Fun day out, but the queue for the loo was long and then broken.

The bowling is fine but the two women working at the front desk make the entire experience SO unenjoyable. They are rude, unhelpful and overall terrible at their jobs.

Staff was a bit scatty, one was uber grumpy slamming glasses down the table like a child. Lol! Comic value.

I was really looking forward to celebrating my 25th birthday here, and had paid for a party of 7 to bowl up front. However, due to an issue beyond my control I was unable to make the booking and let them know two hours before via email. Having paid in full, I'd think it good practice for any business to do their best to accommodate us at another time, but all I got was a curt, dismissive response via email three days later. Think before you book!

We went for a childs 8th birthday party and they were so great and helpful. Great fun for the kids

Fantastic bowling venue…..free from the sensory overload of other more commercial bowling alleys…..food sounds good too but haven’t tried it yet!

Went here for bottomless brunch. Service was slow, every server apart from one seemed to hate working there/were openly disdainful towards us when we asked for anything. Staff attitude was not good at all. We also witnessed one server be shouted at by a manager, very unprofessional!

Went to this location as part of our company gathering, they just wanted to get us out as soon as the game was finished. Took ages to get access to the karaoke section. Could have been much better had they been more organised or better prepared.

Came here with my friends for the karaoke and the bowling, we loved it. We booked the karaoke for an hour, we went slightly over time as we lost track of our hour, and the staff were so nice about it, they didn’t ask us to pay extra. I would say the only downside of karaoke here is that the room was quite small. There was 5 of us, and the room felt so stuffy and packed. The room we were in, had the tv mounded straight by facing the corner of the room, which was such a weird angle because we couldn’t stand and read the lyrics. We then decided to book bowling on the spot as it was in the same area, it was great fun. We spent a little time in the arcade area, it’s obviously not as great as real arcades but it’s still something. Aside for the size of the establishment, the experience was great.

Visited for drinks before going to dinner. They offer a Happy Hour on weekdays so we enjoyed a number of Cocktails. Situated on Brick Lane it is a handy place to meet friends for a drink after work and for some bowling.

We had an amazing party at All Star Lanes! The atmosphere was lively, and the bowling was so much fun ! The karaoke room are super, lots of song choices. Huge thanks to Annamaria for her outstanding service—she made sure we had everything we needed and had the best time. Great food and drinks too. We'll definitely be back!

Do NOT use the inbuilt Google Maps Reserve a Table feature - I booked a table for 7 people and received an email that the business would “confirm the booking”. They never contacted me, there was no contact number and I had to scramble last minute to make alternative plans.

Absolute waste of money, we arrived and half way through the game we were told they had to cut our game short as the next booking had arrived. Don’t even bother going here not worth it!!! Staff were rude and not helpful

Bowling was disappointing - very old equipment despite the high price charged (old shoes/balls/displays). Also despite ordering drinks at the bar, service charge to the drink prices without telling you - as the amount on the card reader only displays the total amount, you would only realise after checking the menu prices. Would not recommend.

Usually go to the stratford All Star but wanted to try the Brick Lane branch for a change this Bank Holiday. Much smaller and intimate venue. Staff member that attended to us was a bit stand offish but we still had a great time. Ideal for family or smaller groups that don't want too many people around like the westfield All Star

Great venue and good food. We enjoyed the bowling. However, service was slow because the venue is very clearly understaffed and staff who were there were working flat out to keep up.

Absolutely loved the environment! Went here for bowling with friends and after that stayed for the Euro 2024 finals and the atmosphere was electric! Loved the food, loved the bowling lanes and loved the well made interiors!

