Food was 2 hours late, and was stone cold. Terrible service for already expensive burgers.

my order never arrived I don't know what happened

the shop did process my request which was good however they gave a small gravy instead of the large I ordered. the chicken quality was just okay, felt like it had been sitting for a while.

food arrived quickly and efficiently, nice temperature on arrival and tasty. well happy !

The food was spilled inside the bag, all fries 🍟 were spilled and mixed with boxes being oily from fries. For the money I paid the quantity of the food was too small. Otherwise, the taste of food is good.

Do not go near this place wee women on the counter very rude and did not want to take my order I was told to use the machine to order I said I wanted to order at the counter

I did NOT get my food. And still haven't gotten my refund. The customer service were awful as I could barely understand them and they couldn't comprehend a word coming from anyone in my house.

It’s hard to enjoy food if it’s never delivered. Don’t the delivery drivers have satnav or Google maps? I live in a densely populated area so Just Eat deliveries are going on all the time. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I thought they were supposed to check the order number when handling over food? This will be the last time I use this app.

Bad experience they missed staff from my order there is older women(the older women in the staff with gray hair) on the cashier she was too rude , you need to change your staff exactly this older women as she always rude and not profficcinal. She may eat the missed parts of the order.

My wrap was cold and tortilla wrap was solid, one piece of chicken in the wrap with no slaw or any sauce. Really dry and couldn’t eat it. Won’t be ordering again

The food quality was just not acceptable, chicken seemed like had been cooked before. I have been ordering previously too I know how it should be or normally is. I am really not happy. I spend this much money for this kind of food, not even being able to enjoy it.

Not going to write a whole review as it’s KFC, however I’d take more care with the lettuce bags as this is a bit concerning to find in your burger👎I’m just lucky I looked on this occasion

I ordered a tower chicken and the burger was cold and the meat was black came with no tissues I am never coming back here again I suggest if you are going there check your food before you eat it

The chicken was not fresh it always taste weird. From the look and colour of the food anybody can tell it is not fresh i spent £45 to just bin the things. Even leg piece were fully dipped and not properly cooked. I am so disappointed and waste of money

I asked for extra sauce. but it was literally dry. no cheese no mayo no ketchup. disgusting. and in Zinger it is supposed to be Thigh fillets but it is breast fillet.

Still cash only at the till-was directed to the kiosks this time to use card(wasnt previously) but the kiosks don't work and a member of staff just shrugged whilst watching. Left without being able to get something to eat.

I ordered the Finger lickin' double bucket 6 PC deal last week with a side of coleslaw, beans and two 2x regular fried chips. My order arrived with no chips at all. The beans was stale and unedible. I had to discard it. I would have called to enquire about the missing chips but wasn't sure at the time till I just reviewed my receipt and confirmed that it was part of what I had paid for. Overall, really not happy with this order and quality of service provided.

KFC is going down hill the chicken pieces aren't the same anymore the coatings/batter isn't what it used to be even the chicken fillets are getting smaller, the buns are also dry and break up as if they are old buns been left for a few days the only buns that seem to be fresh are the mini fillet one's also they seem to run out of a lot of things on the menu especially the sides and the prices have almost doubled in the last couple of years, very disappointing 👎👎it's not just this branch of KFC but across all the KFC branches.

Easy and quick to order. No mistakes or anything missing from the order (unlike another well known fast food restaurant) driver was quick with the delivery even though he was on a bicycle. Well done!

Literally half my food missing

Ordered from KFC today and was highly disappointed with their poor staff service and care. Our food was expected to arrive on time, which was great and when it arrived half the order was missing 👎🏽. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a positive delivery experience.

Your delivery was taking half chicken because paper bag didn’t tighten. Anyway why you didn’t want give my money back from my declined before. Don’t greedy and don’t cheated your customers because your mistake not customer mistake!!!! You should refund your customers money whatever declined condition!!!!!!

Very good quality KFC. In the past I’ve had some questionable food from here but over the past year or so the quality seems to have improved massively. The food is always hot and tastes fresh, plus it’s packaged nicely if you order in. Prices are more expensive than McDonald’s but it does offer some good deals on things like the boneless banquet etc. Would recommend the cookies from KFC as they’re honestly sensational and something not many people think to order.

enjoyed this, delivered fairly quickly. the only gripe frys/chips had a weird taste and black things on them as if they had been cooked in old oil. but all burgers and chicken etc was nice.

I only gave one star initially in order to access the reviews. The only reason I come to this particular KFC is because it’s Halal. What a dump. The toilets are disgusting and the smell of dry urine before you even enter the toilets (today) is putrid!! Even so called 3rd world countries are far cleaner than this. Health & Safety ?? What a joke. Should be closed down. I’d rather go Vegetarian than eat in there again. Won’t be back.

The whole meal was cold. The chips were reheats. The chicken fillet on the bun was burnt and tasted of overused fat from the fryer. I get a lot of meals from here but this was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Never again.
