It's your standard BK experience, staff are nice, food is alright. It is just a shame that fast food costs as much as resturant food nowadays. 😬

Mistakes in my order. Drive through, port way mk, we ordered. We Paid. But On collection (3x) I told the person my order, because he asked me. he tried to give me a sprite, I said no, hot chocolate only, please. Food, after he checked it, the cheese missing from double whopper,😢 fries missing,😥 even when I ask him to check it was correct, still was wrong.

Can’t rate atmosphere as we went through drive through but we was missing 1 portion of fries and mayonaise dips that are paid for, the food was literally cold. Drive through was very slow. Drinks were also missing ice and were on the warmer side. Such a shame

It was wrong address and the delivery guy called me to send the new address and the pin, he told me he will deliver it but he didn’t show up. Two double whopper

Usually excellent service and food, tonight was different, placed an order at the resaurant terminal at 7:25, picked up order at 7:50, unfortunately the order was wrong, my double whopper was wrong, because I waited 25 mins, I returned it explaining it was wrong, after a couple of mins another burger was given to me, this too was incorrect, I returned it again explaining that was also wrong, after a few mins I was given another burger only this one wasn't a double just a single patty, I returned it for the 3rd time, and given a 4th burger with apologies, this time it was correct however it wasn't a fresh burger it was the previous one with an added patty, by now it was 8:05 and I had lost the will to complain again I wasn't the only customer to wait excessive amount of time, another gentleman waited for over 5 mins just for someone to take his order, he then waited another 15 mins to get his order. Usually the experience is good, I think taking away the personal touch when ordering is a mistake

awful experience via drive thru - i was so underwhelmed by the way my order was taken for a chicken royale (specifically asked for WITHOUT cheese & bacon) - had to raise my voice to get her to hear me, she eventually confirmed the order with me to which i agreed, then got to the next window where i was charged what i thought was a lot for what i ordered. in any case being in a rush i paid this and got my order which ended up having the two things on it i said i didn’t want which were cheese and bacon 🙃 clearly they charged me extra for this too which explains the high price. i was in a rush and couldn’t stick around trying to get them to sort this out but i am disappointed in this service. i don’t recommend

Very friendly staff and the food is always prepared very quickly and very fresh. Never had anything but a good burger from this Burger King. Fresh burgers are the best burgers

Probably the best burger king I've ever been to. Lots of seating, all surrounded by king hats that you can wear if you wish. Brilliant for families. Food was really nice nicely presented which is rare with fast food. The burger wasn't just a mush mash of fallen over bits, it actually resembled the menu images. The staff were friendly. The only issue I had was getting out... The drive thru and exit are 9n the same bit of road, a big bend prevents larger cars like mine from passing the queue at the drive thru, so I had to wait for the person to order and move forward before I could pass...not a huge issue bit worth mentioning as this is a review 🤣

I visited the burger king at eldergate not so long ago and was very pleased with my food and the service. I was served by a lovely young genteman called Oba who went above and beyond to meet my needs as a vegan. He was attentive, genuine and friendly to make sure i had a pleasant experience whilst visiting the restaurant. He made sure that everything on my order was correct and took into consideration my dietary requirements which is really important to me. Once receiving my food i tucked in and found it so fresh and hot, it was perfect. I ordered a plant-based whopper meal which was extremely tasty (definitely recommend to those who are vegan!). I chose to sit in the restaurant to eat as it was quiet and spotless. At burger king eldergate, it was lovely to see how much the staff care for the restaurant and their customers by serving devine food and ensuring the restaurant is as clean as it can be. Very happy with my visit and definitely will be returning! :) Many thanks to Oba especially as he served me and all of the other staff members who make burger king at eldergate great!

I had the pleasure of dining at the Portway Burger King branch in Milton Keynes, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant! The staff was exceptionally cooperative, and the service was top-notch. Aima, in particular, stood out with her outstanding customer service. She was not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I can't praise her enough—definitely the best staff member I've encountered. Aima deserves a 10 out of 10 for her incredible service. Highly recommend this location!

Wouldn't normally review a big fast food chain but this is the best in MK out of the lot, always piping hot freshly cooked food, and quick service. Always clean. Reasonable with deals.

Good BK to visit. Drive thru feels slow to get through but it's worth it because they're spending time getting your order right. Good service and food is hot made as you wait which is welcome after trying a drive thru from their competitor! Eating in is ok, haven't done it much. Had a delivery from this branch too which arrived hot so props to this branch!

Ive just been through the drive thru at approx. 15:30. I was served by a lady with glasses - wish I'd asked her for her name as she had wonderful customer service. She was very friendly and polite!

