Chicken undercooked, scared to eat it, chips were semi warm and not nice, cheese was like rubber! Paid £12.99 for potential food poisoning! Lovely gentleman who worked there, but was very suspicious about the quality when the food was ready so quickly! Absolutely disgusting! My child didn't eat much either and had pop corn chicken and chips. Will update you tomorrow if my head is down the toilet!

Our kebabs absolutely hit the spot! Service was brilliant - fast and the delivery driver actually found our house. Can’t wait to order again!

I love this place. USA Chicken was open after everywhere else in Penzance was pretty much closed. The shawarma we had was so giant we shared it and we were still full..VERY tasty. If in Penzance make sure you drop by and try them out for yourself.

Really low quality food compared to other local establishments. It's so full of chemicals it gives a hangover effect the next day. Really weird.

Ok so I’m a wee bit late with this one but still had to do it. We diverted from the burgers which we think are amazing and tries a pizza instead. We ordered a 12’’ Mexicain pizza and oh my days that was good. Plenty of toppings and the jalapeño Was left nice and chunky which was good it you like hot food. The only thing I would say is as it’s not mozzarella but cheddar on the top is that when it cools the cheese does start to set … eat fast lol. But overall it was really good. Thanks guys.

Amazing! I visited here with my nephew who has special needs. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the premises is super hygienic, the on street seating arrangements are brilliant with lovely views of the seafront and most importantly the food was lovely. They even gave us some surprise free samples. Would definitely recommend !

Had a takeaway today from USA Chicken in Penzance and it was absolutely stunning. The burgers are so tasty it’s like getting them from a burger van after a night out. Stunningly good food and always super hot. The drivers are really polite and helpful. Thanks guys

Found this food place on Google when looking for halal options so went here to get food before we left the area. Wait was kind of long but other than that, the food was really nice! Didn't expect much but did really enjoy the food. Shame didn't have space to try the donnor.

Disgusting, more grease in the wrap than the fryer, bun so soggy on the burger it dissolved, lord knows what the white things were, certainly not chips, first and last time, sorry guys, only saying how it was, definitely wouldn't recommend.

Visited on Friday the food is delicious the chicken is nice and crispy and juicy inside. Definitely will be coming back next year.

Well what can I say. As first time users we were sceptical as having had a McDonalds delivered cold we were worried it wasn’t going to be hot. We were so shocked when it was delivered piping hot so for that alone thank you. That was fantastic how you got it here to Marazion still steaming hot. I had the chicken burger and wow. It was so moist and not stacks of lettuce like some places I could mention. It was so big I couldn’t finish it 😂. My husband had the big boy burger and by god did he rave about it. The patties were so juicy and not dry at all like some other places I could mention 😂. The chips were crispy and not a soggy chip in sight. The chicken hot wings were crispy with a wee bit of heat and really meaty. Thanks guys for a really nice treat. We will be coming back for more.

Arrived to collect my order, and the man said he didn’t have it. So we left without the food. Order had been correctly processed and money had left the account. So went through customer services… no refund possible apparently.

We’ve been using here for some time now but only recently I had the pleasure of meeting the very friendly and helpful staff myself, our meals have always been excellent and the shop is always very clean, every single member of staff has greeted me with a smile and or a hello, our takeaway food is always extremely hot when we take it home and no grease, thank you so much people and keep up the great work.

Just had a sundae, it was one of the best Iv ever had I highly recommend and the service was very good I was treated with respect.

Was in the mood for fried chicken and this shop was just down from our hotel. We ordered chicken thighs (our favorite pieces) and a lamb doner, which they cut in half for us as we were going to eat at the waterfront. The chips were cooked to order, beautifully salty and steaming hot. A confession. I’m from the American South where fried chicken is a staple. I’ve never had a better piece of chicken in my life. Moist, crunchy, hot and generously seasoned huge pieces of chicken. I think there’s a hint of nutmeg in the coating. You can tell it’s been double dipped so really great mouth feel. The doner rivals those I’ve eaten in Turkey and it is enormous and flavorful. I’m fairly certain it isn’t made in house but the supplier is wonderful. To keep it moist they shave the doner and hold in stock, rather than charring on the grill. The doner salad is super fresh and I’m glad I chose the garlic sauce as it is exceptional. The staff I met are from Bulgaria and could not have been more pleasant. The owner happened to pop in while we waited and was friendly and helpful as well. I’m sure this place will be loaded with customers as the high season approaches. THANK YOU for such an extraordinary standard.

Brilliant food and delicious pizzas

Food took almost 2 hours to arrive. The cheesy chips were dry, hard and cold. Just one solid lump stuck together that tasted like they'd been sat under heat for over an hour. Waste of money couldn't eat them. Burger okay.

Had the chicken shish wrap meal which was really good, chilli sauce was spicy which I love but also had a strong taste of vinegar which wasn't very nice, price was good would definitely go back

fabulous food& chicken parmo outside of North Yorkshire! We ordered online, email said ready at 1826. Upon arrival it wasn't ready - 14 minutes delay. But - they gave us a free bottle Pepsi Max to apologise! Amazing service! Chicken parmo was Fabulous Pizza was fabulous! Garlic bread - brilliant! The prices in store are different to the prices online but close enough. Highly recommended.

Lives up to the hype, in line with other reviews. I was visiting Penzance for a couple of days and fancied a good kebab. Looked up Google Maps and sorted by top rated places. USA Chicken was among the candidates and in fact one of the highest rated in the area. Other chicken shops in the surroundings were not even 4 stars, yet USA Chicken was 4.5. I visited around 2215 which was near the closing time of 2300. I ordered the chicken shish wrap meal (as they don't do chicken donner). My order was prepared fresh and all my preferences (salad/sauces) were accounted for. The thickness of the wrap was just right (not too thick) and it was filled with juicy, succulent and fresh tasting chicken that was seasoned to perfection. Chilli and garlic sauces tasted great too! Chips were also freshly prepared taking this meal to the next level. The meal with a canned drink cost me £8.70 and for the taste and quality I'd say it's worth it. Would highly recommend USA Chicken for a friendly service, delicious and freshly prepared food 👌🏻

This place is well above your average takeaway shops. I live in a town in Wales where the local takeaway was voted nr 1 in Wales.I was happy with that until I have tried USAs food,these guys are really passionate about cooking. -Try their pizza,one of a kind,totally different level. -Burgers are made to beat the regular burger chains. -The chicken has its own particular taste,fresh and juicy. In my opinion their priced are very very competitive for the quality they offer,I could say low prices. The only down side is they are located 200 miles away!But will definelty go out my way to visit them every time I'll go down Cornwall. Thanks you.

We order from USA chicken weekly have done since they opened in penzance. We even have a family member that lives in the midlands and everytime they come visit they order from the place its like part of his visit is to have a chicken parmo. They deliver in a decent the only day i have had to wait more the half hour was mazie day understandable. The delivery drivers are always polite and happy and helpful
