Firstly service was terrible summed up with 50% of the tables left untouched and still uncleared for the entire visit. Had to ask twice for the wine we ordered and also for the water we asked for but never arrived, starter calamari was fine the American burger was awful very very salty and dry on top of that attempted to add 12.5% service charge which was a total joke. This was a real shame as we’d earmarked the place for dinner as staying locally but service and food was really poor would not recommend and will not be returning.

We went for the iftar menu, whilst the food was delicious the process itself was disorganised. There was one member of staff who was very helpful but generally it was all a little confused. Starters came out at a decent iftar time but then mains didn’t come out until 40 minutes after, the sides had arrived though so they’d been left to get cold whilst waiting for the mains. Many other tables had all their food much earlier, but some didn’t have their mains yet even after our table. Our table wasn’t cleared before dessert arrived, and empty tables were being cleared first. I’d definitely come again for the food, and order off the normal menu as it was delicious! I just think it was a struggle for the staff to cater to so many trying to all eat at the same time so the process didn’t go entirely smoothly, which often isn’t their fault!

My party of 4 booked a table for the Iftar menu on a Sunday evening. We arrived on time at 6pm and used the time to understand the menu before we broke our fast with a yummy chocolate covered date from Saudi and went to pray. I appreciate the fact they allowed customers to use their two meeting rooms for separate prayer spaces. We received a complimentary strawberry lemonade which was refreshing. The starters came out on time. The calamari was lightly battered and well seasoned, and brightened by a squeeze of lemon. The pear and blue cheese salad was extremely bitter - there didnt appear to be any pear. No one liked this dish and it;s quite unpleasant to have on an empty stomach. Red pepper piperade and sourdough was delicious and the nicest thing out of the starters but the sharing portion between 4 fasting people isn't sufficient. Then there was a good 30-45min wait until our mains arrived, whilst everyone else in the restaurant was well into their Iftar mains. Serving staff were moving calmly and were professional but for something like an iftar menu where all customers should have their food at around the same time, this should be considered. For some reason, our table was the only table waiting for mains. We appreciate everyone who works in the restaurant industry during Ramadan, especially when they themselves may be fasting. We could see they were busy but we had to wait ages to ever catch someone's eye as our table was not taken care of the way others were who were bigger groups. At one point, one of the server staff (seemed senior than the others - female) was having a go at one of the other server staff who seemed new (another female). It wasn't a loud interaction from where I was sitting (but those nearer would have heard it) but it was very visible at the front desk in front of all customers. Body language was negative and the server who got told off was visibly dejected afterwards. Mains were better when it arrived though the rest of my party didn't enjoy it as much. Felt underwhelming after the long wait. If it's a sharing menu for 4 people, there should be more to share, i.e. a whole chicken between 4 people, and increase portion of each side and gravy. I felt that every thing was too salty. We alerted someone to clear our table and asked for dessert and the bill at the same time as we weren't keen on waiting longer. Dessert improved the experience slightly - the Eton mess was a winner and the brownie was sumptious and rich. The sticky toffee pudding felt and tasted like box mix and wasn't sticky toffee-y at all. Overall, for the price point, too many negative factors for me to want to visit again but thank you for having us. I truly appreciate the inclusion of having an Iftar menu during Ramadan - please take on the feedback for improvements as expecations are high for the reputation.

Some of the food was good. The steak was medium rare but it was so chewy I nearly choked on it. The staff were not professional and they were rude. My husband asked for a container but they ran out and they whispered to each other and said, ‘’Give him a bucket.’’ They were not helpful we asked for takeaway boxes a lot of times and we had to get up ourselves and go and ask them at the counter. They gave us the smallest table our food did not fit and they just gave our plates in our hands and left instead of making space. We left a lot of food behind and we couldn’t take it home so it was a waste of £90. How can a restaurant run out of take away boxes? I will not go there again I’m glad I got to experience one of the worst food places near me at least I can tell everyone my experience so they don’t have to go through what me and my husband did.

