Food good,service fast,need to clear tables and clean tables more often

Just bought a bucket of 20 chicken wings at drive through Reheats and cold

sorry about my street it can be hard to navigate

I tried to cancel this order as I accidentally put in the wrong address. I contacted the restaurant and they said the driver didn’t pick up the food but it was marked delivered? The driver phoned me but they couldn’t understand the situation because of language barrier. I had to walk to the restaurant to get my food as that was what the restaurant recommended. I understand it was my fault initially, but I was trying to resolve it the minute I placed the order.

This is the second time that I haven't been given 1.5L of Pepsi. I'm really angry.

COLD EVERYTHING WAS COLD IT SHOCKING AND YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER IS SOOO RUDE. WASNT GIVING HIS NAME STARTED RECORDING.

Wrong order and was never sorted customer service is abominable

Missing several items, so we have to share one meal due to staff inability to follow a basic order

We ordered 2 large meals and for nearly £30 we got barely any food and warm cans of pepsi. I got about 10 chips. Wouldn't do it again

I ordered 4 cookies and i got a note saying there’s none left and now I’m putting in 4 extra fries and lots of dips as i order 1 fries with original order i ended with 5 fries and i live myself so no way was i going to eat all that

food was cold had to heat up in microwave Not the first time but what's the point of moaning just eat don't do anything

I came in Monday 23rd of September at 7.30pm with my kids the member of staff Jordan was amazing made me and my kids feel so welcoming and I am so grateful it was my daughter's first time at KFC and she left with a big smile on her face and that made my day. Food was quick and very tasty.Thanks again Jordan

Maybe more notice that you now require a 4 digit code! - your poor delivery driver was just as confused - as he seemed to be looking for last 4 digits of my mobile number! And to top things off the code numbers go in backwards! By the time this all got sorted my dinner was cold and had to heat up in microwave which is not that great for chips!

Never received my bottle of Pepsi MAx

Only thing I found was the chips were very salty

Food was cold N they didn’t get the order right had to go back to KFC to get the rest of my order

Yet again a delivery incorrect items. Never get a delivery from there again.

Restaurant cancelled order but will not refund me. Send me a text saying your order has been cancelled but there will be no refund.

everytime I order from here yous never send the gravy. what so hard about remembering to out a tub of gravy in with the order. 2.99 for a tub and each time yous haven't gave me it. Either that or the delivery drivers are stealing all the gravy 😂

No gravy despite ordering 2 portions therefore very disappointed. 2nd occasion I have ordered gravy and this hasn't been delivered.

Not very good, burger was lukewarm...fries were cold!! Took them back and the replaced ones weren't that much hotter... Not great tbh🤔

Courier was rude, not only went to wrong door but also ignored my calls because he was too busy talking to someone over the phone. RUDE!

Order was never delivered dispite being marked as ''delivered'' discussing that a delivery driver thinks this is alright, how about we get them to deliver and don't pay them and see how they like being out of pocket!

Wrong food arrived asked for gravy got beans etc

Wrong order delivered - first noticed when no juice, questioned driver - he argued that it was correct and not his problem juice was missing - got inside and looked at the receipt- completely the wrong order - ran outside to check with the driver incase mine was still in the car - said no took the bag off me and drove off! So now £30+ down for a dinner i didn’t receive

Dont order as your order doesn't come complete. things are missing and you can only get a refund and not your food

Young Lad that served us seemed to be doing 3 jobs at once. He was still very polite and helpful. Thank you young man.

Despite some of the reviews this order was really good.

he never had it it the bag where it was ment to keep hot but I seen him pick his nose and the wiped it and when the when got her it was Luke warm

Driver refused to give me food after arriving at my property. Absolutely atrocious behavior by a delivery driver. Not good enough, I expect a full refund for my entire order not just the good.

it got delivered by hand as guy parked over otherside of river so walked to where I was so food was cold very cold

I don’t appreciate the delivery driver handing me food while smoking a roll up cigarette. Would’ve literally taken two seconds to leave it in the car as he walked to my door.

i asked for lettuce and sweet chilli removed and phoned them to take it of and it was still on it when it came.

Place wasn't busy but was very untidy dirty tables, leftover trays, food & napkins on tables the stuff didn't seem to care or bother to clean it I was there for 20mins eating my meal & nothing was cleared in that time

Not happy got a child box for my autistic child as she pacifically wanted the pineapple Shes fussy with food i mentioned to the guy she wanted pineapple instead of chips n he said the pineapple comes anyway and got home to find there was no pineapple and my child wouldn’t eat her other food as it upset her not happy

It's less dangerous than eating chipper chicken, quality was okay but not great. If you are starving and need a bite to eat, this is your place. Don't expect anything fantastic and you won't be disappointed.

Freezing cold bottle of water closed down in a bag with hot food which was cold due to it being inside the water absolutely freezing who does that common sence hot food and cold water don’t go together

My order was incomplete . I tried to contact all day. Your driver did not deliver the Fanta. I called KFC . They confirmed it was given to the driver , but he never gave it to us . I need this refunded please . Thank you

Food getting better. It was awful 2 years ago

Visited this restaurant 24/07/24 at 6.15 pm. Order number 84. This restaurant was awful. They forgot 2 lots of 6 nuggets off my order. We also ordered 2 chicken McCrispys. Instead we got the spicy version. Also no mayo in one of them. I also had a toffee late. Ordered a large but got half a cup. Had to go up and wait 20 mins for the nuggets they forgot. Never offered us a stirrer or sugar for the coffee had to ask. Awful service. Won't go back. No point in complaining as it was so busy amd we had to wait long enough for the nuggets. What an embarrassment

the can of coke was same bag of hot food therefore juice was lukewarm

Mini filet had no cheese despite asking and basically flung together extremely poor

Ordered a 4 piece original chicken meal asked for fresh chicken and it was horrendous once again. Chicken was tiny and dried out. Put me off ordering again tbh.

Zinger rice box, with no beans, and what looks like 1/2 a piece of chicken. Not happy.
