It's been a long time since came to Frankie and Bennys. Bit disappointed with vegetarian options. The pizza was not good. The beetroot and bean burger was dry. Waitress was lovely.

First time going to frankie & bennys in Cabot. For my birthday its a Lovely venue, stunning food and fantastic people our server Amari went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok with our food and our drinks, shes an absolutly amazing person, it made our night that extra bit special. Definitely will be going again. Thankyou for a lovely night.

Tony and Amari were excellent, so friendly! We ordered some pastas- mac and cheeses were delish and thank you for being so accommodating with the peanut allergy, the manager even washing hands between touching plates!! thank you all so much for a lovely meal and study sesh xx

My mother and I came here for lunch today, and we were served by Amari. Her customer service and attitude was excellent. She got us a table despite some gremlins in the booking system and was a pleasure to deal with. Two thumbs up!

The manager couldn’t have been more accommodating to our large group. The food was delicious and quick as we had asked to get away by a particular time. At one point, my friend found that the dish he had ordered wasn’t to his taste and they replaced it with something else without any quibble at all. Excellent service. Lovely smiles. Couldn’t have been better.

Went on a Thursday at 5.30. The restaurant was almost empty but it took an hour and 15 mins for our food to come out. The food was extremely unhealthy and not as described in the menu. My chicken burger was missing the avocado and was in bread rather than a bun. The bacon was burnt and hard. The sweet potato fries were triple cooked in some sort of grease and batter.

Great friendly staff, Alice and Tony were very helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Both asked me about my allergies and came to see if everything was fine with my food. The food was delicious, hot and the portions were a good size I would definitely recommend the restaurant to others. The restaurant was very clean and looked after.

Had a decent experience with food there... Phots below will helps to see the food in terms pictures.... None of the items tried are WOW but none of them are bad as well.. The pasta had very less chicken for the price but taste wise , it was okish.. Crispy chicken with hot sauce had minimal hot sauce but taste wise just okay.. The eggs Benedict wise good though.. kids meal wise good in quantity and in price also.. They didn't take Amex payment which is big surprise and a bit disappointing for an American restaurant...

Booked for a mate's birthday. There were only three of us. Despite booking however, we were still lumbered with the row of seats where people can't keep still behind you. Looking back I think we should have been more forceful about where we would like to sit as the restaurant was at around 30 percent occupied! We were told that there was a 45 minute wait on food which we were ok with. It was clear that Deliveroo took precedence over restaurant customers, but where doesn't nowadays. The lady who first served us was friendly and attentive. The attentive part start started to wear off after our mains, as we were given a dessert menu and was only asked 30 minutes later what we wanted. By this time we just wanted the bill. Once we received this, we requested a card machine, this took a further 15 minutes! This place was not busy by any stretch. There was a manager and 2 waiting staff. The manager seemed to prioritise cleaning and clearing tables over tending to tables with paying customers on them. I think they even bought a round of drinks for a family as compensation for messing up their order. So clearly it was nothing personal. Food wise, the giant mozerella stick wasn't great. It didn't taste of mozerella at all in fact. The steak was bland, and portions were a little on the small side. Menu seems to have been stripped back to box standard choices. Overall, quite disappointed and probably won't be returning to any Frankie and Benny's any time soon.

Our server - Amari (Cabot Circus restaurant) was excellent, friendly and welcoming, she was attentive without being over the top. Food was good with plenty of choice, not fine dining standards but then neither is the price.

It was my 30th birthday and your team couldn’t have been more helpful, they were so good! Their service was fantastic! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. All the food was fantastic! Staff decided personal conversation with other staff members was more important then serving customers in thier section then saying they just just run out whennit has been over 20 minutes since the last order taken

I had the margarita pizza and it was so good meal for one but didn’t feel lonely. My waitress Caitlin!! Really made sure to make my smile spread from cheek to cheek. Will be coming back for another slice 🍕🍕

Awesome job by cam and nick front of house and the chefs. Bless the team they needed at least 1 or 2 more front of house to make this a 5 star but that's no fault of thiers, big company trying to save pennies really shows these days. Mother and daughter day date the food was really nice good size portions and temperature we eye graced with Kam one of the waiters who showed great care and hospitality towards us we will definitely be back again.

Staff member had topped up the sugar with salt. I added it to my coffee and was violently ill. We do usually love Frankie and Bennies and have been using them for years to the point we're on first name terms with our local F&B staff but this was an awful, awful experience that has stayed with me.

Charged for food we didn’t end up receiving, drinks arrived after food and food was not very nice. Veggie options very limited also.

Please don't go here. Long waits for food as understaffed. Sat for 1 hour and 45 mins with just drinks and a cold starter in that time. Staff appeared stressed and shouting at eachother in front of customers. Decided to leave after watching our mains sit on the pass going cold for 25mins. Avoid!

We visited for an early lunch here. We had spaghetti bolognaise and macaroni cheese with some sides. The food was nice, my bolognaise could have been a bit hotter but it was still nice. Fast service and friendly staff, the restaurant also looked very clean throughout. I probably wouldn’t return but it was a nice place to fill up for lunch.

The wait for food was really long. We waited for a long time when we first entered the door. Only after the customers behind us came in did someone come to greet us. The customers behind us got the food first. We only ordered two burgers but waited for half the time. more than hours.
