Went there a couple days ago and for my first visit was very impressed, the waitress was very polite and attentive. the food was quick and very very tasty. Will be back again!

Disappointed with my visit this time food was cold one lady staff just looked at us and sent another young girl to serve us she was most polite but sorry wont be visiting again when in Basingstokke

awful from start to finish, waited at the door for 10 minutes to be seated even though the place was empty and the waitresses saw us, when we finally sat down it took another 15 min for them to bring us some menus and some drinks, we waited 45 mins for two burgers and some chips and no joke it tasted like ass and looked about 2 days old (and it was cold) . We asked for the bill so we Could get out and the waitress was on her phone and basically ignored us, we had to ask someone else if we can pay. don’t waste ur time coming here, go McDonald’s it’s 5 mins away

We had to 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge us why the staff were in the middle of the restaurant laughing and clearly not paying any attention to customers, there was a man cleaning tables right next to us and he did not even acknowledge us, I said to him hello we have been waiting to be seen and he said I am just cleaning a table for you, so I though okay, would be nice to actually greet us and let us know but we gave the benefit of the doubt, while he was doing this, one of the ladies from the laughing group decided to actually do some work and came over and said, 'sorry we are only taking bookings' Beefeater is across the road. Okay, number 1, it was empty in there and a massive group of about 15 had just left before even ordering (they must of been put off too) and secondly I have never been to a restaurant where I have been told to go across the road if I wanted something to eat. I said the man is cleaning a table for us why did he not tell us this and she could not answer, she stood with a blank look on her face. Honestly, the service here is appalling! Do not waste your time, management should be ashamed! PS we visited around 3.45 - not peak time, the restaurant was empty.

Had such a lovely, helpful person serving us at Little Frankies and such great vegan options! We loved it. Comforting, American style diner that reminded me of being a kid. Service was quick and helpful - I’d definitely go again

Well what can I say, went here for a quick catch up with friends. Even though they had a few items not on the menu at the present moment but the waitress was very nice about it and allowed me to choose other items. Overall very lovely experience and would recommend to others in the area!!

Oh Boy! What a fall from grace and quality. Where can I start ? There were repeat requests for tap water to 3 staff members that came after a good 15-20 minutes. The food came after almost an hour - and the restaurant barely had any other customer - definitely no one that was at the same stage of ordering as us. The food itself was another sad affair - incorrect dishes, missing sides, beef served when we asked for food without beef, missing sauces and dips. None of the seven mains were delivered correctly. The staff seemed to be in a different world altogether. Busy playing around with menus and the empty tables around us and not bothering to come back with questions they were supposed to ask the chef. The supervisor did try and make up for it by taking off most of the food from the bill but after a good 2 hours and not enough food, it was too little too late.

Third click and collect order in a row where items were missing/wrong and/or food was cold. Staff don’t care - “take it up with head office” is the standard refrain, if anyone can be bothered to answer the phone.

Visited yesterday after a game of bowling with family. Very quiet and was shown to a table fairly quick. From here it all goes downhill pretty quickly. No peroni, ok i get that its been busy period during xmas. I ordered fish and chips,waiter came back to say they dont have that, so i ordered a chicken burger. A few minutes later, this time a young girl came over and said we dont have any grilled chicken and continued to hover over me while i looked at menu. I said casually thats 2 things i ordered that you dont have, she then said in a very defensive way we are still waiting on deliveries after Christmas. After asking her to give me a few minutes we decided to just get bill for drinks and go somewhere else. When we left I heard table next to us getting told same things No house red no beer ...... Wont bother with place in future 😡

We went here today for lunch. We left without eating anything, or indeed being served. We weren't welcomed at the door or even acknowledged by a really miserable waitress who at every opportunity scuttled back to the bar to talk to/laugh with the other staff. We therefore found a seat and waited a good 10 minutes to no avail for someone to come to our table. Nothing, so I went and asked for a menu as these were not on the table. Then we waited again for 15 minutes. Still nothing. Noone had come to our table at all to ask if we wanted drinks, food anything. So we left after 1/2hr of no service. I could understand it if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn't. Only 3 tables were occupied. I'd hate to see it when it is busy. Terrible service, attitude, welcome. I won't be going there again!

The waitress is vey rude. The service is terrible. The food orders are messed up. It is the worst restaurant that I ever been to

Waited for 4 or 5 minutes to be seated or even acknowledged by anyone, even though we had been seen by at least 2 members of staff AND I went up to the bar to ask if we should just seat ourselves. I was sent back to the front door to continue to wait. Wouldn't be so bad if the restaurant was busy but it was 2.30 in the afternoon and very quiet.

The service was slow, food was cold overall not a lot to say .That is good ,just will not being going back

Came today for the launch of the new Vegan menu and it was so incredible. The waitress that served us was so informative and made sure that we all had meals we were happy with. We have been previously to other branches and had not so great experiences, but the atmosphere in this Basingstoke one was amazing. We will be sure to come back and recommend for anyone passing by the local area to also come in!

