Very nice burgers, great milkshakes

Food came quickly and very accommodating for one of our Childrens specific requests.

We visited Smash Burger MK on a busy Friday evening. The food and service were as always very good. The staff was very attentive and our order arrived very quickly.

Fantastic service by Luke, fast and very welcoming. Nice to be in a place where people genuinely care.

Fantastic vegan food and drinks, and we love coming here. Special shout out to the friendly staff, really amazing service every time we’ve been! Highly recommended!

Went to smash burger today. Food was really nice and came out fast. Was very hot and fresh. Staff were very helpful and helped me when my discount was not working. Staff also checked in on us multiple times and got me a high chair on arrival. Would highly recommend.

Visited on a Friday afternoon and received excellent service. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend if you are in the Kingston shopping area.

Came for the first time and it will definitely not be the last. Luke was attentive, helpful and made the process amazing from start to finish. Burgers are pricey but delicious and so many options to pick from means even the pickiest eaters will find something! Will come back soon xx

Unfortunately this place used to be one of the best burger joints around. However the service food portions and quality itself has deteriorated terribly (whilst prices have gone up not worth £40+ for two people) not sure why the Menu is constantly changed so the very few items that made this burger place worth visiting seem to not exist anymore. Menu is now minimised and made more basic. Avoid and try other better options.

I had Luke serve me yesterday, and his customer service was 10/10. He was exceptionally polite and kind, and kept our food warm for us and our milkshake cold, while we went to the shops :). The best service I have received in a long time. I really appreciate it!

Had a great first time experience here yesterday. The food was amazing, and a special mention to Nate who was extremely Friendly and overall gave us quick Service and a positive vibe! Highly Recommend and give Nate a raise, such a lovely Server.

Pop in here in the middle of the afternoon on some weekdays. Whenever I come it is very quiet (understandably because of the awkward time), and the service is great. Luke is super kind and helpful and even offered the split the milkshake knowing the kids were going to give me grief if they didn’t have their own cups. The chips are also deliciously seasoned and crispy. It’s a shame we can’t try more of the menu (due to it not being halal) because it always smells so good in there! 😅 The decor and atmosphere is very cool and clean.

The Smash burgers were really nice! They tasted really fresh and arrived warm. The fries were delicious, and we would order again! Unfortunately the BBQ sauce tubs did spill all over the packaging so that was a waste of money and a bit of a mess!

Visited today for the first time. We were served by Ryan.. absolute star & helped us with the menu choices. We opted for the Oklahoma burgers & they didn’t disappoint.. tasty, juicy, full of flavour & exactly how it had been described! To accompany this we had loaded fries with blue cheese (would prefer the cheese to be melted) .. again delicious & finished off with a vanilla Shake & lotus biscoff shake ..so good!!! Atmosphere in seating areas fabulous. We always like to pay by cash and this was not an option as card payments only. Overall experience & food 10/10 Thank you — we will be back

Visited Smashburger MK today for the first time after seeing food reviews on Tik Tok. Ryan was our server who went out of his way to make us feel welcome & help us make our choices with his excellent descriptions of the menu items. The food was served & was how it was described, we opted for Oklahoma burgers hot honey & wow!! Smashed, juicy, flavoursome… we also had loaded fries with blue cheese, maybe would have liked the cheese melted but still yummy! We had two shakes vanilla & also lotus biscoff… made by Ryan & served with a smile! Both shakes were delicious & fabulous accompaniment to the meal. Atmosphere was great too, music, airy & nice to sit in. We rate 10/10 Thank you & we will be back!!

Tasty burgers and nice selection of fries / tater tots on the side. Oklahoma burger was very good. Could do with having more interesting sauces to choose from for dipping. The churros were sadly flavourless.

Sunday treat ! Fantastic food , the service was friendly, staff couldn’t do enough for us , Luke was very knowledgeable about the food. It was a pleasure coming here , I’ll certainly be back.

