Overpriced, Overcooked and over staffed as well. spent ages to make the order be understood correctly. chicken was cooked in overheated oil fryer which gives it a distinct smell. The quality of the food is not good. Hardly ever fresh. Fries are always cold and rubbery and the burgers are so dry. Will never buy food again from bilston store.

Food was actually decent but the service horrible. Haven’t been in the KFC for years and I was greeted by a very unpleasant woman who couldn’t even say “hello”. I’m not one to write bad reviews but how the customers are treated is not right. Let alone the dirty looks I was given and the horrible tone I was spoken to in.
