The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Esta no es la primera vez que mi pedido de desayuno ha sido cancelado sin una buena razón. Estoy enfermo y necesitaba tomar mis medicamentos. Si sus restaurantes no pueden molestarse en hacer su trabajo, ¡deshágase de ellos! Extremadamente frustrante y molesto. ¡DEJA DE METERTE CON LAS ÓRDENES!

Evitar a toda costa. Solía ser un cliente habitual de La Habana. Esta vez he pedido en Deliveroo. La hamburguesa cursi King todavía estaba en el menú, pero enviaron otra hamburguesa aleatoria completamente diferente. La hamburguesa que enviaron estaba empapada, grasienta y totalmente repugnante. El queso hamburguesa era horrible, y ninguno de los rellenos era como debían ser. No se molestaron en llamarme para decirme que ya no hacían la hamburguesa cursi de rey. El batido de chocolate y dulce tenía un sabor diluido y sin sabor. Creo que han cambiado de manos y la comida no es ni de lejos de la calidad que era seguro decir que han perdido un cliente habitual. Tan decepcionante como esta fue mi comida favorita, pero realmente es simplemente horrible ahora, evitar a toda costa.

The place serves big portions and for fair prices. very welcoming staff members. Fantastic work.

Looked good from first appearances, but was not impressed at all! Food was absolutely awful. Soggy cold chips, a bit of a not really interested attitude from staff. Wouldn't go back.

ASKED for no sauce in my burger in a empty shop and they couldn't follow simple instructions who hires these incompetent people

Had a tea from Starbucks no problem, the toilets are dreadful, went for a pee, the place stinks, needed a sit down but could not bring myself to use the cubicle wc’s. No hot water to wash hands in. What a ….hole.

Always getting food wrong on the drive through sadly. This and castlegate the worse for it

Ordered a delivery and once again it was incorrect. This time paid the extra for the Big Mac Minecraft meal for my son and just sent an ordinary one. Trying to get in touch is then impossible due to the app only having a virtual assistant which does nothing useful. Don’t order online from here. Regularly get it wrong.

We visited here as a family (13 people) for my granddaughter's 5th birthday treat. Yes it was busy, but a wait of 40 minutes for our order was ridiculous. And then to top it all off 5 days later I received a £60 parking charge. We live locally and certainly won't be returning in the future. My advice to everyone is to stay well away from this place.

So we went to the drive thro and ordered 2 zinger rice boxes and a portion of chips, asked to take a space in the carpark. Waited 30 minutes and still nothing, we then had to go inside and ask where our food was. Staff looked at us and said "oh I will just go get it" we then had to wait a further 10 minutes. Shocking customer service.

Received the wrong items in the meal, it isn’t difficult to get it right! The food was cold and tasted terrible, and there was a hair in my food. Spent £30 on crap.

Surprised at how bad these reviews are! I specially found this place on Google to review it after visiting yesterday. It is literally the best KFC I have ever had, first time I have had a hot and crispy chicken burger, clearly cooked fresh which was great. Tables were also clean despite it being relatively busy. I tend to find that KFC varies a lot between branches, but this is the best experience I have had so far, long may it continue!
