The best place I have eaten from food wash fresh tasting nothing was dry.staff friendly. We definitely going back

Great service last time I visited. I'd used the browser to order and the check in screen disappeared before I arrived. The server was really helpful, able to recover my order, and served me really promptly. Great customer service, thanks KFC Eastleigh. Refuse to serve customers, self service only. Stinks of sweat and rude staff telling customers they don't want to talk to us that we must use the machines.

Standard food very oily no taste as such had to go back twice as they got the order compleastly wrong chips was nice though The rice bowl not good tasteless and cold And as usual the toilet was out of order why cant.they fix it as its a legal requirement to have a working loo

Dry and expensive. I spent thirty pounds and waited too long!! I never like leaving bad reviews but this was poor. Okay staff but it was noisy in the kithcen Might give it another go in a few months!! I just wanted my lunch!!

Placed order online but still had to wait over 10 minutes for food. Although lunch time, this KFC not busy. Toilets were closed.

When all the delivery companies took off, it was hell getting in here, now though, they seem to have it all at hand. I can go in order on screen and get everything I order in less than 7 minutes. I just have to remember to pick up napkins and salt. On a side note. It would be nice to have those wet wipes back again?? Please

Popped in on Sunday to Eastleigh’s KFC. Served by Johnny’s team, which is incredibly friendly and nice staff. Really polite and ensure the food is served in high quality! Lovely staff.

Visited on 08/06/24 13:30 Reasonable sized portions - and prices in line with most other KFC branches. Service a little below mark however - I asked the gentleman for a drink without ice. He said that he had already poured it; there was no proactivity to get me another one. More customer care required there, unfortunately.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from here, and it'd the 3rd time they have messed up my order! It was a delivery. They do not pay attention to detail! The fries were under cooked, chicken was rubbery. That's the last time I'll be going there. VILE!!!

Came after a long day at Paultons theme park. We ate in 2 adults and 3 children. Ordered on screen and didn’t wait long for food. Tables clean and wasn’t busy. Food very nice and fries a lot better than we usually have. Set in nice location next to park.

Most of times I order and it never comes perfect. Either something wrong or missing. Last times I went to the shop i notice its common from staff to abuse on delivery drivers.

Nice and clean place during the time I visited, busy with deliveries. Staff are friendly, food was served at a good time. Was allowed to use toilets.

Ordered via the KFC app from this branch. For the 2nd time in a row the order was wrong with items missing. Tonight’s ’meal’ for 4 was 4 pieces of original chicken (a wing, a thigh and 2 drumsticks) rather than the 12 mini fillets and large popcorn chicken I ordered and charged for. The most disappointing ‘treat’. Reported issues is via UberEats and KFC can take up to 15 days to review.

Disabled toilets out of order, so had to go upstairs, which was very difficult, ladies toilets upstairs had no toilet paper, and hand dryer was out of order. Was difficult to walked down the stairs with wet hands, making it difficult to hold on to rail

Terrible guys ordered £70 worth of food two item come missing more than half such terrible service ordered it from Uber eats .

The chicken was pink in the middle ok it was delivered by dliverroo people need to be trained better how to cook and how long the chicken needs to be cooked for a mighty bucket for one might uncooked for one more like

Idiots can’t organise a piss up in a brewery, let alone chicken from a chicken shop. Every single meal from the order has missing ancillaries.

Grim food gave me food poisoning

There Is a nice range of food and the service is alright. It can get quite crowded at times which I think is the biggest reason of why there is a star missing. The crowds are too much that it is not a recommended place for claustrophobic people. Takeout is highly recommended.

Stopped in for lunch and the place is fairly busy with the lunch time crowd but the wait was minimal and seating available. The place is tidy and clean. Ordered a supercharger tower zinger box meal with 2 hot wings and gravy. Pleasantly surprised the burger was well made, fresh and hot. Had a nice zinger spice but I'm not sure if the superchargers sauce added much to it. The hot wings were also nicely fresh and had a nice good crunch and juicy interior. The gravy was nice and thick, just the way I like it so it clung pleasingly to the chips. All in all pleasantly pleased with the quality of the food from this branch of KFC.

