Burger King in Rotherham

my food came cold and chips was like rubber not happy

Food was cold especially the chips pop was put ontop only the food so it was all squished

I ordered this a 1.55 and its arrived at 3.28 cold and un eatable

Really not impressed as my delivery never arrived

Unfortunately I didn’t get vanilla shake!!

Came over an hour late was freezing cold when arrived. Disappointment is an understatement

Everything was just warm and drinks were just bottles of pop

drinks weren't delivered with the meals again. only one meal out of 3 had the drinks.

Ordered delivery from here. And they forgot half my order, the chicken burger was absolutely vile and I felt sick after eating it. Their chips are embarrassing. 0/5 litterally go anywhere else. A crappy overpriced pub burger would be better than this.

staff are very polite, the food is amazing and a play area which is a bonus! 100% recommended the bacon double xl Will be returning

Burger King Rotherham is always clean. The staff are always friendly and the food is always hot. I would choose to go here over any other fast food in parkgate.

Food is 10/10, the offers are fab, play area for the kids food is always hot and fresh and can refill drinks. Staff are friendly and polite.

Regarding delivery time it was not the delivery guy, I have found it that had took a lot of time for the order to be ready and then delivered. I get it I have choose delivery but it’s not the first time when I order and receive it quick, but last night was like 1 hour when normally or before used to take no more then 25 min…

There’s this Nigerian driver who can’t use maps to locate address for delivery. Couldn’t deliver the food. He will go and eat the food I guess.

Driver happy, friendly, polite.

Driver was ready at the res for ages and then when he left it was an hour before I got my food. All cold and not worth the wait

Burger was absolutely delicious, but, I asked for a hot coffee and had to take it back 3 times, couldn't make a hot drink to save their lives

My drinks are missing from my order, I informed my driver who said I just deliver it, so no proof my items are missing except for the fact I only got 1 bag with the food in no drinks

Not been to Burger King in a long time but I’m so glad I did! The food was so yummy and the staff were so friendly! Couldn’t ask for anything more than that! Such a great experience and will definitely be returning!

Dirty tables everywhere , full of teens swearing , not actually eating just upsetting everyone, way too big for play area but they just ran around like idiots my kids couldn't play, manager should be ashamed, wasn't even that busy but filthy

Thank you to staff here who helped me with a request for cooked to order onion rings , they were hot crispy and delicious, instead of some of the pre cooked soft Luke warm onion rings I’ve had at other burger kings . And on another note. I’ve always avoided toilets in most fast food places as they’re not normally very nice, but I had no choice today and these were sparkling clean 😊

burger was try and no peppercorn sauce on it ordered a milk sake as well that never came with the order and won't even get a reply or a refund for it ans it clearly stated on the order vanilla milk shake

Food was nice bit expensive, to small for such a big kids play area. Staff looked fed up worn out, didn't really smile much , computer failed when tried to use order point. Was no list showing clearly what you could order as we had to order from the desk. Very confusing. It's just reopened and it doesn't look any different still old fashioned and tired. Still better than macdonalds by taste.

Ordered at 6pm on a Sunday night, the times said 20-35mins which then turned into 90minutes! The food was just warm!

took over an hour to deliver and it was cold when it arrived. I did phone but was told order was on hold until a driver arrived so assumed it would be put together when they arrived. from the temperature of the food is say it was sat in the side for 45 minutes waiting for the driver.

Orders are always incorrect or missing items. Extra (paid for) patties are always missing from burgers even though the wrapper has it on the order. Food is also never hot, even in store.

It’s not often I eat at Burger King but will definitely be returning instead of going to McDonald’s! The food was hot and fresh, the service was exceptional from Shannon and Courtney especially I think their names were. The inside soft play was perfect for my little one, very clean and I felt comfortable and relaxed to have my meal. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for good, convenient food !

ordered at 9:40, receipt says got it at 10:00, didn't come till 12:20. Frozen Fanta was melted, monster was hotter than a cup of tea , chips was cold and soggy and burgers was stale and cold. can't understand how could be charged for this

£17 for a burger. chicken burger 2 x fries.seen more meat on a butcher pencil than i got in my burger. lads chicken tough as old boots. thought mcdonalds was bad this was worse.

absolutely discrace! the size of the XL bacon burger is smaller than a £1.39 burger from McDonald's, not worth it at all, after paying nearly £5 for delivery too!

The driver never arrived with the delivery. The lady at the restaurant 'Zoe' I think she is called was very kind and tried to help us to track our order through Just Eat. Thanks Zoe.
