I had a great experience at slug and lettuce for their bottomless brunch. The drink options were solid, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had what we needed. A nice spot for a laid-back brunch with friends. Would recommend! Our waitress Ivy was lovely!

I was catered for by a man called nic. Exceptional service and very professional, Wasted in hospitality! Hes too good!

Honestly, when we first started our bottomless brunch I was concerned there weren’t enough staff on to fulfil the requests of customers. However, our server, Megan, made our experience amazing. She was so attentive and made sure we were looked after. We will come back here again (as long as Megan is working!!)

We were running late due to a personal emergency but the staff were helpful and understanding. The manager Eve (Eva?) offered great customer service, allowing us to extend our booking time.

There’s no better place to go for bottomless brunch!! Huge shout out to our server Eve who was super attentive and went the extra mile to give us all a 10/10 experience! She made it a birthday to remember 🕺

We came last minute on a bottomles brunch not expecting a lot because we knew it would be busy… and we had a better time than when we came on a midday day time! Megan was absolutely flying! All the staff were super busy but she went above and beyond. Her role that night was a floor server but when she saw bar staff busy she took it upon herself to make our drinks herself to make sure we were served but also helping her colleagues. Megan completely made our night!

We all had amazing time and the guy that delivered food was amazing and the lady with burgundy nails where amazing 🤩 had a lovely time food was amazing happy to go there again

Went here for my best friends birthday and it was a good time but could have been better! We did not have fast service and when it came to paying four minutes before our bottomless brunch ended, the waitress said said we could not order more drinks because we had paid even though we had four minutes spare! They definitely could have given us drinks and the waitress did say she may be able to get a bottle of Prosecco but did not hear anything from them. Definitely could have been better!

Came for bottomless brunch on a Saturday night- Megan was very attentive!! We didn’t have to wait long at all to be served. Food was great, drinks were great, Megan was great!! As were the other staff. We will be back!!

Bottomless brunch; service whilst admittedly we were in on a busy Saturday was poor, we asked who are server was and was met with rudeness, the drink service was slow and finally before we were due to finish at 4pm they took our first payment and told us we were not entitled to anymore "as they had taken the first payment" overall I would not come back for a Saturday bottomless brunch.

Kelcie is an amazing server! She has made our night so good! She was attentive to us during our whole experience and so so friendly. We will definitely be back and Kelcie has played a huge role in this! Thanks Kelcie darling! :) x x x

Come here today for a bottomless brunch Birthday celebration. I personally want to thank server summer and manager Alvin for being very attentive and making sure we had the best experience, without summer and Alvin attending to our needs it would have not been the same. Lovely space. Friendly staff. Jon looked after us and checked we were ok. Food was good value. We had the £8 lunch special deal. Steak in steak sandwich could have been little more generous but all tasted delicious.

Love the bar, great drinks, great atmosphere and really good service.

Started my sisters hen night out here and it was a nice place nice vibe but the service wasn’t the best . They came over and took a drinks order when some people wasn’t at the table so we then had to wait again to be served . The glass collection was disgraceful we could barely put our plates on the table due to the amount of empty glasses just not being collected . Food took a hour to come out and when it did was dry and cold . We also asked a member of staff for a plaster and it took him 10 minutes to even locate a first aid box which is a health and safety risk in it’s self and then the first aid box had no plasters . It was a good night due to the company but the venue wasn’t the best and due to our table spending £400+ we didn’t leave very happy . There is another slug and lettuce in Bristol and I’d recommend that one .

Called in with a few friends for chilled Sunday evening drinks and some food. We were made to feel really welcome by Jack so ended up staying longer than planned! The vibe among the whole team seemed really friendly and relaxed, so it fitted the bill perfectly. We’ll be back!

Had the bottomless brunch. Was dubious about how often we'd be asked if we wanted more drinks, but I need not have been worried. Staff were really attentive and food was great. Will definitely be back!

Amazing drinks and service was good. Rhe staff were so lovely, Kelcie was wonderful at making our drinks and looking after us.

3 of us ordered steak and chips. Took ages to arrive. Chips were cold, peas were like bullets and rocket was shriveled and dry. There was around 1 table spoon of peppercorn sauce in the little gravy boats. As a positive the steaks were cooked properly. Noisy. But that’s the kind of place it is.
