The food had mayonnaise on which again didn’t say it has on a bbq tower burger so disappointed with kfc again as that’s 2 different restaurants that have done that one in London and now Scotland (if it comes with mayonnaise it should state it does on menu) so meal spoilt as I don’t like mayonnaise

Had a take out and when I got home I found the battery of my chicken was FALLING OFF like all I got was chicken that was still a bit raw in the middle. Overpriced food never coming here again oh yeah and the chips were horrendous

Original chicken was old and stale. It’d been made hours ago and it’s been sitting under the heater for an eon. Blatantly obvious as it’s not the same colour as the rest of the chicken, it’s rock solid, and the skin was cracking off. Spiced bricks

Food was fine, everyone got what they asked for and it was hot. Service was really quick, the kids commenting that it's the fastest fast food they have ever had. But the place was dead so it would have been a surprise if it was anything else. The kids wanted a booth but all the tables were dirty. It was also quite cold and drafty.

VERY BAD SERVICE today, I am a regular customer of this Halal Food KFC and never had such a bad experience. Today, I ordered at drive thru window. I was asked to wait at a designated place to get my order for 4 - 5 minutes. After a waiting almost 25 minutes, I had to go in the restaurant and met the manager Ms. Shannon. I wanted to register my complaint for such a long wait. The lady was so RUDE to me and didn't let me talk even she was not giving me a chance to speak and register my complaint. I requested minimum 5-6 times to let me speak but she rudely said that she is not accepting any complaint. When I requested her that if this is the case then I going back in my car, please deliver my order there. She came with the order later and gave me my parcel. I asked her that this is not complete because she didn't give me Pepsi bottle. She said that she is not even listening to me and went back. I had to go back in the restaurant again and got my Pepsi bottle from some other member of the team. When we opened the parcel at home, fires were also missing from the order. I am very annoyed and want the management of KFC Uk to look into this so, the service level can be improved at this outlet.

Used to be one of the best kfc’s in Glasgow, but service has gone downhill, always missing items when ordering via drive thru, also when you order on the app and redeem any rewards they decide to not give you it,

The food was delivered to my neighbours flat when I gave simple instructions what to do, but was not met, very disappointed

We felt that the chicken was reheats as they were quite dark and as they were early delivered they did not look freshly cooked.

2 for 2 last two orders missing items then when calling refusing to do anything about it ask you to request a refund but then according to the women on the phone their higher ups just reject it their for you just get ripped off plenty of other places round about don’t waste you’re money here especially if you expect to get what you ordered incompetence runs in this restaurant clearly

as soon as I got there, I ordered a £15 meal and I had a £20 bill I got out of counter wait for a couple of Minutes they called me out said that my £20 bill was fake. I said that is not possible. They go to the bank. I go to the bank the guys from the bank tell me that’s not fake never visiting again.🤦‍♂️

It said the order was still being made. Called kfc.and it was handed to the driver at 5.50pm. Driver said at 6.25pm he was still at the restaurant which wasn't true. Food just delivered there and freezing so unedible

I recently visited KFC pollokshaws and unfortunately, the chicken was not fresh and had a bad smell. It was really disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

Very bad restaurant, never buy anything from this Very rude manager I went to get deal which was zinger zinger deal but staff said none left then few mins later my sister went just 5 mins after me they did give her it and I got wraps and hot wings which was not cooked. absolutely horrible customer service, the way the workers treated me and my family was disgusting, workers have no respect whatsoever. We tried communicating with the workers just for them to be hostile and rude.

This is the only halal KFC in the area, and the experience we had here was absolutely disgraceful. We arrived at 9:15 p.m., well before the closing time of 11 p.m., after driving 35 minutes, only to be treated like we didn’t matter. We were a group of 11, including a disabled person and 3 kids (one just 18 months old), but the manager clearly couldn’t care less. Half the seating area was closed, and when we politely asked for it to be opened, she rudely refused and forced us to sit at high tables with stools—completely inappropriate for a group like ours. The manager’s attitude was disgusting, dismissive, and downright racist. She made us feel unwelcome and treated us as though we were a burden. I’ve lived in Glasgow for 11 years and have never been treated this horribly. It’s shocking that someone with such a nasty, unprofessional attitude is in charge. She should be ashamed of herself. This is unacceptable, especially for the only halal KFC in the area. Absolutely appalling experience, and I will never return!

Very bad management and very poor customer service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or come back . The lady manager should be looking for a new job cause her customer service skill sucks . Very bad mannered ruining the KFC reputation .

Very very rude staff.. don’t know how to talk with customers.. give us cold fries, i ask to change and they said those are touched🤣🤣 how we can feel which touch. The chicken pieces are undercooked and i asked for 2 legs and 4 thai, they gave me breast and some thai. When i asked to change then again silly reason they are touched..🤣🤣🤣. Very very bad experience at this kfc. Don’t suggest

I am extremely disappointed with my recent KFC experience. My order was not only late but also incomplete. I was missing several items, including 2 corn on the cob, 2 large gravies, chicken popcorn, and the supercharger sauce. It’s incredibly frustrating when you’re looking forward to a meal, and not only is it delayed, but key items are just forgotten. I expect better service from a well-known brand like KFC. This was a huge letdown.

Handy KFC location, fast service & nice food. Only downvoted food by 1 star because the chicken quality seems like it has changed recently Now one star because they don't read the order , and put cheese (or any other allergens they'd sell) on anything no matter how intricately you order it .

This place has gone downhill, i ordered a box meal, the chips were soaked in oil So much i squeezed the chips and my fingers were covered in oil. I complained to the who someone that looked liked the manager, gave no apology or anything. the food had a weird taste and the wings where so crispy . the only thing that made me happy was the cold drink. my fries was cold and didn't have any season on it.

The app kept changing my delivery time and did let me when the driver had left. When my food arrived it was cold and I had to re-heat it. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received.

Wrong order delivered with enough hair mixed in with the bag of food that it couldn't have either been accidental or went unnoticed.

Since McDonald's have stopped taking orders on counter..it has become difficult for us in our 70s to grasp the modern technology..however we ordered here with the help of some young customers and counter staff were very helpful in changing the order as we wanted....the food came promptly and was nice and hot

Really disappointed with staff behaviour toward customers. They forgot to give us a regular chicken popcorn. I opened order in front of them on the bar table. I went to the till to tell them that one item is missing, they told me it's in the kids box meal. But it was not, it was only the small chicken popcorn that was part of the kid s meal but not the regular one. So then he gave me one, with no apology at all for forgetting to put in my take away order. And then he came again asking if my regular chicken pop corn was not actually on my table. Shocking that they forgot item, and put the blame on customers for it. I told him to come to the table and check. I think it was a lady maybe the manager ?who was guiding him to ask that question. And on top of that, they even forgot to give all the drink to the other group that came with me. But this was discovered only when we reached home. Should check order very carefully with them, at the counter will be the best place to do it. Will email KFC about it.
