Not my favourite takeaway, but that's down to me not Dominoes, fast service, always on time and nice flavours. I do recommend if you like pizza,

Manager where's the aircon? The staff although lovely and still jovial are dripping with sweat while trying to cook and prepare food. This is the OPPOSITE of hygienic. Now I know there's nothing the staff can do if the ac is broken but when I asked why there all sweating like it they explained the ac has been temperamental at best and on a down rite protest everytime it gets hot. You don't want that clown from the council with a clipboard rocking up and seeing them like it or you can kiss goodbye to your 5 hygiene rating. Other than that lovely convenient store and your staff are ace. Way better than truro

Ordered on the app,for home delivery although food was good it's quite expensive for pizza

Turned up in person at the branch. Got told pretty abruptly that they would prefer not to take my order in person and to instead order via the app. Slightly bewildered, I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza with fries as a side via an app while in store. 30 minutes later got a notification saying my order was ready. After all that they provided garlic bread instead of the fries. Okay... I Made a complaint over the convoluted method of ordering, staff abruptness and incorrect order. Got told they could provide a voucher. I said absolutely not, the experience wasn't great and I don't want to go through with it again. Then got told they could offer a refund but it would take 14 days to process. I just walked out. Ps and to think there's a few d*******s in suits sat on their a***s in the head office getting rich off selling people elevated cholesterol, type 2 diabetes and obesity risks and making people work on dubious zero hour contracts. I don't blame the staff in store, but the senior management. Pathetic.

Took payment, had a phone call saying 4 hours delivery, 2 weeks for refund, nothing but thieves!!! Phoned shop, was told nothing we can do, plenty I can do! Any glazers in Redruth!?

I ordered a pepperoni and mozzarella wrap, the photo looked amazing, in reality, almost no mozzarella, and lots of pepperoni juice dripping everywhere. Not what you advertise. Will never buy at Domino’s again

Disgusting pizza, no cheese on pizzas after paying extra, garlic pizza swimming in grease, barely warm, avoid, when you spend £28 on pizzas and they are supposed to get quality checked aswell before delivering, it’s shocking

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, got a lot of pizza base and no pepperoni, felt ripped off £20+ wasted, won't be going back.

2 long Hairs in my Garlic bread, totally turned me off, the whole order wont be ordering again, Driver was friendly

Not happy with my order at all, the pizza itself was terrible when my son picked it up to eat it the toppings slid off, not only this but there was a hair in the pizza! It's disgusting!

Shocking service! I placed an order for delivery, and they phoned within ten mins to say they are busy and could I collect. I explained that I couldn’t. They asked me if if was happy with over an hour’s wait and I said that’s okay. Half an hour later I checked on the app and my order had been cancelled without anyone telling me. Two hungry children here and my order has been paid for, and no food on its way. Brilliant. Nice work Dominos.

Always really happy with the quality and very impressed with the speed of delivery. Everything it's come through with a 40-45 min estimate, for the pizzas to be delivered within 15-20 mins! Fantastic speed of delivery, and one happy customer

Forgot our drinks, the driver just shrugged and told me he wasn't given any and to ring the store. Phoned and was told I would receive them in an hour and a half and blamed the driver. Second time this has happened now.

The staff were very friendly and these two cost just £16! 😍 Tuna isn't on the menus for toppings but they added tuna with the meatballs anyway 🤤

Got the order wrong, wouldn’t replace pizza without taking the old one back off a child. Wouldn’t refund for the pizza, or even the additional toppings paid for that were missed. Terrible service and everyone there claims to be the manager!

Where was my dip! I am gutted, heartbroken, devastated and soul destroyed that the cinnamon pizza desserts I ordered were missing the icing dips. And one of them had literally no cinnamon on. FML! I saved my pocket money for five and a half weeks for this treat - word can’t describe how distraught I am. I fell like nobody cares. It’s left me feeling lonely, depressed and completely lost in the world. I just needed this right now more than you will ever know. So sad.

I ordered for delivery and it said it would be a 15-20 minute wait time but I ended up waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes just for it to arrive freezing cold and soggy.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Last order from here was floating in a huge pool of grease, pizza base was soaked through and mushy. Pepperoni was forgotten and clearly just thrown in the box uncooked after the staff had realised their mistake. Do quality control checks happen here? Don’t waste your money on inedible food, other reviews don’t look much better.

