Visited recently, person in fronts sub was burnt, asked for usual turkey breast and ham and they just left the slices together instead of spreading out and didn’t even put enough lettuce in to cover half the sub, definitely not where it used to be, more care needs to be taken, seemed a lot of people noticed it wasn’t as it was, potentially changed hands if a franchise

got put off our food by a young member off staff with glasses on cleaning the tables with the broom he was sweeping the floor with. And not even cleaning with any type of disinfectant after. Think he needs training on food hygiene. He should not be sweeping the tables with the floor broom. I think that should just be common sense,

I was charged £3 more than what I ordered, Virtually no toppings were actually added. Server randomly added extra charges when I was paying, charging me for a meal deal and extra cheese when I did not ask for either. I didn't even receive a drink or crisps for the meal deal, just the charge.

left the shop at 12:40, didn't arrive until 13:15. it would of been quicker to walk and get it myself.

The chicken tikka baguette had hardly any chicken tikka in lots of salad not good enough for the price won’t be coming back

Was happy, this is the first time that an order has turned up and not have anything missing from it…unfortunately, the food was horrible, my sub turned up and it felt wet/ frozen hadn’t been heated or toasted, very soggy…had to chuck most of it in the bin, not feeling to good now for it, waste of money.

Called the restaurant and subway informed me that my order had been sat for an hour because there was no driver's available, over an hour later the meal was spoiled cold and salad all soggy.

The food came on time and was good, but the big breakwich was missing cheese, this making it a slightly less enjoyable sandwich

This store always give better service in Eastleigh I have to keep coming back for this.

New owners are incredibly stingy. Want cucumber in your footlong? 4 tiny pieces should do right. You have to ask for more and more and get snark back "it already has X ingredients on it" - yeah, but nowhere near as much as you used to get, or get elsewhere. You have to watch them like a hawk as they miss adding things too. So disappointing as the new staff and owners have taken one of the best subways and made it so all the subs are sub-par. If you can, I'd go to a different subway. It's that bad.

I have been to this branch two times now and the customer service has been absolutely horrendous! Not to mention the strong smell of body odour as you approach the counter. The bearded male and the female wearing the bonnet are not welcoming at all constantly talking to each other in another language without any regards towards how others would be made to feel. I gave them the benefit of the doubt last time but my gosh it looks like this is a normal process for these two. I ordered two portions of waffle fries but the male decided that he would put them in one box without asking before he proceeded so I couldn’t really say no and they tasted disgusting. I was asked by the woman if I wanted any sauce with the cheese bites I had ordered and when I asked which sauces were available she was full of attitude acting annoyed that I didn’t know and then went on to make hand gestures and rolled her eyes at me. I have zero tolerance for rudeness and confronted her behaviour straight away when I caught her talking about me again behind my back to her colleague as I was leaving but they both acted like they did not know what was happening. Not once did they apologise to me even though I expressed how I was made to feel last week and also today which just proves how inconsiderate and unbothered these individuals are! You’re paid to serve customers so do your job and perhaps gain some people skills while you are at it. Pathetic behaviour especially in front of young kids!

Visited on 08/06/2024 (13:15). Very busy when I entered the branch - I wasn't fazed, it was part of the lunch hour, after all. But the service at the counter was particularly slow. Disappointingly, they ran out of my sandwich option - these things happen. But, I was disappointed by the male sandwich artist's lack of concern. A female colleague had to step in and apologise. I took my custom elsewhere, as a consequence. 2 stars overall - 1) for store hygiene and 2) the apology from another member of staff.

Initial delivery time was 5.20-5.40, food didn't arrive until 6.15 and was incredibly cold and hard.

missing footlongs - called restaraunt who tried to call the driver as they left a bag behind with no success . told to contact just eat to sort...cannot speak to a person .

