Disgusting cold terrible quality greasy food, some chicken skin burnt, some soggy and some undercooked! 5 original pieces when meant to get 6 and only one drumstick when should be half of each not that it mattered cause was inedible! Gravy which might have made the mini fillets more edible had ran out and wasn’t given a refund but a silly note on the receipt that Uber eats won’t take as enough proof! I should be getting a refund for the whole lot! 😡

Never had a complaint about the place. Pretty box standard KFC.

Workers really rude wouldn’t even serve me sat at the counter for 10 minutes straight acted as if I was invisible 3 of them just having a conversation looking at me occasionally hope this makes it to management so you can fire these useless workers happened 27th august 14:40-14:55

This app is a joke this has happened twice in a month my delivery hasn’t showed up seriously need to sort this app and delivery drivers a know u can request money back but its not the point when u order food u expect it to show up

The driver stood out side my path for ages just looking about on the one spot i am disabled i could not get out to get him i could see him on my door bell he was to far for me to talk to him my food was frozen he upset me no telling me why not happy

The delivery left my order outside my door. Without any notice. after 15 minutes I'm checking at my door the food is left on my door carpet. One of Juice is missing.

Excellent food. Chips looked flung in the bag though, most of the chips were at the bottom of the bag, covering the bottom with the paper cases ontop.

Meal was cold and soggy on arrival. Extremely disappointed at the sub standard tasteless cold unappetising food. 3/4 of the burgers chips and bucket was promptly binned.

Wrong twister wrap gave me sweet chilli sauce instead of mayo one so can't eat it. Also chips cold and soggy. Only decent thing was the tub of gravy and can of juice

On 25th April 2024. Myself & my cousin had decided to go into this KFC for spot off lunch. We both had got the meal deal £4:99 which was few pieces of chicken / fries with tub gravy & drink. All was fine untill I was eating piece of chicken to which part of it was fully not cooked at all (rore fully pink not cooked) which now has put me fully off from KFC chicken also from today I’ve been sick upset stomach & slight pain in my stomach along with eggie burps which is fully known as form of food poisoning when have this. My cousin went straight up with this chicken. The young girl at service counter went showed this to manager firstly tried to give out another meal to which that was big NO! Did get refund back for this disgusting vile meal. However, as I have worked with in food catering most of my life and knowing with the consequences of not cooked foods & especially when to be chicken, my main question is to whom ever was the main employee who was placed with this cooking shift to which something needs be done regards to what just happened along with how this is major health n safety concern to anyone who comes down with any type of food poisoning caused by any member of staff with in food franchise such as KFC. I should really notify food health safety standards regards to this issue. Absolutely appalling! Not happy at all with this. 🤮🤢 also every table with in the premises not cleaned chicken crumbs on tables along with tomato sauce splashes on legs of chairs clearly cleaning duties & deep clean not being done at all. Basically this KFC in springburn need have surprise checks from food hygiene authorities and then maybe things may change. ?

Great as always, this is the best KFC for deliveries, it would be nice to get a bigger bit of oroginal recipe chicken somtime though but apart from that perfect.:)

springburn kfc just eat deliverys are always delivered on time, food is always piping hot, orders are always complete with never ever any items missing unlike majority of other restaurants, thank you springburn kfc :)

Super fast service. From the springburn branch excellent all round service. Bad service from the Renfield St Branch will never use Renfield St. unhelpful!

ordered 2 zinger burgers stale bread all hard round the edges chicken looks like it's been deep fried 3 times also to hard to bite around the edges.

Food was not great. Had a strand of lettuce and a scraping of mayonnaise on burger.

Worked here for 5 years and packed many delivery orders, it's not difficult to read order notes! They are on the receipt you stick to the bag. The quality of the food has slipped terribly too. Would not recommend.
