Si quieres esperar media hora lucha a través de una multitud como tú en un concierto pierde tu orden y luego cuando lo hacen lo hacen completamente mal entonces este es el lugar para ti. Shambles.

Great burger but that’s where the good story ends…. Had to wait about 10 mins after an online order on a very slow responding screen. Place looked tired and dirty, topped off by a fat/waste container with a disgusting waste pipe attachment on the counter. Food arrived in a bag despite ticking eat in - no big issue here. Self service coke machine broken , second one out of coke. Third no ice and a very warm non fizzy drink was dispensed. Finally found the ice in the second machine worked. Back to meal, whopper was actually very good. The loaded fries were terrible and literally grease was pouring out the bottom of the box. Whopper was £4.99 total bill was over £10 so the fries and drink raised the price and I felt totally conned. Wasn’t worth complaining as by looking at the staff they couldn’t give a monkeys about the place.

Es solo un pub local y sucio que necesita una renovación completa, no solo limpieza. El personal era grosero y poco profesional, especialmente una señora que parecía un gerente. Estaba corriendo sin rumbo y claramente no tenía control ni comprensión de su papel, lo que hacía que todo el lugar se sintiera aún más caótico. Para empeorar las cosas, los precios eran escandalosos. Pagué 30 libras por dos cócteles, lo que es ridículo dada la calidad de las bebidas y el estado del lugar. Esta fue con mucho la peor experiencia de Año Nuevo que he tenido, y no recomendaría este lugar a nadie.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!! Me and my sister visited kaspa’s in Bury St Edmunds for a waffle dessert and two teas. My sister asked if she could also have a tap water with some ice, shockingly she was told “no, as we can’t charge you for ice.” I’m sorry but you are a multi million pound company who, let’s be honest, should allow your customers to have ice in a tap water if requested. This was my first visit to your dessert restaurant and will most certainly be my last. We asked to speak to a manager who then proceeded to give my sister a whole glass of ice (begrudgingly) but not before telling us, it’s not company policy 🤦🏻‍♀️ I think based on the reviews I have read, the staff need to be up skilled in the term customer service. I would like to add that the bucket the cutlery came in was utterly disgusting 🤢 perhaps rather than having 5 staff standing behind the bar chatting you should take some care in keeping the restaurant up to scratch.

My wife is a big KFC fan, whilst I am very much indifferent to it, whilst being largely scathing about the sort of people that go to KFC. However, my wife convinced me that we should have KFC in our hotel room once our daughter was asleep, and as she agreed to run across Eureka Way to go and collect it, I reluctantly acquiesced. We had the larger pieces of chicken and some popcorn chicken, plus some creamy mash (we got two portions instead of the one that we paid for, so that was a bonus) and gravy. To my eternal surprise, it was actually really nice! Maybe my tiredness and hunger blurred my judgement, or maybe I have been wrong about KFC for all this time. The chicken was really good, the coating was tasty, the mash was very good, and the gravy was an inspired addition. It was so enjoyable that I might even be convinced to have it again - though it will be a cold day in Hell before I step foot in one of their actual stores.

Arrived to the restaurant it was really quiet so was seated quickly. Waiter was not very friendly just told us to go to the desk & order when ready. When ordered the food took ages to arrive around 45minutes to arrive & the restaurant was fairly quiet. Food was ok nothing great reminded me of frozen food also not hot enough. Ordered waffles after that took around an hour to arrive & definitely not worth the wait was bland dry & not enough toppings was really not worth the wait or the cost. Definitely needs improvement with customer service, wait times & quality of food

The worst McDonalds experience ever. Took 10 minutes to get our food and watched others get their food after our order. Too busy play fighting with each other and messing around then giving us the right order. Was missing a cheeseburger but we chose to leave without it as it was too much fuss. Should go into WWE considering they can’t read a receipt properly.

Chicken over cooked, very dark brown skin, looked liked the left overs not fresh, chips soggy, this was 5pm on a Saturday evening, things need to change as this is not a good look for kfc,

Hi so today I went too kfc but this one was absolutely 💩 I stood with a tenner for a good solid 15 minutes until the served me at the counter I gave them the money and wait 10 minutes for my food as I went up the stairs and got right into my meal but something was wrong I was greeted by 5 high school gangster all 5 had sheisty and they said yo g run me your meal fam and I said no they pulled a butter knife and I 💩 it and I gave them the meal I ran out kfc into my big 1.9 tdi Skoda Fabia vrs se number 700/1000 and I cried this place is 💩 don’t recommend

He tenido la intención de probar este lugar durante siglos, habiendo aparecido para batidos hace mucho tiempo.El servicio es muy amigable. Hay un buen menú de restaurante pseudo estadounidense.La comida y los batidos son sabrosos pero un poco caros.Si planea pedir algo en su salsa BBQ, asegúrese de pedir servilletas adicionales. Son muy pegajosos.

Too busy long waiting time food not up to standard other people were also complaining about the temperature of. their food

We went through drive thru for lunch and had exceptional service from Ross amazing customer service and very friendly.

McDonald’s desayuno es la mejor opción - para un comienzo rápido y satisfactorio del día! El emblemático Egg McMuffin, con su panecillo inglés perfectamente tostado, queso fundido y tocino canadiense salado, es un clásico atemporal. Hygiene is abysmal ask 4 times if they can clean the table, they looked at you like you had horns coming out of your head, food was crap too a waste of £25 we never be back