There a certain guy who works here who always remembers my face. He is ever so kind and is always welcoming when I enter subway. This customer service is extremely rare to find nowadays and I'm really shocked and happy to find such a nice welcoming place. Probably the only best business in Eastleigh I will be returning here again hopefully soon :)

I don't know how to talk about customer service in the store. but the lack of daily respect towards delivery drivers of another nationality (Brazilians) has already crossed the line… I don't know if it's the owner or manager!!! “I’m not sure” in a way is prejudiced against us Brazilians, and it has made our work very difficult and has left us waiting for a long time for a simple food collection (which to some extent we have spent 20/25 minutes waiting for it) and When we call his attention, he simply tells us to cancel our delivery. the impression that all of us Brazilian delivery drivers have is that he is favoring delivery drivers of his nationality

Upon my recent sojourn to the esteemed establishment known as Subway, I found myself quite impressed by their offerings. This purveyor of victuals presents a varied assemblage of sandwiches, which one may custom-tailor to one's discerning tastes. The bread, fresh and fragrant, served as an exquisite foundation upon which the finest meats, cheeses, and vegetables were generously bestowed. The service was expedient, and the attendants courteous, rendering the entire experience most agreeable. In summation, I heartily recommend Subway to any gentleman or lady in pursuit of a satisfying repast.

Ordered in advance using the mobile app which was nice and easy. Note you can't order via the website. Great service with food ready for me to pick up on arrival. Warm welcome and complimentary drink matching the size of order, thanks! For bulk orders would be helpful to have an indicator on wrapper as to which is which, but otherwise great service.

This subway is great. I got the train from Winchester to Eastleigh and I was looking for some lunch at 11am and I got the saver meal deal, which is £3.99. The lady and man at the desk was friendly, and made my order quickly, and payment was easy. The 'crunch' on the toasted BLT was nice, cookie was quality and you can refill your drink if you get the saver meal deal. Worth it, however when I ordered no-one was sat eating, which lowers the atmosphere. Would come here again.

Delivery was fine, quick and efficient. The food wasn't the best quality. I had to throw away my garlic slice it was rock hard and cold. Inedible.

I'm a subway fan, but this is a poor one. Been twice as I like to give second chances. Felt unorganised and sub quality was low too. Nice enough staff but wouldn't be returning.

Ordered and paid for a footling sub and they gave my a 6 inch, how do you mess that up?

Popped in to get the kids Subway. They only like ham and cucumber and ham, sweetcorn and cucumber. Not toasted, no cheese and no sauce. I feel a little angry at my experience of going there and having to ask for more sweetcorn and cucumber and getting an extra slice of cucumber taking this up to 3 slices and 3 extra bits of sweetcorn. I don't think you should have to barter for veg in Subway. This is the 2nd time we've had this experience at the same Subway. When you're spending nearly £8 for 4 pieces of ham, 6 slices of cucumber, 10 bits of sweetcorn and 1 roll of bread it does take the piss! Please sort this out!!!!

We visited here and I must say food was very good as usual on top of that all 3 employees were very good, the lady on the till was very helpful and calm plus welcoming as well. Happy faces of employees we noticed there otherwise I never seen employees happy at subway but this was very good experience highly recommended.

Bread tasted stale this is awful, wasn't offered any salad with my partners sandwich wasn't even toasted correctly for 15 quid waste of money had to throw both sandwiches away as not edible this store needs to be check out by subway as my partner knows standards set by them as was a regional manager for a few years

Absolutely devastating experience. Have used just eat for a while and never had a problem. Have ordered from subway in Eastleigh and the food is stone cold! The pigs in blankets only has 3 in the pot with NO bacon wrapped and the cheese bites were so cold they look like they’ve came out of the freezer! The sandwich doesn’t have half the products I wanted in there (paid EXTRA). The only thing good was the cookie and the bottle of coke. Absolutely fuming! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Arriving quite late on a Sunday, I wasn't certain of their closing time, but hunger propelled me to try my luck anyway. To my amazement, even though it was past closing, a wonderful man, whom I believe is the manager, graciously chose to serve me. This level of kindness, especially late on a Sunday, was truly refreshing and unexpected. I genuinely appreciated the gesture. Not only did I find the type of sub and bread I was craving (meatball marinara on hearty Italian), but they were all remarkably fresh and delicious. All my preferred toppings were available, and they were of excellent quality. I decided to indulge in a cookie as well because, why not? The person serving me, who I believe was the manager, was not only efficient but also incredibly pleasant and upbeat. Despite the late hour, he made me feel welcome and not the slightest bit rushed. This unexpected and warm experience truly saved my Sunday evening. I'll definitely be back, and the primary reason is the exceptional quality of service I received. Kudos to Subway Eastleigh for going above and beyond to make my visit a memorable one.

