Treat Street in Milton Keynes

Absolutely excellent! I would recommend Treat Street to anybody. The food is spectacular and arrives quickly. They are simply the best milkshakes in the world. The staff are always friendly and helpful - I often go in with my friend and they remember our order because we go so often. The restaurant is hygienic and clean, it is very well decorated. The food and milkshakes are always to a high quality and enjoyed! Would recommend.

Fast delivery food still hot absolutely beautiful will definitely be back!

Ordered food, was told 25 minutes, after an hour called them and was told to wait called back again 10 minutes later and the woman who answered the phone forgot to mute it while speaking to her manager. She called my partner names over the phone thinking we couldn't hear her. Food finally arrived after over an hour, ice cream was melted and food was mediocre. Awful customer service, embarrassing to be honest.

Ordered food, it was over 45 minutes past the delivery time, woman over the phone forgot to mute the call and was calling my partner names to her manager and lying about how late the food was. When it finally arrived the order was wrong. embarrassingly poor customer service.

Called restaurant as my order was almost an hour late and was told 25 minutes before that it was ‘on the way’ when we live 10 mins away. Girl who answered (who was previously fine) said she’d get a manager then didn’t mute herself when she briefly explained the situation to a manager and then said ‘she’s horrible’. Want to be very clear that I was not horrible, I work in retail and my partner in hospitality. I asked where my food was, quite politely really despite is being the second time of asking. Really hope your calls are recorded for when you investigate her behaviour.

Ordered 2 desserts through Uber eats , 50 mins later had to chase them , told they had been delivered - they hadn’t , man went away & said it had been delivered to 14 not 54 , apologised & said would take another 30 mins , would have been 10.30pm so too late & asked to cancel , was told to go on the app & request refund which was incorrect because they hadn’t cancelled it their end I had to wait for the following day to do it! He wasn’t prepared to offer anything as a sorry - won’t order from them again beware

Croffle is amazing, especially with hot custard, however I waited 45 min to get it and it arrived only because I remained about it. Same thing happened to table next to me. 3 stars for poor service although stuff was very friendly, just not focused enough.

Despite being late, the chicken and waffles were still lovely and warm, the maple syrup had spilled in the box which was disappointing but it was yummy regardless. The milkshake & smoothies were also great 🫶🏼

i think treat street had run out of ingredients. not worth £9.10 !

Nice, however they don’t do normal chocolate ice cream, plus their mint is vegan mint that doesn’t taste the same. They make you use the app which isn’t very good.

Great sugar rush, giod size portions, takes a while to order on there new, online option, but worth the wait.

This place has massively gone downhill, the cookie dough we ordered was raw and I know it’s supposed to be soft but it was inedible, won’t be returning. Also cleaning tables and machines with what looked like a toilet brush doesn’t seem very sanitary.

1 waffle wasn’t cooked properly and the other was over cooked and practically hollow

Great place, really sweet. I love the food they offer, it’s a little bit too sweet but still good. The stuff is a hit or miss, I guess the staff rotates a lot and they probably have a high turnover rate, so base on your luck you’ll go there a be served by someone experienced or a new hire that’s too slow. If they can get a good grip of the service speed it’ll one of the best places for a treat.

Fantastic place for dessert, with a "build it yourself" menu that provides dozens of combinations. Vegan options available. Great atmosphere and service for a fun treat.

I always have the 3 massive pancakes even though I’m 8 years old I eat it all and share half of one with my mum there very sugary very very very good

Late afternoon we just wanted a coffee and a small bite to eat. First time trying a waffle dessert and opted for the “Strawberry Field” option. Interesting concept and surprisingly quite good. Although my Americano was plain it did strangely compliment the dessert. Coffee isn’t the main sale here and there are obviously better places to go for it. Treat Street do offer a range of milkshakes so if I’m up this way again I will have to try one.

Lovely vegan treats. I had the pancakes with cherry filling and biscuits. Had to share with my partner as quite a sweet healthy portion.

