KFC in County Durham

My gravy is as thin as water and both burgers are covered in mayo and lettuce which i specifically asked for plain this is really poor service and quality

Food was cold, missing items and delivery driver arrived but sat in his car for almost 10 minutes until I caught his attention. Bad experience and food anticipated receiving not received.

Chicken dry burger was dry and cold never again. Far to expensive

awful! got the wrong burger, asked for a fillet burger and got a zinger burger, which is too hot to eat. forgot to extra orders. obviously quality checks don't exist and people can't read in this place!!! half it went in the bin!

Never even got the order and can’t speak to someone still trying with JustEat £54. Driver delivered someone else’s order so we handed it back and were told nothing he can do and drove off

Worst place to order food the bun was dry sort of stale they just toasted it and put 4 pieces of salads with a very small quantity of mayo with a cold piece of chicken this is for them a zinger burger. Four pieces of cold chicken strips no dips.

burger had far to much mayonnaise and tomato ketchup, so I re made the burger and scraped the excess off

As I find a regular problem at KFC . if you don’t have the gravy available, they just don’t put it in whether you’ve paid for it or not or subsidise it with another item. It’s always the gravy.

last few orders haven't been right. Decided not to complain again because the order was almost right this time, beside the gravy only being 2 tenghts full. seriously, how can they get that wrong. I don't think they have a QC checking over orders or I'm unlucky and the past few times, they haven't quality assured my order. Almost right this time, so I suppose they're getting there. Delivery - this on time and faultless. Advice - don't get takeaway and go in and check order yourself.

Never arrived, didnt recieve my order at all after being told it was delivered!!! Wont be using the service again, knew i should have gone and got it myself. Know for next time!

2nd time ordering as the first one didn’t arrive due to a lack of delivery drivers. I only ordered again because I got a £5 voucher, but I don’t think I’ll be going back. The delivery was fine this time, on time and polite. The food however was awful; I got a 3piece meal and the chips were soggy and dry, the chicken overcooked and far too crunchy, it was also tasteless except for the massive amount of saltiness. I could literally taste the salt half an hour afterwards. Not great very expensive

Ordered a couple of items but ordered 2 fillet burger & 2 signature fries offer and only received the fillet burgers no fries.

Placed order at 18:53 and it was delivered at 21:51. I had basically given up on the order and cooked something else.

Delivery lady was lovely, took the last 4 digits of my phone number as a code for delivery on the door .. The food was pretty good but unfortunately it was a bit cold or else would have given 5 stars.

The vegan burger was pretty much inedible as it was cold and more than half of it was completely solid.

Diabolical service. I placed an order costing £44.92 and received a totally wrong order costing £26.67. I can only assume the staff at KFC have a very low IQ and find it hard to send out a correct order to the correct address .

Taking into account this is fast food and not fine dining, this KFC is shocking. Kids running in calling the staff names, the dining area was dirty, the toilets were disgusting and nobody seemed to care. The food came out quickly, that's why I put 2 stars for service. The chicken breast on my sons burger could have been used as a weapon in self defence, it must have been cooked house before being served. My burger was thrown into the box and looked as though it had been shook about for good measure. The chips with the special herb coating looked like they had only had a brief introduction to the herbs, no taste, disgusting. I approached the counter to ask the staff to resolve some of these issues and was just ignored. I would 100% never go to this KFC ever again, stay away!

Fries portion was tiny, and the Korean bites weren't very nice (didn't eat them as a result) but the chicken itself was nice and a hadn't gone cold en route.

A great KFC, food is always quality. Staff are half and half, there's a few lads who are brilliant and then there's a woman who is arrogant, and also tries to keep my change every time...

Best KFC I had from this place!! Not a single burnt chicken or hot wings. The gravy was amazing and so was the chips. I hope that this wasn't a one off...
