DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Moldy food is left in the mircowave NEVER CLEANED. Always cleaning everything in filthy water ! Charges you £40 just for a top!! Moldy food is never sent back just “cut off” and it’s “safe to eat” To the owner who decided to reply to me, please don’t spread false information. I do not have time to be on my phone constantly because you gave me so many jobs to do, you were the one who sat on there phone/computer out on shop floor, screaming and shouting at each other, the ones who didn’t do much but sat around

Keep telling us our food is on the way it’s been 2.25 hours clearly not on its way

Ordered online before setting off on a 30 minute journey as I had heard good things. Order was confirmed and being “prepared” however upon arrival found the takeaway to be shut despite the internet suggesting they were open until much later, this was 9:30pm Money is currently still pending leaving my account despite receiving an automated email the next day saying a refund was due to be issued. Tried to call but receive a “mail box full” message & have also tried to email but that has bounced back. Don’t like to leave bad reviews before giving an opportunity for issue to be resolved but sadly no other way to make contact & feel like my time & money was wasted here.

Massively overrated. Burgers are nice but overpriced by a country mile, everything else on the menu you can basically get in a meal deal from co-op a couple shops up.

Just ordered through Uber eats, food was hot, burger was spot on and chips good too will order again

Burgers are good,the portion sizes are smaller than you'd expect, chips were okay but also a tiny portion and the slaw that was ordered was tiny and I asked for a large but nevermind that, the slaw was not good, I've had better and larger from Asda for cheaper. all in all in if you're looking for food that is value for money then I wouldn't recommend here. The staff don't wear hairnets or gloves in the kitchen, the rag that one guy had over his shoulder looked disgusting and he was cleaning the counters with a dirty rag. Not cool. I've given 3 stars for the burgers simply because that's all they're worth, but they're not the worst I've ever eaten, the milkshakes were good so I'll give them that. Onion rings were soft,soggy and way too oily. And they were £6 for 6 onion rings 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ jokes on me. The pricing is insane. Over £40 for 2 small burgers, tiny chips, tiny slaw and 2 shakes, daylight robbery. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back. Especially due to hygiene reasons. Edit in response to owner: it's a pleasure, I am happy to give a very informative review. that is incorrect, I absolutely did not just ask for coleslaw Asked for a large slaw and got a tiny one and that is also besides the point anyway, just because it is made fresh does not mean it tastes good. I did not leave the onion rings too long, the food was opened the second I got home which is literally a 1 minute drive from the store. You may believe the prices are "fair" but they're extortionate, how do you justify £1 per onion ring??? Looking at the history of reviews here, the owners take no responsibility for their shortcomings when they've been called out on it, when poor service or food has been reviewed it has been met with disrespect to members of the community who have bought food from there. And never seek to resolve the issue with feedback but rather contempt.

Just had my first Sunday roast from here and I'm not disappointed!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS I've never seen a Yorkshire pudding so big lol. Meat was cooked to perfection and I don't know what they put in the gravy but it's divine I could just drink the stuff and the sake with the cauliflower cheese. Massive portion and excellent value for money. Sorry I didn't take a picture I'd already ate half of it b4 I thought about putting up a review lol. 100/10 will definitely be ordering about Massive compliments to the chef 🙌 Ps. your driver was super friendly and fit 😍

My wife said it was very nice roast dinner, ordered last minute on a Sunday and it came 20 mins later. Tasted very good. Will tell a friend and be ordering again very soon. Ps there was a lot of one meat on the dinner that you could have offered a half and half option for the same or an extra £2 price. Overall delicious

Drove from Weston super mare to get burgers from this place. Absolutely banging! Food was amazing and the chap on the front desk was very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend. Definitely will be coming back!

Just had a Sunday roast from here, very good quality food, slight issue with wrong meat delivered but when called they sent correct one straight away with no problems. Friendly staff, will definitely have again

First time trying this burger place and definitely delivered! All the food was fresh and hot when delivered and cooked perfectly The chips were lovely and soft but crunchy and the chicken was cooked amazing Would definitely recommended this place and will be ordering again in future!

Second time eating here, I didn’t think it could be any better….i was wrong!! The Steakhouse Stack burger with classic loaded fries and a shake, honestly are the best I have EVER tasted! I even saved £10 with their Uber eats offer. This place has to be tried, you really won’t find better in Bristol 15 out of 10!

Called Friday evening, customer service was poor and I felt very unwelcome. Food finally arrived after waiting over an hour and a half. It was cold and dry. Chips definitely need more seasoning and my burger buns were soggy. First time ordering from here and definitely will be my last

Just really really tasty comfort food on a hangover , way better then name brand fast foods and local independent to boot 👍 nice one

I don't eat here unfortunately (I'm gf) but my Mrs eats here every week. Best chicken in the area. Best burgers and even chips are banging. Always arrives hot and always friendly staff. Highly recommend. If you ever do gluten free I'll be in !

I’ve just ordered 5 chicken strips and I genuinely think that’s the best chicken I’ve ever had 😂. It came piping hot in cool boxes which the missus loved. Will 100% be eating from here soon and so should everyone looking for something new

Great food and great customer service

Very bad people I complained that my order was an hour and fifteen minutes late and they cancelled my order saying customer cancelled and go paid for two meals and I received no food at all and they took my money be aware of these people !

Awful attitude from this place. If you have a problem or anything negative you are met with attitude even if they are the ones who created the issue. Even the responses to the negative reviews here just show how bad the attitude is. They don't care about people and soon enough it's going to effect the business.