So me and my family 4 of us went to visit mr whites on Sunday 16th for iftaar. We were excited to try the Ramadan menu however we were truly disappointed with everything. Firstly all together we paid £160 for the set menu which made no sense as a couple next to us paid £100 for the exact same portion size as us…. Not sure how that made any sense from the restaurants point of view. A table or 2 being given the same food and portion as a table of 4 who are paying an additional £60?? Secondly the staff there has no interest in the customers they spent most the time standing near the kitchen chatting and looking around. The food was shocking, I’ve been mr whites before and I used to like the place, this time it was disgusting. The steak was not fresh, the chicken was under cooked and has no seasoning at all. I did complain about this and was offered another undercooked chicken which I left at the restaurant. I had to request staff to clear our table 4 times to a point I started to clear this myself. Disappointed to think this is what mr whites has come to

We visited during a special offer that was going on, perfect timing! As we entered the restaurant, we asked to see a halal certificate, and the staff were more than happy to provide it. It was reassuring to confirm that they do indeed serve halal meat. For our mains, we went with steaks, and I’ve got to say, I was genuinely impressed. The steak was cooked just right, the shrimps had a nice little kick of flavour, and the sauce that came with the meal? Totally unique, definitely not your standard supermarket stuff. The mojitos were refreshing too, although they were a tad on the pricey side… but hey, sometimes a fancy drink is worth the splurge. Food: 9/10 Menu: 9/10 Atmosphere: 7/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Price: 7/10 Halal approved ✔️ Overall, we were very satisfied!

I would like to give zero stars..... The worst food I have ever eaten. We went for the Iftar Menu and there was not enough food at all for a group of 4. The meat was of low quality, the food was served cold, no seasoning, no flavour. Extremely bland. The cuts of meat were just covered in fat, hadn't been trimmed properly. One of my friends had a piece of raw meat which was inedible. The desserts were evidently store bought. I didn't see any satisfied faces in the whole restaurant. I have never been so disappointed. The only decent thing was the calamari which was only enough for one person. The starters were a joke as well! For the price there are so many better places to eat in London. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy...!

I had a an extremely disappointing experience at Mr White’s. I was overcharged and misled about prices we paid, £40 per person and got the iftaar platter for 4 people and we got half a chicken, 4 tiny lamb chops and 8 tiny pieces of steak 🥩. I am very disappointed because on TikTok I saw £40 per platter and we just got one platter for 4 off us and paid £160 which is really expensive for just one platter. Do not go there we also paid £30 for service charge the only service they did was give the food and take the plates that honestly shouldn’t be charged.

If I could l, I wouldn’t even give one star. The set menu if a joke. We got the a platter which cost us altogether £160.00. The portion size was a big disappointment. Expected better as influencers were promoting this place. We had two starters to share and four lamb chops, half a chicken and few steak pieces and some veg. We also was given a kid size gravy portion. We complained to the manager and was able to get some discount of the bill. If you’re fasting and planning to go to this place please don’t. Also, let’s not forget parking was a big issue. However the customer service for Foyzal was great.

Not impressed for the money. Tried to make a reservation over the phone said had to do it online, so did it online, had to wait for a table despite having booked. Think staff could do with some training on service and dealing with customers, only had two starters from the menu and portions were small. Really disappointed. Expected so much more. Work in the service industry. Staff should show you to your table not point and say it’s over there. Or if somethings not available tell the customer and not bring them something that’s different without asking. Meat was overcooked.

Visited here with family for Iftar platter which mainly consisted of: - Sirloin Steak 8oz (to share between 4) - Rack of lamb (3-4 pieces to be precise) - Half chicken (unseasoned) Those were the mains and starters consisted of salads and small portion of calamari. I say small portion as it was supposed to be shared between 4 persons. I was so disgusted by the quality of the mains, I refused to even pick up a spoon for desserts even though it was included in the price (which was £40). As I was fasting and still was hungry, I just filled up my stomach by ordering 2 extra portion of fries, which was the only semi-decent item on the menu. This is how I'll phrase it: Imagine the taste and texture of extra well done steak but being cooked medium to medium-rare; chewy, flavourless and dry. Like how bad can the quality of meat be for it to be this bad? I'm honestly very disappointed with how badly this dinner/iftar was, and I'm definitely avoiding the street that this restaurant on let alone the restaurant itself.