*Terrible slow service and dishonest practices* I took my team here for a fun night out after work in February. Whilst the food was good, the service was terribly slow. We were waiting for almost an hour despite the place being relatively empty on a Friday night. After we had finished our meal (which was honestly quite good), I asked the waitress to pay but said I would not be happy to pay the service charge. She said she understood and would "be right back". After another 15-20 minutes (with the bar refusing to take my payment), I suggested to my colleagues that we just go through for our bowling game given we had been allocated a time slot. After a further 10 minutes. the waitress came running into the bowling lanes in a huff and shoved a card reader in my face. I tapped my card as we were in the middle of a game and I had made it clear to her that I would not be paying service. Turns out, service charge had been added, but I didn't notice until looking at the receipt the next day. It is now July and I have been liaising with someone called Ceon in "Customer Service" to try and arrange a refund of the service charge that I feel was obtained dishonestly. Despite me providing a booking number, proof of purchase, details of the card the booking was made under and a full statement of what occurred, I have been given a litany of excuses as to why the refund cannot be processed. The Venue Manager and Ceon have both simply passed the buck to the other. I have given up on seeing any money back from them after 5 months of chasing. TLDR: Good food, fun bowling, long wait times and poor service. ...Oh, and check your bill carefully, because if you're overcharged, you won't be seeing the money!

We waited so long for our food that it hadn’t arrived by the time our game had finished. We were the only people in the building and spent almost £20 on just some chips and nachos (plus a service charge which we could not remove despite the fact that we ordered via a QR code at the table so there was no service???) which should take just a few minutes to prepare. When we asked for a refund because we had waited ‘like 20 minutes’ the staff member told us we could have one, then came back and said because it had actually been 15 we couldn’t have one. We reiterated that we’d prefer to have the refund than the food as we were now leaving and they still gave us the food anyway and refused to refund us.

not the best experience. however the drinks were very good and priced well. it’s a shame it’s let down by staff who were uninviting, rude and rushed.

Work right in front and is the 2nd time and the last one we come in here. Today the bar was almost empty and I had to wait 20min to order a beer... the lady and the guy working there are useless. Walked out and went to the 1001, better place, better treat and location.

Bowling was fun however there’s no options for barriers so keep that in mind. Where it suffered was the poor hospitality and customer service from the staff. They were very cold and abrupt, we walked up the stairs to the lanes and the staff immediately pushed us to the side whilst we waited for the previous party to leave. There is a service charge added to all drinks, even if you order at the bar!! My beer was flat, I took it back to the bar and one of the the bartenders accused me of lying. He tried to prove me wrong before eventually giving me a new one. Within a minute of finishing the game, we were ushered off the lane quite rudely (there was no one waiting to take the lane). Finally, the staff cleared our drinks before we had even finished and we tried to say we hadn’t finished but they just walked off! Overall a disappointing experience for the price we paid!

Visited Thursday night, great venue but rude staff members who didn’t have time to serve you and then acted surprised when you asked them to take service charge off your drinks bill. Found our waiter hiding around the corner scrolling on her phone!

Came here for my birthday celebration. The woman at the darts/bowling till messed up and held us up for 20 minutes insisting that we had lost “the key” which held my partner’s debit card. After being told by both members of staff that they could NOT POSSIBLY have our card because we did not have a key, they eventually found the card….. and offered a meagre apology after gaslighting us for 20 minutes straight with other customers coming up to us insisting that we had the key. Why would we want to steal a key fob when you guys have my card? This made my partner very distressed. As this was all happening kept dealing with us impatiently and suggesting to us that it wasn’t their problem. Manager (Manuel) even told us that “he sees it all the time that the customer has lost the keys”. When both of us suggested for them to review the two very clearly displayed CCTV footage, they outright l refused. Even until the very end he was indignant at the fact that the key was still inside the box. Great birthday with All Star Lanes. Update: All-Star lanes has attempted to make up for this experience by offering us free drinks and an extra bowling session, which we took up. This time around the daytime staff were much more friendly and even engaged us in conversation. I would say still that we feel quite negative about our initial experience, but have to say the second time around was quite a bit better.

