Quick service, and nice food. Will visit again 👍

Missing part of the order, the burger buns seemed to be a bit stale, the milkshakes were 2/3rds full, chips were soggy. Young staff bickering and being totally unprofessional , so wish I could have given a big fat zero, I have had to give this McDonald’s a 1 star which in my eyes and experience this is 1 star way too much

Took almost half an hour to get my food and I only ordered fries and chicken nuggets. Staff were more focused on the drive through then people inside

Ordered 3 burgers for dine in. Number came up on board to collect but did not arrive. 2 orders that came up after were served. When asked if everything alright I told yhem why not. They blamed it on waiting for fries. Didn't stop them serving the other 2 orders. Had my number not been put on the board for collection I wouldn't have been annoyed, I'd have just waited until it was.

You'd be better off shutting this mc donalds down and building another lidl! 9 times out if 10 the foods cold! The staff are lifeless! And have 0 customer service. Please do us all a favour...

Which McDonald's is this review referring to? I've no idea, but you know what they're like, some better than others.

Usual breakfast a sausage,egg muffin with hash brown. A little poorly assembled so trick to eat in the car, however it was moist and tasty so hit the spot. Coffee was flat white and good, though a black is my favorite McD's do seem to use plasma to make up!

Went through drive in and for the second time they could only take cash?? Wen I got to the get my food window, after queuing and not being able to buy anything, I spoke to the young girl who had her back to me ... So I raised my voice slightly, and looking at me she turned back to me and carried on talking to her colleagues... I just wanted to ask if I could get some food inside ???? So I just drove off upset.... This is the second time that the money via card won't work. Wat was doubly annoying was the fact that they didn't tell me prior to joining the queue... So I wasted my time and diesel b nightmare

Never opens on time. I stop off regularly for my morning coffee. It's really annoying that opening times state 6am and as I'm passing on a30 at 6am you would think its ideal for a quick stop off. No not this McDonald's they open when they feel like it sometimes 6.10am before they decide to open which by the time I drive through and get it turns into 6.15 before I'm back on the road now running behind for work. No apologies No nothing and act like it's totally acceptable. Always seem to be youngsters running this place and I'm sorry that you can get up early enough to start work but if you can't open at 6am as stated everywhere then you need to change your opening times to what can be managed by your team. And wouldn't effect everyone.

Food could always be hotter but other than that exactly what you'd expect. One of the more consistent fast food stops, polite staff. Can be noisy when full of kids.

Took 20 minutes to get food served. Very unhelpful staff.

Today, it was just as a fast food outlet should be. Easy to order, quickly made table delivery, and consistent quality. Well done.

Ordered thru just eat, food was cold, McDonald's in Cornwall are pretty much all the same, and it's not good. Usually young people, of student age have no pride in the food they are serving, they talk to you like they're bored and it's a huge let down.

Went to drive through. No strawberry milkshake and French fries were COLD. Been a while since going to a McDonald's... be a lot longer before going back again.

Take out, food was freshly cooked and I had some free fries as they were about to close, but the fries unfortunately were cold an inedible

Fries were hot but seemed over cooked, like they had been ready for too long. Burger was standard as usual, but feel that with any meal deal the fries are not brilliant.

Very very very slow service sat in the drive through for 15-20 mins and took another 10-15 minutes to receive my mozzarella dippers sharebox.

I went inside with my two dogs (French), waiting for my husband to order breakfast for me and the children. After a while, the manager came up to me and told me we couldn't sit inside with dogs. I said ok, but I said we would eat there, but outside is wet tables to sit and eat. She said we can't have dogs inside!. My husband took tissues and started wiping the water off our table and bench. Once we had eaten, the staff came and wiped other tables. We felt bad, so the manager should have told us to They sat outside with their dogs and asked that someone would take care of our table. There is no sign on the door of the building that dogs are not allowed!!!!

I would give it zero if was an option. Last time we visited for take away, no chips were included with our meal deals. We understand human error and let it pass. We thought we had our bad experience so it is all good from here. Visited again this evening. I ordered a happy meal, a big tasty and a mc plant for my vegetarian girlfriend. And a share box of mozzarella sticks. I checked the bag and felt two boxes. On arrival home, I had a single portion of mozzarella sticks and no mc plant. It was two mc tasties instead. I live in st ives so not a quick enough trip for us to eat together. Not going to play the gamble of drive through again 😔 fully disappointed

A great place to have a bite to eat, very convenient if you're on the way to st Ives or Penzance. Had two big Mac meals and two drinks of our choice £13 served very quickly and by very helpful and pleasant staff

For the past week my family and I have been very sick after eating here. We found hairs in our food but by that point it was too late. Every time I improve and start eating again I’m sick again. Not worth being so poorly. Never eat here.

Actually a good McDonald's! Everything we ordered we got. The burgers were nice and fresh, kids meals were great. They gave us extra sauce because there was a bit of a wait. Really lovely and friendly staff.

Wish the food was hot always warm.

