Burger King in Glasgow City

Popped in for a quick bite before jumping the train, food was lovely.. Jennifer 5 🌟 always helpful and chats away with a smile, great with the kids as always definitely makes each visit a good one

Nice small cafe style restaurant with various types of seats. Service was great. Food presented quickly and piping hot and the staff were very friendly and helpful on giving us directions to our platform.

Ordered a Chicken Legend meal from the click and collect screen . After ordering i told the sleepy looking staff who has no clue what he is doing in life , to let the kitchen staff know that i dont want Lettuce in my burger , he looked at my order receipt and agreed that he will sort it . Had to collect my meal and then rush to catch my train . On board when i opened my meal , guess what ? Bingo i see lot of lettuce in my burger ! The burger itself tasted funny and tasted like rotten fish . The oil seems to be reused again and again . Had to throw away my burger. My humble request to the manager , get rid of those front of counter useless staff who have absolutely no motive in life ! Get in smart , customer friendly and fast paced sane minded staff who can get the job done ! I have officially complained to food safety and to burger king about this .

I was in this Burger King very recently what a mess tables , floors were littered with wrappers and half eaten food not at anytime did anyone attempt to clean until they saw me take photos off the mess but they wiped the mess onto the floor and wandered off does there management walk around with blinkers on

As you walk up to the till to place your order and your feet stick to the floor you start to get the feeling that things aren't going to be good. Then when you are served your food and make your way to the seating area to find most tables still cluttered with the wrappers and cups from previous customers it doesn't get any better! But for this I don't blame the Burger King staff but the customers themselves not taking a few minutes at the end of the meal to simply tidy up after themselves! This in turn isn't helped by the fact that there are no litter bins available! However, situated in a train station this may simply be because of security reasons but surely there should be an area to put rubbish. A quick look around the seating area you find the ceiling lights either hanging on or been pushed so far up that they are angled to the ceiling tiles. Finally, the steakhouse spicy BBQ burger that I was looking forward to trying was served warm at best and not very tasty at all. Give this one a miss and go elsewhere for a snack whist waiting for a train.
