Kfc in Glasgow City

Order through uber eats three meal deals only received one complete meal deal. 2 cans n fries were missing.. idk if they were drunk while wrapping the order

Items were missing from my sons kids box. I understand it’s a fast paced environment but missing items in a kids box isn’t acceptable especially when there isn’t many items in the box.

Too much salt! I had to bin the chicken.

Very poor zero stars due to the fact the delivery driver did not deliver my food to my address. He delivered it to someone else’s address.

Driver called us at wrong address told us he couldn't move and we had to find him. The food turned up without the drinks wasn't impressed was this delivery

Since McDonald's have stopped taking orders on counter..it has become difficult for us in our 70s to grasp the modern technology..however we ordered here with the help of some young customers and counter staff were very helpful in changing the order as we wanted....the food came promptly and was nice and hot

Wrong order delivered with enough hair mixed in with the bag of food that it couldn't have either been accidental or went unnoticed.

This is not KFC style of food. Chips are soggy, and chicken is not fresh and with lots of oil in it. Not recommended 😕

Some things I ordered didn’t arrive. Tried to phone the restaurant and no answer, appalled. The items that didn’t show was juices and came to around £5

Really disappointed with staff behaviour toward customers. They forgot to give us a regular chicken popcorn. I opened order in front of them on the bar table. I went to the till to tell them that one item is missing, they told me it's in the kids box meal. But it was not, it was only the small chicken popcorn that was part of the kid s meal but not the regular one. So then he gave me one, with no apology at all for forgetting to put in my take away order. And then he came again asking if my regular chicken pop corn was not actually on my table. Shocking that they forgot item, and put the blame on customers for it. I told him to come to the table and check. I think it was a lady maybe the manager ?who was guiding him to ask that question. And on top of that, they even forgot to give all the drink to the other group that came with me. But this was discovered only when we reached home. Should check order very carefully with them, at the counter will be the best place to do it. Will email KFC about it.

Not happy didnt get my boneless banquet meal or my large chicken popcorn meal or the free regular popcorn wont be ordering again

This is why I never come here. Everytime I come they forget a big part of my meal, a whole burger meal or wings. They act all busy but in reality they don’t put any effort into the food and the actual Order. Told us to wait “ a sec” then took 3 mins before coming back on the speaker giggling. Yeah so busy. Then proceeds to forget to pack half our order? And no proper sauce put in the burger either everytime? Sick of this honestly fix ur staff and train them better

the shop did process my request which was good however they gave a small gravy instead of the large I ordered. the chicken quality was just okay, felt like it had been sitting for a while.

KFC here is just a regular KFC. This place is very busy due to the fact that a lot of Muslims come here for Halal options. We visit here every couple of months. Never got fresh french fries here always soggy and left overs. Like other KFCs have to struggle to get pieces of one’s choice. We are paying money for pieces of chicken but every time they try to put wings and wing pieces and on asking they say that’s how it is. Couple of time we ordered and took away but found later on in the road that few of the items ordered were missing. Couple of times we were served the chicken that was sitting for sometime and has become soggy and oily Overall it’s an ok place just like other chicken shops but if you have other choices go somewhere else

The food was spilled inside the bag, all fries 🍟 were spilled and mixed with boxes being oily from fries. For the money I paid the quantity of the food was too small. Otherwise, the taste of food is good.

I did NOT get my food. And still haven't gotten my refund. The customer service were awful as I could barely understand them and they couldn't comprehend a word coming from anyone in my house.

It’s hard to enjoy food if it’s never delivered. Don’t the delivery drivers have satnav or Google maps? I live in a densely populated area so Just Eat deliveries are going on all the time. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I thought they were supposed to check the order number when handling over food? This will be the last time I use this app.

Bad experience they missed staff from my order there is older women(the older women in the staff with gray hair) on the cashier she was too rude , you need to change your staff exactly this older women as she always rude and not profficcinal. She may eat the missed parts of the order.

My wrap was cold and tortilla wrap was solid, one piece of chicken in the wrap with no slaw or any sauce. Really dry and couldn’t eat it. Won’t be ordering again

The food quality was just not acceptable, chicken seemed like had been cooked before. I have been ordering previously too I know how it should be or normally is. I am really not happy. I spend this much money for this kind of food, not even being able to enjoy it.

Not going to write a whole review as it’s KFC, however I’d take more care with the lettuce bags as this is a bit concerning to find in your burger👎I’m just lucky I looked on this occasion

I ordered a tower chicken and the burger was cold and the meat was black came with no tissues I am never coming back here again I suggest if you are going there check your food before you eat it

The chicken was not fresh it always taste weird. From the look and colour of the food anybody can tell it is not fresh i spent £45 to just bin the things. Even leg piece were fully dipped and not properly cooked. I am so disappointed and waste of money

I asked for extra sauce. but it was literally dry. no cheese no mayo no ketchup. disgusting. and in Zinger it is supposed to be Thigh fillets but it is breast fillet.

Still cash only at the till-was directed to the kiosks this time to use card(wasnt previously) but the kiosks don't work and a member of staff just shrugged whilst watching. Left without being able to get something to eat.

The chicken didn’t taste fresh. Horrible taste. Felt like chewing gum like texture. Total waste of money.

I ordered the Finger lickin' double bucket 6 PC deal last week with a side of coleslaw, beans and two 2x regular fried chips. My order arrived with no chips at all. The beans was stale and unedible. I had to discard it. I would have called to enquire about the missing chips but wasn't sure at the time till I just reviewed my receipt and confirmed that it was part of what I had paid for. Overall, really not happy with this order and quality of service provided.

KFC is going down hill the chicken pieces aren't the same anymore the coatings/batter isn't what it used to be even the chicken fillets are getting smaller, the buns are also dry and break up as if they are old buns been left for a few days the only buns that seem to be fresh are the mini fillet one's also they seem to run out of a lot of things on the menu especially the sides and the prices have almost doubled in the last couple of years, very disappointing 👎👎it's not just this branch of KFC but across all the KFC branches.

Easy and quick to order. No mistakes or anything missing from the order (unlike another well known fast food restaurant) driver was quick with the delivery even though he was on a bicycle. Well done!
