Food was warm courier on time they said they would be here

Loaded fries were cold so I needed to use a microwave to heat them up.

Food was cold and items missing

Food was pretty cold and took ages

Food was freezing and items missing in boxes

The driver that delivered this order stole my last order and laughed at me when I told him ,I know this cause he had to phone me for me to go and get my food and it was the same number

Stone cold £35 in total for 2 boneless banquets and 4 hot wings seriously freezing and delivered in a cool bag. Driver left store and did a delivery first as i tracked it whilst our order issitting in a cool bag all that time....ridiculous service

Whilst the delivery time was fine, the driver seemed to think it was acceptable to dump the food behind the wall and go !!!!

The time this took was scandalous completely put off using this

Missing a can of Pepsi which is clearly listed on the receipt. Drivers attitude - what do you want me to do, I’m just the driver! Whose responsibility is it to check orders before the leave the establishment as this happens regularly!

The meal was delicious - chicken cooked perfectly. The chicken gravy was okay a little too much black pepper but edible. The courier was a lovely man - delivery time was great.

Just took far too long they did keep us updated but the time kept changing constantly and waited about 2 hours

No customisation for KFC so rang the store to customise, said only cheese, lettuce and hash brown on my burger and they said that’s fine. Order arrived with Mayo, cheese, lettuce and no hash brown. Burger ruined as covered in Mayo and no hash brown.

i ordered the food while at my work address, as it took 2 hours to come, when It told me 30 minutes, I was no longer at my work address. I could not cancel the order nor change the address. I tried to phone KFC 20 times to which they didn't answer. Driver was extremely rude to me through the text, He also told me the order was being cancelled, to which I offered him money to see what he would say, and he then did not cancel my order and told me he would now deliver it. The food came freezing.

Missing chicken stripes and spicy wings. The grease was in the bottom of bucket was shocking. The time was later than first given.

Of the endless 50/50's or 30/70s these days. It was a 70 and another bad meal, I just want that delicious fresh KFC, I live like 2 mins from the place, it's not the delivery time, toss the old stuff faster, it won't affect ur paycheck.

Food cold guys cant find address 2nd time this happened wont use just eat again you need to teach them how to use postcodes

The both burgers - the veggie in it had gone bad . The chicken was burnt and too dry

I am afraid to say this particular KFC is not well crowded, and as a result, the food is not fresh enough. Two of us ate there, and one of us refused to eat. The following day, the two got mild stomach aches, and the one was out of it. Fortunately, the sickness was not severe, but we concluded to avoid this place.

Place is disgusting. Burger was like rubber went in the bin. Always mess up orders.

Food was awful. Chicken burger was hard and really chewy. Food was cold. Ordered and paid for sauce and never got it. Half tub of rice and the coleslaw was dated that day. All in all wouldn’t order again

Ordered a twister wrap meal managed to somehow give me the chips for it but not the twister wrap and no corn on the cob that was ordered either

Food was absolutely frozen ordered at 4.20pm and arrived at 6pm order was pushed back 5xs after the 3rd time it says that courier was at restaurant my food must have been sitting on the counter all that time, wont be ordering again thats for sure AVOID, Was a kids box and adults meal my daughter was unhappy as was i, also no pineapple in kids box and chips i would say werent even a full pack

Food was great and delivery driver was tremendous as well.
