Missing items again . Extra hash browns as an upgrade.

im missing my raspberry pie, straws and have no napkins McDonald's sort this out it's everytime!

ordered the family of 4 meal and the 2 double cheese burgers and one of the fries never came, I ordered 3 days ago and noone has gotten back to me for a refund on these items...Actually applaud

Stop forgetting sauces. Stop missing out the items people order.

More then half my order wasn’t delivered and what was delivered was incorrect I’m very disappointed how could you get it this wrong?????

Was missing the double sausage McMuffin

The food is lovely, was packed really good. I ordered with no bun and my burger was nicely in box with cutlery, very thoughtful.

wrong sauces again, no straws again, no cheese sauce on my cheese stack, fries were colder then my dead nan of 3 years and the milkshakes tasted like chemicals

I was not happy yes it came very quick however my drink came leaking from whole bag I had to pay for it and could barely drink it

Absolutely packed but food came in 5 mins and no mistakes.

There was ketchup in my McMuffin. I asked for it without ketchup as I’m allergic.

used to order from mk stadium branch,but now always use escape mcdonalds as they always get my order right ,as stadium mcdonalds always missed items off my orders well done team thank you

Part of my order was missing I did phone McDonald at escape spoke to Abi but they said I had to report it to you ,no syrup and drink and one hash brown missing not happy

Food I think was cooked in a fridge . And the staff non existent, one on counter taking orders , one cooking and the rest just walking around. Delivery driver waiting for about 20 mins before he was seen to . The food already bagged up and ready to go , someone is paying a lot of money for cold crap food and like my cup of tea put on the side standing there for 15 minutes before food was ready . Worst store I have visited

Time of delivery continuously changed so according to JUSTEAT ETA it was on time. Delivery took an hour.

Fries was getting soggy and cold. May be next timw I will get food in better quality.

Not a great service. You missed out the sauces (only had 2) and you forgot the water.

It took ages to arrive and then the happy meal had chips instead of a pineapple stick - 1 unhappy child! And then the quarter with cheese that was meant to have extra onion had NO onion when the reason she wanted that burger was for the big chunky onion!

The food was cold, the salad from sandwich had all fallen into the bag, there was no cheese inside the burger I had paid extra for an extra slice of cheese

The delivered meal was suboptimal in several aspects. The sausage patties were burnt on one side, and only one egg was provided despite payment for two. Additionally, the delivery driver did not utilise a thermal bag, resulting in the food being cold

Ordered a delivery from here and OH boy I wasted 50 minutes waiting for probably the worst order I’ve ever received from anywhere. We ordered a mcplant, double Big Mac, a chicken and bacon wrap and a happy meal with a spare burger and every single item was entirely wrong. Instead of a mcplant we received a ham burger in the box. For someone allergic to meat. The double Big Mac was a single with barely any topping at all. The happy meal was missing a cheese burger. The wrap had no bacon. The best of all ? The drinks were spilled everywhere and there wasn’t any chips except in the happy meal. The entire order was completely wrong and most of it was cold when received. I have no idea if there was a shift change over after we placed the order or the entire staff decided to collectively go on strike half way through. But whatever happened must of been a serious calamity for it to of gone so poorly for a relatively small order. Absolutely abysmal and when I contacted the restaurant all they could say was contact Deliveroo we don’t have anything to do with it. Except the part where they nearly hospitalised someone. That’s all on them.

7 o’clock in in the morning, 1 person serving and preparing food. Got the order wrong. Manager outside having a fag when went to complain. I’m literally of the opinion of stopping using McDonald’s totally. It appears to literally be there to provide minimum wage jobs for branches that are franchised out. Taking money for selling below bog standard food, the staff are treated badly.

wish I could add the photo of how my food arrived, shocking is not the word, everything in the bag was out of their boxes and just sat at the bottom, cold, and the drink was missing, when i ask the delivery man, he gave me a large deink that was less than half full as it had spilled which the driver informed me off, have complained

McDonald's... Usually busy here but to be expected as the Xscape has so many entertainment venues for kids including the Snozone, iFly and 4DX cinema within. The digital ordering screens seem to be temperamental and regularly don't accept payments but the front desk will happily take your order. The Xscape venues are card payments ONLY so be aware before you visit.

Made me stand outside in the middle of the night, in a city i didnt know, on my own cos my friends food hadnt arrived

Food was delivered on time and nice and hot. The driver was very polite. My door number didn't appear on the address the driver had. The meal was very enjoyable and I look forward to using Just Eat again.

Always forget half your order, don’t remove or add on dietary requirements, forget sauces you paid for and food arrives sloppy, nasty and chips undercooked

The food arrived cold despite our proximity to McDonald's (unable to collect due to being house-bound). Clearly left under a warming light for too long, it was disappointingly dry.

Disappointed today, i never knew it that i have to check my food before i going to home, was ordered cheeseburgers, fries, chicken salad, ice-creams and grilled chicken wrap, but came home and didn’t find my chicken wrap inside the bag, but money was paid.
