McDonald's in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

The attitude of the older woman that works at McDonald’s, brought my order out I asked for another bbq sauce she had an attitude she said well I didn’t pack it so what ever is in there is in there, I said that’s fine but I would like an extra one please as I was saying that she just walked away huffing and puffing then came out with the wrong sauce. No acknowledgement no smile, when ever u have seen her she always looks like she never wants to be there, never smiles and never pleasant when you do interact with her. Terrible customer service! First time I’ve experienced that there.

Stopped by here early in the morning for breakfast. Opted for the pancakes and sausage with extra sausage. Ordered at table and staff brought over the food and were pleasant. For what Mcdonalds is, the pancake and sausage were actually nice. Pancakes were nicely made for mcdonalds and the sausage was hot.

Disappointing Visit: Friendly Staff but Slow Service and Uncleanliness While the staff at this outlet were friendly and welcoming, my overall experience was unfortunately below average. There were several issues that detracted from my visit: Missing receipts: On each visit, I've noticed the order points lack paper for receipts. This can be inconvenient for tracking purchases or warranty purposes. Slow service: Even when the order screen displays my number as ready, there's a significant wait for the food to be prepared. Lukewarm drinks: Drinks seem to be prioritised and left waiting on the rack for food, resulting in melting milkshakes. Drive-thru prioritization: It appears drive-thru customers are served more quickly than those ordering inside. Untidy lobby: The seating area was messy, and the napkin and condiment area was littered with used napkins, some with inappropriate drawings. While friendly service is appreciated, the recurring issues with missing receipts, slow service, lukewarm drinks, and an unclean environment need to be addressed. The outside of the store was clean. A member of staff was litter picking. I hope this feedback is helpful.