We came to celebrate my sons birthday as a last minute plan and definitely were not disappointed. The waitresses were so lovely and always made sure we were okay, drinks came out fast and food not long after. The highlight for sure being the desserts. The whole experience was so incredible for me already and then our waitress bought out a cake with candles for my son along with the birthday music. Thank you so much for making his birthday one he will be remembering for a long time.

Oh dear where do I start. No dough, so no pizza or garlic bread available, no bolognese sauce, no rainbow lollies and zero loo paper in any of the ladies toilets. One meal came very late. When they brought my coffee over they spilled half down down my son's coat and my scarf without apology and no sugar brought with the coffee. Really terrible experience.

Four mains ordered, only three delivered. We had nearly finished the three before the fourth appeared. Desserts ordered - one was wrong. Coffees sat on the bar for several minutes before being brought over = luke-warm. Nowhere to put our bulky and wet coats. Orders coming out for the Deliveroo drivers at speed - ours not so much.

When we arrived we checked that we would be able to have our food quickly as we needed to be at IFly in 40 minutes. We were assured that it wouldn’t be a problem.

Probably the worst service I have received in any restaurant ever. Stood at the door for ten minutes before being acknowledged- and only then because the family behind us went and got a member of staff. It wasn’t even busy. Only half the restaurant was full and there were plenty of staff around seemingly socialising with each other. As someone mentioned in a previous review, the deliveroo orders are flying out the door whilst the customers who are sat in the restaurant are ignored.

After a day of shopping and also being 7 months pregnant, my family and I decided to choose Little Frankie’s as our go to place for a lovely meal before heading home.

An empty restaurant is usually not a good sign, and it is very true here. We waited by the sign saying wait to be seated, and waited some more. Eventually we went to find someone who showed us to a table and gave us menus, but then he just walked off without asking if we would like some drinks or anything. Having looked through the menus and decided what to have we looked for someone to take our order, but there was no-one to be seen though we could hear staff chatting. We waited and waited. Eventually we gave up waiting as clearly they didn't want our business so we left without being able to order anything. Very disappointing.

I used to recommend this restaurant but it has really gone down hill. The food quality has become poor, the service poor and in general A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

Had a lovely breakfast Rob really look after us.Will be back when we come to Basingstoke again restaurant nice and clean and plenty of car parking places and child friendly.

Visited yesterday for a quick snack and was pleasantly surprised by our server, I believe her name was zoe, very informative and helpful.

We were unsure of what to expect after reading some of these reviews but decided to risk it with a good group on deal. We visited on a Thursday evening and it was very quiet indeed. Our very sweet waitress warned us there was only one person in the kitchen and there might be a longer wait than usual for food. As it was she needn’t have worried as we were served in good time. Both had burgers which were tasty (although greasy as you’d expect in this sort of place) and ice cream for dessert. We left happy.

Visited for late breakfast, waitress was very friendly and helpful. Food was good and served quickly.

After a 5 min wait for someone to come and show us to a table, asked for table of 8, without a word the waitress walked off then beckoned us to a table, throwing the menu on the table still without a word

We visited here with friends before a cinema visit as it was convenient. I decided to ignore all the terrible reviews and give it a go, surely it couldn’t be that bad. Well it wasn’t great put it that way. I had a burger and the bun was so stale and almost inedible, and the burger looked like it had been re heated several times. The kids had pizza, and it was literally the size of the palm of my hand.

Our family of 4 went to Little Frankies today and we were totally disappointed with the food. The children’s meals were ok (spaghetti bolognaise). However, the adult meals (steak and fries at £13.69) were disgusting to say the least. We asked for medium rare and received over cooked, tough and ultimately inedible ‘steak’. Even my steak knife could barely cut through the grey, grisly lump of meat. Our fries were limp, soggy and poorly cooked. I opted to “upgrade” the fries at an extra cost of £2.99 to Cajun fries and what I received on my plate were fries in a basket, with a sprinkling of Cajun seasoning and a minimal amount of cheese, so scarce I could barely see it (despite the menu advising the fries would be served seasoned in a cheese sauce). The fries had clearly been microwaved to melt the cheese, leaving them even soggier and limp than those on my partners plate.

Could not fault the service Melinda served us and this was 5 star, nothing was too much trouble and swift service. Sadly food was not up to standard, such a shame was a restaurant we as a family often visit. Hope this feedback reaches you and there is improvement as it's a great restaurant

Visited Little Frankie's after going to iFly. The restaurant was mostly empty but we spent most of our time waiting for staff who rarely made eye contact. We had been seated for a long while before getting to place a drinks order

Waited ages for food and the restaurant was practically empty. When food arrived it was sub standard..I had chicken breast with bbq sauce and cheese smallest portion ever must have come.from a sparrow!! Hardly and chips and coleslaw wasn't very fresh it was actually warm make me feel sick. Also the meatball dish was all pasta hardly any meat and sauce was tasteless.. 1 garlic bread 2 crap meals and 3 cokes comes to 42 quid ..!!!!!! With hindsight I shouldn't have paid but we had been on a long journey and we wanted to eat but Never again. Don't bother

When I saw the signs on the door of the restaurant saying that the card machine was broken and the toilets were out of order, my expectations of a decent meal went out of the window. BUT I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe we were lucky, maybe it’s because the restaurant was so quiet, but this was a good meal.