Asked for frozen yogurt and got some mixed berry thing, while being assured it was frozen yoghurt was most certainly just a sorbet. I had no idea what flavour it was and tasted like nothing other than sweet in particular. Disappointing. At a table of 6 my daughter's (2yo) ice-cream took i kid you not 15 mins and was last to be delivered after pancakes and waffles. Bizarre, watching the guy behind the counter totally fail scooping ice cream.

My family and I visited one weekday evening. The menu options were extensive, something sweet for everyone to enjoy. Overall, the menu was great value for money. The portion sizes were so big that none of us managed to finish any of our desserts! The quality of ingredients was great, there were big Kinder Bueno pieces in my sundae. The gelato, waffles, and milkshakes were all delicious too. Service was fast and the staff were all very happy and friendly, they all seemed to get along really well. The venue was clean and the decor was interesting. There were photos of what I believe were the staff when they were babies, which was a lovely touch.

Visited for dessert after having brunch elsewhere. Staff great very friendly. Good choice of base and then fillings. Need to go on an empty stomach. We couldnt do justice to the dessert. They were gorgeous and a good portion. Will definitely visit again

Probably one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. Usually visit creams or kaspas but this place is much better. The staff were friendly and the price was decent. You also get a free milkshake if you're a student and follow their socials!

We had a delivery of waffles. The banoffee one and the apple pie. Both delicious with a side of gelato. The order came early and it was super nice.

The wait was 30 mins and it might not seem that long but when we ordered there was nobody there! Food was scrumptious tho 👍

Ordered a Sunday. Paid £15 including delivery. Ordered at 8pm and it arrived at 22:10. Sunday arrived half empty with no chocolate sauce or hardly any filling. Won’t be ordering again!

What a TREAT, Treat Street was! We loved everything about this place! The food is delicious and filling. Reasonably priced and the ambience; divine!!! Excellent customer service. We didn't want to leave. Most definitely visiting again😋👏🏾💛✨️

Perfect delivery and lovely treats

There is one certain girl with glasses and a pink hat and dark hair. Not once have I met someone so rude. Rolling her eyes when we walked through the door, walking round like she just doesn’t care about her job. The man was lovely.

Picked up a collection this evening, staff were very helpful and friendly and had our order ready on time! Very impressed and will now be a returning customer. Really good vegan options!

Didn’t get cream or fudge pieces with the milkshake and the pancake was stone cold, the hot fudge was in fact not hot

Our favourite place for a special treat in Milton Keynes. Fantastic menu and the milkshakes are amazing!

It was marked delivered at 21.40, the latest time on my delivery slot, (1hr 20 mins after ordering) it hadn't arrived yet so I called the restaurant in a panic thinking it had been delivered elsewhere. They assured me it was still out for delivery, it turned up 12 minutes later.

Treat street food is always good and the delivery driver was lovely. Delivery is always long but it's normally worth the wait.

Delicious 100% recommend the pancakes are stunning!

Quite disappointed, I ordered 3 waffles for take away, 2 apple pie and one cherry. I asked the caramel sauce separately to use as much as I want but in the and arriving at home I discovered that actually the sauce was missing. I didn't received not at all. And the apple pie was separately half cup for 2 waffle. And another half of cup with cherry for one waffle. I cannot recomend and is the first and last time trying this shop.

Drinks: • Cotton candy cocktail - if you like sweet cocktails & gin then this one is for you, it was yummy and fun - it looked amazing too! 🍭 • Kinder bueno martini - it’s creamy & sweet.. a naughty treat with baileys in👌🏼 Brunch: • Under the sea - I was so impressed with the effort put into this, it was really well presented and looked like a little seaside in a bowl 🌊 the flavours were really nice & light, the little white chocolate bits won me over!😍 • Fanoffee - Warm brioche covered in toffee, chocolate, topped with banana & crunchy biscuit - just …. DELICIOUS! 😋 The vibe was cool and gave an urban street feel to it, a fab spot for your next brunch trip! 🙌🏼

