Burger King in Tower Hamlets

I went to this BURGER KING with friends who go very often and who surprise me every time with their new arrivals and the sandwiches that I really like! the staff are very kind and very, very understandable. Very often they have offers not to be missed! I would happily return.

Service was good enough but the burgers which were the double bacon cheeseburgers had nothing on them other than cheese and bacon. No sauce no ketchup no onions...nothing. The bacon was undercooked and tasted terrible. These were so plain and as I had done take away and had to eat something before going out I had to choke it down. Considering how pricey this fast food is I was very disappointed. Won't be returning.

Not clean . Bad service and lacking menu items and new prise list. no ketchup, n able to relax amd many Heggers in store , watch your bag .

Went in on a Friday early evening (in a hurry and hungry or else wouldn't have stayed) the tables were filthy, several lights were flickering on and off and a coke machine?? never seen that outside the serving area before. The toilets were locked so was ushered through to the back where there was a disabled toilet with a keycode on it !! it was blocked and the whole environment was unsanitary. Food was tasty though but never again

Interior looks pretty rough and not too clean, toilets were closed, no coke in the machine. Food was like BK food is. Would not go again.

I love BK's Plant-Based Whopper and Vegan Nuggets. As a vegan, I believe that I must patronize restaurants that serve vegan options in order to prove to these establishments that vegans are an important and growing share of their customer base. I hope to live to see BK become an entirely vegan restaruant chain.

Vi bestilte 2 burger menuer. Burgeren var som andre Burger King, Pomfritterne var rigtig lækre sprøde. Lille udvalg af burger og deres ismaskine virkede ikke, så det var ikke muligt at få kold sodavand.

We went there to have lunch while we usually go to the Burger King which is located at Picadilly Circus. We have been disappointed by the fact that the bread went in pieces so that it was not convenient at all to eat the whopper.

I went to this restaurant and the security guard, who told me his name was Steve, was rude and violent. While my friend was in the queue, he told me to unplug my phone from the outlet. I said no, and he advanced on me in a violent way. I thought he was going to hit me. When he saw the receipt, he continued to yell. It was quite a scene. I see from Internet websites, this security guard has received several complaints. I wrote a letter to the company about six weeks ago and never received a reply. I will never visit this place again. I've never seen anything like this.

Not good to say the least. 15 minute wait for a VERY cold burger. Disgusting. Whilst waiting the other server apologised to me for my wait. The guy serving me didn't say a word. Whole place filthy.

Was very early for work so I did not want to stand in the cold. Ordered a breakfast muffin and coffee and this was very nice indeed.

Absolutely rubbish behaviour, insulting customer in the restaurant. Racist attitude. Today is Sunday the woman in charge behaving customer like insulting customer. This is not acceptable in Burger King .I have been insulted by the women in charge.

We popped in here whilst waiting to go on a ripper walk. The gestapo security guard wouldnt let anyone use the toilet without having first purchased something. He is aggressively chasing people to stop them using it. Saw him prevent an old lady using the toilet. Food is mediocre. Typical burger king fare.

Burger King in England würde ich eher vermeiden. Ich bestellte einen Chicken burger und der roch nach FISCH und schmeckte nach NICHTS! FLEISCH war das bestimmt keines! Der Beefburger meines Freundes schmeckte standard (anscheinend nach seiner Meinung) Die Pommes schmeckten ebenfalls wie bei uns in Österreich. Der Service ist auch nicht gerade der hit, aber man erwartet sich auch nicht wirklich mehr.

We stopped here to refuel before starting our day thinking that Burger King was a standard you know what you are getting kind of place. Food was good but the Toilets were locked and unavailable for use and we were directed to the Disabled toilet. This was pretty disgusting. Standing outside waiting in a dirty, swealtering hot corridor which led into the kitchen - feet actually sticking to the ground and inside was pretty grimey too. Burger King need to check if this place meets their standards. Not impressed.

I came in here as the KFC a few shops down was closed for renovation. I have to admit the place looked completely unsanitary, the floors were wet, the tables - none seemed clean and had piles of food left waiting for someone to clean them up. The staff were ok, in that they gave me my food. However when I received the food it was practically stone cold, the chips, the burger and the coke tasted more like water with a bit of sugar than anything else. The place looked run down and sitting around were depressed unhappy people. I thought about using the toilets, but just the walkway up to them looked disgusting and had to leave the food unfinished for fear of food poisoning. This place is probably violating some health codes and needs to be looked into. If you visit here welcome to the most unloved BK in London. If you want toilets? There’s a cafe by the KFC which can help, there’s an Art Gallery by Aldgate East or there’s a pub just by the traffic lights you can use. If you want actual food, there’s a KFC or the cafe or you just go to Moe’s or walk to exit 2 of Aldgate East and there’s a Tesco Express by the Ibis on Commercial Road. Save your tastebuds and save yourself.

