KFC in Glasgow City

I got the wrong order. I got none of what I ordered spent a lot of money and got nothing but someone else's order which is infuriating especially because I waited over 2 hours. never again!

Food was cold and drink was missing. Half the food was just dumped in the bag including chips popcorn chicken and mighty bucket. One of the popcorn chickens were only half full and gravy was stone cold. Really not happy. Food was delivered late and delivery time kept changing. Not impressed

Delivery time kept changing and ended up well over and hr later and we were leaving place of order so were late because of delay and then when arrived there was no gravy so order for me was pointless as I need the gravy for my fries and corn on cob. Also was unable to contact anyone as after the first hr I would have went to pick up to save hassle but nowhere to contact someone to ask. I get a half hr or so delay but this was ridiculous.

ordered 2 boneless banquet meals and 20 hot wings , ordered received missing the two cans of juice both sides missing and given the wrong dips! food absolutely freezing and the way it was presented was a disgrace £40 delivery and the lots went in the bin ! food threw in the bag by looks of things not got boxes for my box meals and hot wings squashed into a bag not happy won't be ordering again

Delivery was super fast, but holy moly man. They got every part of the order wrong, and half of it was missing. what was in the order was cold and stale. idk if it was just a one time thing but it was really disappointing unfortunately.

we were starving and ordered lots of food but it was so late and the food was too cold, the fries were soggy, the burger was smashed and all over the place, the hot wings were cold. so disappointed with argyle street KFC and just eat service. this has happened twice, may be I should just stop ordering and raise legal complaint!

There was no bucket provided. The can of juice was Tango - not Pepsi Max which I had paid for, which is easily obtainable.

It didn’t arrive. It must have been delivered to somebody else. I sent messages to the courier but there was no response. I took screenshots of their location (a minute away from me) which remained the same for a long time before it said ‘delivered’.

Went there at1am New Year's Day. A terrible experience, staff were rude, IT wasn't working properly they did not know who ordered when, it was terrible ser. Will never numbers back to this branch ever again.

Its impressive how I ordered a 10 piece bucket to be left at door yet Pankaj delivered a head of time while I was in shower. A 2piece with 1 wing. Neighbours dog in garden yet no bones in garden or street, guess he must have ate 3-5 kilo of bones as no way a rat of a delivery driver would steal from a customer.

Had a wonderful experience during my short trip in Glasgow, there was a Bangladeshi lady (didn’t get chance to ask her name), she was very friendly and professional. A 5-star for her service.

Jamie and June delivered life saving first aid to a v drunk boy. Efficient, excellent :) Those two were holding down the fort, it seemed like they were running about tackling everything - can’t say we saw the other staff braking a sweat

Ordered online - a full meal and flamin mini wrap. Driver turns up all apologetic - they gave him a sauce in a bag and insisted that was our order. Showed us the messages arguying with the store manager about it. When we tried to call about it, they hung up 4 times. Awful way to treat customers. Uber are refunding but we wont be using Uber eats or buying from this KFC again.

Service is great I came at close and everyone did their best to ensure we got our food. I want to apologize to the lady who had to clean up the soda I accidentally spilled. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Got some KFC here after a concert. It was cold as a stiff and took about 30 minutes for a mighty bucket.

We ordered from uber eats and it came really fast so the driver was not at fault. My burger was stone cold and dry as can be. Mine and my partners mini fillets tasted like a curry or something. Nothing like how it should have. Do not get food from here. No doubt the toilet will be home for tomorrow.

Suspiciously fast service, ordered 2 boneless banquets, didn't get the extra fillet I ordered, one lot of chips heavily over seasoned, the other lot under seasoned, my chips were cold and had black spots that could've broke a tooth And the chicken was SOGGY, no such thing as crispy chicken there, near enough threw up. With how fast the service was, the chicken must've been sat in the sink for the day. Would highly recommend not going here until its sorted. We were craving a KFC after a fest, was so disappointed with the food. Basically chucked 20 quid in the bin.

Place looks like a dumpster, I regretted my order after placing it based on the lack of cleanliness. Little did I know then that they would forgot to make my ice cream order, after waiting for 10 min I asked them and they were then messing around with the cup handing over a greasy one which I refused to take unless they wiped it off or placed it in another cup. The staff seemed intoxicated as they were completely lost when I spoke with them.

Worst kfc I’ve ever had. Flavourless, definitely missing a few of the 11 herbs and spices. No tango orange and said they didn’t have any straws whilst standing in front of the straws! Also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a few moons.

went there at 19/09/2024 23.00pm and the Lady was taking too long to ask what would i like to order she was just standing there and looking at me but she didn’t took my order for 8 minutes i was standing there just to order something i was wanted to pay cash. after 8 minutes she told me to go away for no reason. she don’t have experience to work in the kfc she looks disabled i don’t know how they can give to her job she talk to the customers with bad attitude and she also don’t understand how to use kiosk and read properly her hands was also dirty. the guys at the back in the kitchen they was just standing and using phone they didn’t take the orders because they’re so lazy all young guys 16-20 yeras old in the kitchen no experience. i’m very disappointed i won’t be back never ever and i well tell all my friends not to come eat in that place. please change the staff they’re dirty and doesn’t have experience racist

Just don’t order from here at all. In person or delivery, it’s always wrong. They are clearly understaffed or do not give the staff the proper training they need to work there. Honestly so awful - avoid!!
