Kfc in East Staffordshire

Asked for a fillet tower box meal and was charged for a fillet tower burger and a drink! I asked her and she said she didn’t charge me for the meal!! Poor service, cold chips , rubbish AVOID!!

Definitely the worst KFC we've had. Visiting Alton towers so decided on a KFC for meal. We had two completely different meals and both of us agreed that the chicken was bland with no noticeable spices on them. Even my hot wings had virtually No spice. My bucket chicken was also very dry and two pieces had virtually no meat on them.Didn't get any drumsticks either. We've never had a problem with our local KFC's in Cornwall. Would of given No stars if I could. Very very poor advert for KFC.

Clean, fast service and the food was piping hot.

fuming wouldn’t cook chicken but is a chicken place my nan went down refused to cook her chicken and just called up and ended the phone on us and when we tried to ask not nice at all very rude and disrespectful

Got to say it as it is.....although the place itself was nice, this has to of been the worst KFC I've ever tasted....its to overly crispy, dry & flavourless compared to any other KFC I've been in....& that's quite a few up & down the country. KFC has a distinct taste all of its own, but this Kfc was nothing like I/we've ever tasted.

Would highly recommend this branch - despite being incredibly busy, the Manager Raj made time to personally check on our table making sure we were happy with our large order. Any small issues with order were corrected swiftly. Big thumbs up!

Possibly the worst kfc I have been too A salad that consists of chicken breast covered in a nice mayo sauce but with nothing to cut it with and salad which consists of lettuce and about 8 pieces of sweetcorn A burger which was slightly better maybe 4/10 and a piece of chicken bone covered in batter

Food was OK but not particularly hot. The bathroom wasn’t nice at all, particularly the ladies.

Whilst waiting at the drive through I saw the girl serving pick up the chicken from off the side with her hand and place it in the bun ,not surprising when I found everything was cold ! Not only that but nothing had any spice or seasoning on it must of been cooked in just plain flour .absolutely awful

Won't be going again, food over cooked, vegan chicken unable to eat as rock hard.

Slow staff who obviously can't be bothered or apparently have any training. Awful.

What a shocking experience! We were on our home from hospital after a few traumatic days and just wanted a quick hot meal. We should NEVER have stopped at KFC Uttoxeter. Overpriced, underperforming and simply AWFUL!

Worst KFC I've taste. These people should be fired. Goodness zinger burger completely dry no sauce and burned chips. Please visit South Africa plz

A mess of a restaurant. Had to beg for a table to be cleaned so that we can eat in. Bathrooms very dirty with no tissues.

Food was well cooked and arrived with minimum waiting. Staff friendly and attentive, cleaning tables and emptying bins. Better than the service you get at Stafford.

Store look amazing clean ,Service seen fast now , Nice and fresh food. Love to visits everyday

Would highly recommend not to come here. Went though pick up, and had two go back in store twice from missing food, wrong food and no drink. Food was cold and staff could not care less. Very disappointed

Drove here while away on a trip. Ordered food and drinks for the family and had to wait ages for them being ready. I went to collect them from the counter only to be told there were no hot drinks and no chocolate sauce for the milk shakes after placing the order. The server seemed to be visibly upset when I had to go and check what alternatives my family wanted. We sat at a table and I had to clean it myself as it was thick with grease and old dried in sauce. The food itself was terrible with the wrong ingredients and sauces added to the burgers. The zinger tower was crowned with quite possibly the most burnt hash brown I have ever seen. The chips were nasty too(burned and over seasoned). The drinks had so much ice in them that we couldn't put straws in the drinks. They really got nothing right at all. I decided to use the gents before I left and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all that day. I left this KFC feeling a little sick tbh. It has my vote for the worst I've seen in the UK.

Could well be the best KFC I have visited. They got my order spot on, no mix ups with unwanted lettuce or mayo in children's burgers. Everything was hot and fresh. Actually had the elusive bean salsa in my ricebox..... what a shocker! Very clean restaurant and staff were helpful and polite

Portions of chips were smallcompared to burton had to ask for more chicken as they had only put two pieces in one of the meals instead of three

Love kfc live across the road from here not used for ages as always useless but seen the bbq burger so thought I would try and again rubbish with missing items I'd paid extra for and waiting 15 mins couldn't be bothered to go back to complain as you know they aren't bothered just wonder how this place stays open , never again

Tasty food, good staff, but not cheap!

The staff are not friendly at all. I ordered a 10 piece family feast i had a missing bag of chips but i wasn't too bothered abou that.I had beans instead of gravy also. But the worst was the chicken. It was unedible it was that dry. Absoultly disgusting. I rang the staff back when i noticed and they refused just to swap it for better chicken even though I had even touched any of the food. They were very rude about the situation even though i tried to be as civil as possible.I would not recommend to anybody and will not use again.Ive lived in utttoxeter all my life and used it as long as its been there.It never was the best but after this time will not use again.Unless it gets a do over with new staff and actually clean the inside.

