Don't have less than 1 would have given less very rubbish store who has no clue of service times and not trained staff , very annoying

KFC is already finished for me. I ordered food and these scammers didn't deliver it to my house and have no intention of fix their mistake.

Went to this place second time after a year, similar poor service and rubbish foodwas last time, thought give it another try after a year . This time very poor quality service, ordered chicken all of it came burnt and dried to the bone was not able to eat, staff not professional, speaking to each other in their own language and when complained about food quality started being rude, never again going to this place, I personally think this place need shutting down. Food standard agency should be ashamed of themselves to let this place run.

There’s a acrid urine smell about the seating area. Messy all around and didn’t specify on the maps that it’s cash only. Waste of am journey, go elsewhere if you have card.

Very rude customer service. Absolutely no manners , literally void of conversation, just threw bag of food at us. Very poor.

Unless you want to die of old age waiting to be served the wrong order over and over again, you may aswell order online because that’s all they seem to care about. Honestly don’t see the point of them having a physical restaurant because they act as if your not even there if you come in to get something, and don’t even think about going to the till to order because that’s not how it works here apparently. You either order online and get it delivered too you or you use the touch screen kiosk to order because that’s about as much communication as your getting. Probably a good thing because the staff are just moody as anything and never listen to a thing you say anyway. Portions seem to be getting smaller and service worse and worse every time I go. Now outright refuse to go here and rather go to slim chickens in the Xscape instead, they have much better food.

Ordered on the app 30 min wait for food. Cold food, fries tasted as though they had been cooked a few hours previously, made me feel sick!

The manager is as bad as the place and staff can’t even be bothered to answer re views to explain rubbish service.so I have to go on about nothing to make up the words to send this in .

If i could give it a 0 i would, odered 4 pieces of Chicken and chips. Chicken drum stick was that hard i could not chew it, felt like it had been standing a day. The other pieces was slimmy made me feel ill. The coating didn't taste the same. This is now the second time ive had to writeca review about Stacey bushes KFC. So disappointed as KFC used to be my favourite take out.

A nice meal, quick service, tasty food but staff could be a bit more friendly. We ate in and some of the tables hadn't been cleaned but other than that, food was good and the krushem was delicious as always...just what we needed on a hot day!

Called in here again as I do when passing after 20 mins waiting in drive through I decided to drive away. There was six car in front of me that didn’t move This is the fourth time I’ve done this. This should be a fast food restaurant it’s a joke. It’s not a problem in the busy Northampton branch.

One star because the manager gave me a refund , I've only ever returned food once in my life , the chips were cold dry and tasted old even though I had just received them chicken was dry and hot wings had more coating than chicken . Only stopped here as I was hungry and definitely will not be returning

I thought I'd go for a "healthier" option, try the Zinger Rice Box (order #1020, 13:40hrs). Unfortunately the KFC feedback website claims that my Javascript seems to be disabled so I cannot leave a direct review with them, so here goes: ordering the box was pretty straightforward, although I noticed that it was tucked away in the corner of the menu on display. Perhaps the staff wanted to hide this little nugget? Anyway, the salad and the Zinger filet in the box were edible, the salad was crunchy and looked fresh, with not too much dressing. However, the main item that gives this delightful little dish its name (rice) was something else. Apparently with a Tex-mex flavour it had a distinct note of vomit to liven up the party. I was not the only one to be surprised by this, one of our fellow diners was overcome by the same impression. We left the rice. It's a shame that what could have been a healthy, tasty meal was spoilt like this.

Absolute joke, operated by people who have zero customer service skills and bark at you instead or talk. Why should anyone spend their hard earned money on a place that has this type of reputation. This is my last trip to any KFC branch period.

I was surprised to read the reviews , after I visited, as they certainly deserve 4 stars from me. The chips have changed ,much thicker, and the chicken is chunkier. Ours was crisp hot and really juicy. Well done for listening and reacting.

What you can expect here is rude staff, by the way check your take away order before you leave the restaurant as there is a big possibility that there is something missing.

I went in with my sister and niece, we found a nice booth and went to sit down and then realised that there were beans all over the floor, we then found another comfy seating area however we had to clean the table ourselves as they were dirty with rubbish! After about a 7 minute wait to get served I asked if I could swap something on my meal deal and was sharply told "NO", I asked why and was just told NO, I said "OK I will take it" but due to the rudeness of the staff I asked for their names, I was then shouted at to move aside so they could serve other customers, I said I was not finished and wanted their names! They continued to just shout their names at me (Asad and Mourad)... I have to say I will NEVER visit this KFC again, it is SHOCKING that they think it is okay to shout at customers and talk to them like rubbish! Clearly they have NO customer service skills!! If you want a KFC, DO NOT USE STACEY BUSHES!!

This place has been refurbished so is actually much nicer than it used to be. Was also quite clean last time I went there. Pleased with overall service for a change.

Vivo vuelta de la esquina pero en coche otro lado de Mc de visitar esta tienda. 3ª visita con largas filas, pero cuando me gusto de la comida es seco y cálido con duro no caliente y revestimiento de pollo. Si está lleno, me esperaba fresca comida caliente. Cuando no te cocinan todo? La mañana? ¡Qué asco. Además te cobran extra por drivethru para comidas incluso si pide la coca-cola de barril en vez de embotellado.

Pagamos, pero ella no nos molestamos en darme recibo, me lo tomé de la máquina yo. después de revisar el recibo, ella me cobraron precio completo en vez del precio de descuento. just come back from a visit to KFC at Stacey bushes, I have to say I`m very partial to a bit of fried chicken and since this place has just been subjected to a long overdue refit I thought I would give it a whirl, what a underwhelming disappointment! the toilets were out of order, fair enough I thought, I can wait, but then you have to get past the very unhelpful counter staff, I couldn't believe how terse they were, no crushems, no bar-b-cue sauce and no smiles! when I asked some replacement sauces for the lack of availability I was told these were chargeable items! the chips were served up cold and when I asked for them to be replaced I got a look like stink. it`ll be a long while before I would want to repeat that experience so all I have to say is good luck KFC Stacey bushes.
