KFC in Sunderland

Nearly 2 hours waiting for our order to be delivered by Just eat. Ended up cancelling our order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Another day, another order that was never delivered.

Best KFC I've had in the UK!!! Chicken was perfectly cooked... chips looked like Instagram photo... salad was extremely fresh!!! Literally best kfc ever... (ps I don't work here but had alot of kfc's and had some not so great ones)

Totally plain fillet burger with signature fries. This time the fries & burger was luke warm today which is why the rating is just 'alright'

food was cold and dried up ordered a bucket was expecting 6 varied pieces and got 6 chicken legs chicken wings and popcorn chicken were so dry they couldn't be eaten total waist of money and went in the bin

Great food, still hot on arrival, friendly delivery driver, and order was all correct! Have made several orders from here, and they've all been spot on.

Staff really need to be reading the notes section. When it says plain, that means plain and not covered in mayonnaise

Food came messy and overcooked, heavy items piled on top of everything. Burger came crushed and soggy, fries cold and soggy too, batter was burnt. Order came in late, delivery time was changing numerous times, added extra 30 mins.

The delivery driver said I was a good dancer.

2 bags, 1 bag wings were right and great. Other bag was not our order so dissapointing

food was lovely as usual but there wasn't any hot wings or chicken popcorn, couldn't be bothered to mention it last night when we opened the bags as it was late in the evening

Driver was rude and inpatient, missing items from a basic meal deal. Bag wasn't sealed properly when food was received, so either driver has helped himself or they don't go through the orders before they leave the shop! not the 1st time either...

Part of the meal was missing. Still waiting to find out if I will be refunded but didn’t help me when it was the kids stuff for tea. Very poor to be honest. Will not order again from them

Missing items and items received were cold

this is the 6th time in a row that there had been things missing or mixed up in our orders. One time there was a full bag of our order missed, another time we'd ordered 2x mash and got gravy instead. we've had a delivery without the bucket of chicken in it. the odd time we'd understand but the last 6 orders to all have issues. we'll, something is seriously going wrong

My food didn’t even arrive! It said it was delivered and it wasn’t, called the store they said it said delivered their end, I ordered for delivery as I have a disability and I could leave the house, I don’t trust ordering twice so now I’ll go hungry and weak all night. I won’t use just eat again, getting answers takes too long

Shocking !!! order got messed up in drive through our Son’s meal was missed out !! I rang up to sort it we had to go through just eat so payed extra !! his order came with out his gravy !! so his order some how managed to be wrong again unbelievable

The order was never delivered. It was marked as delivered but it definitely wasn’t. That’s what happens when drivers who don’t have English as there first language are employed.

I ordered a buffalo box meal. There was no buffalo burger in my bag what's been delivered and I got mash potato instead of gravy. Who even orders mash potato from kfc

chicken is powdery greasy and cold , fries and corn were cold and hard

delivery times kept changing so thought at least it will be hot when it comes but no it was luke warm. Both cans of pop where missing and one of the chips where missing disappointing.

Didn’t get one of the dips, other than that it was ok. it’s KFC. For convenience it’s ok, for value for money, it’s not good.

£50 we spent on food. Not one portion of chips came out of the five we paid for. Three days on and no further forward with resolving the issue. Literally got chicken. The kids were still hungry. Not a happy customer here at all.

Ample parking and easily accessible. Clean & tidy restaurant with plenty of seating space. We ordered for take out, and it was put up really quickly. Full order was spot on, and still hot when we got home with it! First visit here, and was surprised at how tasty the fries were compared to other KFCs. Would definitely visit here again.

We ordered through a delivery service today who messed up and gave our order to someone else. We complained about it to them but their response of asking for a picture of our missing food says it all… My wife went into KFC and spoke with Lewis and his team who quickly rectified the issue despite it not being them that caused it. Really appreciate their quick and positive response. Thank you!

Missing popcorn chicken and extra hot wings

15 minutes wait on chicken? Had to laugh wasn't even busy. At least staff politely warned us though.
