I recently dined at Smashburger and had an outstanding experience. The food was delicious, with perfectly cooked burgers that were juicy and flavorful. The variety of burgers and sides made it easy to adjust my meal precisely to my liking. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Luke. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. Luke's attitude was spot-on, and his genuine enthusiasm made our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Smashburger for both its fantastic food and top-notch service.

Sign outside very difficult to see from main carpark shame as it's not easy to know this super. Food establishment is here in Kingston Shopping Centre Milton Keynes 👍👍

Luke, thanks for making our visit so good. This was by far the best service i have ever had, i do not say this lightly. From the moment i stepped at the till, to the moment we left, luke was helpful. It started with some primo recommendation's, those cheese burger loaded fries were absolutely game changing. Helping with napkins, sauces and even sparking conversation about where im from and where my closest smash burger is. Management, Luke needs some kind of reward, i hope this level of service is noticed and encouraged, because of luke, i intend to come back everytime im in MK.

Great burgers, they also do gluten free buns and are very good with allergies. This has become a treat (a little too often to be honest). Luke's a nice guy, gives great service

First time we have visited, so never experience the menu or what a smash burger was. Walked in and was served by Luke at the Kingston, Milton Keynes restaurant. He explained everything to us and I have to say what a great, enthusiastic person he was. A real credit to the business and so nice to see that great service, with a smile, can still be found! To top it all the Jalapeño Smashed burger was amazing, along with a delicious Strawberry milkshake. Will definitely return.

We went here today around 6pm, first problem was I tried to buy a bottle of coke and the guy tried to charge me 5.90 for a bottle so I asked him if this was correct and he said yes, so I hesitated, after 30 seconds he told me that it was charged for 2 drinks instead of one and he didn't even give me an apology for trying to over charge me. When we got the food the burger was salty and in the picture it looked like it had vegetables and a lot of other ingredients but all I got was patty and cheese inside. The last bite of the burger also had so much salt in it for some reason to the point where I had to spit it out. The fact that I paid 20 pounds for a burger like this was disappointing. When I came here for the first time the staffs were friendly and the burger was nice hence I decided to revisit but this time it made a awful impression to me. I think that these problems should be resolved soon or people won't be coming back anymore, especially that employee with horrible friendly attitude of serving. I hope I can revisit the shop in the future with improved service and quality and change this review.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were met by Luke - he served us immediately, got our meals exactly right and provided excellent customer service throughout the course of our meal. It was incredibly clear that Luke has a great deal of legitimate passion for what he does, and a genuine interest in providing the best service for his customers. What a lovely chap! On top of this, our meals were truly delightful. They were hot, tasty and filling. What more can you ask for!

First time I’ve had smash burger in a few months when we had it last was was fine but we had it delivered last night and this morning I’ve got aching in my shoulder, pain in my chest, pain in my stomach and I know this is to much information but this is my second time on the toilet dunno is it maybe food poisoning? Even my sister is staying away as she was ill last time she had it

This is the worst experience I have ever had on just eat! I ordered a chicken burger and received a beef burger and was told no compensation would be given as it’s the restaurants style to deliver. I think it is to be expected I am not happy to receive a completely different type of meat in my actual burger. Worst customer service I have experience

Lovely and quite in smash today, tues 5pm. Very friendly staff, helpful and cheerful. Made the food very well, taste and presentation excellent 👌 not been in for a while so they had a few new items on the menu. I enjoyed loaded bacon cheeseburger fries while everyone else had burgers. Triple burger was a good size. Chicken looked amazing. Thanks.

Save yourself the money! Really expensive and nothing special! Burgers over cooked and onion rings are just greasy!! And the chips are rubbish no flavour!! £27 for one meal with onion rings!!

Visited MK branch today after talking my 5 year old Son to Climb Quest. It was his suggestion to go to Smash burger, has never eaten anything potato related and LOVED the fries! Paul served us, what a credit to company, customer service exceptional! First visit but will definitely be back with the rest of the family!

Slow service, waited 40 minutes for our food, which was only delivered after we asked. Fries were cold. Brown lettuce in burger. Chicken burger tasted good. Drinks also poor, Sprite tasted of sparkling water, no Sprite flavour. Not good value for money. Tried to speak to staff but was told they were too busy. Two slow queues, one for customers and one for delivery drivers.