We gave up going here in spring 2017 because Five Guys was offering better value. We thought it was time to give it another try. Disappointed to find it is now even more expensive, although improvements to the menu are welcome. Tasty burger, but not worth the higher price, plus £3.50 for a fizzy drink is not worth it unless you get a gallon in refills. Tried again in 2025. Still comparatively expensive. The service was outstandingly friendly and efficient though.

This is a lot better than the other replicated shops in MK doing Smash burger's...

about 10 minutes late, which wasn't an issue, but both burgers were cold and I had to put then in the microwave...

Good great, my only issue is the price. If was a bit cheaper, they would probably get more in. Milkshakes awesome and quite large, but seven quid is steep especially if kids don't finish it.

Never been to Smash Burger before but server helped me with ordering and made sure i had the receipt needed for VAT. Food came well prepared and tasted great.

Smashburger is an amazing establishment when youre craving fast food. The food is always amazing, hot and fresh. Additionally, I was particularly satsified with one employee, Jake. He made sure all my inquiries were fulfilled in a nice and respectful manner. Thank you Jake and Smashburger!

Visited 3 times now so far while working in the area. The manager is very friendly and helps with recommending different things from the menu. Burgers are my favourite food and you definitely tell the meat is quality, everything tastes fresh. We will be returning again.

Went to Milton Keynes What brilliant service ! Best burger I have had in ages. A great gentleman called Luke was super helpful and made me feel like a worthwhile customer. I think he was the manager and had everyone very organised but in a really kind friendly way and demonstrated he knew his stuff. The place was clean and a nice place to be thanks

First time at smash burger, we went to Milton Keynes, the food was absolutely delicious, beautifully seasoned and well put together, the portion size was also excellent. Our server Luke was so helpful and polite and the restaurant was nice and clean

When in here today for some lunch. I ordered the bbq bacon chicken burger crispy chicken When I was eating my chicken burger when halfway in to the burger the chicken was rubbery. When spoke to someone then told me the chicken was fresh today but. The person told me why didn’t I say anything when I had one or two bites into the burger, but I only found out when I was eating halfway through the burger. They did offer me to have a different chicken burger but I just got a refund because I didn’t want to have another disappointed meal.

Update 2024 December: last few orders quite disappointing as burgers are getting smaller each time and looking almost in line with McDonalds now... Taste is still good, but even that dropped down. Used to barely finish double burger there now I was left still craving for some more food... To be honest I get a better deal and almost same quality for they less from Burger King... Newest picture tells everything you need to know... Also that wrapping in plane white paper just feels very very cheap and it adds up to the whole disappointment over burger, presentation and taste... Review from 2022: Wow, absolutely greatest burgers in my memory of 34 years... I'm well impressed by quality and taste 🤯

The food is NOT as good as it looks, Oklahoma burger was quite greasy and expensive for what they offer! And the bacon cheese fries are a joke, very expensive for some fries! Not worth it at all!

Superb cheeseburger! The buffalo blue cheese tots were great too. Bit on the pricey side, especially after just being in the states and seeing the prices there.

Food was generally okay, the burgers were just a tad dry and I would say somewhat overpriced for what you get. However I did like that they had a few veggie and vegan burger options. We sat indoors (upstairs) which for some reason the stiflingly hot, I’m not sure if they turned up the heating and forgot about it! Staff were pleasant but the man that served us seemed a little inexperienced and unsure of things.

Way too much sauce which just made it a sloppy mess.

Staff umm Nice guy! Needs to use deodorant ! Food not as good as I hoped. Burger was ok, picture show big eat, actual was a squashed double - Taste was OK but hot honey didn’t register. Not the best or biggest value for the money!!

Ordered a meal and paid for two sauces…they didn’t include any of them in the order. I haven’t eaten here for about a year and the burgers are much worse than they used to be. Rosemary fries still nice.