No option but to have the Ramadan Iftar menu. Incredibly overpriced. We were also charged a surcharge of £30 because we had 3 instead of 4 people. An 8oz steak, 3x lamb chops (these were the only thing that’s good), a cauliflower mess. The calamari starter was tiny as were the chips. I can’t believe it was meant to be for four people at a price of £175 including service charge. We kicked off with Carolina who nearly cried and said she ‘was fasting as well’ (I didn’t ask her to recite Surah Fatiha luckily for her). She did however reduce the bill from £175 to £107 which made it a bit more palatable but this was a bottom tier dining experience. Service was crap, other diners agreed, the waiter even agreed! We got completely fleeced and I cannot urge you strongly enough to not waste your money. The sourdough starter is not delicious at all. One toast between four. The calamari pot was tiny! I couldn’t believe it. It would have been right for the same portion sizes for one individual. Save your money and go Sahara down the road. Oh and if you’re unfortunate enough to go here, make sure you get money off the bill. They know they’re robbing you and will move on the price.

Understood, here’s the updated review: I recently visited Mr. White’s Chophouse in Whitechapel on New Road with my family for their Iftar menu. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We ordered the Iftar platter, but everything was underseasoned. Even though the meat was medium-cooked, it was incredibly tough and chewy, to the point where we couldn’t finish it and had to leave it. The overall quality of the dishes was far from what’s shown on their social media or in their pictures. Additionally, they forgot to provide some of the sauces and sides, like the cauliflower, which arrived late. To top it off, the portion sizes were horrible for the price—there’s no way you can share that between four people. Overall, it was a very disappointing meal, and I would not recommend this place to others.

I was really looking forward to dining at Mr. White’s Chophouse for Iftar, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff need a lot more training—our group was seated at a very small table despite the fact that most of the dishes were sharing platters, making it difficult to enjoy our meal comfortably, there simply wasn’t enough space on the table but there were empty larger tables. They also forgot to serve the calamari that was included in the Iftar menu, and it seemed like there was a general lack of coordination between the kitchen and waiting staff. I could see our desserts sitting at the kitchen counter for a long time, but no one was prompted to bring them over. The whole service felt chaotic, which is the last thing you need after a full day of fasting. The food itself was decent, but the poor service really let the experience down. Hopefully, management takes these issues on board because the restaurant has potential.

For the set menu, a 2 yr old was charged £40.

We Should have realised it was going to be slow, as 12 tables around us were not cleared. & the waitress was moving at a snails pace. My partner ordered filet steak, he wasn’t asked how he wanted it cooked ( it’s a chop house) ! A girl who was able to handle alcohol pored a bucket glass from our bottle. An obvious move to push wine. We asked for tap water for the table- the waiter said as an offer we could have it for free😂 mistakenly they gave us three sets of chips. In all we dealt with 5 waiters. Positive - there was a nice atmosphere, and the decor is good. My partner loved his steak. My tiny cod and lentils was covered in butter, I wouldn’t order again. The bill was £140 - £15 was service charge ! Stupidly my partner didn’t check the bill before paying. They charged us for the more expensive steak and for the extra chips ( extra £25 ) Marco Pierre white - should really keep his brand close, rather than franchising to hotels !!! No need to return.

We were served a Iftar platter That was made for four people. We were a group of six so we decided to get two platters. Even this two platters couldn’t feed two people very skimpy and portions. The steak Was raw and undercooked while the chops were way too fatty to even eat it was INEDIBLE. When asked to speak to the manager, he had his staff Tell us that he’s gone home and he isn’t working on site anymore. Only need to find out 10 minutes after we’ve paid our bill and we’re about to head out, we see the manager coming back out when everyone’s gone so he doesn’t have to deal with the consequences of his actions. We were not the only ones who complained about food we had several people and other other tables communicating on how the food was and everyone was talking about how bad it was. Please avoid this Iftar scam.

Came here to eat Iftar, food was really depressing seems to me they’re still working on the Iftar menu which is understandable, another table next to us also complained and we over heard Carolina give them a 50% discount, when we asked she said no and stormed out like a literal teenager, waiter was saying she’s just a female she can’t deal with this due to the pressure. Understandable but unfortunately I couldn’t bring myself to pay for food which wasn’t even average and waited 2 hours for. At the end one of the waiters helped us out giving us a 25% discount which was really useful. Really don’t suggest comming here for Iftar if you do prepare for same service and self embarrassment. Also Manager Carolina started shouting causing a literal scene which I got second hand embarrassment from her, maybe she’s just a new manager who need re training or a demotion, quiet evident she’s not ready for high pressure atmospheres. Wish the best for her still.

