First time I had tried a Five Guys Burger tonight. I went for the bacon and cheese burger and had lettuce, tomato, onion and ketchup toppings. Probably the most tasteless burger I have ever had. No seasoning. Tasted completely bland. I ate it because I was hungry but it was as basic as feeling I was eating something purely for eating's sake and no pleasure. Disappointing and totally not worth wasting calories on.

Had noticed 5 Guys outlets in NYC last year, decided to give it a try. Selected cheese and bacon burger, came with a list of free toppings, selected fried onion, mustard, tomatoe, lettuce. Cooked to order, food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Great tasting burger, with medium skin on fries, portion size of fries was enough for two. With a milkshake £16 per person, was a great burger bit pricey to be a regular event.

£40 for three and you have to fight your way through a sea of crash helmets from Deliveroo & Just Eat. Do yourself a favour and find a decent place to eat

Came here a few times, it's somewhere we always enjoy eating at. Friendly staff, and the burgers are always great. One little thing though, they cook the fries in advance and let them hang in the fryer, which did make our fries cold. But we still ate them all! I love the drink variety with the machines. There's always a woman walking around cleaning up after you, and cleaning everything from the floor to the glass windows. It makes you realise it must be very clean. Honestly, I love this place.

You (five) guys must be delighted with the amount of business you are doing through a certain home delivery service.... But it's totally unacceptable to put that business before those of us currently waiting for our food in the restaurant

Another American style burger restaurant in Bristol...thankfully 5 Guys are rocking it consistently. Beautiful burgers, flavourful patties and their Cajun fries are absolutely fantastic! Staple delivery/takeaway for me.

Firstly, I must say that I really hate the ideas of Five Guys - for me it's too American, really expensive for fast food and encourages overeating with their massive portions! However....We stopped off here around 9pm as most other places were closed in the area. The restaurant was really empty and we sat outside as the staff gave us the impression that the inside seats had been cleaned.... Our food arrived quite quickly - it's cooked to order so took a little long than other fast food places, and seeing as the only customers were sat outside it was quite poor customer service for the staff to shout from inside where none of us could really hear them...But once the food arrived I was sold. My burger was massive but so delicious that I was glad to have every mouthful! The chips were awesome too, and we shared a small between the two of us, which was plenty. I also really liked the huge variety of self service drinks available, if only to get to try the more rare varieties that you can't get in shops any more. I've been dying to go back to my local Five Guys ever since, however I think I'd stick with taking it away.

I wasn't too sure about Five Guys when it first opened in Cabot Circus; it looked a bit 'hyped''. We decided to try it one lunchtime and it has to be said that these burgers are seriously delicious. I ordered a large bacon cheeseburger and small fries, this is a LARGE burger but crammed with flavour and you can choose your own fillings. Fries also delicious with Cajun spice. Liked the novelty drinks machine too. In short - it's not cheap but the burgers are good. Hot dogs not so great on our second visit. Nice free monkey nuts!
