Very poor hygiene, worst staff - rude, extremely unprofessional and lie on everything.

My favorite chicken 😋, economical and if you want to share with family or friends there is plenty of space

Shakes are in really small size, popcorn chicken is tasteless, tenders and fries are really good , but the portion of fries was very small , I would suggest everyone to come to miss Millie’s 🤡

Missing items - restaurant fault not driver

Expect the low standard KFC offers, the store was dirty on both visits. Been a fan of KFC for ten years but this place finished me. First order for takeaway was missing items, the second order looked like the staff crushed some of it.

Really disappointed vegan burger so bad no taste .

The working staff are bad. They never gave me what I ordered. They give me expired corn .

The food took over an hour to come after the expected delivery time and it arrived cold.

The food is quite good and usually very fresh and tasty, the dining area is usually very messy and unclean but the staff are okay and the milky bar milkshake is amazing!

Something disappointing for the clientele that comes to the establishment. Furthermore, the oil with which they fry the potatoes and food is very burnt. To leave with a stomach ache.

Food is about as standard as it gets for KFC, it’s pretty decent, but goodness gracious have I had it with the incompetently lazy and rude staff, I came to the KFC with two of my mates to get lunch, my mate had just missed his order and 2 minutes after ordering came up to politely ask if his order was there, but a man at the til gave him a stern lecture saying that he’d been waiting for 10 minutes to give him his food (which was an obvious hyperbole) and it was really just unnecessarily rude for no apparent reason, after we left I forgot I needed to get my girlfriend food, so I went and got her food on the way, while receiving my food the worker slammed my food down and went back to talking to her coworkers without any care for anything else, I arrived home to find the chips portion that I was given consisted of the smallest portion I had ever seen, I was able to put all the chips in 1 hand for a medium size. Unbelievable service this time around and it’s usually not this bad but best believed, there’s a reason I walk the extra bit of time to get to the Cabot circus KFC, miles better customer service and portion size.

Very clean and trustworthy staff. I once forgot my phone on the counter, but it was returned to me by a staff member.

La comida es normal, pero la situación del personal necesita atención. Actitudes miserables en general, pero un hombre, supongo que el gerente, se enemistó arrogantemente con mi amigo porque no escuchó su orden, y le dijo que “escuche la próxima vez, han pasado 10 minutos”, muy groseramente. No fueron 10 minutos y como sugieren otras críticas, este tipo parece arreglar su actitud. Muy irrespetuoso no solo para nosotros como clientes sino para nosotros como personas. Mejor gerente. Espero que KFC o el franquiciador vean esto para resolver esto.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been. Poor hygiene standards and unprofessional staffs & supervisor. The cleanliness of this restaurant is very POOR. Disgusting and Filthy!!! A public toilet would be better than this KFC. The tables were sticky even after had it cleaned and food residues were all over the floor and seatings. It was very off-putting and made us question the overall hygiene standards of the restaurant. The cleaner doesn't bother to clean it properly or they are not properly trained to do the job. Not the hygienic standard you expect from a restaurant like KFC. ...REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Quick service and food is alright and freshly made. Tables looked like they were not clean frequently despite being a very busy store at the time I visited.

Came last week and we've been vomiting every since, didn't think anything of it might be a sickness bug. Just as we got better we thought we'd pop in to have a pick-me-up, and now we all have diarrhoea. It makes me think somebody in your kitchen or counter is not washing their hands properly, or the place has poor hygiene. Also recently we went to use the bathroom facilities here and even my child was absolutely shocked to see a woman sat on the toilet as we walked in. Poor woman must have been desperate but had no choice as the doors were off! How this is passing Heath and Safety I do not know, we've avoided toilets since. Should we pass Union Street again I'll be sure to check the bathroom and report if still the same.

ordered a meal deal online for delivery, waited and no food but money has been taken from my bank try getting a response with kfc blaming just eat and vice versa, will never use these 2 ever again

I'm a patient person, but I don't have an infinite amount of time. Waiting 35 minutes for an order is really taking the mick. The staff spend most of the time just standing around not doing anything. Clearly not in any hurry to complete any order. Except for the ones made through various food delivery apps. But that's only half of the story. The state of the toilets are appalling. One of the most disgusting sights I've ever seen. Hold in your vomit. Every time I come here, the service is terrible. I dont think I will be using this branch again anytime soon.