The service at Mr. White’s is top-notch, and a huge part of that is due to Foyzur's dedication to making each guest feel valued. Extremely disappointing experience at Mr White Chophouse. We had booked a table for 10 people, with three of us arriving on time at 17:15. Since it was a set menu, we placed the order at 17:30 on behalf of the entire group, ensuring we confirmed with the waiter that four platters would be enough—he assured us they would be. As we were all fasting, we expected the food to arrive on time, but shockingly, it was served an hour after we were meant to break our fast. The delays were unacceptable, and to make matters worse, the food quality did not justify the wait. The restaurant was clearly mismanaged, with multiple tables around us also complaining about poor service and food quality. One table next to us received a 50% discount at the manager Carolina’s discretion, yet when we raised the same issues, she refused to offer us any consideration. Instead of handling the situation, she disappeared to the back and left the waiters to deal with a table of ten unhappy guests. Even one of the waiters admitted that they would also be dissatisfied if they were in our position. For a restaurant with such beautiful decor and aesthetic, the service and management were shockingly poor. Absolutely no accountability or professionalism. I would not recommend this place and certainly won’t be returning.

We got some simple but tasty starters with the meatballs providing the basic yet good quality flavours. The mains were a sirloin steak which was cooked medium rare as requested and they got that bit spot on. Theirs a choice of sauce but we got the garlic butter which was rich and buttery. We also got the American burger but the beef here was quite hard, maybe a one off. The desserts were great though, the dark chocolate brownie was rich and scrumptious. The sticky toffee pudding was my favourite though, just what you expect from a pudding. We were given a few drinks as well which really were lovely, different from your usual mocktails that are made using the same syrups. Overall, a nice little evening out for anyone looking for something fancy local.

Mostly it was both orders of the steak being overdone that disappointed me. So very disappointed! I booked a table for 5 for 6.30pm on a Sunday evening. I travelled over an hour to get here as it was Mr whites. My first ever dining experience at a Mr whites was in Leicester Square when it first opened, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Unfortunately this establishment has since closed. So I was eager to try this one. Once I arrived we had to wait at the front desk to be seated, after about 5 minutes we were acknowledged and seated. We then sat there for 10 minutes WITHOUT having any menus to browse through. I then called on a waitress to hand us some menus. Once the menus were given another 15 minutes passed and no one had come to take our order! At this point we were hungry and didn’t bother to wait any longer. We stood up to leave when a waitress came up to us and said I can take your order now I politely declined and left to go to Hotto Potto which is around the corner where it was just as busy and we were seated right away and taken care of. I can’t blame the staff as they were attending to others however, management needs sorting they should employ more staff to be able to keep up with all tables!

From the minute I walked in with my friends we had to wait extra 10 minutes. The restaurant was empty only one table with a large group. The lady come over for us to be seated but there was no language no welcome no smile. I found it very rude & unprofessional. She ran away from the table soon as we seated at the table. As we sat the staff member came over to take our order. He couldn’t understand English & answer simple questions, we had asked about the menu. He then on third attempt called over his manager but he kept stumbling on his words and calling ‘mince fish’! which was bizzare. Then I explained I have an allergy & there is no response they are just looking blank at my face. Repeating everything I say 4 times out loud whilst writing it down on paper. Then the waitress comes over with the food that gives me an allergy!!!! Instead of taking away the dish she instead walks all the way round me holding the dish. As we begin to eat the waiters on numerous occasion come to collect our plates when they are full. We’re enjoying few drinks over dinner but it doesent mean you come over every 15 minutes to clear our plates! It was terrible service & very weak service. Will never return again

Had dinner here with the family, and it was an amazing experience! The grass-fed beef steak was cooked to perfection (we had it medium), and the sauce was rich, buttery, and absolutely delicious. The prawns were a delight, and the steak chips were heavenly. My siblings had fish and chips, and they loved it—especially the mashed peas, which were surprisingly good! The service was excellent; we were greeted with a warm smile, and the atmosphere was calm and beautiful. I highly recommend this place! 💯💯

Came here for the 50% offer. Just after 5pm, they were already sold out of some drinks and a 16oz steak. We asked for 2 of the 8oz for the price of the 16oz (since the pricing was different), the manager said they couldn't and said they were really busy during the offer period. I would have thought you'd be fully stocked before the dinner rush and after a month of this offer, been able to plan your supply better. Typically restaurants like this would be more accommodating as its not your fault they're sold out. Rather than give you excuses, it didn't feel professional. The food was ok. The highlight for me was the chips. The steaks lacked flavour, as did the sauces. The bernaise was the worst. The drinks were also lacklustre. It was pricey with the offer. I don't think I'd be back. I expected more flavour from marco pierre white, the restaurant was just not giving. Note the menu is halal, but they do serve alcohol