Just got my food and I was in shocked how tasteless and dry the burger was it felt like it was frozen cooked then re heated I even ordered it with another patty worst mistake ever the bun was better then the meat, the best thing about this place is the milkshakes they actually taste so good

Ordered Sunday lunch to be delivered. Waited a long time for it to come and when it did was disappointed. Paid for large but I would say what I received was a small portion. Hardly any roast potatoes, what I got equated to about half an average sized potato cut up into little pieces. Yorkshire pudding was a small one out of a freezer packet and I had 2 slices of meat and a bit of veg. On the plus side it was still warm but won't order again.

Absolute shambles, ordered my food at 8:40 as no came at 10:15pm, after arriving the burgers were raw, I’m so disappointed and now hungry. I’m sad to drop my rating I previously gave but I won’t be ordering here again, I want a refund!!!

Had Sunday roast delivered, beautiful, defo order again

Presentation was good, innovative presented in a the cardboard box. However, the condiments were tasty, but the burger was dry and tasteless plus the bacon was flaccid and uninspiring. In addition food hygiene rules were flouted with dogs allowed to enter the food prep area. Also did not see any hand washing between prep orders. Disappointed following the hype.

Wow, wow, wow!! Genuinely the best burger I've had in Bristol! Can't belive how much money and time I've wasted going to the other burger places in Bristol when Royalty is on my doorstep, cheaper, better service and way better burgers!! Popped in the shop randomly after getting a a haircut next door. Will be going back soon to try something else 🍔🌯

Have ordered several times, the make your own loaded fries is a great option, the american cheese on them is fantastic. The wraps are huge, definately worth the money

Just order go on go for it the food was presented so darn good and tasted amazing the smell when carrying the bags thru the flat had my family floating behind it like a epposide of the simpsons I had the nachos which were probably the best nachos I have ever had and even better than the ones I've made from scratch at home my wife had the chicken burger with chicken wings and a waffle which looked banging and I instantly got food envy my two kids had a kids chicken burger and chips with two cup drinks and when opening theirs to have a peak I got excited aswell for them well done you lot you got a new fan very very impressed

Ordered a 12oz burger meal and a grilled chicken wrap literally can’t fault it burger was massive and tasted amazing partner had the wrap and said the chicken was really juicy and tasted really nice the staff are friendly and it’s nice because you can watch your food being cooked fresh first time eating from here as well

Woweee! First time ordering on a Saturday night and food was delivered promptly and still hot and fresh. Also- so so pleased that there is FINALLY some amazing food in Whitchurch with bit of a difference. Thanks Royalty- absolutely delicious 💛💚

When first ordered was banging but ordered loads form ehere and it got worse and worse ordered last night Brockwurst meal deluxe chicken burger meal and Southern fried kids burger meal was all over cooked and some in edleibe BUT I MUST SAY I rang them and complained and NOT ONLY DID RHEY replace the food that couldn't be eaten but they also sent complimentary cheese cakes to say sorry

Order took over two hours to turn up and was cold absolutely shocking

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for the order to eventually be cancelled by the store. Called at 55 minutes said the driver was on the way already and said they were short staffed gave them the benefit of the doubt. Called again 15 minutes later they said he was still on the way, bear in mind i live 8 minute drive from the restaurant. I called again and asked for a refund as they clearing weren’t going to deliver my food, the store owner then lied and said the driver was knocking on our door for 5 minutes and we never answered and we wouldn’t be refunded. I have CCTV and and ring doorbell that detects motion, so foolish of them to lie. I sent them the footage on their facebook page, lo and behold after telling the owner straight i got my refund eventually. It’s a disgrace that someone can lie just to try protect the reputation of there business over £18. It was only til i said i’ll come down to the store right now and get my refund in cash they decided to refund me. Whether he lied or the driver lied i don't care, it’s not on, personally i think it was just the business because our last motion detection from our cctv was 25 minutes before i even placed my order! Also the girl they have working for them who answered the phone customer service is appalling and should never be allowed to manage the telephone. In future when I order food I will be giving it to a more respectable local business, they’re plenty in the area.

This restaurant doesn’t even deserve to be given one star. After waiting nearly 2 hours for food to arrive, the restaurant cancelled our order and refused to issue a refund saying that the Uber driver had been knocking on the door for 10 minutes but we didn’t answer which is stupid as we have cctv and a ring doorbell which films any motion to the door. Whilst waiting for the food I rang twice asking for an update and was told multiple stories about where the food was but was assured the driver was on his way. When I asked for a refund as I knew the food wasn’t coming, the girl who handles the phone hung up on me. Their customer service is terrible. I believe the restaurant just took too many orders that night and couldn’t fulfil them which is fine it happens. But lying about the delivery of food, hanging up on customers and refusing to issue refunds is unacceptable. However royalty’s amazing customer service continues by the owner privately messaging my partner on Facebook abusive messages and the response he left on here. I don’t really need to say much more. Do not bother spending money here when there are plenty of other local businesses that deserve to be supported.

Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery being spun multiple stories about our food being on the way and how drivers had attempted to deliver even tho no one turned up at our house. Eventually had our order cancelled with no explanation, being hung up and told to contact Uber eats for any refunds. Even contacted via Facebook with ‘see you soon’ nice to be threatened by a store after they failed to provide a service. Wouldn’t even give a star if I could, avoid.

Really friendly staff and great food, always delivers on time and has the food correct.

Take away ordered for delivery. Used Uber Eat, food was an hour late. Disappointing as the food really tasty but was not that hot. Not kept informed of delivery status, customer service could have been better.