After eating here I had vomit and high fever for days. spoiled food Probably the chicken. I will never set foot in this fast food

A notre arrivée dans le quartier de Whitechapel , on était un peu limite dans le planning , on a testé cette enseigne , prix cohérent , service rapide , c'est pas le top mais idéal pour un repas rapide avec un service correct

Aparecimos para comer algo, muy extraño, ya que estaba comiendo y viendo el guardia de seguridad ya que no estaba permitido utilizar el WC sin billete y un chico no tenía billete pero él mostró su envuelto burger!

Visité este lugar con mi hermano, que ha estado aquí bastante a menudo. El personal es amable y la comida es decente. No tenía muchas expectativas de este lugar, por lo tanto, no me decepcionó. Si estás buscando un bocado rápido, puedes ir aquí sin muchas dudas.

日本にもあるバーガーキング。混雑していることもあって、接客などは期待しないほうがいいです。営業時間も長いので便利に使えます。量はかなりありますし、最初から袋に入れてくれることも多いので、余ったら持ち帰りできます。

Obviously you don't expect Michelin starred dining in a fast food burger chain. However this branch is definitely doing all it should. I had some vouchers on the website but could not print them off or install the app due to not having a printer and my phone playing up. I called them and the manager was very nice and assured me he would sort me out with the voucher deals when I attended and task for him by name. This was reassuring as I was visiting the area due to my husband having extensive hospital appointments locally following a near fatal accident. Their is no branch of BK near my home other than kings cross which is still nearly 2 miles away so not that convenient.

This burger king is supposed to be open until midnight, still each time I count on it instead of the Macdonald's that is on my way it is closed at 23h if not before. This place is a joke. Could be so much more in such a developing area - won't count on it anymore. A shame.

Popped in tonight for a quick bite before a jack the ripper tour. The service was friendly and fast but the King Fish burger I ordered looked and tasted like it had been sat around for a very long time. I went to the ladies toilet before we left and it was quite honestly appalling. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days nevermind hours. Previous users had clearly not cleaned up after themselves. And the sanitary bin was overflowing. Safe to say I turned around hastily!I'm sure there are better places to grab some fast food in Whitechapel. Avoid Burger King!

Stopped here for a coffee to kill some time before going to Brick Lane. The place was fine, plenty of seating, quick service, decent enough fast food, clean toilets, etc.

Queued for 15 mins in Holborn BKOne guy serving Asked for double cheeseburger, he said you can't have that, we haven't got any... he then pointed to what I could have which was what was on the warmer which had been there for 15mins... Not sure where I went wrong??? I thought you looked at menu and then made a choice... apparently not... Loads of seats upstairs (that is if you want to clear them full of rubbish first) Definitely one to avoid...Burger King you need to send this bunch of amateurs on a course - seriously... or give them their p45

Quick service, central location close to Whitechapel Gallery, nice hot food. Love the multiple choice drinks machine! Only problem....not a lot of chips!! Otherwise all ok.

Visited here while on a trip to the big smoke for a quick snack ( or so I thought ), waited for meal to be served for a good 6 mins at the counter after I had paid for it, eventually sat down with some sort of cheeseburger and fries, both must have been made up quite a while ago because fries were damn near cold and the burger ( if you could call it that ) was, how can I say ? Hmmm just dead, lacking in any flavour or moistness, a bit like chewing cardboard, service was shocking, food terrible, atmosphere nil, glad to get out alive, I know it's a fast food joint but come on, at least bloody try !

The staff were very friendly and helpful, however my food sat in the oven for ages as the staff member disappeared for some reason and when he came back and gave us the food it was cold.

I visited the London Victoria Train Station branch and found that although the food was quick, the bap was rubbery and the meat tasteless. There are offers on a regular basis but the branch will have to improve drastically for me to eat here again. I advise you to avoid this branch and go elsewhere for your burger. If popularity is an indication of quality with only two customers in five minutes tells its own story.

I have just eaten in this "restaurant".Luke warm,so called" freshly cooked"food.Bad mannered staff. Poor seating areas.Wet floors due to the rain outside, with no warnings of slippery floors for punters.The abundance of beggars inside was astounding.I saw one wretch cajoling 10p pieces out of frightened diners and then said urchin ordered a large meal just as I was leaving the premises......albeit hastily.My friend Norbert Samways was equally appalled.Please avoid!!

Purtroppo non amo le sorprese, e quindi arrivati con una fame da lupi, qual miglior fast-food che quello che conosciamo.......Cmq in Italia siamo soliti al Mc Donald, ma devo dire che qui ho mangiato un Mega Hamburger veramente ottimo.

