The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

The coffee was ok, but they have no idea how to make tea. A cup of English Breakfast tea was a gruesome mug of off white liquid , the tea bag still brewing and a large slug of milk poured in on top. Please serve the milk separately. And please teach your staff how to make a decent cup of tea.

Order from here on a regular bases food is great and portion sizes are definatly worth the prices, only criticism would be delivery can take a long tie not sure if this is because the business is busy or has a lack of drivers either way would deffo recommend giving this place a try.

Food was incredible, highly recommend the burger and wings box for one. Worth the money. Highly recommend.

We’ve been here a few times for a “quick coffee” and it’s always a bad experience. Usually I wouldn’t write a review but today we visited and the same bad service happened again. Loads of staff working & chatting behind tills, took no notice of us when we were waiting to be served. It was pretty empty at this point. It seems they’ve hired copious amounts of staff, so we couldn’t quite understand why the service was so slow. we ordered a croissant to go and waiting 5 minutes for someone to grab the croissant out of the front container. We asked two times for the croissant and rather than the staff going to get it, they would speak into their headsets… waiting for someone else to get it. Staff were miserable and slammed a plate down with it once they could be bothered to serve. Honestly worst Starbucks I’ve been to (a judgement I’ve made after multiple visits).

visited this establishment today, and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. It cost nearly £70 for brunch for 2 adults and 2 kids, and nothing apart from the coffee was any good. poached eggs tasted of vinegar, mushrooms on toast were rubbery, milkshakes were like water and had artificial flavourings. we will never be back, and I feel that for what we paid, I was actually robbed. we could have gone to any of the actual restaurants in breahead, had a meal, and not paid much extra. Avoid like the plague

I can’t spill out the words to tell you people how good this KFC is the staff Are so nice can’t even explain I can name some people but all people are nice Heather and Abdul absolutely amazing people they helped me and gave me some extras for being a great customer and doing the surveys get your car and drive to this kfc now!

Worse KFC in Plymouth staff don't know what they doing never have a full menu food is never cooked properly KFC should shut this down

I purchased thought just eat. Driver wouldn’t give me the order until I give him the code. When received half of order missing. No answer on phone all evening. Just eat said as gave PIN code wouldn’t refund. Won’t use again as this was second time order was really short. Not on.

We just had a meal here...it was not good, it was soggy and defo not fresh...everything was like touching mashed potatoes

Just been through drive through took 28 minutes to get food. One guy doing orders and bless him he seemed to be struggling. Food was not good at all, definitely dropped in my rating.

You guys don’t put straw all the time how do you expect me to drink my milkshakes

Went in to get the families meal, went up to the counter in order to order as usual as I really can't be doing with those self service screens, much easier to ask instead of getting stressed/annoyed. To be politely told to use the screens, the missus had a go, couldn't find what we wanted, so made the decision to go elsewhere where you actually receive service, instead of stress, won't be rushing back there.

Quick service, hot delicious food. Plan on returning!
