourselves a favour, go try a real burger joint. M&G

Stay away from this place it is a complete ripoff. Go to McDonald's or somewhere else. I paid over £11 for a small burger and a few fries. Do yourselves a big favour and stay away from this place.

Paid for x2 drinks and only 1 arrived with food order.

I ordered 2 burgers with 20 onion rings, for 2 of us. Only ONE BURGER WAS DELIVERED. The failure was Burger King, Rotherham. Where is my money refund ???

The order time got changed 4 times and ended up coming an hour after the original time. When it did finally come all the food was cold.

Missing a whopper from Burger King

I have placed an order for £94.89 (does not include the delivery fee I paid) total: £100.37 This is an office order, the time it arrived was ok but then the driver was abusive after asking for directions due to it being a bit hard to find. Our Order was missing a total of 3 full meals and 2 sides. My colleagues transfer their money to me in order to pay and to receive the food altogether. This has left me out of pocket for a few days as I now have to refund my colleagues for their orders until I HOPEFULLY get a refund as Just Eat cannot confirm straight away and there is no one to call regarding any issues. I also couldn't put down that I am missing additional food from orders as that's not an option you have to report the full meal. So I have paid for items I have not recieved and will be out of pocket for the additional item on meals.

if i order a drink i dont expect that drink to be replaced with a completely different drink without being asked first so deliver was fast but if you cant get the order right whats the point

Worst service I have ever had, tried to order at the order board and it would not allow me to order and told me to go to the counter. Spoke to the girl at the counter who rather than take my order took me to a different machine, so again I re did the order and again it told me to go to the counter, but instead of taking my order, she went and consulted with another colleague. When she came back she said "let's try the other machine" I was flabbergasted and just said "forget it, I'm wanting breakfast not lunch" and then walked out. If you enjoy poor service and staff that are totally clueless, then this is the place for you.

It was so unclean I didn't bother eating. Went straight back out. I'm not talking about a bit of rubbish, it was everywhere. A few tables wouldn't have bothered us. The general vibe is we don't give a t*$$ Other local burger kings have been fine. This one's a dive.

Great food and service food was hot and freshly cooked and the staff was so helpful with helping on the kiosks,will definitely be going back again.

Won't be eating there again due to parking fine, I know that BK can do something about this cos it's potentially business damaging to them, I do know of other resturants that fought against it cos they were losing customers so BK should do the same and appreciate the ones that are spending in there, its pure harassment, all my family & friends don't go now so the word is spreading! We go where we feel appreciated.

I was in today and I ordered food and as i was ordering a member of staff was complaining about customers in front of them for their orders and constantly calling one member of staff an effing idiot which I find completely disrespectful to the customers and to everyone else. I left without ordering food because I thought I was going to be judged by her as that's all she seemed to be doing instead of her job. Something needs doing about that kind of behaviour. Felt sorry for the people working with her. Will never return.

Been here a couple of times recently. Fast service and caring staff, going out of their way to help me. Not a fan of kiosks, but friendly staff to help. Even when busy, the staff are always happy and smiling, and happy to help out with any issues or questions. 5/5 will come back

Wasn't happy with the product cos everything was cold even the chips and the burger my gradaughters is 2 years old even hers was cold she wouldn't eat it disgusting.. When you pay for food u expect it to be at least warm not cold.

Food was terrible. Milkshakes tasted funny. Even little one refused to drink hers. And she loves milkshake staff round food without hair nets on. One staff had a very long ponytail that was swishing about all over. Very off putting. Won't be going back anytime soon. Urggh

Terrible customer services waiting 20 minutes at drive through for our food and wouldn’t even tell us machines arnt working and when we are trying to speak to them they just ignored us unacceptable behaviour and poor communication skills from staff

we ordered 1 double whopper. 1 chicken royal on receipt but no royal . this was with 2 fries. 4 nuggets and 6 onion rings. there was NO CHICKEN ROYAL . spoilt our night. and supper was for 2 people not 1 . we treat ourselves and it was ruined. nit happy at all

After complaining that the delivery driver hadn't delivered my food. I contacted this Burger King Branch and the member of staff, a gentleman personally came and delivered a replacement order. Thank you so much ! Really needed a lovely act of kindness and was worth the drama in the end.

Food has got very expensive for what it is. Service could be better and staff could be a little more friendly to customers.

If you order and you don't receive all your items, don't expect them to be delivered, you have to wait 7 days for just eat to refund you, then you can re order your food that was missed off original order to then eat!!!! If you phone burger king they just say phone just eat ( London number) absolute joke, we won't be ordering from burger king again

Awful service, slow, took 15 minutes to serve 3 standard burger king meals, I'm a customer there not using an app to order for delivery so why so much effort in filling those orders instead of a customer who is actually there??? Wouldn't recommend, just plain and simple awful service and staff don't give a monkeys.

Enjoyed the food we ordered... The screens you order on seem well organised but are annoying as the try upsell the whole store when trying to pay, lol. I marked down service as the cooks seemed great, order servers were great, but you order yourself so actual service was missing and on a screen you do yourself. My son enjoyed the play area whilst there. Just make sure you log your car for parking!

Came in here yesterday and had a browse on the kiosk, couldn’t see the melt deal so went to the counter only to receive a ‘can you not use the kiosk?’ From Katie who seemed more interested in checking another staff members provisional license who she’d served a few minutes prior. Found what I was looking for eventually and it was decent, frozen Fanta was nice with the weather, just a good job I hadn’t gone to the counter with an allergen question.

Not like me to complain but my food was cold . Couldn’t even eat it . Can’t blame the driver. As was delivered writhing the time slot . very poor quality . I’ll think twice before ordering again

Oh dear, I pulled into this venue, due to the traffic kaos caused by the poor traffic planning that has made retail world a nightmare at peak times.whats that about, seriously, get your act together! I quickly became aware of why I normally go to McDonald's across the road and why Burger king is the poor relation and is not king! Wow, how expensive? 2.49 is their start price for fries! No free sauces, I think they were 30 pence a portion. I paid something like 1.49 for a basic burger, a meat pattie, so thin, I struggled to imagine how it passed through the broiler intact. The miniscule amount of sauce, did nothing to take away the dryness of the burger buns that seemed to be have the dryness and texture that indicated they would survive a nuclear holocaust and so head there if Putin starts a war. The dry buns will likely still be intact, but toasted and not touched by vermin. Honestly, the staff were also refusing counter service, directing that the touch screens were used. However, they are not user friendly. Perhaps they were saving their energy to clear over filled bins....urmm no! Best advice....head to Maccy D's across the way. Much better value for money. Sorry, but that's my opinion. I was really hungry, but have to say, found it difficult to eat...see pics. I didn't order plain BTW, that's the way they came!
