Smashburger in Milton Keynes

I had a really lovely experience, the service was great and I was given really good advice on what I could pick and this colleague went above and beyond. Big shout out to Sharia (unsure how to spell her name) she made my weekend !!

Update: last few orders quite disappointing as burgers are way smaller and looking almost in line with McDonalds now... Taste is still good, but even that dropped down. Newest picture tells everything you need to know... Wow, absolutely greatest burgers in my memory of 34 years... I'm well impressed by quality and taste 🤯

First time but really impressed with.attentive service and the food didn't take long. Never had a burger like this before but we both really enjoyed it.

It was the best burger you will ever have ( I got the double cheeseburger) but the wait was long.

The food is NOT as good as it looks, Oklahoma burger was quite greasy and expensive for what they offer! And the bacon cheese fries are a joke, very expensive for some fries! Not worth it at all!

Not really a place that i'd choose to go to.

Great burgers, fresh and warm, really tasty! The chips are well seasoned. Nothing feels greasy, also had the mac and cheese bites which were really nice.

Food was decent but arrived cold

Superb cheeseburger! The buffalo blue cheese tots were great too. Bit on the pricey side, especially after just being in the states and seeing the prices there.

Food was generally okay, the burgers were just a tad dry and I would say somewhat overpriced for what you get. However I did like that they had a few veggie and vegan burger options. We sat indoors (upstairs) which for some reason the stiflingly hot, I’m not sure if they turned up the heating and forgot about it! Staff were pleasant but the man that served us seemed a little inexperienced and unsure of things.

Way too much sauce which just made it a sloppy mess.

Staff umm Nice guy! Needs to use deodorant ! Food not as good as I hoped. Burger was ok, picture show big eat, actual was a squashed double - Taste was OK but hot honey didn’t register. Not the best or biggest value for the money!!

Ordered a meal and paid for two sauces…they didn’t include any of them in the order. I haven’t eaten here for about a year and the burgers are much worse than they used to be. Rosemary fries still nice.

Came into today with family. The food was good and most the staff were brilliant. The girl serving the food was really nice and caring. Great service from her. It was really upsetting to see how the “team leader” was speaking down to her. We could tell that it was a busy period, however this does not give someone the right to speak down to someone else. From the reaction of the staff, this behaviour from the team leader is normal. Everyone should be treated with respect. Do better!! Well done to the lady who remained professional, despite the actions of her colleague. Between 8-9pm 13.09.2024

To my surprise I enjoyed my stop here. Much better than a Burger King or McDonald's. At least here you feel like you've eaten something. Very good taste. Not that you'll be hungry again after an hour. The burgers are really filling! Fries also tasty. Very nice and crispy. Definitely come back! Service was from Amrithd, friendly and helpful.

Literally the best tater tots in the whole of the UK. The salad is amazing and the bacon is AMERICAN! So so yummy and as a fellow American missing my everyday bacon, they get it right every single time.

He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. Luke's attitude was spot-on, and his genuine enthusiasm made our meal even more enjoyable. First time diner at Smash Burger WOW !!! Served by Luke incredible individual really made the experience 5 star . Food quality excellent clean establishment overall 5 star and Luke was 5 star . Sign outside very difficult to see from main carpark shame as it's not easy to know this super. Food establishment is here in Kingston Shopping Centre Milton Keynes 👍👍

4.5 stars! Very expensive for what it is, but the burgers are very tasty. The deffinatly need to look at the prices

Luke, thanks for making our visit so good. This was by far the best service i have ever had, i do not say this lightly. From the moment i stepped at the till, to the moment we left, luke was helpful. It started with some primo recommendation's, those cheese burger loaded fries were absolutely game changing. Helping with napkins, sauces and even sparking conversation about where im from and where my closest smash burger is. Management, Luke needs some kind of reward, i hope this level of service is noticed and encouraged, because of luke, i intend to come back everytime im in MK.

Nice burgers, really nice milkshakes & unusual aray of fries & friendly staff. Well worth a visit if your in the area.

Great burgers, they also do gluten free buns and are very good with allergies. This has become a treat (a little too often to be honest). Luke's a nice guy, gives great service

First time we have visited, so never experience the menu or what a smash burger was. Walked in and was served by Luke at the Kingston, Milton Keynes restaurant. He explained everything to us and I have to say what a great, enthusiastic person he was. A real credit to the business and so nice to see that great service, with a smile, can still be found! To top it all the Jalapeño Smashed burger was amazing, along with a delicious Strawberry milkshake. Will definitely return.

We went here today around 6pm, first problem was I tried to buy a bottle of coke and the guy tried to charge me 5.90 for a bottle so I asked him if this was correct and he said yes, so I hesitated, after 30 seconds he told me that it was charged for 2 drinks instead of one and he didn't even give me an apology for trying to over charge me. When we got the food the burger was salty and in the picture it looked like it had vegetables and a lot of other ingredients but all I got was patty and cheese inside. The last bite of the burger also had so much salt in it for some reason to the point where I had to spit it out. The fact that I paid 20 pounds for a burger like this was disappointing. When I came here for the first time the staffs were friendly and the burger was nice hence I decided to revisit but this time it made a awful impression to me. I think that these problems should be resolved soon or people won't be coming back anymore, especially that employee with horrible friendly attitude of serving. I hope I can revisit the shop in the future with improved service and quality and change this review.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were met by Luke - he served us immediately, got our meals exactly right and provided excellent customer service throughout the course of our meal. It was incredibly clear that Luke has a great deal of legitimate passion for what he does, and a genuine interest in providing the best service for his customers. What a lovely chap! On top of this, our meals were truly delightful. They were hot, tasty and filling. What more can you ask for!

First time I’ve had smash burger in a few months when we had it last was was fine but we had it delivered last night and this morning I’ve got aching in my shoulder, pain in my chest, pain in my stomach and I know this is to much information but this is my second time on the toilet dunno is it maybe food poisoning? Even my sister is staying away as she was ill last time she had it

Lovely and quite in smash today, tues 5pm. Very friendly staff, helpful and cheerful. Made the food very well, taste and presentation excellent 👌 not been in for a while so they had a few new items on the menu. I enjoyed loaded bacon cheeseburger fries while everyone else had burgers. Triple burger was a good size. Chicken looked amazing. Thanks.

This is the worst experience I have ever had on just eat! I ordered a chicken burger and received a beef burger and was told no compensation would be given as it’s the restaurants style to deliver. I think it is to be expected I am not happy to receive a completely different type of meat in my actual burger. Worst customer service I have experience

Smash burgers never fails. Even delivery - the chips stay crispy thanks to the box they are delivered in. They’re so flavoursome, the burgers are gorgeous. Shakes? Delicious. Honestly 10/10 as always.

Slow service, waited 40 minutes for our food, which was only delivered after we asked. Fries were cold. Brown lettuce in burger. Chicken burger tasted good. Drinks also poor, Sprite tasted of sparkling water, no Sprite flavour. Not good value for money. Tried to speak to staff but was told they were too busy. Two slow queues, one for customers and one for delivery drivers.

Visited MK branch today after talking my 5 year old Son to Climb Quest. It was his suggestion to go to Smash burger, has never eaten anything potato related and LOVED the fries! Paul served us, what a credit to company, customer service exceptional! First visit but will definitely be back with the rest of the family!
