McDonald's in Sunderland

Se utiliza la aplicación macdonalds para pedir una entrega. Cuando la comida vino del conductor de Uber, faltaba un artículo. Llamó a este Macdonalds para informar, para que le dijeran que no pueden hacer nada al respecto, tendrá que ponerse en contacto con Uber para un reembolso. Como fue su culpa no pusieron artículo en bolsa (que estaba sellado) no fueron de ayuda en absoluto, no querían dar 1 estrella como muy terrible servicio al cliente. Rang uber y como solo faltaba 1 artículo, no están dando reembolso. No me dejó hablar con el gerente y haber alcanzado el máximo servicio al cliente, así que estoy de mi bolsillo debido a este restaurante. Nunca más usaré este macdonalds y uber 😡😤

Anunciado como 24 horas el fin de semana. Llegó a las 3. 45 am el viernes por la noche / sábado por la mañana. Parecía abierto, el letrero dice 24 horas, y el horario de apertura en google decía que estaba abierto. No me dejó ordenar en la aplicación, incluso para conducir a través, probé puertas delanteras y estaban cerradas. Realmente decepcionante cuando compruebas en línea y esperas que esté abierto como dice que es y hacer el viaje y no lo es.

Cada vez que he pedido a través de la aplicación siempre faltan artículos. No es un buen servicio para los clientes informar del problema con uber y se obtiene un reembolso que tardan 15 días en volver a su tarjeta. Especialmente pagando cargos por servicios extorsivos. Ya no pedirás más desde aquí:

Popped in for a coffee and raspberry tart with white chocolate. Ample parking, easy to order food for table delivery on-line. Friendly staff and a clean area

Defeats the object of fast food . Slow service waited over 20 minutes for 2 happy meals . Even when you order online from here you end up with missing items .

Chips white not cooked and u got kiss round the world who can cook chips but these idiots here can't either rushing or don't give a toss

I ordered online a large big Mac (no Mac sauce, extra pickles, extra onions and added mustard) meal with fries, strawberry milkshake and mcflurry. I ordered just after 11pm and got it at 12:23am after they kept changing the time of delivery. When I finally received it, the fries were stale cold! The burger had no mustard, was dry as a bone with far too much shredded lettuce, it was sloppy, I couldn't finished it in the end as after a few bites in, the bun was soggy!! My ice cream was literally a milkshake, had melted already. It's as if my food was ready but left to go cold, it my first time ordering from this McDonald's and most definitely my last.

***Beware outrageous parking fines*** This McDonalds is fine in itself, with some interactive screens perfect for kids to play on. However, I can only reiterate the comments made on previous reviews regarding the parking arrangements. We parked with two children, and ordered at the machines. The children were having a good time playing on the screens, and in total we were there for 86 minutes, We have just returned from holiday to find we’ve been served a parking charge notice for £100, reducing to £60 for payment within 14 days. Please avoid this branch of McDonalds especially if you are visiting with children. We will certainly not be going again

Replicating previous review, parking situation is terrible. Decided to eat in and have two very young kids who can cause a lot of distractions and delay. Parking signs are very easy to miss..Was in car park for just over an hour in total and received £60 fine (you can only use car park for up to an hour before being fined apparently). Appealed it but a waste of time..McDonald's staff should make this sham of a parking situation very clear. Will never use that McDonald's again..

Absolutely disgusted to find that I received a parking ticket after visiting this macdonalds. Huge drive thru queue so went inside with kids. Ordered using self service machine only to be told at payment that machines weren’t working so needed to queue again at the till to pay. Waited a while for food. Kids wanted Mc flurry’s after food so had to queue again. When we were about to leave the weather took a turn for the worse- heavy sleet! We decided to wait until weather improved as it was not safe to drive! Been slapped with a £60 parking fine as we were there for 1 hour 20 mins. You only get 60 mins! Macdonalds should be letting customers know this when they have huge queues and machines that aren’t working! They are also supporting disgusting parking firms- Workflow Dynamics who believe that driving in dangerous conditions is ok!!!

I placed an order for delivery, it’s not a big deal but within the order placed was a brownie, instead I received a doughnut. I attempted to call the number on the receipt but it didn’t exist. I then emailed and received no reply. Obviously mistakes happen and it’s human error which is fine, but I find it frustrating that no one acknowledges complaints or customer enquiries.

We came here for a quick bite of breakfast early in the morning. We ordered via the self service kiosk and waited for the food to arrive. The hot chocolate was nice, a quick simple breakfast to start the day.

