The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Second time of ordering at this branch, and second time of spending the next two days in the bathroom doubled over. Slow service, and then putting the wrong dips in the bag. When asked to change the dip, the staff got defensive saying it was right, until I showed the receipt said otherwise. Will not be returning here.

Pathetic service via just eat. The staff does not check orders properly and there are always items missing. They didn’t send any large sides and 1.5lit bottle with it and took the full payment, so gutted.

You know what you will get from KFC, not my first choice but getting quite expensive these days. Service was good, food was cooked as it should so no complaints.

What a fabulous venue; staff were so much fun; warm, friendly and vibrant. Molly and Calvin were so accommodating in assisting with drink selections and just a really lively exciting venue.

New whopper is tasty and good ,quiet expensive though

Most unprofessional place ive encountered. Staff were running around,running outside, taking selfish, scrolling on their phones, waited 30 minutes because they were more interested in messing around than actually doing their job. Will never go there again

We stopped here for an early dinner. The empty car park almost put us off. It’s been a while since I have been to Pizza Hut and I won’t be returning. This place is seriously lacking any kind of customer service and feels like it will probably be the next eating place to close its doors. Everything is ordered via your phone at the table and you pay for it at the time of ordering. The salad bar isn’t great, not much of a selection and lacking in freshness. The pizza was lacking cheese and the toppings were tiny portions. The puddings were fit for the bin. Kids plastic crockery was in need of replacing. Staff were all behind the scenes and only came out to shout at the kids who were having a party. We got an apology for the rank puddings but there wasn’t an offer to replace them with something else or give us our money back. I can’t really find anything positive to say about this place, other than there is plenty of parking!

Possibly the worst chicken kebab Ive ever had. Chicken slices were a translucent grey colour all stuck together in a lump, covered in a gloopy garlic sauce with chilli, salad was warm lettuce and white onion and I think there was a bit of carrot in there. Pitta bread was so thin and like cardboard, total waste of £7.90.

So this is my forth time I've ordered from mcdonalds in dalton park to my home address I have countless wrong right the driver parking on the other side road to even giving me the wrong mcdonalds this time I have ordered I big mc medium fries looked in the order no fries I am getting sick of this now you really need to sort it out

Second take away from this establishment, first was a sponge - nothing too special and to over priced BUT. just had New York cheesecake and I’ve never had such a fake tasteless dessert . I’ve had many New York cheesecakes but its got to be the worst Sorry!

I went to this BURGER KING with friends who go very often and who surprise me every time with their new arrivals and the sandwiches that I really like! the staff are very kind and very, very understandable. Very often they have offers not to be missed! I would happily return.

¡Este McDonalds debe ser el peor del país! Cada vez que cometo el error de aventurarme a este “establecimiento” me encuentro con una absoluta decepción. O se olvidan de la mitad del pedido, o es tan malo y ni siquiera puedo comerlo! Bien hecho por ser el peor de todos!

Popped in for a quick bite before jumping the train, food was lovely.. Jennifer 5 🌟 always helpful and chats away with a smile, great with the kids as always definitely makes each visit a good one

Se utiliza la aplicación macdonalds para pedir una entrega. Cuando la comida vino del conductor de Uber, faltaba un artículo. Llamó a este Macdonalds para informar, para que le dijeran que no pueden hacer nada al respecto, tendrá que ponerse en contacto con Uber para un reembolso. Como fue su culpa no pusieron artículo en bolsa (que estaba sellado) no fueron de ayuda en absoluto, no querían dar 1 estrella como muy terrible servicio al cliente. Rang uber y como solo faltaba 1 artículo, no están dando reembolso. No me dejó hablar con el gerente y haber alcanzado el máximo servicio al cliente, así que estoy de mi bolsillo debido a este restaurante. Nunca más usaré este macdonalds y uber 😡😤
