Taking into account this is fast food and not fine dining, this KFC is shocking. Kids running in calling the staff names, the dining area was dirty, the toilets were disgusting and nobody seemed to care. The food came out quickly, that's why I put 2 stars for service. The chicken breast on my sons burger could have been used as a weapon in self defence, it must have been cooked house before being served. My burger was thrown into the box and looked as though it had been shook about for good measure. The chips with the special herb coating looked like they had only had a brief introduction to the herbs, no taste, disgusting. I approached the counter to ask the staff to resolve some of these issues and was just ignored. I would 100% never go to this KFC ever again, stay away!

Food took over an hour to arrive, chips cold, chicken barely warm. Incorrect items delivered. Rice filled less than a third of the pot, appalling.

Fries portion was tiny, and the Korean bites weren't very nice (didn't eat them as a result) but the chicken itself was nice and a hadn't gone cold en route.

after 3 and half hours it still hasn't delivered and yet it has been put down as delivered, restaurant wouldn't answer the phone so that I could get an update or cancel.

A great KFC, food is always quality. Staff are half and half, there's a few lads who are brilliant and then there's a woman who is arrogant, and also tries to keep my change every time...

Best KFC I had from this place!! Not a single burnt chicken or hot wings. The gravy was amazing and so was the chips. I hope that this wasn't a one off...

Completely wrong order sent absolutely ridiculous don’t know why even bothered everytime they send the wrong food!!! Returned with driver doubt it even went back to store!

2 and a half hours later, still no food has been delivered but marked as so. Tried to call, tried to cancel, tried to get a refund but no joy. Ticket raised with Just Eat as KFC offer no support for undelivered orders. Total joke.

What can I say, typical KFC. When your order is right it's good, when your order is wrong it's awful. It's like a 50/50 chance here if they'll mess it up or get it right. Be sure to check your food before leaving if you're in the drive through. If you're planning to order online, don't bother.

to be fair, food arrived quickly and the order was correct! KFC fries are not built for delivery though as they just become a soggy mess. unless they're 100% fresh, they're not good. chicken etc though was still tasty.

The driver came to my house sat at the garage next to my house for a minute then went down the road sat there for a minute, I know from past experiences couriers have trouble finding my house so I sent him a message clearly detailing where the house and how to find it and he proceeded to read the message and then drive off in the opposite direction with my food then turned his location off for 20 minutes…. Max character limit.

All food was cold and paid extra for the dips and yet again they never got put in! Chips was frozen and soggy absolutely vile!! Sort it out kfc! £50 for 3 meals to come like that!! Shocking

This place is back to employing staff that can not read. A simple order. 1 box meal. 2 pieces of chicken. That was it. The 2 pieces not here. How could anyone get that order wrong? Just eat done a refund.

Oh my, a fillet burger should include a fillet of chicken, not a slice. Jaysus, shocking! Gravy had grease floating on top.

Always a disappointment on quality, chicken must have been under lamps for a week it was so shrivelled up! Got to find a KFC that prides itself on good service and quality food!

I did order several times and have been in KFC St Helens with hope that the food will be better. The food was cold, dry, not fresh. Very very poor quality of KFC here is st Helen’s.

I didn’t get all of my order and it was freezing

Delivery driver was lovely. They did miss of my nephews 2 lots of chips. So I have requested a refund for them and the re ordered. Same delivery driver he thought he was going crazy 😂 explained to him he was apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault.

I attended after my bike ride, I waited in queue for what seemed like an eternity, and when I tried to give my order I was informed you have to use the board to order to which I replied I only want a bucket, I couldn’t use the ordering machine, I had people behind me grumbling, so I decided to go through the drive through on my electric bicycle. Again refused to be served. I was not the only customer whom went away hungry that day. So I’ll be going Frankie’s from now on

Chips were missing from one meal. Barbecue chicken ordered, chilli chicken turned up. Was listed correctly on the receipt, so maybe someone at KFC just can’t read? Will just stop being lazy and jump in the car next time! 🤨

Ordered food as normal, but when driver turned up, he didn’t have the food with him (bag was empty). I had to order my food again. I requested a refund on this order but as of now (21:58 - 7/9/24) not heard anything back

Second time ordering here for my mum and the food quality is disappointing- very dry, hard and looks & taste a day old. None of what we ordered was fresh.

Food came cold, chicken was extremely dry, chips had little to no seasoning, if you want chicken just walk 5 minutes and get some chicken selects from McDonald's.

The chips are hard and not very nice. The staff are unfriendly and dirty tables and dirty floor. and sticky when you walk on it 🙄🙄🙄

I’m not sure if they rushed my order because we’re closing soon or what but my food was absolutely disgusting. My chicken bbq bite were drowned in freezing cold bbq sauce. The wrap was gross the tortilla was cold and wasn’t toasted. Waste of money as all of it went in the bin. Probably the worst kfc I’ve ever been to.

Got most things ordered apart from the kids popcorn chicken bucket, luckily ordered from mc Donald’s for a chicken nugget happy meal so was lucky I didn’t have a hungry 6 year old kicking off at me