Absolutely terrible service, ordered on the app for collection. We got there and there was a table at the door, no recognition from staff working initially then a female staff member beckoned my partner in, she went in and then was physically chased by a male member of staff off the premises, my partner explained that she had been beckoned in, his words “she doesn’t know any better” the one star is because the quality was ok and you can’t leave zero stars. Will not use again!!! Domino’s need to read these reviews as there is a common theme. If your not happy at work, you are in the wrong job and that’s not the customers fault!!

Incorrect order, freezing cold, bad response from team when called about order and ended up with a voucher… don’t bother.

There's not much choice for fast food in this area at 10:30pm, Dominos are consistent and have an ok menu. Better than Maccy Ds for a late night take-out. We use them several times a year and the food is always okay and service quick. Nothing to complain about, it's Dominos, it's not the best, but it's good enough.

Ordered few pizzas in tuesday and arranged to collect it at 22:00hrs. We went to collect at 22:15 hrs the pizzas were not ready. When we waiting for the collection, one if the staff said " can i ask you to stay outside". We were absolutely embarssed by the rude behaviour of that staff. This kind if behaviour with the customer is far below than the exceptable standards. Shame on you guys.

A standard Domino's Pizza takeaway. Staff seemed rather upset so left a rather bitter taste during out takeout. Would go to Domino's again, but not this one. Usually enjoy their pizzas but customer service is part of the experience also...

Did online order and contact less pick up but had to go to front door and ask for order. Staff could not find order. Said it wa cooking then produced half the order. Won't use again.

Very disappointed with your staff, the contrast with the level of customer service is quite shocking. As a valued customer I have always just called you directly to say when things are not quite correct with quality. Like last week when I called to tell you that flies are in with your pineapple chunks, as my son takes the pineapple off and gives it to me, I was extremely suprised to see the fly and when I called was told I was credited 20 pounds, plus 10 pounds from a time before of missing order items. To only be told I only have 10 pounds credited, and no record of my call last week. Very disappointed

After 3 years of using this dominos branch I’ve come to the conclusion it’s just a rip off I used to order all the time and it was hit and miss on the quality but recently every pizza I’ve ordered in the last few months has turned up Luke warm , tough and chewy ..... I now just buy a chicago town ,much prefer them and only cost 3 quid for a large stuffed crust not the 20 quid “Robinos” charge you

Would definitely recommend, the pizza is so great, not familiar with the Camborne/Redruth area, but would definitely say that this is the best pizza by far

We got two pizzas delivered to our address ,the driver was rude at the door and got all the orders wrong .we then called for over 30mins with no answer and had to resort to driving up to the main shop to complain and get our orders correct . We then received abuse from the manager that spouted aggressive nature towards us. People like him should never be allowed to work in public !!!!!I'll never buy dominos again after this !!!!

Embarrasing how this happened!! In our experience tonight ordering the garlic bread, it arrived with a quarter missing!! I´m very sorry for the person who took the phone cuz we were raging, they sorted it out by providing us with a better deal.

It's hard to find a company where there is nothing good to say at all about them, but with Domino's redruth it certainly proves it's possible. The website is the most complicated instrument of cyber torture, I ordered a half n half pizza with loads of different options and I got this cardboard plate covered in dry cheese. Apparently that's what I ordered, even though I spent 30 mins sorting the order out. By the way I've been a programmer for over 15 years, I think I know how to order a pizza on a website. The other food was unpalatable and bland. I contacted the store to try and sort out the error, they could do nothing I even often to pay more for it to be fixed, there was nothing I could do. Manager was about as useful as a back pocket on a T-shirt. Still atleast with the amount of grease I managed to get the house fire nice and hot. Swings and roundabouts I guess.

Always a good pizza delivery always within 45 mins, can be expensive but can get good deals online worth the money.

Had dominos twice in the past couple weeks Ordered online and got the mega deal for £20.99 which is a large pizza wedges a garlic bread and a side Once you customise the pizza (stuffed crust etc) it is obviously slightly more It’s all easy and straight forward online to order and they accept card or cash at the door which makes it easier Tracking the food is a cool little extra aswell Food came hot and was tasty (New Yorker pizza 🍕 we had first time and just a simple cheese one the second ) and arrived within good time Only downfall is dips you don’t get asked when ordering online which ones you would prefer Delivery driver polite Overall a good experience and would recommend to others

Standard Domino's sound pizza, good service

Mighty meaty eaten at 9.30 sunday evening, monday morning approx 3.30am vomiting started and chills / fever, 6 am diarrhea. It is now tuesday and I stilll have diarrhea and general unwell ness. F*ck dominos never again.

Really love the food, probably a bit overpriced.. I was really enjoying my pizza, when half way through I found a jet black hair.. absolutely disgusted, I put the pizza and cookies in the bin, I've always said employees should be wearing hair nets and beard snoods.. unacceptable and disgusting, I will not be returning until hair nets are being used. Wasted my money and food.

