items were missing from my order

No popcorn chicken it seems everytime I order there’s always something missing

wrong order received. 40 quid order got a 20 quid one. freezing cold food. not that it mattered as itwasn't for us anyway. hungry and very disappointed

1 Chicken burger was really dry and cold I had to bin it..

I did not receive this order. I called to change the address to my home address and then receive an email to say it has been delivered to 42 newriggs but no delivery at all as stated. Im really not happy that it states food has been delivered

they sent mash potato instead of corn on the cob. everything else was good

Lovely hot fillet burger, hot signature fries & 2 choc chip cookies, though 10 minutes later than expected (as reflected in rating) so still think drivers should be allocated a bit earlier than they seem to be. I have tried ordering at different times but it never seems to make a difference (not drivers fault).

Disappointed as I have not received my bottle of pop

absolutely disgraceful would leave one star if possible missing items yet the staff are no help at all and can't replace missing items place is a joke

If I order from here again send that driver he's absolutely lovely and didn't get lost

2 pieces of chicken both were drumsticks, what a suprise.

6 piece bucket , 5 drumsticks and 1 very small piece of chicken. Not the bargain bucket I was expecting!

Delivery time kept getting extended again and again. Very long wait for food.

Fresh & hot & delivered in time.

we're absolutely fuming with this service from kfc at washington galleries we ordered 4 meals for me and my family and our order never arrived now we have to wait 2 days just to see if I can get a refund will be ordering elsewhere from now on

Very small portion of chips, and they were cold. Can of drink warm (room temp at best). Terrible.

Food was still a good temperature when delivered, but driver was smoking a cigarette when sorting the food in his car and delivering to the door

The slowest service I've ever experienced. Seemed to be a few staff there but what they were actually doing I could not tell. Need some proper management in there and get staff actually serving people. Every 10 minutes they would produce 1 drink. Waited 30 minutes for a meal after ordering. Got a snotty response when I asked how much longer would the food be after id waited 25 minutes. When I replied that I want a refund then, the food was produced within 5 minutes. While eating I seen another unhappy customer dump her food on the counter and want a refund. No idea what was wrong but she left with no food. This place is one to avoid unless you've got all day to wait.

Mens toilet absolutely stinks, been like that for ages, does anybody who works there have a sense of smell. Always check food order before leaving, amount of times I've had things missing.

Not delivered at all been waiting over 3 hours absolute joke

Over 2hrs stuck on preparing. Time changed 3 times. Then when you want to cancel it says that wel be charged full *if they've started making it* and won't receive refund. Phone has been on constant busy then turned off then back on to busy. I would not suggest ordering around this time of year especially when you're paying £30 or more.

Still waiting for drive through order 30mins later! Feel sorry for the staff trying to cope with drive through, Uber eats & over the counter orders!! Absolutely ridiculous supposed to be fast food! Over 30 mins wait now!!

The kansas bites were missing and the beans missing

Appreciate it's Christmas and restaurant and roads will be busy but I ordered at 11am as it was showing 40 mins delivery and it took 1hour45 mins to arrive and I only live 3 miles away. Needless to say food wasn't very hot and delivery driver unpleasant and seemed grumpy.