Diabolical!!! I ordered a twister meal with extra sweetcorn. The twister was full of sauce, fries you could count on one hand and the drink half the size it should be. No serviettes, staff couldn't care less!

Friendly helpful staff.....so refreshing. The attitude was " how can I help you?" Well done....I'll be back!

If I could rate this place a zero I would shocking first they short changed me for a meal that cost £9.99 so I told them they did and just said I will just have something extra saves messing about showed them the ticket still didn’t know them tried tell me the price has gone up and the price was wrong even know it says £9.99 I would definitely recommend staying away best bit is my food was cold gone down hill this place

Dirty, understaffed, and staff that was there were rude and not really helpful! when I wanted to pay cash had eyes rolled at me and the lady gave me 3 pounds in in 10pence change ! when I mentioned the lack of toilet paper no soap had eyes rolled at me again.... I will avoid next time

The worst KFC we’ve ever been to. The food was inedible. Chicken was pink in the middle and the chips are cold. Whilst waiting for our order i popped into the toilet which was disgusting. If they keep the toilets to that standard and think it is acceptable one can only imagine the cleanliness standard in the kitchen!

This is a concession KFC so it's never quite measured up. Chicken never tastes fresh cooked and service was average. I came through the drive thru and the guy was incapable of leaning out of the window the slightest bit to pass the food,despite seeing me stretching..Coke was flat and the wrap was luke warm and barely assembled. I haven't reviewed them before but it's just happened too often now. Sunday lunchtime and they were empty...speaks for itself.

KFC never disappoints! The chicken is always crispy and flavorful, and the sides are delicious. The service is quick and friendly, making it a great option for a fast meal. The only downside is the occasional long wait during peak hours, but it's worth it for the tasty food.

This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY ! Health and safety - non existent. Food hygiene - never heard of it. Absolutely terrible food & staff, can’t understand them. Complained about the food 3 times and nothing was done about it, out of date pineapple stick. Another customer complained about his food.. no surprise. Just ann embarrassment to uttoxeter, and kfc as a whole company! this really does need to be shut down! Absolutely disgusting.

Never been to the Uttoxeter branch before. I was pleased to see how neat and tidy it was in comparison to others I've visited like Hull, Skegness and Burton upon Trent where you couldn't find a place to sit due to the lack of cleaning. We had an issue with the size of chips but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait long and they got the order right. Speaking to a lovely lady called Sandra who seemed to take pride in the restaurant's appearance. I respect that. I was disappointed as they've stopped serving hot drinks and after a long swim was dying for a caffeine fix. Nothing to do with the wonderful staff here today though. Thank you very much for your service. Hope to call again.. .the food is delicious!!!!!

If I could give this place minus stars I would… it is without doubt the most disgusting store I’ve ever been too .. from getting food completely wrong dirty floors and tables , staff smoking in view of customers existing through a fire escape and to the latest issue of taking cold food back and reheating it in a microwave which they claim they don’t have.. time and time again this place never fails to hit rock bottom when serving food… the worse thing is when you bring to there attention the staff talk in there language so you cannot understand them and it makes you feel akward like there talking about you

Zinger burger was lukewarm and the lettuce was like cling film, so clearly not fresh. Toilets were a paddling pool. Not great at all really.

As a courtesy I informed the staff we had a guide dog with us. Wasn’t allowed to eat in the restaurant with her despite a sign on the door saying assistance dogs were allowed and the restaurant being empty. Had to take the food away instead which then turned out not to be what had been ordered either. Disappointing all round.

Only person to be served after 15mins of waiting and was told to park and wait 10mins just for some bbq bites

Drive through isn't worth it, as 90% of the food you order gets lost in translation by the time you drive around to the pickup. I'm not a native English speaker but the guys working there aren't even trying to get your order right, not having this problem anywhere else. Ordered 2 Zinger filet burgers and got only 2 fillets... They even managed to screw up an online order ordered through uber eats before... Unbelievable.

Toilets were disgusting and really smelly

I visited with my family and the food was quickly prepared and we received it quickly was nice and hot. The service was quick to our local one. I was very happy with the service. We had a great table service and the guy who served our food was very well mannered. All in all I would definitely go there again and would highly recommend it.

No words except dreadful … cold .. slimy and unappetising We binned the meal and did not wish for a refund as the customer care was terrible n the meal if we didn’t get food poisoning we were lucky!!!