This was extremely good for my love of pizzas as well as Tabasco. They have introduced this new flavour that is extremely good and awesome. Would be coming here everyday until the stock lasts. Keep up the good work Kane! You guys are awesome... Love it... 😁

This was the last time we used Dominos and we were that angry we wrote to the head office also. We ordered around £60 of pizza for 3 of us. It was ordered on speaker with the wife and good mate also hearing. I put the order through and said that’s and that was that. I though the order seemed more than I had calculated so I called back and this is where Cane answered and on speaker said if you are going to be a problem I will cancel your order?!? I was shocked as I was just politely asking about the price? Cane said this again and again. Like he was punishing me for paying £60 odd for a few bits of posh cheese on toast. In the end I told him if he wanted to cancel. In years of running pubs and being in hospitality I’ve never seen anyone like Cane. Not been back since and Dominos has lost over £2000 per annum in business. I would not recommend. Moganojax around the corner is way better and they are polite. I’ve also been told by someone who once worked there that they spit in some food if you are not liked.. never again.

Ordered 2 pizzas for collection via the website - which is good and easy to use, however the choice of pizzas is limited vs other local outlets and some well known pizza selections are missing. The Pizzas can be expensive unless you take up one or more the deals offered, then the price is reasonable. The order tracking online was good and indeed when I arrived to collect my Pizza (only 2 other customers there, so not busy) it was listed on the screen as being ready, however when the person behind the counter checked it was not actually on the dispatch shelf. She then went away to clean some services as numerous pizzas were placed on the shelf over the next few minutes. My name disappeared off the screen and 3 -4 minutes later another person asked if I was waiting and found that my pizzas were one of the ones put on the shelf (along with many for delivery) about 20 seconds after the first person checked. As I prepaid, they only wanted my surname,which had been on the screen for all to see, not the order number (not on screen), so potentially anyone could pop in hang around and pick up any prepaid pizzas where someone was late in arriving. The pizzas themselves had a good crust but skimped a little on the cheese, although other toppings were ok. They were not bad, but not as good as what I have had from Pizza hut and PIzza express. I feel the collection experience would be better if they had a separate shelf for collection pizzas and perhaps the person putting them on the shelf could tell the counter person.

Great food. However. How stupid are the workers here. Called up to make a delivery for the 20th odd time. Was told our house doesnt exist lol and that our address was on the other side of the map after repeating it 5 times. Yeah okay fella. Then the bloke didnt even know what a hawaiin pizza was! After having to explain probably 10 times that it is an address lol the guy finally got it!! Well done!!

I love the new pizza with the burger taste, the place is clean and tidy, the staff is lovely working people and the food is really nice, I want to try all the different pizzas!!!

Disgusting service no meal after 2 hours already paid by card the manager phillipa would not speak to me left it up to a young guy to deal with the situation so now no food and no money for 7 to 10 days avoid this horrendous place.

From my history with this particular Domino's, it is pretty good. My pizzas we're ready for collection when I arrived and when I ate them in the back of a van, they tasted good. I felt very welcomed when I entered this Domino's which I am not used to from Domino's. This is due to a minor fallout I have had with another branch within the chain recently. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to not get thrown back out of the door so obviously news travels slowly when pizza is concerned.

Quick service , quick food and freshly cooked so piping hot 🤗

Should only really be a takeaway place, the seating is incredibly cramped and not very pleasant, otherwise, just your average Dominos.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. I've ordered from this dominos many times in the past and the quality of the pizza has always been bad, but last weekend will be the last ever time I order from here! First of all I waited over an hour for the pizza which eventually arrived with no apology, the pizza was STONE COLD and the driver had forgotten to bring the other half of my order! When she came back I told her to take the pizza and the other half of the order she came back with as I am going to get a refund. I don't know how the staff are this incompetent. Also the pizzas are always made with way too much tomato sauce. But I'm happy I eventually got my refund after multiple phone calls, the store attempting to fob me off with a coupon and waiting a week, but I've learned my lesson and I'd encourage others to order elsewhere!

We’ve had pizza from here at least a dozen times. Always offers on and they have never got a order wrong. I normally use the app and choose a time and never have any problems.

Took an hour to come and was cold when arrived I was already hangry (hungry angry) so this just topped it off..

Pizza was over an hour late. Delivery driver didn't speak English very well nor did he know where my flat was... he was also very rude. Had to call dominoes 3 times to set out fresh pizzas and a different driver..