The issue arose when I attempted to use the restroom and was abruptly informed that it's mandatory to make a purchase before gaining access. This policy, if indeed legitimate, struck me as arbitrary and inconvenient. What added to the frustration was Manager Abby's dismissive attitude. Not only did she insist on the restroom purchase policy, but any attempt to seek clarification was met with silence. This lack of transparency left me bewildered and dissatisfied with the overall experience. Furthermore, Manager Abby's apparent lack of knowledge and customer service skills raises concerns about the managerial competence at this KFC location. A manager's role extends beyond enforcing policies; it involves fostering a positive and accommodating atmosphere for patrons. In light of this experience, I find it difficult to recommend KFC Eastleigh. The disregard for customer queries and the seemingly arbitrary policies implemented by Management Abby contribute to an unwelcoming atmosphere. A reevaluation of both policy and management practices may be warranted for the betterment of customer experiences.

Unpleasant staff, the order was wrong and when I told the employee her mistake she tried to make out that it was my fault the order was wrong, very unpleasant experience

Seems to be a common issue at this branch on take away. Make sure you count your chicken pieces at the store, they have left 2 pieces out of the order. We even asked them to be sure before leaving but they lied to our face.

Wouldn't correct there own mistake, gave me the wrong drink and when asked for them to change it to the correct drink I ordered, simply refused, as it dose not state on the receipt which drink, I couldn't challenge them any further, however, felt if it had been any other fast food place they would've happily just changed their mistake! Also the food was cold and well clearly service was rubbish, last time I bother going there.

Restaurant empty but packed with delivery drivers creating mayhem. Make sure you check your order before leaving, several mistakes made including leaving out 3 pieces of chicken and putting the wrong sauce in burgers.

Toilets are poor, portions small.

I ordered a meal with coffee and after ordering, they said no coffee was available, only fizzy drinks. Very disappointing 🤢

Ordered on just eat. Left clear delivery instructions to help find my address. Driver rung me and said he was lost and that was the last I heard from him. KFC won’t answer the phone and now I’m struggling to get my money back. All round poor service

KFC Eastleigh was practically empty, I ordered just 3 mini fillets and they were quite expensive compared to mcdonalds, two of them were completely fine but the last one was incredibly soggy on one side and i had to mutilate my fillet to the point where it wasn't worth eating anymore. Fries were fine as they usually are. Of course since it was empty it was very fast service but i've put that as a 3 as it was fast but because there were no customers. I recommend the mini fillets in other KFC's but you're risking it if you order them here. No hate to KFC as they are usually amazing and the (sometimes) long wait is definitely worth it.

Terrible, dirty, expensive. To get to the toilet you have to ask the staff to open the door. There was more ice in the glass than pepsi. Also, the food was cold and you have to wait in a long queue to get your order. No one will bring it. I would prefer McDonald's if you want to eat fast food.

This KFC was a big surprise. The food is consistently hot and of decent quality, the service is as you'd hope and the store is also consistently clean. Good job KFC Eastleigh.

Ordered through DELIVEROO yet was delivered wrong order and it was stone cold and inedible yet nothing could be done as once it was delivered the store was shut I am livid I was charged for cookies yet none were delivered poor service from KFC please shut this store it’s a joke they don’t care a bunch of monkeys could do an better job

KFC is an international food chain restaurant. Good and tasty food. The atmosphere is good.

Ordered through UBER EATS. Food was cold and burnt. Portion of fries was 10 chips. Threw the lot in the bin. Even the can of drink was luke warm. Uber assigned the job to four different drivers in total. So some of the blame goes to them. Eastleigh KFC is shocking though having dad food hygiene issues recently. Shocking.

Staff very unhelpful and closed toilets half an hour before closing. I’d already bought a drink so I could use the toilets and they didn’t offer a refund or any apology. No ones at the tills to help with ordering so have to get someone's attention from the kitchen

Amazing service, amazing food would recommend the mini fillets and popcorn chicken taste so delicious.

Went to KFC in Eastleigh today and me and son had some chicken and it was black and the oil tasted old. We are now both suffering from food poisoning. Really bad.

Ok so this restaurant had a bad eho visit recently, but I can say that I've seen it clean in there restaurant wise and the food is still as amazing as expected

The wings were sizzling hot and great

The food came out fast but the bottle of drink was not put in the bag so I had to redo a 4 mile each way drive from the hotel to get the drink, no apology offered... When I got back the food was cold.

Chicken was dripping with oil so they rushed it and didn’t drain it off after frying, pretty disgusting, usually they are good don’t know what happened today I had to pat the oil off with kitchen towel

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Slow service, food was cold not hot, staff slow with service (to much chatting not enough working) manager needs step up or be sacked. Must do much better.