Poor experience. Bowling was good however, the service in the restaurant was extremely slow. The food was adequate. Buying drinks at the bar they automatically add a service charge.

I came here with my family—brothers and sisters—and we took turns playing on the screen system. I must admit, I was absolutely dreadful at the game; my bowling skills left much to be desired, and my family easily outperformed me. However, despite my lack of talent on the lanes, I couldn't help but appreciate the motivating atmosphere. The bowling hall's lovely lights, the delicate balls, and the spacious layout all contributed to a pleasant experience.

Amazing place to relax. Interactive darts’ great. We didn’t bowl that time, but we will do the next time. Great foods and drinks.

Posting on behalf of a family member who said the staff were the rudest they’d ever seen. Clearly didn’t want to be there.

The food was below the standard what was expected, requested vegetarian meal and all I received chips with melted cheese and some crisps again with melted cheese.

Second time adding a 1 star review. Staff are generally unhelpful and somewhat rude when trying to deal with customer issues and bookings. There's a real sense that this business are trying to make as much money as possible without putting the customers first.

The lack of organisation and professionalism in the restaurant here is unbelievable. A few of our large group made food requests over a week in advance and heard nothing about them until we were there. They had our names, what we ordered and the requests ...and yet they decided to describe the food items they brought out trying to get us to identify whose each item is -why not just say the name? Very difficult experience and no reason for it whatsoever. In addition, the food was nothing special and the cocktails were mediocre. I may as well mention that the 330ml can of Jubel was over £7 also. Honestly such a cool place and could be great fun but management needs to give their head a wobble.

Celebrated my 31st with a few of my boys and had a really good afternoon tbf. Bottomless was everything you could ask for in terms of the service, food and drink. All top tier. The Big Breakfast which came with two sausages, bacon, egg, this delicious baked beans side which were honestly some of the baked beans ive ever tasted, all topped on a huge hash brown. 10/10!! The cocktails were flowing, no ask was ever too much. The service was brilliant! Would have liked a couple of other selections available but the mimosas and margaritas were doing the job. We had booked one game of bowling which again was brilliant. They even upgraded us into the VIP area with our own bar. The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 star is that the music was a little off for me but that is more personal preference. Solid 4.5/5 rating. Would definitely recommend!

Really bad service throughout. Felt like we were an inconvenience to them being there. I asked for a different pair of shoes as the pair I was given were crumbling and full of holes and was told “what do you expect, they’re all like that.”

A great place with some great diner style food. Lots of good tasting food that really fills you. There is also a great atmosphere here.

The attitude of the manager working at the bowling was so rude that I felt insulted, maybe that's why the attitudes of other employees were also quite rude as well.

Very long drinks and food serving time, even in the middle of a weekday, expect to wait for 1-2 hours for food. Also, waiters forget what you order.

Great place for late night drinks. Only 6 bowling lanes but it gives it an intimate feel. Amazing honest staff there as well. Partner left his phone there and it was put in a safe place by the lady cleaning the tables. We did not see her when we went back but thanked the lady who gave it to us. We also want to give a special thanks to the lady who found it. You have restored our faith in humanity. We will definitely be back.

Took the kids over Easter holidays. We booked a round of bowling and an hour on the karaoke. The bowing was great fun. Everything was as you would expect. They do insist you wear bowling shoes but that’s ok, it meant the bowling area was nice and clean. It did feel a little rushed - within seconds of finishing the front of house team insisted we leave the area and move to the bar. The team behind the reception desk were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We were allowed to start the karaoke a little earlier and as it was so quiet, they kindly let us have some extra time at the end, which the kids loved. The music options on karaoke were endless. They had literally every song you can think of. You can also press a button and the front of house team come to you for your drinks/food order. We enjoyed the 2-4-1 happy hour on cocktails and Prosecco. We also tried the nachos which is a MUST - there was a mountain of nachos, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. Very generous portion. Total price was around £80 for bowling, karaoke, drinks and some bar snacks.