Absolutely good and sincere service. We (my hubby, myself and my daughter) passed by for a quick meal and a toilet break. Unfortunately, I dropped my wedding ring on the way in. I found it out instantly and tried my hard to look for where I should have dropped it. 20 years of marriage, I've never ever left it anywhere. It's just because I was pretty sick today, had not noticed that I took it off and left on my knee (for putting some cream on my face). it's gone the moment I got off our car. You know how sad I was?!??! I looked for help from the staff at the food counter. He noted the matter and instantly called the manager, Louise to help. Hoping there was anyone pick it up and passed to them (Lost and Found). Unfortunately, no. But Louise was so helpful and sincere. She ask every staff and then went to the pavement by the entrace (where I should have dropped the ring), helped my the search. Nicky, the cleaner also helped and stared on the ground for any suspected small items. We almost gave up and passed our contact number to Louise for any follow up (in case someone picks it up). Lastly and luckily, at the moment of leaving, my husband did a final scan over the ground. Yes, yes, yes, we found it! Who says it's a bad day today!? Absolutely NOT!!!! There are lots of angels in the world and around us!!!!!!!! Thanks again, Louise, Nicky and all staff at this McDonald!!!! They have saved my day and my life!

Busy weekend but the restaurant was absolutely humming. Staff were completely on top of the task, keeping everything clean, serving in and outside the restaurant with queues moving quickly Our meal was ordered and served to our table within ten minutes Manager this evening was top notch

Was feeling peckish called in for double cheeseburger and fries you order on the touch screen as you enter get a order number pay and just wait until number is called all very easy and simple was very busy but order only took 5 mins was well happy with it all..

we went through the drive through got to the speaker to order sat there for 10 minutes no one talked to us after my mum said hello then he talked to us he was very rude I must say and sounded like he didn’t want to be there very rude staff

Micheal, who is on the orders and taking payment is the best. We live just up the road with an autistic child and visit a lot. Micheal is always happy, he’s so professional and such good customer service.

For a McDonald's the experience was really good alot better than what I've come to expect from the franchise. Ordered via the app for table service. Food came very quickly and was warm and cooked perfectly. Staff were constantly keeping the area around us clean and surprisingly checking that all was ok with the food. Altogether a good experience.

Exactly what you would expect from McDonalds - burger and fries. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the though busy, it was calm with plenty of seats available.

Visited this McDonald's to treat the grandkids after traveling down from Nottingham. Probably the worst service and definitely the worst meal I've had at a McDonald's. Even the kids weren't impressed. Will never use it again

Ordered a toffee latte which tasted like dirt asked for it to be redone Nd when I drive she had given me a regular latte. They also got my order wrong and gave me a the wrong roll.

A massive shout out to KAREN THE BEST MCDONALDS MEMBER OF STAFF EVER GIVE THIS LADY A PAY RISE SHE REALLY DOES DESERVE IT we were stranded and in a bad dilemma due to being left without our accommodation because it was inhabitable and Karen did absolutely everything she could to help us use the Internet we were there for a long time and I must say she was so helpful it was unreal most people couldn't care less nowadays but not Karen a lovely kind lady nice to see good hearted people are still about we obviously ate food also which was decent but we won't forget how she tried to help even though she didn't have to 5 stars

didn't have tae wait long for oor order on table service order for my Wife and masel was correct PR very good Hayle is far better than Camborne they were getting oor orders wrong on one Sunday they got the orders wrong 4 times and bined them other making the orders right this is oor experience of Camborne McDonald's now we go tae Hayle McDonald's

Fast service good food and drink

My husband and I thought we would treat ourselves to Mc Donald’s, when we got there there was a massive queue for the drive thru so we decided to drive to Camborne and try the one there but there was a massive queue there to. We decided to drive back to Hayle and try that one again and the queue had gone down slightly so we queued but must of been in it for over 30 minutes. When we got to the pick up window the gentleman behind was so miserable. We parked up and unpacked our food and one of our items wasn’t right so I had to take it back, the lady did say sorry but when I returned to the car the rest of my order was cold and both our chips were not filled to the top they were just over half full and they had no salt on. My burger that I had to go back for because it was wrong was also cold. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us so we will not be using Hayle again we will use Penzance as they seem to be more organised. Really disappointed ☹️

When ordering my food it all went normal as usual, but what I was not expecting was one of the worked to have taken a nibble from my burger. Dissapointed :(

I have been in McDonald's in Hayle. I had to spend there 45 minutes to get my order and there was a lot of people like that. People behind the till was moving very slow and all the time chatting between them self. Orders was done quickly in the kitchen, table with ready food was like a mountain but just not given away. In the end I got my order with missing 1 burger plus the food was cold. It's not the first time I experienced this in Hayle's McDonald's. I hope they will improve.

Not great. Slow counter staff. Wasn’t even that busy. Took an age to finally get our food.

The food itself was good however the service we received was not great. It took quite a while for our order to even arrive to the table and when it did we were not met with friendliness. The ice creams were basically water so we asked for new ones that we could actually eat rather than drink. The girl seemed annoyed that we had asked and upon returning with new ones she flung them on the table at us causing one of them to fall over, nearly landing on my mums lap and then just walked off. We confronted her and did not get an apology. It seems she was having a bad day or maybe recieved some bad news so management should also consider looking after their staff better so that she could have some time out before having to serve customers as she was visibly upset afterwards.

visted this mcdonalds and waited for 30 min in the drive through as only one lane open i suspose to keep a slow moving traffic flow, once arrived at window was greeted by shouting staff and more shouting further in the kitchen, was told only 7 people working, food was thrown together after leaving collection window order was missing an item had to go back in to retrieve it. will not be back.👎🏽💩