The staff taking orders cannot speak or understand english which results in the order being wrong . Both at the till and drive through .

Came in with my daughter with a tumor and the staff was pointing and laughing at her and asked what she has shoved down her top when I said tumor they all looked shocked then went off giggling (added photo of her tumor )

I ate at elder gate burger King today and I must say I was very pleased with the service. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Angus beef was to die for haha. I love that when I mentioned my allergies the manager reiley made sure every surface and tool was wiped down. Overall very pleased with the service.

Came in with me and my friends. Food was fast and really good, good vibes and stand out staff who went above and beyond, especially our server, Reilly, who was incredibly helpful when one of my mates was being really fussy, good member of staff there.

What absolute awful service and standard set on my last visit on Friday 26th July last. First of all the restaurant was empty (given what was about to come I am not surprised) the a girl who looked like she could hardly speak English or was reluctant to do so used no please thank you or any courtesy whatsoever took my order with basic conversation and no thank you whatsoever. The rest of the staff just stood staring like I had turned up after hours and was looking for a banquet to be served. Next the young lad who placed my order on a tray just called out my number handed me the meal with again no please thank you enjoy your meal nothing. The food itself was very bland and while I was trying to eat it a girl was brushing round me and the table not uttering a word not even excuse me can I clean. I think management need to have a few lessons in courtesy manners and customer care as clearly all their customers are going to McDonalds across the road as indeed so will I next time.

Came to the drive-through for a quick dinner for my wife, my daughter and I. My wife liked her spicy beanburger meal, my daughter enjoyed her double bacon cheeseburger meal, and I thought the peppercorn Angus meal was good.

Very nice and fast service and fresh food at every visit

This Burger king is much quieter than the McDonald's over the road, and for good reason. Took longer than necessary to get served despite there being no queue. When I did get served I was given the wrong price for the meal. When challenged, was told " oh didn't you want a large" clearly an uplift tactic which will probably go unnoticed in most cases. I was then given a quite clearly smaller than usual portion of fries. The meals are substantially more expensive than others to begin with so makes it absolutely not worth eating here unless you have a McAllergy. Lesson learned, I won't return.

The ambience in this Burger King outlet is exceptional, you will always find clean tables and floors which feel pleasant to walk in. The staff are polite and pay attention to customers needs. You have a lot to choose on your plate, even for vegetarians.

Sold their larger car park and stuck a taco bell in it, now parking is a nightmare with a one way system that makes you go through the drive through which is too small for two cars to pass so you have to que with the drive through cars to exit. Also if you are disabled taco bell block one side of the access with large bins but you won't be parking there anyway because it is always full of delivery food pick up drivers.

I stayed 80 minutes from 22.00 to 23.20, got a charge for 100£ for overstaying. My bad that I didn't read the sign, but I couldn't believe my eyes that they would charge for that. You are a silly chain in the suburbs of an anonymous city, the least you can do is offer a proper parking. Never again.

Had to clean a table to sit down even though it wasn’t busy. Food wasn’t terrible but the rolls were dry and fell apart making it hard to consume without getting in a mess like a toddler. Staff were really poor at communicating all round. Even when the lad came to wipe tables it was literally to flick the crumbs on to the floor. Toilets were dirty and stunk of urine.

They gave me a fresh meal to eat they are very polite they make you happy in know time they make your children calm and happy these are one of the best restaurant the meals are good I was in delight when I had my first bite into it the cashier is nice and kind and the decorations are pretty like a diamond the tables are nice and clean and when I go there again I’m going to be excited

my partner and i just came to this burger king ordered a burger meal, 2 chicken legends on their own and onion rings. we have just gotten home and they forgot one of the chicken legends and put 2 fries in the bag instead of 1 fries 1 onion rings? chelsea served us at the window, tried to ring them obviously no answer so what are we meant to do about the money we have spent but not received the food for? spent nearly £30 and one of us hasn’t got a meal.

Massive queue when we came in. Took ages to order. No machines to order on. Have to make own drinks and the machine had no drinks left and don’t work properly. Still waiting for food now ages later. Worst ever experience of Burger King

I could have got nandos for what i just paid. Absolute rip off. Couldn't see a price at the drive through order and was told it was £8.39 when I had to pay. I only ordered a burger, not even a meal. Can get a macdonalds meal and change for that 50 meters away. Won't be returning, burger was bang average. I live a mile from a motorway services and the burger king in there is cheaper than this place. Clearly a franchise who don't care about anything but money. Again, £8.39 just for a burger.