Just been to collect our Boneless Bucket. Really not pleased. The fries were not included in the bag or the chicken popcorn! Chicken only just warm and thrown into the bucket. Tried ringing, but no reply. Really disappointed. Won't be coming here again Drove back to get the rest of our order. They apologised and provided missing parts to the meal.

Pure rubbish ordered food and it never came can't call them its a joke

Terrible shambles of a delivery, not for the first time. Waited 2 hours and didn’t have any fries with my order. I was furious as had waited so long. Just awful and whoever is in charge needs firing.

Ordered a meal and a snack box as that is what our son likes, meal arrived but without the snack box. Due to the current situation there appears to be no-one to answer the phone, so basically handing over money for nothing. Or looking at it from the KFC side they have just stolen £2.59 from me. The same happened a few weeks ago, but I put it down to a one off. I am less than happy, and this is taking the p**s. If I could give zero stars I would, hopefully someone will see this and issue a goodwill voucher. Two years on (January 2023) gave them another chance, half the order missing, no surprise there then. Waiting to see if I get a refund from Deliveroo, if not, pay the chavs that hang round outside Eastleigh KFC to brick a window... This KFC is an absolute joke.

Came here tnt new years eve and think staff thaught they were guna get away as trying to close down early with nothing ready at 8.20 so when It got busy they were over run with the ginger guy telling us kfc Is cutting staff even tho 5 staff were hiding out the back .

Extremely rude to other customers whilst I waited 15 minutes to order... Large Popcorn chicken was literally half full, burger was wrong asked for extra mayo so they gave me the smallest amount possible. Is just a waste of £15 - £30 ordering from here many better places to get food very close by too.

I don't really like using this KFC as it feels like quite a run down store, there's aaalways loads of staff behind the counter doing I'm not sure?... but 100% the just eat/deliveroo orders always are more of a priority than a customer standing at the counter 🤷‍♂️. Only went there because was so hungry and just wanted some food in my tummy.

No one serving on the till,I was the first person in queue waited 8 minutes to be served, others were using the payment machines and getting their orders while I am still waiting to be served due to only having cash. Uber orders, etc, priority to serving at the till.

Just popped in for some dinner after doing some jobs in Eastleigh. The self order machines were both inactive so it took me a while longer to order.

When our order arrived the can of tango was literally warm as it had been sat with the food for god knows how long, making the food very cold. Eastleigh kfc is the worst, never coming here again totally unacceptable

Not impressed with the cleanliness or the staff. Couldn't sit down to eat as the section was closed off although the staff and a bouncer were comfortable. Not happy.

Spent £26 on 3 meals and when we got home there was items missing. I do normally check before we leave but it was busy. That does not mean they can skip on items.

Disgusting. Drove from Chandlers Ford to Eastleigh and to takewawy 3 zinger meals today and all gone in the bin as the rolls were mouldy. Don't dine here. Completely unhygienic and a risk to health. Tried calling and no answer. I'm fuming and want my money back!!!

So I got home with a take away u only live 5 minutes away and food was stone cold and I paid for 10 hot chicken wing that were missing from my order I’ve tried to phone but they continue to answer phone in fact they hanging up on me I’m absolutely discussed with this takeaway and want be going to the Eastleigh branch again

must be braindead most of the staff there, I waited 25 minutes for a boneless banquet while in a rush for a train, people looking into the ceiling instead of working drooling on the floor and gaps in teeth wider than my life span, unbearable service do not go there duding the evening POSSIBLY during the afternoon the staff are mentally present

I normally dont give negative reviews but this wasnt a good experience at all. You expect a minimum standard from a big company. 1. Entrance was slippery and I was almost collapsing, many staffs in the kitchen, not busy at all but nobody bothered to clean the entrance with left over foods and drink on the floor. 2. The zinger burger was cold including the buns. The lady didnt even bother to give me my drink and I had to ask her. It wasnt a busy time at all, only 2 customers including me in the shop!! 3. Almost all tables were empty but none of them were clean. Lack of management I would say.

Yes we had a fairly big order (40 mini fillets, 10pc family box & 4 hotwings) but we received only 38 mini fillets and.no other chicken. Second time around we got the extra mini fillets & the 10 pieces of chicken but still no hot wings 2 stars as they did give us a popcorn chicken to apologise and the service was actually reasonably quick given it was Friday evening.
