McDonald's in Milton Keynes

McDonald's... Usually busy here but to be expected as the Xscape has so many entertainment venues for kids including the Snozone, iFly and 4DX cinema within. The digital ordering screens seem to be temperamental and regularly don't accept payments but the front desk will happily take your order. The Xscape venues are card payments ONLY so be aware before you visit.

Made me stand outside in the middle of the night, in a city i didnt know, on my own cos my friends food hadnt arrived

Forgot my cheeseburger and sauce man. Devestated.

Got a Fanta instead of oasis but it was quick delivery so don’t mind

Wrong order delivered not great at all.

no sticker on quarter pounder and chips are less than half full.

I got a random Uber eats delivery that happens to have the same last 4 numbers of my order number wild

I did not get my order and yet the app stayed delivered.

took over an hour and a half to arrive, food stone cold, and there were only 8 mozzarella dippers when should have been 9

Disappointed today, i never knew it that i have to check my food before i going to home, was ordered cheeseburgers, fries, chicken salad, ice-creams and grilled chicken wrap, but came home and didn’t find my chicken wrap inside the bag, but money was paid.

Very friendly people clean and nice. We liked that kids play area is just outside. My child enjoyed it so much

Poor service tonight cause there’s no straw for my drink and I’m missing my birthday donut I ordered what is going on with you McDonald’s this isn’t you

It is absolutely baffling how it's possible to CONSISTANTLY "forget" to include a straw for the drink that comes with the meal, as well as the sauce that comes with 20 nugget box. "Forgotten" at minimum 50% of orders.

driver was good delivered on time but some greasy wirry little gimp at McDonald's messed up my order

not only was the food cold because delivery took fkin ages but the drink was crushed which as in separate bag you'd think ok at least the burgers and chips are good.. no. soaked through . so not only would have been just cold , it's now inedible. courier seemed apologetic and said just message you guys as he cannot go to McDonald's and just get me a new one... so I did that yesterday...today still no refund and no fkin McDonald's. not very happy. refund/credit me please so I can eat my maccies.

No dips at all with 20 chicken nuggets and fries. Rubbish

Poor customer service: only ordered 2 drinks and they didn't seem bothered to issue them in a timely manner, saw the drinks had been poured but took a few minutes to be issued, with staff just talking to each other at 1 point. 1 drink was then spilled from being put roughly onto the counter and wasn't the Regular Coca Cola that I ordered, it was Diet or Zero. We were in a rush, so couldn't go back to get it corrected. The other drink was fine. l can't give feedback online directly to Mcdonalds UK, as per usual the self service machine again had run out of receipt paper so I don't have a 12 digit code for the feedback service.

Tom is a superstar, sorted everything, and was kind and cordial throughout

Delivery man was great. No straw for the shack, I could only taste the ice cream not the toppings.

You have given me a double sausage instead of a double bacon. Not happy as I do not eat sausage.

Went for food late last night, doorman had obviously let the power go to his head a little. We were very polite but he was very abrupt towards me and a friend. Good was average at best, chips were vile.

I ordered McDonalds at 1:58am it’s 3:56 I have been waiting for my food to arrive for 2 hours and still yet to arrive, all I’m seeing is (order being prepared) then automatically changes to “delivered”. I am mortified from this and am never ordering from here again!

Probably the oil where the chips and burger were fried, is an old one because have a nasty taste, it’s not fresh

This MacD branch was wonderful. Served food pretty quickly. The food served was hot. We ordered double quarter pounder meal and the burger and fries were perfect. The stuffs are polite.

Use of ordering via stations made process simpler and efficient particularly with such a large group Due to size of order, couple of bits were cold ... we're replaced Area was clean Staff were helpful, which is great when you have very young children with you

I ordered the 2 burgers meal deal. I ordered a big mac & quarter pounder. No big mac arrived but received 1 quarter ponder & a double quarter pounder. It even states what I ordered on the ticket. Disappointed

I ordered food from Macdonald's around 19.00. After waiting for over than one hour I contacted Macdonald's to inquiry my order. I was advised to contact just eat customer service to cancel my order what I did. I ordered food from another place. However, around 21.00 courier called me and said he at our place with my order. I explained that I already cancelled the order but despite it he marked it as delivered.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered through the app a special deal of 2 burgers and 2 medium fries. One of the burgers-quarter pounder with cheese- was not in the bag so I rang the store and nothing they could do! Give me a number to ring and they gave me a refund for the burger but nothing else(and the refund will take up to 15 days). No vouchers for the inconvenience! So I paid around £5 for a delivery of a meal that was not all there. No offer of sending out another burger! Incredibly poor service!

Absolutely the worst run mc donalds I've ever seen the food is terrible every review on here is so bad dose the manager even read any of these reviews on Google as nothing has improved in years they also need to change hash brown packaging for delivery purposes they are not edible squashed stuck to a paper packet sweating why not use fries box or apple pie box

Ordered takeaway. Got 2 large meals. Chips came upside down so chips were all over the bag. Once I got them back in the boxes the boxes were half empty. These are meant to be large portion. Order a large expect to get a large not a small. I'd like a refund please thank you very much :)

The delivery driver was great nice and friendly.The sauces I ordered with the chicken nuggets were not put in so the nuggets tasted horrible without them.

My sons coke was spilled all over the bag so he didn’t get a drink and out chips where missing and about 5 nuggets was missing out of the 20 we ordered

I was sent a chicken burger instead of a Mc Spicy Chicken Burger. The chicken burger is cheaper than the McSpicy burger THAT I ORDERED !!!!

The food was very cold absolutely cold. I’m regular customer with fast food experience so I know how it works but I never expected and I never received so cold food till now. Obviously Burger King is much much better. We Are paying for this food.

Terrible place with terrible staff. The waiting time was incredible long. Paid by cash… but it was difficulty for the cashier to count. They gave us a wrong order. The food was terrible. After dinner the whole family had stomach problem. The worst place where we ever eat.

Hello there I’m very disappointed me and my children have been starving waiting apon our food and I ordered the double Big Mac deluxe with no mustard no tomatoes no lettuce no mayo only ketchup but it came with tomatoes and lettuce and mayo and mustard and onions that I removed and my chips were cold I’m very un happy x

I ordered 2 triple cheaseburger , 2 large fries and drinks food just arrived stone cold and single cheaseburger instead of triple. Can the restaurant send my correct order please

no syrup in pancakes and the sausage was crusty and burnt.