All food stone cold and wet. And the popcorn chicken was so so tiny. I know it's child's meals but one tiny box for elves had 4 tiny chicken shriveled up popcorn and just one tiny bag of chips for two children meals 😞

Worst Kfc i ever had ... i order Zinger burger and burger 's chicken was raw and so small in size seems like you're giving them 2£ for burger and in chicken bucket all chicken wings bones were broken into multiple pieces and stuck in my daughter throat . Better to go other branches instead of this one .

I ordered from Uber eats. The food arrived incredibly quickly. The burger was amazing. The delivery guy was professional and polite. However the chips really disappointed me. The portion was incredibly small. I made a complaint and nothing was done about it. I called the store and was told I was speaking to a manager. He then said call tomorrow to speak to a manager. Odd as he said he was a manager. Not very good. I don't think I eiy order from here again.

The working staff is really really bad. They don't respect customers. They never gave me what I ordered. Some foods are not sure to eat. Always talking and argive. They don't give tissue and tomato ketchup. I don't recommend it. Full of third-class behaviour.

Update Monday 26 Aug, 2024. Food was delicious BUT RESTRUANT STANK LIKE P*SS. And that says it all really. Food was served hot and juicy at the perfect temperature but was really put off how the restaurant by the downstairs napkin dispensary and bins smells of urine. Finally they have self service machines too. Please. I know you can do better. Clean your restruant and continue the tasty hot food. FURTHER PANDEMIC UPDATE: Upstairs dining area is now open for food for half price during all of August. Service was once again SUPER FAST and the was pipping hot and super fresh tasting and very clean. Hope this amazing service can continue well beyond the pandemic. Extensive regular cleaning could also be seen done by staff. If there is a KFC in Bristol to go to, this is the one! Pandemic Update - Jun 18. *important: dining area is closed. TO GO service only!* BEST. SERVICE. EVER. Believe me this is NOT me being KFC deprived. I frequent this KFC too much and the service as always been mediocre but it is the only halal one. BUT TODAY. THE FOOD AMAZING. Flavors. THERE. Freshness. THERE. Served piping hot. YES. It was the best KFC I've ever had and the service was super fast too! Thank you KFC staff.

chips tasted old and looked like it was fried in old oil. The chicken tastes very different, the recipe has changed in my opinion. I would not feed this quality of food to my dog.

Brown streaks on downstairs toilet door!(they don’t serve BBQ sauce anymore) Tried to use sink to wash my children’s hands before they ate and the sink looked dirtier than the floor. Opted for baby wipes in the end. Food was cold so they didn’t anticipate the demand well. Food might have been sitting around for 5-10 mins. Family of five but the only 2 large tables available were packed with empty food carriers, plates, cups and chicken bones. No cleaner in seating area. High chairs are sticky and dirty. Used to be really clean but this fast food restaurant has gone down hill….what happened? Definitely in need of a HSE visit.

Honestly the customer service here is terrible and disgusting, there is a rude female staff at the front who is very rude, I asked for a straw and she was very rude about it and yelling at me and my family, my mother asked if she could have some ketchup and she started yelling at my mother, I have been to many kfcs and I have never encountered or experienced anything like this. The only good thing about this kfc is that all the tables were clean and tidy, however the food was cold and had no flavour. I absolutely don’t recommend coming here unless you want a disgusting experience, definitely will never be visiting here again.

They serve chicken based products.. Why are all your drinks so bad. All soft drinks are sugar free and therefore contain chemicals and taste awful. Your coffee is like dishwater. I ordered a large black coffee and it's so weak I can almost see the bottom of the cup. Sort it out!

My order was never delivered, it was being prepared for 3 hours until I had to leave for my night shift. I show up this miring and see that it was never delivered. I live with my family. And they told me it was never delivered. I tried to phone the restaurant yet no one answered on several calls.

Me and my wife love this place 💞 it's fun and there menu taste great I can't wait to visit with my kids in my next hangout
