The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Very poor. Chewy. First time trying tonight. The pizza bases are so chewy our teeth actually hurt eating it. If it wasn't for that it would be fine but it's hard to overlook. It doesn't visually look overcooked so maybe too much flour in the dough? reheated? Not much topping on the ham and pineapple. The bacon cheese bread starter, I wouldn't say that was enough bacon to put it in the title. All in all very disappointing and not cheap. Delivery driver didn't look for our door number and was hard to communicate with.

It was honestly amazing and the service is so good

Not a bad burger Geezer with long hair behind counter should really wear a hair net ?? Hygiene obviously not number one priority??

As with every other review, service here is practically non existent. Would avoid.

Really busy but food was hot. Been coming every day.

Had a bargain bucket was served all chicken drumsticks which had NO TASTE AT ALL !!! The chicken was cold, very greasy with not herb coating. Tasted just like fish batter coating. The only good thing about the bucket was the chips and just for a change they were hot. We have KFC every three weeks and it has gone down hill. Won’t be going again till it’s sorted out and will be telling friends, would not recommend, they are more interested in the deliveries

Server was so abrupt and unfriendly,didn’t get complete order,was home before I noticed.Will most definitely not be back.Maybe tell your staff how to treat customers

Do not order from here. Burger was all over the place almost as if someone had been kicking it about in the box. Completely missing fries with one meal and a side of corn with another. Also completely missing an extra of 3 pieces of chicken. I don't know how you can get it so wrong. Tried to phone the place and was on the line for near 15, minutes before I gave up.

Do the staff clear the tables? We called in for a couple of drinks and struggled to find a table that hadn't got dirty cups and plates on. Looks like the staff haven't cleared used cups for hours. In areas there is more rubbish on the floor than the tables.

El lugar no estaba lleno probablemente solo 10 personas aquí. Pero la cantidad de repartidores de comida esperando. I ordered Box of 6 doughnuts, and a burger meal. What I received was absolutely shocking. Fries were so dry and hard, you could chip your teeth on it, I paid for a bottle of Fanta, received drink from dispenser which wasn't fanta at all. But doughnut were the worst ! So stale and dry! Manager refused to give me a refund, very poor quality of food, and bad customer service.

Visited KFC today and was really disappointed with the service. Luke spent most of the time chatting with other staff instead of focusing on orders. My order—just two items from the Saver Menu—took over 12 minutes to be handed out, even though it was ready. Meanwhile, drive-thru orders were being prioritized, with staff rushing to get them out while ignoring customers waiting inside. Other customers were also left standing around while staff stood talking. Really poor service, especially when the delay was completely unnecessary. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a hurry.

Cold food , avoid . Would of been more flamed grilled with a zippo lighter . Staff were like zombies the whole place was very unwelcoming

Fantastic service food came out lovely and warm , restaurant is really clean and looked after
