KFC in Glasgow City

Worst kfc I’ve ever had. Flavourless, definitely missing a few of the 11 herbs and spices. No tango orange and said they didn’t have any straws whilst standing in front of the straws! Also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a few moons.

They forgot my gravy and the food was cold but the delivery guy arrived on the dot so I can’t fault him

Several items missing. Upon delivery this was noticed and when questioned what the steps towards item recovery was, I was told nothing could be done

Food was boardline cold and Pepsi max can in the meal wasn’t in there as well. The delivery was fast so I don’t get why food was just barely warm.

I ordered it for family he was quite rude, I have idea if it was actually delivered as I was called saying he couldn't find the address, I will check tomorrow

All food cold . I get its not cooked fresh to order but do you cook it and serve from fridge . The chicken strips had a very bad taste to them . Avoid at all costs

went there at 19/09/2024 23.00pm and the Lady was taking too long to ask what would i like to order she was just standing there and looking at me but she didn’t took my order for 8 minutes i was standing there just to order something i was wanted to pay cash. after 8 minutes she told me to go away for no reason. she don’t have experience to work in the kfc she looks disabled i don’t know how they can give to her job she talk to the customers with bad attitude and she also don’t understand how to use kiosk and read properly her hands was also dirty. the guys at the back in the kitchen they was just standing and using phone they didn’t take the orders because they’re so lazy all young guys 16-20 yeras old in the kitchen no experience. i’m very disappointed i won’t be back never ever and i well tell all my friends not to come eat in that place. please change the staff they’re dirty and doesn’t have experience racist

Just don’t order from here at all. In person or delivery, it’s always wrong. They are clearly understaffed or do not give the staff the proper training they need to work there. Honestly so awful - avoid!!

Staff not interested in service just standing there, tables and chairs dirty with leftovers from previous customers, floor flooded with drinks. Lack of basic hygiene.

driver was useless drove by building tried to deliver food at atlantic Quay when finally arrived he started to mess about with his phone instead of giving me the food food was cold

Dirty, sticky tables and food didn’t taste fresh

The air conditioners were broken, toilets mussed up & the sizes of chicken too small compared to our local KFC in Cumbernauld.

My food was not cooked properly chips either seasoned too much or not seasoned at all chicken was white with no seasoning on it and my krushams was sitting on the table for 15 mins when I got it it was room temperature and chicken was luke warm

For the food I had issues with the chicken as it is too salty for me. The service was OK from the staff perspective however the wait time was much due to the crowd. For atmosphere it was a bit too crowded for me

Staff were so uninterested in the service, food, and their customers. Overall a two l, we were given the wrong order although ours was the only one on the screen. The chips were incredibly salty and the salad was inedible.

The premises needs a deep clean, not only is it dirty from the days customers it's clearly not been deep cleaned in some time.

Don't know what's happened to KFC but there food is bad chips where horrible & chicken was nt very hot it's went right down hill don't think I ll come back no nice at all

I found the KFC of argyle street is so dirty .you can't find clean table for stay .

I've always enjoyed KFC and thoroughly enjoyed my zinger burger today. But the prices are really high for what you get. A burger on its own is now £6 (£8 for a meal).

Missing Item, cold food & overpriced

The way me and my family was mistreated today was truly despicable. They made me look like a clown in-front of the whole restaurant. I’d ordered 36 wings in total 4 separate ways. For the workers confort she decided to put them “all” or thats what she said in one bucket. This was uncomfortable on its own. Eventually, I counted the wings and it totalled up to 12 only 2 minutes after we started eating( and no we didn’t eat 14 wings in 2 minutes). I confronted the cashier and a beastly looking woman who was smeared with a “ I’m about to spill poison on your face” on her face. She growled at me and told me that it was “not her problem”. I payed 70 pounds just to get cold wings and burgers.

Food was delivered cold, I paid £65 and did not get what I paid for.

Paid for a couple of burgers and fries from KFC. Delivery bloke took quite some time to get to the restaurant, then according to the tracking map he veered off to several semi- local locations before coming to me. The distance between KFC and my hotel is less than half a mile. I met him outside. The food is completely cold. 13 quid order. Just Eat offers me a fiver rebate. I’m still being mugged-off for 8 quid. Cheers Just Eat. ‘Did somebody pay Just Eat…?’. Well, yeah, unfortunately I did.