We had dinner at Burger King and the quality of the food was not as good as we are used to here in Australia. The value for money was poor in comparison and the offers advertised out front were not made available to us when I ordered them. Instead we were coerced into selecting a more expensive option that was not what we really wanted.

Without doubt the worst Burger King that I have ever been to and I have been to a few over the years,.Although not a great consumer of fat food we journeyed to Burger King not far rom the tube station after a journey from Whales with my wife and 9 year old daughter, as soon as I went in Eminem was playing (explicit lyrics included) but was too late as my wife had already ordered. Although the staff were not directly rude, they just did not acknowledge us. Took a while to get their attention even though we were the only ones in there at 9PM. Finally got food and it tasted terrible. Soggy buns, stiff burgers, limp under cooked chips and I regard myself as a conisueur of diet coke I would bet a months salary that what I drank was not diet coke. I went to complain and could to get their attention whilst they chatted and sang to Eminem. Absolutely disgusting place with no job pride, care of hygiene or any understanding of customer care. I realise that they make perhaps be on minimum wage, but previously, so have I, but I always made sure customers was always happy, even with loud and obnoxious hambeasts/hamplanets. Although I usually don't mind whatever is being played loudly within a restaurant, I find it totally unacceptable for Burger King to be playing this type of music at this time of night. Shame on you, I really hope all of the people who were working there that night lose their jobs as you really have no idea or simply do not care.

This is a Burger King people, you know what to expect.The place is kept in reasonably good condition and is pretty empty for breakfast.Lunch time can be an struggle, specially during the summer and autumn, when tourists flock here unsure about eating in any of the many places around the area (some excellent, some horrible ripoffs).As for the comment on the subject, sometimes there are people begging inside the restaurant, so be polite but also mindful of your stuff. People know tourists are around and thus are in the look out for a chance of a bit of thievery.

Had vouchers to use so visited here. No-where to sit and despite a lot of staff the place was extremely dirty and untidy. Tables needed clearing and cleaning. The staff were very slow and misunderstood my order. Proper order finally received, the food was well cooked, hot and tasty. Didn't linger due to people waiting for tables (could do with more).

Bom para quem quer uma comida rapida. Oferece diversas opções de hamburgueres, mas nada de especial. Não difere muito do Brasil. Tem melhores opções pelo mesmo preço. Porém os lanches são gostosos e saem rápido. As promoções são as que valem mais a pena em questão de economia e bom lanche.

O burger King serve vários tipos de hamburguer a preços razoáveis para quem não quer perder muito tempo com comida e quer aproveitar a cidade o máximo possível. Recomendo aos viajantes que possuem poucos dias na cidade.

Há diversos restaurantes dessa rede de fastfood pela cidade. As vezes, dependendo da programação dos passeios, o tempo só dá para um lanchinho rápido e é aí nessas horas que nos recorremos a ele. Sempre há alguma promoção interessante, que garante uma boa economia, principalmente para os altos preços de Londres. O sistema de refil de refrigerante também se torna um bom diferencial.Recomendo.

Nada de especial ... mas algo que vale sempre lembrar para os brasileiros. Por padrão o sanduíche Whooper não vem com queijo e precisa pedir para adicioná-lo se faz questão.

Fast food saboroso, relativamente barato, sem muitas diferenças em relação ao sanduíche do Brasil. Mais uma opção para quem está em Londres, aonde tudo é bem caro.

Como em todo mundo, o gosto do Burguer King é um dos melhores das redes de fastfood. Sempre quando falta grana num final de viagem, resolvo ir lá.

Côté gare St Pancras, sortie côté embarquement TGV pour la France, vers King Cross, à droite en sortant. c'est mieux de se reposer là et prendre un léger petit déjeuner que de trouver cher et médiocre à l'intérieur de la gare, dans la galerie.

We popped into Burger King as daughter wanted some breakfast. She was happy with her vegetarian burger and chips and we loved the hot coffees, having come in out of cold rainy London weather.

I have eaten a few meals at Burger King recently and overall have found them disappointing and poor value; this meal was no exception. I had a voucher that gave me free fries and drink with the purchase of a (£4.19) Sweet Chilli Chicken Royale, having completed the Burger King feedback website. Despite this offer being advertised in the window the staff member serving seemed to have no knowledge of it and how to input it on the till. After a second member of staff came I was told it would be £8.38 for my burger - obviously this was preposterous but the staff didn't think so. Eventually we sorted it out to £4.19. It took 3 or 4 minutes for the food to arrive despite the place being empty, and when it did the burger was cool at best and the chips weren't all that crisp. It comes to something when the best part is the drink. I wasn't given a receipt either so am unable to comment on it directly to Burger King's feedback website; perhaps a deliberate move?!
