The operators of this eatery are thieves and vagabonds. I paid £36.49 for food that was never delivered and no refunds made. These are worthless scammers. They should not be allowed to operate their businesses in a sane environment. I work hard for my money. Its non refund remains an open sore in my heart. Until that money is refunded, I will never wish the organisation well. Whatever they lay their hands upon is cursed! Lateef (07514257721)

Stinking and the lots are CHEATS! I ordered food, they took my money, and I was never served! These are bunch of criminals who made me to lose £40= I will continue to slam them until they find it expedient to refund me with my hard -earned money.

This company is a rip-off. They are lairs, very unreliable, very rude and very deceptive. RUN away from them. Don't go near them. Find a place elsewhere to eat if hungry. I ordered almost £40= food online and made instant payment. The food was never delivered, and my money WAS NEVER REFUNDED. When I challenged them, they told me to go to blazes. I will continue to tell whosoever I come across about my experience. I have also applied to Guilford County Council for a permit to picket in front of this deceptive eatery soon. RUN! RUN!! RUN!! from them.

Poor quality food, poor service and over an hours wait for delivery. I've ordered from here over the last year but last three time have been awful. Yesterday i ended up throwing it all in the bin as it was stone cold and requesting refund from just eat. Portion size small, chicken cold and chewed up, looked like someone had been at it and overall very disappointing. This is the first ever time ive done something like this. I've checked companies house which shows the company as dissolved, not sure they should be trading but i may be wrong. Either way, im out and would give it a zero 🌟 if i could.

I ordered 2 chickens from this place – ended up receiving 8 legs!! No breasts! I called and complained that when you order a chicken you expect to receive a full chicken – the person answering did not apologise and said that they only do legs and this should have been shown in the online menu but it has not been updated by the vendor managing the website. I wasn’t satisfied and asked for a refund which he agreed to do after complaining for several minutes, when I asked about how the refund will be processed I was told that I will need to deal with a separate company who will refund the money and this falls outside his responsibility. I told him that as a customer I shouldn’t be expected to chase another company, it is bad enough that you’ve ruined my evening and wasted my time, Piri bite should deal with the third party internally and process the refund, he didn’t like that and started cursing, effing and swearing on the call. As I insisted that he deals with this issue, he called the company dealing with the refund explained the situation and asked them to issue a refund who I called later and in turn reassured me that a refund will be processed. Overall it was a horrible experience and the people managing this place have no understanding of customer service and how to manage expectations, deescalate a situation or deal professionally with customers. Instead the person I spoke to was damping down everything I said and mocking me throughout the call. Looking at the reviews I found that others had similar negative experiences. Truly Despicable

Ordered through Uber Eats - arrived quickly and tasted delicious. Chicken was flavoursome and moist, and the side dishes were nothing special but still tasted very nice.

I ordered from this place a few times. Food always arrived very quickly, kebab had lot of meat and sauce in it, the same with cheesy fries - properly covered in cheese!

Ordered a kebab and some fried chicken. It arrived in about 15 minutes. The kebab had a ton of chicken on and was delicious. The fried chicken was also yummy. My partner and I love this place.

Guildford finally has a decent chicken takeaway! Great southern fried chicken, good piri chicken and great crisp fries. Friendly staff too.
