The operators of this eatery are thieves and vagabonds. I paid £36.49 for food that was never delivered and no refunds made. These are worthless scammers. They should not be allowed to operate their businesses in a sane environment. I work hard for my money. Its non refund remains an open sore in my heart. Until that money is refunded, I will never wish the organisation well. Whatever they lay their hands upon is cursed! Lateef (07514257721)

I have used this grill for many years without complaint. However on Sunday afternoon 29th May. We stopped for a lunch around midday. First we stood at the sign to be seated. This took quite a while but it was busy. Then we were greeted by a middle aged woman. With what I can only describe as it was as if she was chewing wasps. She directed us to a seat which was being blown heavily with an air conditioner. The wasp eater said nothing when I pointed out the issue. She put her order pad in her pocket and walked away. I will never again enter this grill. They are obviously making so much cash they think they don’t have to consider their customers any more. Sad state of affairs. It used to be a nice stopping off place but alas no more..I would advise this place is given a wide berth. Awful don’t waste your money here just go pancakes were not cooked properly need actual chefs and not untrained people

The coffee was ok, but they have no idea how to make tea. A cup of English Breakfast tea was a gruesome mug of off white liquid , the tea bag still brewing and a large slug of milk poured in on top. Please serve the milk separately. And please teach your staff how to make a decent cup of tea.

East Kilbride Shopping Centre has a vast amount of parking spaces. Perfect for lunching and shopping indoors. This is particularly useful in the dreary Scottish weather. (You can park for FREE on Saturdays for 3 hours, anything more and you need to pay. Sundays are always FREE for the full day.) I have visited this particular restaurant on various occasions. It can be easily located at the Upper Mall, Centre West. Staff are welcoming when they can be found! You often need to track one down. The seating areas are typical for this type of restaurtant-booths and small tables. The restaurant is relatively clean, could be better. Between sittings staff will give the tables a quick wipe over. At times food can be found on the floor and chairs. I tend to choose the buffet option for food as I can self select what I would like to eat. Depending on the day of the week you visit and the staff on shift, will determine how quickly the pizzas are replaced at the buffet. At times there has been a que of people hovering around waiting for fresh pizza to be served. Being vegetarian, it can sometimes be a struggle to fill your plate as meat eaters also enjoy the veggie pizza options and they disappear quickly. For the buffet options you can choose from a range of pizza, pasta, salads and dips. The pasta is always piping hot, and the salad is fresh. Drinks are unlimited so you can choose lots of different flavours from the self service machine. Over all the food is full of flavour. Unless you need help, you have peace and quiet to eat your meal without anyone rushing you. Generally there is always a table available when you go. For a cheap and cheerful lunch you can't ask for much more.

Order from here on a regular bases food is great and portion sizes are definatly worth the prices, only criticism would be delivery can take a long tie not sure if this is because the business is busy or has a lack of drivers either way would deffo recommend giving this place a try.

The attitude of the older woman that works at McDonald’s, brought my order out I asked for another bbq sauce she had an attitude she said well I didn’t pack it so what ever is in there is in there, I said that’s fine but I would like an extra one please as I was saying that she just walked away huffing and puffing then came out with the wrong sauce. No acknowledgement no smile, when ever u have seen her she always looks like she never wants to be there, never smiles and never pleasant when you do interact with her. Terrible customer service! First time I’ve experienced that there.

Came here for shisha, food and drinks. Our lovely waiter PREKSHA was excellent. Recommended, the best shisha and mocktails. Her service was exceptional. Very good interpersonal and customer service skills. She made sure our table was okay. She is the perfect addition to your team. Preksha I hope the management will reward you for your lovely work keep the same spirit and positive vibes that you showed us today. Also credit to the chefs for the lovely mixed grill nicely seasoned.

We ordered spicy chicken on line, There chickens are soooo salty and still pink inside. It will be my first and last, never order again to this food store.

visited this establishment today, and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. It cost nearly £70 for brunch for 2 adults and 2 kids, and nothing apart from the coffee was any good. poached eggs tasted of vinegar, mushrooms on toast were rubbery, milkshakes were like water and had artificial flavourings. we will never be back, and I feel that for what we paid, I was actually robbed. we could have gone to any of the actual restaurants in breahead, had a meal, and not paid much extra. Avoid like the plague

We’ve been here a few times for a “quick coffee” and it’s always a bad experience. Usually I wouldn’t write a review but today we visited and the same bad service happened again. Loads of staff working & chatting behind tills, took no notice of us when we were waiting to be served. It was pretty empty at this point. It seems they’ve hired copious amounts of staff, so we couldn’t quite understand why the service was so slow. we ordered a croissant to go and waiting 5 minutes for someone to grab the croissant out of the front container. We asked two times for the croissant and rather than the staff going to get it, they would speak into their headsets… waiting for someone else to get it. Staff were miserable and slammed a plate down with it once they could be bothered to serve. Honestly worst Starbucks I’ve been to (a judgement I’ve made after multiple visits).

Food was incredible, highly recommend the burger and wings box for one. Worth the money. Highly recommend.