We had such a fun time! Kayleigh was so attentive and really made our experience here that much better, thank you! Would recommend to anyone that likes bowling or kareoke!

Very nice vegan burgers but onion rings and chips are inedible.

Food was poor, the bathrooms were filthy. However the karaoke and bowling was very fun. We saw a mouse running across the restaurant and when we informed the staff they didn’t seem to be bothered, very unhygienic. If they could work on the being abit cleaner this place would be amazing!

The service was extremely poor. We had booked dinner followed by bowling and they were extremely late in serving us and then the staff approached us whilst having dinner to state that we are late for our bowling and that we should have informed them that their staff was late in serving dinner. Not cool.

We went for bottomless brunch and we had the Hash Hut Benni, Chicken & Brown Benni and the Hash Hut Royale, and it was absolutely delicious! The service was great, served us our alcoholic drinks within 5 minutes of ordering, we got a lot of drinks in the whole 90 minutes, so worth it! Highly recommend

I had an amazing time at the All Star Lanes - Brick lane branch. Had outstanding customer service from Valerii, despite the Saturday rush! He was truly attentive and made sure me and my friends were well taken care of. I hope he gets an incentive or some sort of recognition! The company is lucky to have him

Bowling was really fun! The issue came when ordering food after. We ordered about 1715 in the restaurant that wasn’t that busy and the food didn’t arrive to around 1900. Food was okay though.

A friend and I came to All Star Lanes in Brick lane a few days ago. The place was super nice and we had a lot of fun bowling and Karaoke. Fatima was our staff for the day and she was polite, very welcoming and was of great service. Will definitely be coming back with more friends. 10/10 service.

Did the darts and it was good fun

We rented the karaoke room and had Kayleigh as our host. She talked us through how it all worked and got us our first drinks so we could just relax and enjoy the party. It was so much fun! Would 100% recommend

The private bowling area upstairs was very nice and had a bar, Lydia was very helpful and made our whole experience very easy and even managed to get us karaoke without booking which was fun. Would recommend

Went for bowling with friends. The place particularly bowling alley gives an old vibe, it can definitely use an update to match the vibe of whole place. We did have trouble placing orders for our drinks and chips. Not sure if it was the shortage of staff or what the waiter didn’t seem much interested in taking a second round of order. Had to leave after the first round of drinks to continue at another spot.

I came last week Sunday to bowl with my friends and there was a woman working there that day I believe her name was Fatima, the way she helped us was amazing she was very helpful and kind and game us a wonderful customer experience. I would definitely go again.

I had come to all stars on Sunday with my friends and we had saw it was busy, lack of staff but Fatima welcomed us and made our experience worth while and her service was amazing.

One of the best places I've been to be honest. Karaoke was fun, bowling was enjoyable and the food was great before we left, if I could go again I would.

We booked dining and bowling. I ordered a classic burger. The meat was quite smelly but the staff was very kind to offer a new order. I changed it with buffalo taco. Unfortunately, the chicken was very smelly, too. Although the staff was kind, I got a very bad impression about the food. When we bowled, the lane got struck several times and we had to tell the reception to fix it. This delayed our game quite a lot.

Zuzzana is unmatched. The best receptionist to be greeted by when coming to play bowling. Before even getting to play it felt like my experience already started at the front desk. Such a jolly individual and what made it memorable was seeing her on the way out too and with an exchange of just a few words, she made us feel very welcome. My friends and I will most definitely be coming back again. Anyone coming for the first time, ask to see Zuzzana!

I went in October for my birthday with my friends for karaoke, bowling, drinks and food and Derek absolutely made our night! He was amazing and is definitely the reason we will be returning!

I cannot give a good review. We arrived at 1:30 on time. It’s 2:45 still haven’t received our main course and our bowling slot is at 3:15. Also it took over 30 mins to receive our drinks.. the place is fairly empty.