Staff eating lunch in hoodies and fleeces it was that cold... Warmer sit outside and eat. This meant food didnt stay warm long. Floor felt greasy and food strewn all over the floor. Not very busy at all and I can see why when its this cold inside. Not a very nice atmosphere to work in Im sure. Felt sorry for staff... I was sat in work clothing which is warm in most circumstances but not in here. Poor experience compared to other KFC Restaurants Ive visited... Restaurant should mean sit and enjoy food in comfort

I got to your restaurant and had a disagreement with your manager there who decided to firstly pull a knife out on me and then secondly to get a jug of boiling oil out the deep fat fryer and throw it at my face

Honestly, maybe it was an off day but when you are serving the dish that has been in all the adverts why are you using lukewarm, slightly dry chicken?

Shoutout to Amer at KFC!Seriously, hes's a gem. Dealing with social anxiety is tough, but Amer made my KFC experience so much brighter. He was super sweet and understanding, turning what could've been a nerve-wracking meal into a genuinely pleasant one. He created such a warm and welcoming vibe.Thanks a million!

Arrived at 9.15pm on a Monday (website stated open till 11pm) Ordered, when got to till window was informed they had no chicken left and could only do popcorn chicken and wraps.

Love a KFC but with everything else in life its starting to get expensive and unfortunately I wish I hadn't gone in the toilets as they were gross , they clearly hadn't been cleaned for a few days and needed a refurb

Service shocking from the men there. No real customer service and food was just ok.

Food was good, but tables and premises where an absolute disagrace. No paper napkins, no wet wipes, tables covered in mess, packaging and mess all over uncleaned floors, staff moved at half speed at best. Will not be returning.

Possibly the worst KFC I have ever used. Paid 6 pounds for a Zinger wrap. Firstly the wrap had not been prepared correctly and appeared to be stale and very dry. The chicken filled appeard to be very dry and not fresh, finally there was hardly any filling. In all fairness I wouldn't have paid £1 for the wraps. Whoever is running this franchise needs to get a grip with issues like this before it had a detrimental effect on the business.

Customer service is not what you would expect. Manager was rude and gave totally unrealistic expectations. Poor attitude and no please or thank yous!! Avoid, or go in fighting!!!

Like any KFC I’ve ever visited, there’s too few staff. Poor guy on the counter was run off his feet, serving then emptying the overflowing bins. Difficult to know what everyone else was doing, or meant to be doing. Several were stood round doing nothing. I waited fifteen minutes from ordering to receive the food. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush, and the food was fine when it arrived, although I had to ask for a couple of items that were missing. The ordering machines had no receipt roll, so it was put down to trust who had ordered what. Come on KFC, sort out your franchise model.

this place needs sorting out. starting off with the toilets, disgusting. never seen anything so unclean. this place is so unhygienic, no soap in the soap dispenser so how are you meant to wash your hands, the toilet was so dirty it looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in months as well as water everywhere on the womens floor. secondly, the tables and floor. its meant to be a dining room but it looks like a rubbish bin. there was sweetcorn and chicken everywhere on the floor. also, the tables. someone tell me why the tables were so dirty and there wasnt anyone going around and cleaning them. apauled.

First and last time visiting here. We went through the drive thru. On approach to the speaker there was speaking in another language, lots of it. No hello. No wait a minute, nothing. We waited at least five minutes listening to laughing and a conversation to even be welcomed. We eventually placed the order. The entrance door is via the drive thru road where young children were running up and down. We waited by the payment window . A KFC worker came to the window next to the car and grabbed food and took elsewhere. We were still waiting to pay. As we were about to leave the window opened and we paid contactless. Window was closed. No receipt given. About five minutes later a different person came back to us and said the card has bounced? Never heard that before. So attempted payment again but put pin in this time. Still no receipt. I checked bank but thankfully only one payment was pending. We will never visit this place again. Very badly run and service is unbelievable.

From the drive through last night. Unclear ordering he kept disappearing and wasn't polite, spent well over £40 and asked for extra BBQ sauce and he wouldn't give us any just threw some cheap sachets at us, the chicken was cold, dry and over cooked. Definitely something needs to be done about this place, getting KFC a bad name.

HEPATITIS AND CHOLERA HAZARD! !!ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH!!! PLEASE CARRY OUT CHECKS IN THIS PLACE! Visited the first time 6th August 23. I wish I had used and seen the toilets before ordering the food, I would have walked out straight without ordering any food. Very dirty toilets, it's absolutely disgusting for a food restaurant. It's vile! Environmental health must visit this place. I don't think the toilets have ever been cleaned. The toilet pan is yellow from dirt! No toilet roll, no soap to wash hands as well as there is nothing to dry your hands with. The hand blower doesn't work either. I have used the male toilets and my wife used the female toilets and she said the same about female toilets. And the writing on the wall in the restaurant says "FINGER LICKING GOOD" Yeah, I guess you need to lick your hands to clean them after using the toilets, as because there's no soap to wash your hands and nothing to dry with. I've had severe stomach aches after having food from here. Thank god I've had some pepto bismal at home otherwise I needed a hospital.

Usual KFC standard. Great for a quick lunch
