Very disappointed they had run out of gravy 😢 what's a KFC without gravy? Ha ha, apart from that, it was lovely

Toilets awful no toilet roll in ladies mum asked staff for some never brought it her men's toilets awful stunk to high heaven waterless urinals should be banned! Restaurant very cold and very dirty yuk !

Lovely and hot but the gravy was burnt and tasted rank

The only place where I have eaten and the rats look more appetising than the food

everything was good but you forgot my bottle of tango, however the food is still pretty good

I did order several times and have been in KFC St Helens with hope that the food will be better. The food was cold, dry, not fresh. Very very poor quality of KFC here is st Helen’s.

Delivery driver was lovely. They did miss of my nephews 2 lots of chips. So I have requested a refund for them and the re ordered. Same delivery driver he thought he was going crazy 😂 explained to him he was apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault.

Delivery time was great but the food was atrocious, the wraps were half empty and 90% sauce. Whoever is cooking at this KFC is clearly unskilled and under qualified to work with food. Terrible. Genuinely terrible. Won’t be ordering from here again. Nasty

food was cold and about 2 hours too late. once again a disappointing service. never again from KFC and about time to cancel just eat as you don't care about your customers.

I attended after my bike ride, I waited in queue for what seemed like an eternity, and when I tried to give my order I was informed you have to use the board to order to which I replied I only want a bucket, I couldn’t use the ordering machine, I had people behind me grumbling, so I decided to go through the drive through on my electric bicycle. Again refused to be served. I was not the only customer whom went away hungry that day. So I’ll be going Frankie’s from now on

Chips were missing from one meal. Barbecue chicken ordered, chilli chicken turned up. Was listed correctly on the receipt, so maybe someone at KFC just can’t read? Will just stop being lazy and jump in the car next time! 🤨

Ordered food as normal, but when driver turned up, he didn’t have the food with him (bag was empty). I had to order my food again. I requested a refund on this order but as of now (21:58 - 7/9/24) not heard anything back

Food came cold, chicken was extremely dry, chips had little to no seasoning, if you want chicken just walk 5 minutes and get some chicken selects from McDonald's.

Second time ordering here for my mum and the food quality is disappointing- very dry, hard and looks & taste a day old. None of what we ordered was fresh.

I’m not sure if they rushed my order because we’re closing soon or what but my food was absolutely disgusting. My chicken bbq bite were drowned in freezing cold bbq sauce. The wrap was gross the tortilla was cold and wasn’t toasted. Waste of money as all of it went in the bin. Probably the worst kfc I’ve ever been to.

The chips are hard and not very nice. The staff are unfriendly and dirty tables and dirty floor. and sticky when you walk on it 🙄🙄🙄

Half of the order was missing. Multiple items from meals just not included. I would understand if it was a once in a while occurrence, but it happens every time. Really disappointing:(

Just eat need to put more pressure on food outlets to ensure quality control. Every order I make is missing an item and looks like it’s thrown into the bag from some distance. Meals are messy, cold and as said, missing parts of orders. Great delivery drivers though

We went through the drive through so cannot comment on the atmosphere, tasty hot food, friendly staff, a decent experience.

The rice box barely had any rice, a tiny bit of lettuce, came with no sauce and was missing the extra chicken.

KFC at fault as it's not evident they do quality checks. Get the orders right. Does anyone do QCs or could it be they have no original chicken and only have hot wings left. 🤔 Not happy as the same last time I ordered food.

The food was cold the dip was missing entirely and the signiture fries were inedible they were covered in pepper rendering them completely inedible. if i could give 0 stars i would.

Saved by the gravy. I think you use far too much salt in the cooking process.

Some staff are pretty rude and unhelpful and don’t like helping and some staff can be awkward and once said can’t give you a tray and didn’t apologise, how rude!! Won’t be returning!! 😡

02.07.24 Tried to go through the drive thru just before 10pm and they said they have ran out of food and have closed. Not happy as this is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened. Something should be done about this as i will not be returning

awful, worst kfc ever had. ordered 6 piece double bucket, all 6 prices where legs. and like they had been re fried or in bad oil. horrible burnt taste to them. no popcorn chicken. no Pepsi max bottle. hot wings where anaemic and greasy with zero flavour. shocking all round.

Waited an hour for food to come stone cold, fillet burger didn’t even have any sauce on. No can of tango came with my meal.

My food was not delivered!!!!!!!! I want a full refund
