Kfc in Glasgow City

The staff was really good and friendly. The atmosphere was good. The chicken was really dry and not my favourite. I loved how crispy the chips were.

Joke waited 40 mins for food and driver said delivered but we never got our food? Shocking spent all sorts on it as well

I placed the order about 12.10.pm. and despite the fact that the courier arrived at the restaurant promptly, and the restaurant is nearby, the food was being "prepared" for at least 45 minutes, an unacceptable delay, being delivered an hour late.

the food was cold, the bag was soaking wet kept in a farmfoods bag to apparently keep it warm, disgusting quality. Lettuce was brown and see through, the fillet burger was dry as a bone, full of grissle, the bun was hard and the fries were the most unappetising fries I have ever seen. the food was only fit for the bin. only reason I attempted to eat it is because I'm diabetic and my right hand is in a splint!

Guy rocks up on a bike, everything’s Freezing cold and items missing. Won’t be ordering again.

Fresh and tasty chicken mega hot as straight out the fryer. Order was correct and quickly prepared. Plenty of clean seating and staff were friendly and helpful.

Disgusting cold terrible quality greasy food, some chicken skin burnt, some soggy and some undercooked! 5 original pieces when meant to get 6 and only one drumstick when should be half of each not that it mattered cause was inedible! Gravy which might have made the mini fillets more edible had ran out and wasn’t given a refund but a silly note on the receipt that Uber eats won’t take as enough proof! I should be getting a refund for the whole lot! 😡

Outstanding food delivered hot and on time, couldn’t be better.

My large popcorn chicken did not arrive and I’ve paid £6 for that, not happy as this has happened multiple times before, I feel entitled to at least a refund for the popcorn chicken

delivery driver was rude, went to the wrong house then shouted at me on the phone telling me to hurry up and come outside even though he wasn't outside my house. by the time he found the right house everything was cold and soggy

Delivery driver from kfc springburn stole my order would not give me it at the door due to no code which I didn’t have on my phone he drove away with my food

This app is a joke this has happened twice in a month my delivery hasn’t showed up seriously need to sort this app and delivery drivers a know u can request money back but its not the point when u order food u expect it to show up

The driver stood out side my path for ages just looking about on the one spot i am disabled i could not get out to get him i could see him on my door bell he was to far for me to talk to him my food was frozen he upset me no telling me why not happy

The delivery left my order outside my door. Without any notice. after 15 minutes I'm checking at my door the food is left on my door carpet. One of Juice is missing.

Excellent food. Chips looked flung in the bag though, most of the chips were at the bottom of the bag, covering the bottom with the paper cases ontop.

Meal was cold and soggy on arrival. Extremely disappointed at the sub standard tasteless cold unappetising food. 3/4 of the burgers chips and bucket was promptly binned.