There was no fries in the order attempted to call restaurant but no answer, I refund would be good

How hard is it to get a small order correct when there are only 3 customers in the shop? Ordered two adults meals and one child's meal. Got the three drinks but the children's food was missing! Already back to the hotel when we noticed so we just had to stretch the food. Food was also pretty much stone cold.

Only thing that came was the chips 2nd time yous have messed up my order when am rough

I had to laugh today. I bought 3 mini-wraps, and the assistant moved to hand them to me before asking if I wanted a bag or tray. I felt like saying 'no, I plan on juggling with them'!

If you want cold food and a warm drink then KFC Argyle St is the place for you. Honestly my chicken fillet and fries were once again stone cold. And my drink was room temperature, flat and with no ice. When KFC is good, it’s good but it’s never good at this restaurant. This is the last time I’m ever coming to this restaurant. I come back hoping to get them on a good day but it never happens.

Part of our order was a large coleslaw for £2.69 on the order machine. After paying for it, they told us they were out. We agreed to substitute for gravy, but since we had no need for a large gravy, we asked for an additional piece of chicken to the 3 piece for £1.99 we had ordered. The manager promptly refused and, in a rather rude tone said "you can have your money back." This we gracefully accepted. So much for customer service.

The e food is very smelly, I am not able to enjoy it

The team were extremely friendly and polite and the customer area seemed to have been recently refurbished and some excellent new style Kiosks which were much easier to use and looked so nice

The food was missing two lots of mashed potatoes, beans and 4 cookies and only received my box meal. How does this get overlooked, despite the receipt being plastered on the packaging

Was missing the popcorn chicken, and both gravys. Was also Diet Pepsi instead of Pepsi max. No salt or napkins either

absolutely disgusting. chicken was like rubber and everything apart from the gravy was stone cold. chips looked like they had been laying out for hours cold limp and soggy. for the price KFC are charging these days they really need to up their game. won't be ordering from them again

Standard KFC. Always feels super unclean in there, especially as the toilets are accessible to all and sundry. Only eat there out of necessity

Vegan menu options are not enough

I can’t believe how rubbish here, I eat KFC many times,no like that bad,the chicken middle is raw,and fk coke no ice to many sugar,so horrible!

Deleted KFC app after this "food" Filthy restaurant, flat drinks, cold food, disgusting chicken. I'd rather starve than return here.

Junkie cental, broken front door, filthy and uncleared tables and bins, uninterested staff, cold chips, three chicken legs, one broken in my 3 piece meal. If there were minus stars this experience would get them. Need I say more.

Service slow. Food overpriced. Only go to KFC every other month. Will keep going but they need to up their customer service training........and tell people to stop scratching their faces before passing customers their food 🤢

During my recent shift as an SIA Officer at KFC Argyle Street, I encountered exceptional staff members who made my experience truly enjoyable. Night Shift Manager Ross displayed humility and efficient leadership, while Lisa's customer care skills were outstanding. Megha, stationed at the till, impressed with her friendly and efficient service. Overall, a commendable team delivering excellent service.

. Foods great. Couple of staff made my visit extra great bryan Jamie n chloe and Rachel went above and beyond for me and my family . Will defo be back

Unsure what the little woman with the glasses problem is but she has a severe attitude problem shouldn’t work in a public place if she can’t handle a customer complaint. She is one of the most rudest people I have ever came across and severely lacks customer service skills

Pepsi was flat and my filet burger barely had any chicken, it was a very thin piece.

received my meal where the cold drink had been placed in the same box as the food, so as you could imagine i was greeted with a freezing drink with some cold chips and a cold burger

Really busy KFC and can sometimes take a while longer than usual for food to be ready, but the staff are obviously doing their best and working really hard to get your food to you. I was in late at night just before closing and they were ran off their feet. Food was fresh though because of this, but some of the characters in there after a night out can be a bit much.

Got charged 3 times for 2 orders,Uber was fine,I don't know where the f Just Eat came in,an extra £19.19, phoned KFC up,they didn't want to know,but I will be going to Argyle Street,as I can't get a number for Just Eat, £63 ,joke,a curry would have cost me about £15.🤔

have been left bed ridden for 2 days after eating from here. definitely an issue with the chicken I got. was lukewarm at best and definitely not for for consumption. definitely will be avoiding from now on

Two of the box meals were shoved into the one box which caused the gravy to spill everywhere and all over the food. Chips were soggy due to this and it was over all the packaging
