I ordered Box of 6 doughnuts, and a burger meal. What I received was absolutely shocking. Fries were so dry and hard, you could chip your teeth on it, I paid for a bottle of Fanta, received drink from dispenser which wasn't fanta at all. But doughnut were the worst ! So stale and dry! Manager refused to give me a refund, very poor quality of food, and bad customer service.

With KFC being more of a luxury now rather than an everyday meal, I was looking forward to my visit to have some fresh chicken. I had a voucher for 6 pieces for 9.99 – perfect. I went in and used the app and placed my order. When it arrived, I started to eat it. It was dry as anything and didn't taste freshly cooked. The only saving grace was the large pot of gravy I had to use for lubrication; otherwise, it wouldn't have gone down.Long story short, I got home, and the app pinged. How did we do? I told the truth and got a £10 voucher. Didn't expect that. I went back a couple of weeks later on my way home for takeout, ordered 8 pieces for £14.99, and used the voucher, and the server was, uhm, arr, called over management. After a little dance, they accepted it. They packed my order, and I got home, opened it up, and in the pack were six drumsticks. It was like eating sand – so dry – and two tiny end pieces. Thoroughly disgusted, I won't eat KFC from them again.

Das Restaurant von aussen sah schon ganz gut aus. Die Preise waren auch fair. Man konnte hier sitzen. Was ich nicht gut fand, war das Hühnerfleisch. Der war nicht knusprig und die Getränke haben sie nicht so serviert, wo man es bei einem richtigen KFC serviert. Gesamt: 2 von 5

Such a shame as KFC is the better option for a take away but Ellesmere Port is a joke. Orders are never correct, I ordered 3 chicken wings and got 33 (jackpot), but many drive through orders are missing items discovered when you get home. The reason I left this review is because yesterday I got home to find no top bread bun. Whoever made this knew that this was missing, what’s the point of a Zinger Burger when it’s not complete. Absolute joke of a store.

More often than not one's order is missing items. This has happened more times with this store than I can remember. We normally order through Uber Eats but wont again.

Tried to order using touchscreen that told me order not accepted. Customers waiting for food and staff talking behind counter. Went to the other food outlet at the services instead.

Evitar a toda costa. Solía ser un cliente habitual de La Habana. Esta vez he pedido en Deliveroo. La hamburguesa cursi King todavía estaba en el menú, pero enviaron otra hamburguesa aleatoria completamente diferente. La hamburguesa que enviaron estaba empapada, grasienta y totalmente repugnante. El queso hamburguesa era horrible, y ninguno de los rellenos era como debían ser. No se molestaron en llamarme para decirme que ya no hacían la hamburguesa cursi de rey. El batido de chocolate y dulce tenía un sabor diluido y sin sabor. Creo que han cambiado de manos y la comida no es ni de lejos de la calidad que era seguro decir que han perdido un cliente habitual. Tan decepcionante como esta fue mi comida favorita, pero realmente es simplemente horrible ahora, evitar a toda costa.

Starbucks: Totally bloody awful. Food cold, coffee gross. In future would go somewhere else - Even KFC and that is as bad.

Absolutely disgusted with how poor their customer service is. Paid over 17.00 for loaded fries. The chips were rock hard and inedible it was like they were raw. Messaged them directly and was ignored 5 times. They eventually came back to me saying they would check with their managers. That was two weeks ago and been ignored again. Never going back

I ordered a large oat milk cappuccino extra hot, but ended up with severe cramps and on the toilet for the rest of the day as I am intolerant to cows milk. I now realise that they must have put the wrong milk in my coffee as there was no label on my coffee and after reading the reviews for this store there is very similar reviews. Good job I am not allergic to cows milk as this could’ve been fatal. Won’t visit this store again
