KFC in Sunderland

Food is as fresh as it can get. We came here around 13:00 keep that in mind. Might be the freshest kfc i had. Place is relatively clean

My bottle of pop was missing which was annoying as we had nothing but water to drink with our meal other than that the food was ok

Over 2hrs stuck on preparing. Time changed 3 times. Then when you want to cancel it says that wel be charged full *if they've started making it* and won't receive refund. Phone has been on constant busy then turned off then back on to busy. I would not suggest ordering around this time of year especially when you're paying £30 or more.

Mens toilet absolutely stinks, been like that for ages, does anybody who works there have a sense of smell. Always check food order before leaving, amount of times I've had things missing.

Still waiting for drive through order 30mins later! Feel sorry for the staff trying to cope with drive through, Uber eats & over the counter orders!! Absolutely ridiculous supposed to be fast food! Over 30 mins wait now!!

Appreciate it's Christmas and restaurant and roads will be busy but I ordered at 11am as it was showing 40 mins delivery and it took 1hour45 mins to arrive and I only live 3 miles away. Needless to say food wasn't very hot and delivery driver unpleasant and seemed grumpy.

Best KFC I've had in the UK!!! Chicken was perfectly cooked... chips looked like Instagram photo... salad was extremely fresh!!! Literally best kfc ever... (ps I don't work here but had alot of kfc's and had some not so great ones)

Food came messy and overcooked, heavy items piled on top of everything. Burger came crushed and soggy, fries cold and soggy too, batter was burnt. Order came in late, delivery time was changing numerous times, added extra 30 mins.

Driver was rude and inpatient, missing items from a basic meal deal. Bag wasn't sealed properly when food was received, so either driver has helped himself or they don't go through the orders before they leave the shop! not the 1st time either...

this is the 6th time in a row that there had been things missing or mixed up in our orders. One time there was a full bag of our order missed, another time we'd ordered 2x mash and got gravy instead. we've had a delivery without the bucket of chicken in it. the odd time we'd understand but the last 6 orders to all have issues. we'll, something is seriously going wrong

My food didn’t even arrive! It said it was delivered and it wasn’t, called the store they said it said delivered their end, I ordered for delivery as I have a disability and I could leave the house, I don’t trust ordering twice so now I’ll go hungry and weak all night. I won’t use just eat again, getting answers takes too long

Shocking !!! order got messed up in drive through our Son’s meal was missed out !! I rang up to sort it we had to go through just eat so payed extra !! his order came with out his gravy !! so his order some how managed to be wrong again unbelievable
