We were a party of 6 ,just a get together.We were served by Dave ,very polite,and help with the menu ,thoroughly enjoyed the food.we will definitely return in the future.

Can't fault the food or the service the only downfall and it was nothing to do with the place as it couldn't be helped was a family in with kids that were noisy and baby was clearly tired and just cried constantly. Apart from that everything was great and would recommend it to anyone.

Had a lovely meal last night. Our waiter was called Yousif he was very attentive and friendly and professional. We will definitely go again.

Came to miller and carter tonight for a get together meal with a few friends, and I must say the management and floor staff were lovely and friendly, the food was top notch and our server Rebecca was amazing. It was such a relaxing warm atmosphere and a lovely night. Thankyou

I went of my 25th anniversary with my wife the waitress was very nice although the service was slow we both ordered surf and turf my stake was over cooked my wife's burnt we didn't finish the steaks. The lobster tails were burnt when I complained the lobster was replaced but these came out to us raw the chips also raw the worst meal iv had eating out. The starters were very nice mind We got 20 pounds knocked off the bill and our drinks free but still cost 94 pound . Very disappointed and will never return

Server kacey was amazing, couldn't do enough and so polite, unfortunately food was not good. Steak has to be sent back as not medium, it was rare, when returned it looked better but still rare in the middle, also 2 portions of chips were still raw. Shame as I know how good the food can normally be.

First time visiting miller and carter and boy did it excel my expectations (of which were pretty high) starters were amazing! The main was exquisite the steak fell apart in your mouth was so delicious. Lobster tail was *chefs kiss* amazing. However the wedge of lettuce was abit random probably your signature thing, but was just so unexpected ha! Staff very lovely and attentive great atmosphere. Great work!

We were serviced by Kacey she was amazing we came for Mother’s Day and my son has a milk allergy and she was very helpful. Everything was done with a smile! My daughter has said she was the best waitress we’ve had here :)

Amazing food at an even better venue, our service was perfect and our host was great with us. Definitely a place to go. All four of us had steak which made our night even better. Great value for money!

Extremely disappointing experience, what started of as a pleasant evening with our server Marcus, quickly went down hill when he went off shift and new server took over. We finished our meals and sat over twenty minutes waiting for our table to be cleared whilst the new server made sure every table around us was seen to. Even stacking our plates at the end of our table wasn't enough of a hint.... Maybe if it was a busy session it would be understandable, but on a Monday evening with a handful of customers there's no excuse. Whilst I'm sure the tables that were having their photos taken by the server will tell a different story of this evening, it's incredibly impressive to see how much effort was made to avoid eye contact with us. In the end we skipped desserts and coffees, I paid the bill at the front desk and left. Not my first underwhelming experience here but certainly enough to never return.

Me and my wife absolutely love it here. Great food and excellent service. Emily, our server, was great, as are all the staff. Top place to eat.

The service from our Server, Emily, was great. The food was also excellent as always. However, the service from the front of house girl who met us at the front desk when she could be bothered, was awful. I assume she was some supervisor of some description as she wore different clothing to the staff who were doing the real work. She walked up to the desk after we’d been stood there for a while, instead of speaking to me as a customer, she tipped her head as to beckon me to speak first. As I remained silent, she then said “can I help you”? Think this one needs some customer service training. I’ve only given 5 stars based on Emily’s and the food. Not the article at the front desk.

Brilliant visit again today. Had the Sunday sharing board and it was cooked perfectly. Service was amazing (Thank you Kacey) from start to finish with nothing being an issue. We were served by Lexi at miller and carter tonight on the 07/03/25 and she was lovely constantly checking on us and could not do more to make sure we had a positive experience, Thank you so much

The mushroom starter (2 portions) was served cold with a split cheese sauce. When we pointed this out to the staff we were told that he cheese had added with dish too cold and he would tell the chef . No refund was offered

Great lunchtime meal of Surprisingly good veggie meal in a would-be steak house - delicious wedge of roasted Crown Prince squash served warm on a bed of avocado, grains, carrot, baby spinach, little gem, tomatoes and creamy houmous all topped off with crispy fried halloumi. Mini dessert of banoffee pie and americano ☕️ Efficient and friendly service.

Best fillet steak I’ve ever had, cooked to perfection. Dave the server was impeccable, he was so polite and approachable and deserves every tip the establishment gets.

Got the 2 course special and the only good part was the steak. Chicken starter was grey not white so couldnt eat it. The onion loaf on my main was soggy and undercooked but the steak was lovely.

So we went here Friday night for my partners birthday and first off we was greeted by Brandon who I believe was part of the management team and what a bloke he was warming welcome and extremely friendly! Showed us to our table and explained everything to us! From here the night got better and better! Firstly what a team member you have here! Absolute gent of a man extremely polite and went above and beyond for the evening, Dave managed to sort out my partners steak as it was slightly over cooked for her preference but he saw it and straight away got a fresh one sorted and it was cooked to perfection! Some of the best customer care I’ve had for a long time! Outstanding service was always asked if we wanted more drinks fantastic night! Only negative comment from the evening was that it was a Friday evening and having people walk around in full tracksuits and caps was a little off putting especially with the tone of conversations groups of people where having maybe at a weekend implement some kind of dress code. Overall the evening was amazing will definitely be returning!!

Fantastic food, lovely atmosphere, server Lexi was absolutely lovely, very attentive and very knowledgeable. Only downside I would mention is the ladies toilets were not very clean and tidy.

The staff were very friendly, we were seated away from others in the restaurant which suited us. The food was brought promptly and was all cooked to a high standard and very tasty. My only complaint was the “thick cut” chips which we paid a £1 each extra for, I expected paying £40 for a meal you’d get triple cooked homemade chips but what was served were basically oven chips, bland dry chips that were clearly frozen from a packet

Had a valentines steak sharing experience with my partner yesterday and the food and service was absolutely incredible, all of the staff were very friendly and professional, our steak expert, Emily, was absolutely fantastic, super polite and extremely helpful, would definitely recommend going but would especially recommend going for special holidays :)

Had a late lunch here on Valentines Day and although it was busy for the time of day, service was amazing and food was on time and perfect. Yousif served us and had great attention to details and interest without being too much! Seabass was amazing, definitely recommend
