Staff good great service food on time

So we got seated quite quickly which was good but it was all downhill from there. It took 30 minutes for someone to come over and take our order, when she did she said we better get the whole order in as soon as possible as the kitchen was piling up with Deliveroo orders; why on earth they weren’t prioritising seated customers I’ll never know. When we finally got our food which took an age they got the order wrong. We had to remind them half way through our burgers that we were missing the wings, another 20 minutes later they still hadn’t arrived. We asked to cancel the order of wings as it was just getting ridiculous and it felt like it was an inconvenience to them and no apology was given. If this business is going to survive you need better staff

I needed to stop for some food late. The server was polite and the food was quick and very tasty. I recommend this restaurant and will be stopping again there. The portions are sizable and cutlery was provided Inc fortune cookies which my children enjoyed opening up and reading the quotes inside. Well done.

Food is lovely here and the staff are very polite and helpful. The chicken burgers are really nice and definitely recommend.

The ambiance is great and the layout is very stylish. Service was excellent throughout the evening. We were a party of 4 and all chose a different meal and ALL were truly excellent! The standard of the cooking and presentation is outstanding - and the wine was great too! All in all a wonderful dining experience - and we will definitely return!

Stephen at McDonald’s truly went above and beyond during my visit! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and positive energy that instantly made my day better. He was incredibly efficient, kind, and attentive to every detail of my order. It’s rare to see someone take so much pride in their work, especially in such a fast-paced environment, but Stephen handled it all with professionalism and a great attitude. He’s a true asset to the team, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Keep up the amazing work, Stephen!

Find was great and manager was very helpful

Surly the most basic of quality controls is to ensure the customer receives what they’ve paid for. Two meals packed in the smallest bag possible so you’re unable to check what’s actually in the bag with the bag stuffed with napkins and deserts on top (who wants to be unpackaging your order in the drive though with a string of cars behind you) then you get home and you’re a chips missing. Phoned the store four times and no one could be bothered to answer, maybe they were too busy short changing their customers. Try harder. Much harder. McDonald’s used to be one of the better fast food take aways, now they’re just average at best. No standards.

I asked for drumsticks but I received none. The food was bland and of poor quality- certainly not worthy of the +£20 cost KFC demands. Do better