Came here with my daughter before watching Barbie at Odeon. We had Oreo cookie dough and I actually bit into a metal nail, staff apologised but there wasn’t really anything they could do at that point. They also had a promotion on “mother appreciation day” but this wasn’t even mentioned to me either. Myself and my family will definitely not be returning

The wife and I came here on date night, the service was great and the food was outstanding! I had the Oh my, apple pie waffle with custard, and it was without doubt the best waffle I have ever had. Really good food, got what I ordered. Sundaes are a must have and waffles leave you full. Cheesecake is perfect! The fact they came out and delivered late on a Sunday was really appreciated and delivery / driver was super.

Amazing service and desserts overall!

Went here today. Wonderful waffles; fluffy, light, crispy. Wonderful staff. But for the love of all things good, the SPINNING trays that the waffles are brought out on are HIGHLY irritating! And just for clarification they are NOT supposed to spin, they are just slightly bowed and spin on the smooth tables while trying to cut. It wasn't just ours either, I actually asked a customer and her friend next to me of their trays were also spinning and they said their's did too. I would have rated higher if it wasn't for, not only mine, but others who had faulty trays, because surely we weren't the only 4 people with faulty trays in the whole restaurant?

These desserts are amazing, the loaded cheesecakes are awsome

This place is great for a little treat after a meal. We came in the evening and both the vibe and food were great. Good music playing in the background but not too loud that you can't hear each other speak. The sundaes are delicious and great portion sizes for the price.

Massive portions, decent grub - coffee was a bit of a disappointment. There were 5 of us all had waffles or pancakes and we all took a box home as we couldn't eat it all ..... it was tasty and decent value for money - much better than Creams or Caspas

The service here is very friendly and efficient. The menu is plentiful for everyone's taste, everything from a huge waffle to an alcoholic milkshake! It's definitely not somewhere you can visit often because of the sugar levels lol but I must say it's definitely worth a visit for those with a sweet tooth 😜

Absolutely lovely visit here for my daughters 12th birthday Firstly I had to drop 4 of the 5 girls off and asked them to find seats for 7 and don't be a rowdy bunch while I was doing another run. When I arrived a lovely guy asked if I was with the birthday bunch and I said yes and smiled and said they are upstairs.....he opened the upstairs for them He came to take the orders and was absolutely lovely They also came and sang happy birthday to her! Poor them lol but made us smile! Truly wonderful visit with some really nice staff who made our whole visit a joy! Thanks

I never write reviews but this time I had to. I had an issue with my order little to 5 minutes before they close (a time everyone knows it’s easy to be frustrated) but they answered the phone and were so incredibly polite, and had my order delivered back right to me immediately, literally immediately 🫶🏼 Waffles bang as well btw 😮‍💨

Brilliant "treat" with the family. Great atmosphere, the gmfood was delicious and hands down some of best selection of gelato flavours. Cookie Dough was delish and the waffles were so light they were practically inhaled! Bravo

I give it 3 stars because they have really good, delicious looking and tasty desserts. Good location too - MK Stadium. However, the place is badly designed, not well looked after with nasty, rumpled looking menus. Shabby furniture and distracted, bored, and uncommited staff/customer service. I would recommed Gordon Ramsay! They do deliveries (Deliveroo or Uber Eats, I think), so I would just do a home delivery and not bother going in there.

Please tell your delivery person not to leave food someone is going to eat on the floor. Who does that?

I don't mind food being delivered early. It was very tasty and fresh. Absolutely gorgeous waffles and gelato but I mustn't make a habit of it or i will expand. I will give 12 of 10 for a lovely treat.

I had a meeting with some friends and as we all were in need of a sweet fix so we headed to Treat Street. The milkshakes are wonderful but we thought the waffles and cookie dough were way too sweet. None of us could finish the plates. We all felt sickly afterward and could not eat anything else for the rest of the day. It was way too sweet.

Had to wait 20 minutes to get served and another 45 for my food. Not impressed