Appalling service!! Visited several times in the past and has been decent. We had a booking today for 9.15pm, called at 9pm to say we will be arriving 5mins late which the person on the phone said is not a problem. Arrived at 9.20pm and we were told by staff member on the counter that our reservation has been cancelled as we were late and didn’t call in. They also claimed to have tried to contact us. Anna was very rude and dismissive of the fact that we had called in advance to say we are running late. We had shown her our call records to prove that we did call in and spoke to someone. She wasted 10mins going around the restaurant asking if they had spoken to us on the phone. Eventually she came back and said we had spoken to her colleague Khadiza whose shift was over. Khadiza supposedly told Anna she spoke to us but we didn’t mention anything about being late, instead we apparently said we are 2mins away. Any person with common sense would realise that a customer wouldn’t call ahead to say they are arriving in 2mins if they’re scheduled booking isn’t for another 15mins. Someone was clearly lying. 20mins wasted, I had enough and asked for a manager. Anna thought she would be smart and asked one of the servers to come over and pretend he was a manager. At that point I’ve had enough and asked for their names to make a complaint. As soon as I mentioned complaint they suddenly wanted to be accommodating and offered to seat us. The damage was done. They wasted our time, lied to us, accused us of lying and treated my partner and I in a very rude manner. Never visiting again. Avoid or don’t book the later slots because they clearly try to fob you off so they can go home early.

I am deeply disappointed with my overall experience at this restaurant. I visited with friends to celebrate a special occasion, and the service we received was far below expectations. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive, and when we inquired if the dishes sitting at the pass were ours, it turned out they were, and only then were they brought to us. To make matters worse, the order was incomplete, and we were informed that some sides had run out and would take an additional 10-15 minutes to prepare. Even the waitress apologized for the poor timing and disorganized service, acknowledging that nothing was being served promptly or together. When the food finally arrived, it was extremely cold due to being left at the pass for so long. We raised our concerns with the manager, who demonstrated a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. He did not make any effort to resolve the situation, lacked basic customer service skills, and avoided even making eye contact during our conversation. To add insult to injury, he rudely stated, “Sir, we are doing half price anyway,” as if that excused the poor quality and service. This response was unacceptable and left us feeling undervalued as customers. This experience fell far short of the standard we expected, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve future service.

Food was good, I would say around 8/10 and very much worth it with the 50% off mains promo. However, the service was apalling. Firstly, it took an awful long time to be served for no apparent reason as I could visibly see waiters just standing around. Secondly, I asked for a coke which they said they didn’t have and the waiter suggested I have pepsi instead. The pepsi arrived and I poured the bottle into my glass. Once I started sipping, I found the taste off so I took a look at the bottle and realised it was pepsi max. I called a waiter over and told him we wanted pepsi so he went and said he will get it. A good 10 minutes passed as I observed him conversing with another colleague clearly not about work. We then made eye contact to which he came to the table and said he forgot and that there was no pepsi. He then gave the opportunity to take the drink off the bill which I took. (he left the drink on our table so i assumed we still could have it and there was a 40 minutes wait for the food so of course i drank it) Then our food arrives and I am given the wrong sauce that I specifically paid for. We alerted the woman who took our order and she said she will bring the correct sauce on the house. She brings the sauce and we ate the food and the food was good. However, the servers checked on us once the entire time and our water was empty for most of the time until we had to ask for a refill. The bill came and we were hesitant to pay service charge due to our experience but leaning towards paying it. However, we see the pepsi was still on the bill and so we told the guy and he said he will take it off. He comes back saying that as we drank the drink, he cant take it off the bill not apologising for the fact on two occasions he said he will take it off the bill. Due to this, we didnt pay service charge. We then went home and took a second look at the receipt only to realise they also charged us the wrong sauce they gave. I called to complain to which the woman who initially took our order and seemed like the manager of the place answered: she first listened to my complaint and tried to tell me i was wrong and that i wasn’t charged but meanwhile she must have looked up the receipt and saw we were wrongly charged. She then said why are we calling when the restaurant is closed- to which I replied why the hell are you answering. Awful service and although the food was decent, the service left us with a sour taste in our mouth. It is disrespectful of these staff to work at an establishment owned by such a prolific chef in Marco Pierre-White. Nothing they can do when they reply to this review other than hold their head up in shame. Owner/ higher up management- please get rid of them.

