Probably the worst chicken burgers I have tried. No quality No care. Deserts are cheap cheesecake etc. Rip off. Was good when it first opened

Gross. Only ate the tater tots. Everything had a weird horrible charcoal taste to it. Almost like licking a rusty bbq that’s never been cleaned. Tried almost all the meats and all were severely disappointing. Had really high hopes for this but definitely won’t be ordering again.

Had the meat platter last night bettwen 3 of us, First off- Delivery was 20 mins late with no updates. Guy on the phone was very pleasant though :) Honestly i was expecting so much better quality. The only thing i fully enjoyed was the pulled pork and tater tots. The ribs were so hard and dry and overcooked to hell. You want ribs juicy and falling off the bone and saucy. These are far from that. The chicken wings are like rubber and taste like theyve been cooked in a fire not smoked. The burnt ends were okay, some of them were nice otherrs really dry. And pork cubes, honestly i ate one and gave up. Its like eating a tire. The nacho cheese sauce is good though! Bbq sauce just tastes mass produced. Iv had smoked meats around this country and america, and this just isnt it im afraid. Honestly quite disappointed, the potential for this to be amazing is unreal but you just havent hit the mark. Apoligise for the crap review but have to be honest ❤️

Bit different from the local choices, always say I'm going to try some of their other offerings but the burgers are to good to pass up!!!

If you want something different and unique this is the place to come, the smoked meats are beyond tasty.

We had a takeaway whilst in the area on holiday. The food was terrible. The hot dog was the most interesting sausage we've ever tried. The nachos was basically a bag of tortillas with grated cheese on top - not even melted. The desserts were the best out of it all and I expect they were from a wholesalers and not made on site. We threw about 80% of the food in the bin it was that bad.

We ordered a large delivery whilst on holiday which included the platter and sweet banoffee waffle. All the food was tasty, hot and packaged well apart from the chips. Driver was quick and polite.

The rudest most unhelpful telephone operator. Immediately told me due to an incorrect address our families order was cancelled. The address was 100% correct but Just Eat held an incorrect phone number. The driver failed to locate my valid address. The man was so rude and claimed that they would never deliver food here again! No apology or re delivery or refund! Took no accountability , blamed Just Eat and basically dismissed me as a customer. No refund no apology The satellite location of my address on the app clearly showed my location Seriously poor service

Food never arrived. After placing an order at 19.00, and phoning after 20.00 to chase it up, we were told "it's out with the driver." Another hour passes with no food, and noone answering the phones because they closed at 9pm... we gave up. Assuming driver is on route to Scotland with some freezing cold mac n cheese.... 🙄 Avoid.

This takeaway was new to me last summer and since then we've ordered quite a few times. They have a vast menu of excellent (as far as we've tried) food which barring one mistake with flavour choice has never failed to impress. This mistake was only an issue as i was looking forward to pistachio and dont like the vanilla i recieved. Luckily my son did so we simply swapped drinks. The loaded hot dog was mind blowingly delicious though should come with a warning that it cannot be lifted and needs a knife and fork. This is not a negative, its simply so loaded full of yummy goodness. The ribs are beyond succulent and flavourful. The chicken thighs (i chose maple and bourbon bbq to go with) were gorgeous. I also had the sticky maple pecan pie and chose the salted caramel sauce to go with it. Firstly, I nearly didn't choose this as I read it was vegan but you really would never know. Between the pie and the sauce there was some kind of taste explosion that is simply divine. I'm looking forward to tasting the rest of the menu order by order. I've not included everything we've tried because my descriptive vocabulary just wouldn't cover it.

Very disappointed. Ordered for home delivery through Uber eats. The driver arrived 40 minutes after expected delivery time. The portion sizes were terrible!!! £5 for 5 small cheese bites- you get more for your money in McDonalds. The bbq burnt ends were so grisly and chewy they were very disappointing. After ringing the company twice asking where the food was, the gentleman was very nice which is the only positive I have unfortunately. Won’t be wasting our time again👍🏻

Food takes forever to arrive . The bag was melted like it had been on the warmer for ages . Took nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it finally got here was dry .wish i ordered maccys .never again

The furthest away we have ever ordered and the freshest and warmest we have had from anywhere. Unique packaging kept everything hot and crisp. Delivered within the timeframe and would highly recommend. I have only dropped them down a star due to missing one item.
