The Havanas in Bristol, City of

Evitar a toda costa. Solía ser un cliente habitual de La Habana. Esta vez he pedido en Deliveroo. La hamburguesa cursi King todavía estaba en el menú, pero enviaron otra hamburguesa aleatoria completamente diferente. La hamburguesa que enviaron estaba empapada, grasienta y totalmente repugnante. El queso hamburguesa era horrible, y ninguno de los rellenos era como debían ser. No se molestaron en llamarme para decirme que ya no hacían la hamburguesa cursi de rey. El batido de chocolate y dulce tenía un sabor diluido y sin sabor. Creo que han cambiado de manos y la comida no es ni de lejos de la calidad que era seguro decir que han perdido un cliente habitual. Tan decepcionante como esta fue mi comida favorita, pero realmente es simplemente horrible ahora, evitar a toda costa.

Traté de conseguir una entrega y después de unas cuantas llamadas telefónicas extrañas más tarde recibimos nuestra comida entregada "Nuevas" Habanas es comida *literalmente* tirar a la basura en comparación con lo que era ¿£ 1 por aro de cebolla islandés? Nos llamaron en un momento y nos pidieron la dirección. Tuve que comprobar si era una llamada de estafa después porque eran solo adolescentes riéndose en el otro extremo. Avoid. Las viejas Habanas se han ido.

Really over priced and the burgers tasted awful. The milkshakes just taste like vanilla ice cream. Just skimped on everything. Paid over £40 for 2 people and it was a complete waste. Wouldn’t recomend

Bought lots for the whole family, best burger I have ever had and the rest of the family very much enjoyed it, amazing chips/fries and the milkshakes are also amazing

This is what I have for £6.45, chicken BBQ single. Add a milkshake total costs me £10.44. Never told I could have a meal deal for £10.99 that come with fries. How could I support my local business again?

Love a burger from Havanas and the shakes are to die for! I have ordered from Deliveroo and their website, I would say their website is the best way to order. The cheesy king burger is my fave, with a peanut butter shake!

Have ordered Havana’s takeout several times now - does not disappoint. The burgers are delicious and can’t get enough of the angry fries! I always order directly from their own website and have no problems with delivery! Fries haven’t always arrived piping hot - but that’s understandable considering they have to travel and a few seconds in the microwave works fine. Would definitely recommend

I cant remember how we heard about this place but they definitely do amazing burgers. The fact you can fully customise the burgers is brilliant and I love it. The only burger place for me now... and it's free delivery if you live close enough. Not had any shakes from here, so can't comment on them. I will definitely be getting one at some point.

Burgers were terrible and literally looked thrown together , chips were cold and the fat could be squeezed out of the onion rings!! Went to the restaurant to order and had to wait outside for over 40 mins for it! Three burgers, chips onions and shakes £40+ - £30+ put back in the bag and binned! Save your money!!!

Ordered a burger, dirty fried and milkshake at 7pm when ordering delivery said 30/45 mins. Once ordered arrival was 8:20, waited by 8 said it would be 9pm. Called restaurant who said it would be 10 mins away. At 9:30 i contacted just eat and apparently it was on the way. Called the restaurant who said it would be minutes away still nothing... contacted just eat who cancelled the order. Contacted the restaurant who said they turned around because I cancelled? They got the driver to turn around and I had to pay £15 because I had a refund from Just eat. The food was cold and not the best when it finally came at 10:15. Not worth the 3 hour wait. Food is usually nice and milkshake are always nice. But won't be ordering again customer service was absolutely shocking

I ordered from here on Uber Eats. Delivery time was supposed to be 20:25 this didn't happen. No answer when I tried to call the place multiple times. Eventually updated the time to 21:30. No explanation or apology when delivered. The burgers were okay not amazing. The dirty frys were soggy and not very tasty. The large onion rings were super greecy. The cheese cake was pretty standard and again pretty bland. All in all pretty bad, because it took so long I had to order KFC in the mean time. The lack of communication meant I had no idea if it would arrive.

The food is mediocre for this restaurant and yet expensive. A delivery for two racked up to over £30. The burgers were quite nice despite some gristle. The fries were fine but nothing special. The onion rings were disastrous. The milkshakes tasted exactly the same despite apparently being two different kinds of chocolate bar. It was OK but we won't be going back.

We were waiting for our food to be delivered for 3 hours. Our order was blatantly forgotten, despite the excuses we were given over the phone. When the food finally arrived, things were missing and the food was cold. Never again.

After waiting for 2 hours for a delivery and 20 minutes call with the delivery driver, the food arrived cold. Would have been okay but management/owners refused any kind of refund and told us they believed this was an acceptable service. Won’t be ordering here again which is a shame because food has been nice before.

Orderes pomme frites and received sweet potato fries, when i called to complain I was told that is what they call sweet potato fries which is clearly a lie. A single chicken fillet burger is jist half a chicken fillet and you have to order a double to get a whole chicken fillet, again cheap and abit of a rio off. The hand cut fries were half fries from frozen and half and cut mixed together. Avoid this like the plague food is bad, lady was rude on the phone.

Looking forward to trying Havanas as heard a lot about it. Ordered through Uber eats. Arrived pretty cold so had to microwave to heat. Burger was poor, thin chewy chicken burgers, not worth it for the price that they are. Asked for no cheese and...