Had a great rib eye steak from the Jan offer. :))) (2020 Review)Went with my mum and dad for the eat out to help out deal which is 3 courses for £10 (note: This offer only applies in August 2020, otherwise the normal price is £20 each) each and boy was it worth it. We were greeted by a very nice person who escorted us to our table. Then he quickly asked what we would like and then gave it to us. For starters, we had crispy whitebait and it was amazing, we don't normally like food with the head and tail of an animal but this time it tasted wonderful and it was the first time we have had something like that. The tartare sauce was a very nice touch too and added flavour to an already great dish. For mains, me and my Dad had some steak which came with very crunchy chips but possibly the best you will ever get anywhere in London. The steak was juicy and we had it medium rare, the added sauce was very nice even if I think they could've given abit more, the tomatoes were amazing and this is coming from someone who despises tomatoes! My mum had a burger and it was massive, the biggest one you will get around here, the chips weren't as good, still very nice but not as good compared to the ones given with the steak. For desserts and my personal favourite, me and my Mum had a billionaire cake and wow, it was the best cake I have ever eaten, I liked how it was so creamy and felt so satisfying to just break off with the spoon, the crunchy 'biscuit' at the bottom was very nice too and it came with a nice orange slice and some good blueberries, and this, again, is coming from someone who does not like blueberries. My Dad had an ice cream and it was quite big although while it was good, it was nothing special. I loved the atmosphere, the retro and old fashioned feel was nice and the sofa's and chair's were also very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will be coming again

Great service from Rayyan and Foyzur! Fish and chips are excellent. We come here for the lovely environment and special deals. This makes it very good value. Atmosphere is also good - not too busy, just the way we like it. Staff are attentive, friendly and responsive. Food overall is well above par but at times, some of the meat dishes can be a bit too chewy and fatty. Overall, a great place to visit when taking advantage of their offers and lunch set menu.

I turned up with my family after a 45min drive. Got to the reception desk and waited.....and waited....and waited for 9 minutes just for the girl who walked passed me three times to finally acknowledge me. Our first time her. She Asked me if we had a booking to which I replied yes at 7.45pm. She looked at me as though it's my fault that she doesn't have a table however attempted to offer solution by suggesting that we should put 2 round tables together. Seriously? I then suggested that we would be happy to wait. After 15mins we were offered a table. We made our choices then signalled to the same girl to come and take our order. As soon as I gave the first order she interrupted me and told me they didn't have any of the steaks from the main steaks section. What? I had to ask myself am I at a steak restaurant under the name of the exceptional chef Marco Pierre White. This girl had a very bad attitude and the firm definitely needs to improve on their customer service training. She told us we should have arrived earlier. Whats the point of a reservation then? I've made a booking at my convenience not hers. We got up and left. I'm sitting at a different restaurant 30mins later with my family of 6 while I write this. Marco, standards have dropped.

I dined at Mr White's on a busy Sunday and had a mixed experience. I ordered the whitebait as a starter and followed it up with a medium-cooked sirloin steak. The food itself was quite enjoyable—both dishes were well-prepared and flavorful. However, the service left a bit to be desired. Quite disappointed with this visit - very poor planning by management. Started off with our table being very delayed as they mistakenly gave it to someone else. Then the table we were given was quite cold. Then were told they ran out of fillet steak. After we placed our order, they then told us they can't fulfill it as they ran out of sirloin too. Then they told us they ran out of the drinks we ordered. Our food took ages (over an hour) to come. The kids and pregnant guests were very hungry. The waitors were nice and polite about the whole ordeal but there was no apology by management. It's not my first time here, but have had a ruined dinner.

I had the tonkatsu ramen here a few months back and made me feel ill. I had a few bites and was just disgusted. I’ve had plenty of better ramen in London myself so not sure what’s going on here. My partner has been to one of the other restaurants in Central London, and said that was much better. They could eat it there, here was just not possible. We just left and never went back. It honestly shocks me how much difference there can be in a chain like this.