The driver was at the restaurant for ages, and then took him over half an hour to find my building despite the huge sign and riding past 3 times (that I saw) and he could've just called me to help him find me.

Average subway, the staff were quite moody & seemed untrained. The store wasn't accepting the September vouchers posted to local residents and instead was refusing them yet was in the participating restaurants on the Subway site. Food itself was a let down compared to other Subways, meatballs were burnt to the container with no sauce.

We were sad to see, when we went for lunch at Subways Eastleigh, a notice on the door saying that they are 'Closed. Permanently Closed'. This was sad news because the standard of all Subways establishments, whether on a high street, or in a major airport, is universally high. Their baguettes are particularly fresh.

Slowest subway I've ever been to by a mile, and they weren't managing to stay on top of supplies so kept being out of an ingredient and needing to go out back to hunt it down. Sandwiches were fine, but very poor organisation led to extremely slow service.

We went to Subway in Eastleigh to get food and John Maunders (i think that’s his name) he was so lovely and sweet!! he said he had his name on the wall for something and honestly deserves it. he was welcoming and treated us amazing. Also the food was bloody delicious!!

Pretty average Subway, nothing amazing but also no complaints. Food looks fresh and general area clean and tidy.

John, Nathan & Lewis alongside the ladies I have had a service from is immaculate! Not only is this facility throughly clean from top to bottom but the service from the individuals makes the presentation that much more worth it. I will continue to visit here on my breaks from work and I am extremely satisfied doing so!

Whenever I’m in town I go to this subway, the staff are super friendly, the manager always says hello to me and it’s a nice meal On this trip I tried the vegan option and the server helped me through it (I’m new to this veggie lifestyle) The salad was filling and tasty and very highly recommended, it was a nice surprise to get a decent meat free meal My daughter has a meatball marinara and she was happy (she did complain she wasn’t offered a footlong but she’s a regular and always has the 6”.. so that’s her fault) Thanks for a nice lunch and friendly service

Em always makes an amazing sub, always deserving and receiving of a bell ring! Never have any issues coming here and it's always nice to see her. Definitely reccomend for lunch when you're busy and just want something quick and still good! I will be back soon. : )

Went to Subway for a lunch and a very kind lady served us I think her name is Emily? Very kind,helpful and polite. And the Sub roll was very well presented and yummy.

A lovely lad called Travis served me, he was very polite and welcoming, will definitely be coming back and if you want nice service this is the place to go!

This is a very worthwhile chain. You choose a type of baguette (from 5/6 different ones), then select various fillings from the servery. My wife and I chose ham (3 folded pieces) cheese (two triangles), lettuce, tomatoes and green peppers. The ingredients were melded together with mayonnaise. Since it was only 11.45, we requested takeaway and greatly enjoyed the baguettes at home. Several tables and chairs are provided, to eat on the premises.

Visited Subway on 12th January with my wife and grandson and extremely impressed with the friendly, helpful , excellent service received from Emily, Harry and John. Will definitely come again :-)

My Fiancé and I find ourselves in this subway sometimes too much, but it’s clean and the sandwiches are nicely prepared. I’ve never had to wait too long either. But the thing that makes this subway better then then most as well as the sandwiches taste better, is the people. The lovely people behind the counter are always happy to see us and always strike up conversation. I come out smiling of this place just by being around people that are enthusiastic and friendly.