Had to wait 20 minutes in the queue. The food was hot at least when we received it. No apologies for the wait. The lids on the drinks were not put on properly and I spilt some as a consequence. No paper napkins supplied.

Me and my mam went to Macdonalds in Sunderland next to Tescos and it took 15 minutes to get into the place and when I ordered the food it was cold and they give me pop instead of a tea and a cappuccino and she was gone for a second so she never give me a fresh drink she give me someone else's and when she give the drinks they where cold to and it was a flat white instead of a cappuccino I will never go there again they get the order wrong and the food was cold to

On entry to the establishment came across a bossy woman telling us what to do. I inadvertently used the hand sanitiser put out for the delivery staff instead of the customers and was told off by this woman even though there was no signs advising customers what the procedure was. Did rather spoil the eat out experience!!

A couple of staff where acting unacceptably as I stood there waiting with me being 16 they must of viewed me as they were above me witch isn’t on nor right as they got in my face and shouted at me and the made sure I would never you to this establishment again

Called here today as if been shopping and couldn’t be bothered to cook I had a crispy chicken wrap and hubby had the same with chips I was pleasantly surprised it was and fresh plenty of chicken in will definitely be back staff were friendly and helpful

wanted to write a review for a while - mainly about a young man that serves us a lot called Michael C. He is always so pleasant and polite, cheers me up just seeing how much effort he makes to make customers feel welcome. I know how hard they all work and it must be difficult to maintain such a happy face at all times.

After I came into McDonald’s after a mint sesh out on Friday night I was refused to be served after they found out I had to be held up by my other two friends! To say the least after my friend was served the nuggets were half eaten by the staff anyway. Just don’t go there I wouldn’t recommend. PS: KFC is better anyway.

Once again made order. When opened at home burger missing. On return no sorry or anything. I would say they have got my orders wrong 95% of tjme

Came here on our way back from a festival. Ordered a 99p Mayo chicken, which is my usual order if I’m not too hungry. However when it came it had practically NO mayo on and the chicken burger itself was so thin it was practically flat ironed. Not to mention that I waited considerably longer than the time it should have taken to receive my order when the restaurant was dead, with no other customers inside.

It's a McD's so if you don't know by now...... This one is above average. Clean, friendly, efficient and decently cooked food.

Very clean and tidy. Well used by lot people. Food was cooked nice. Staff were very polite and clean and tidy. Toilets were clean. Only down side thry put blech down the toilets which is so wrong and against H@S Regulations

Handy for breakfast on the way to work. Lovely staff. Service with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble.

Couldn't fault it. Went in to buy multiple meals and as there was extra staff working, ordered, paid and collected my meals within 2-3 minutes so was very impressed. I understand won't be like this all the time but whilst it is, I'm happy!

Typical outlet which also has a drive through. Quite small inside and no upgrade to self serve screens as yet Friendly staff You know what the food is like, you either like or you don't

Visited for breakfast with family on a Saturday morning. Decent service, decent food nothing more to really add to it. McDonalds - if you dont know the score by now you never will.

Been a few times and milkshakes are never available so when I order if they don't have them I cancel my order and go to KFC instead.

Ir a un McDonald's es básicamente la misma experiencia en cada ciudad en todo el mundo. Sólo he fuimos a esta rama unas cuantas veces a tomar un café después de un largo viaje en coche para los partidos que se celebran en el Sol Sin embargo, esto parece un "mejor" McDonalds, personal amable, amplio aparcamiento, Drive-Thru, etc.

La calidad de la comida aquí es de un estándar muy alto. El personal es agradable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. restaurante está limpio

This is just about the best McDonald's in Sunderland always quick and always hot food the drive thru moves quickly and staff always friendly.

Went before West Hams visit to Stadium of Light and found it very good.Food fine and service from young man serving us was very good (not always the case in McDonalds)Good experience and will be back next year if Sunderland don't get relegated!

found a crocodiles leg in my chicken burger not happy and the big lad who served is nathan was trying to chat me up

Oh Sunderland McDonald's on Wessington Way, how you disappoint me. My hash browns were a mish-mash of heat. One freezing, the other piping hot! My poor taste buds didn't know what hit them. Quite frankly if I wasn't such a chilled out gentleman I'd have caused a ruckus in your restaurant. This time I refrained. But next time...

Had a drivethrough, the food was cold and tasted horrible and the service just as bad considering the restaurant was empty?????????????????????
