McDonald's in County Durham

So this is my forth time I've ordered from mcdonalds in dalton park to my home address I have countless wrong right the driver parking on the other side road to even giving me the wrong mcdonalds this time I have ordered I big mc medium fries looked in the order no fries I am getting sick of this now you really need to sort it out

Not fast food at all Slow Loads of staff but not serving Seems its all about deliveries now with Drivers awaiting food Its a delivery hub Public left waiting

Received a hot McCrispy,, fries and Chicken nuggets. McFlurry is also nice. Everything seemed fresh with polite service. Will buy again and recommend.

The slowest service even seen in a McDonalds. Loads of staff but no orders flying out Waited 15 minutes for “Wrap of the day “ To take away….. Could have reared a chicken and grown the lettuce in the time it took Not fast food

No sauce with 20 nuggets. Who wants 20 nuggets with no selection if sauces???? Cold food. Never again!!!

Worst McDonald’s. Ordered breakfast. Given completely the wrong order. No thought about mixs ups & food allergies. Food not even wrapped properly thrown in bag. Cold food. Phone Dalton Park McDonalds to complain. They pick phone up and do not speak leaving phone off hook hearing them laughing in the background. Complaint going into to health and safety food standards. Waste of time ordering from them.

They never have mcflurries on. Never known any other McDonald’s like this. 9 times out of 10, you’ll queue in the drive thru to be told they’re not on. Waste of time.

Visit quite often but only recently found out they charger £3.05 for happy meal all other places charge McDonalds recommended price £2.49 why?

The drive through was very busy which was a sign of things to come! We did our breakfast order on the digital screen which was easy to operate even for us oldies! There was a bit of a wait which was hardly surprising due to the number of people inside and delivery staff. Fortunately, there were plenty of staff and we certainly enjoyed our sausage McMuffin and coffee.

What can I say worst experience of my life ordered came late half my food missing and no answer when I call not willing to face up to their incompetence all my kids are starving now an absolute disgrace when the order arrived the bag was SOAKING !!! Nearly all of my Fanta drink spilled covering both me and my brand new cream carpet can’t believe something like this would happen…actually no I can believe it it’s dalton park after all just wanted to treat the kids day officially ruined :( :(

The problem with this branch of McDonalds, and every other branch I’ve been to lately is the amount of Just Eat and Uber Eats drivers hanging around. With the drive-thru, in store orders and online orders there’s just too much work and not enough staff to do it. The days of ‘fast food’ are long gone because your own ‘in store’ order gets lost amongst the myriad of online orders that the foreign drivers are hanging around waiting for. I ordered 3 standard regular meals and had a ridiculous 25 minute wait. This was never the case before Just Eat and Uber Eats got into the mix. The whole ‘fast food’ experience has been lost due to these idiots. I for one won’t be back at any McDonalds until the online orders are stopped or they take on more staff to cope with the increased work, because at the minute the current way of working just simply isn’t ‘working’.

Just had a Mac Donald’s from Dalton park which was a sweet chilli wrap and fries. Chicken cold and tough very little lettuce wrap not toasted as discribed also fries cold only thing ok was the drink!!!! Think the staff need to go down to Sunderland opposite B&M to see how to cook the food!!

This place was good before the Pandemic but now its all about numbers, if going through the drive through its always "Park up", after usually a 15 minute wait and numerous members of staff wandering around the car park your cold food arrives with items missing - avoid.