Meat was very fatty with chunks of gristle and to be honest it looked like the dog had been at it before it was delivered. Absolute rubbish today. Gone down hill dramatically!!

The best burger I've ever had ! Incredible fresh food. The chips were crunchy but fluffy on the inside. And the burgers were perfectly cooked with the perfect amount of sauce ! Highly recommend!

Brilliant beefy burgers but perhaps too much beef for children (they were eating adult size!!) Very fast service to your table. Very tasty chips and pleasant atmosphere but perhaps a bit small upstairs. A little pricy but a good burger joint.

Great experience. I’m gluten free and when I ordered a gf burger I was told by Albert that something in one of the burgers I ordered contained gluten. That was great customer service and made me trust the food I was getting. Good job young lad and smash burgers 👊

My son and I popped in this food establishment as not been here for a long time.The menu isnt that easy to navigate and we ordered loaded fries which suggested a burger came with his and bacon with mine.Theres no option for a hot drink so had to have coke.When our "meals arrived we were hugely disappointed as apart from being luke warm obviously not freshly cooked the bacon "bits"were cold and too much sauce smothered on..the "Burger"was just a few lumps of meat and too much mustard sauce too.For the standard of the food which was just a pile of lukewarm soggy chips each, the cost of nearly £20.00...was vastly overpriced.We will NOT be returning..disgusting.

We came several times already and we love the food, the fries 🍟 , the chicken strip 🐔 , and the blue cheese 🧀 burger are good 👍🏻 Also, we had the same staff (male teenage?) serving every time, he took in charge of the cashier, delivering food, and cleaning tables. The most impressive points for me are that he is really polite and welcoming, come and check if the food is good every single time, and he did good cleaning for the tables, that brings me come again and again.

Food was cold, i ordered with no lettuce, my burger came with lettuce, asked for extra bacon, didn’t get it.

Been here before and it was alright food with table service. Went in again recently and I asked if we were to order at the counter or if they do table service and the staff sarcastically said “yes you need to order the food to get the food”. In the end we decided to go elsewhere after sitting down as that paired with the grim setting and stained menus tipped the scale. Probably won’t go back again.

Food is amazing! We sat at the table by the door, which was left opened by all the delivery guys who didn't bother to close it once they come in, keeping us in the cold! At least the staff apologies about it, as some of the guys were even annoyed of me complaining!!

The veggie burgers were juicy, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The variety of options made it hard to choose just one. Kudos to the team! 2. Drinks: Now, let's talk about the drinks. The drinks machine was a highlight! It had an impressive selection, from classic sodas to unique flavors. I felt like a kid in a candy store—refreshing and fun. 3. Service: The service was a bit of a mixed bag. Our front-of-house person was genuinely trying their best. They were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. However, there were hiccups. Some things were out of their control, like the lack of details on the printed menus regarding vegan and vegetarian options. That's where the experience fell short. What I mean by that is that on the printed menus, there were no details of any veggie food available, and we had to rely on the menu board, or the app, to see what we could eat. This made the service more effort on our side than we would have liked. 4. Price: For a satisfying meal of a burger, fries, and a drink, expect to pay around £15 per person. While it’s not the cheapest option, the quality of the food justifies the cost. In summary, SmashBurger offers fantastic food and a great drinks selection. If they can address the menu issue, they'd be a solid 5 stars! 🍔🥤

Apparently they won an award in 2021 for the food they produced. Its a shame that in 2024 they cant keep up the same standards. Food was Shocking for the amount you pay.

Still the best burgers you can get and the rosemary and garlic fries are incredibly good too! The staff were nice but didn't seem to know what was happening, one saying the freestyle machine wasn't working while another told the next customer that it was dispensing but not fruit flavours, but no one had been near it since we'd been told it was completely out of action. The place was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxed and nice. Our food arrived quickly and was incredible as always. It was my husbands first smash burger and they didn't disappoint 😋

Been in a few times for lunch when working in the area, food is good quality and well cooked. Burgers really are top notch and obviously cooked fresh but I did feel the fries and shakes are overpriced. If you go for the meal deal its not too bad but the loaded fries I had were a small portion for £7. Will go back but only bother with the £15 meal deal. Very clean and well maintained venue which was impressive these days.

Stopped in for a quick bite with my family and the food as well as the service was awesome. Albert helped us and went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely be back. 😊

They left out two orders of fries, at £5.75 a pop - that is not okay.