My family booked a table for 8 of us to have breakfast before attending a family wedding. I got to the door to be greeted by a sign saying they could not take card payments so I had to go to a cash point to take out extra cash to pay for the meal.

My family have lived in Basingstoke for almost 16 years and a regular cinema goers, we have used Little Frankie's regularly. In the past, by 6-7pm on a Friday evening, they would be queuing out of the doors for a table so having booked cinema seats for 7.10, I phoned and booked a table for 5.45. Was beyond shocked when we arrived to find only two other tables occupied. We mentioned to the greeter that we were seeing a film at 7.10 so were in a hurry and took our seats. We ordered drinks and then food - my husband had New York Chicken, my Son a burger and I had a couple of side dishes as I am on a restricted diet, a side salad and a jacket potato with cheese. We also ordered garlic bread with cheese to share.

The restaurant wasn’t very busy and we had to wait a while to be served. There was no Oreos so we couldn’t have the Oreo shake. The only payment that could be used was cash (thankfully we had some with us). The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. For the price, the portions are small, especially for what is supposed to be an American diner. The food tasted good but as mentioned, there just wasn’t enough of it.

Breakfast was most enjoyable. Well cooked and well presented. Emma the duty floor manager was attentive and having ate here before we noticed a huge improvement over last year. Well done.

Very disappointed to come here for lunch with my family. We had to ask to be served twice, even though the restaurant was pretty much empty. The food was very bland, the fish was awful and clearly had been frozen for a long time. The pasta had no taste apart from the 300 chives that had been put in it. Will not be returning here very disappointing meal and experience.

Ideal location for our stay. We popped in on a Friday evening and actually were amazed that we got seated straight away. Staff approachable. Food was hot and served considerably quickly.

We visited for my son's 9th birthday.

Going back about 10years we used to come to Little Frankies all the time, the menu was fun, the food was always fresh and piping hot, and there was always a great atmosphere in there. We only stopped as my daughter had so many dietary restrictions placed on her it became difficult to eat there..... but she has a shiny new kidney now and we are gradually eating everywhere!!

Mediocre "American diner" restaurant. One of a large chain, and it shows. Poor service, mediocre everything else. Close to cinema and leisure park, and does have adequate car parking

Walked in at 5pm when the restaurant was practically empty. The waitress with the blonde hair seemed to be serving her customers relatively quickly-drinks were served instantly. The brunette waitress that served us... well it’s been over an hour since we’ve eaten/gotten a glass of Fanta. Also were the only table she’s serving. She’s been sitting at the bar for all of her shift. We’ve had to get a takeaway because we have somewhere else to be.

I have visited this place last week, I have ordered my food, very nice waiter have taken our order. To be honest food was disgusting - over salted, overcooked, just not right. However I have seen that the chef on this day was serving the food rather then cooking? He has then spoken to our waitress who has left the restaurant with tears in her eyes. I have visited this place few times it is shame that this place is keep going down down down, also payments by cash only? It should be fixed as priority.

Waiting over an hour and food still not arrived. Others seated after us served quicker than ourselves and the table next to us who had the same waitress. Several staff members serving no one seemed dedicated to us. Asked how much longer, just told couple of minutes. 20 mins later our food arrived. I asked what the hold up was. Told lots of orders came in together. The restaurant did not seem busy and did not notice lots of people ordering same time as us. Plus why others served before us having ordered after us. Waitress said she would speak to manager. No response came from any manager. My food came without 2 standard items which meant waiting even longer whilst food on plate got cold. Staff did offer another but having waited so long I was hungry and didnt want my family to wait. Nobody came to clear our table or ask if we wanted anything else. My son wanted a dessert so I found a menu and ordered at the bar. We then had to find someone and reluctantly pay our bill. No one interested in our disappointment. They came and asked how things were and despite telling them we were not happy no apology was forth coming. It would not have changed things anyway so we just ate and left.

Went to the restaurant as a family treat. Great food at reasonable prices, service was quick and efficient. Looking forward to the next trip.

We were excited to go to little frankies as I have never been before and after looking at the menu online before going I was looking forward to our meal as quite a few things sounded delicious. We arrived to stand just inside the door to be greeted by no one only stares from staff at the bar as if to say not another customer to deal with. Once finally seated our waitress was very polite and helpful explained the geoupon voucher to us what we could and couldn't have and what had a surcharge no problems there. We ordered a cocktail each which took 15 to 20 mins to arrive after watching them sit at the bar for ages. We ordered food we had the sliders and the burger dough balls. We were highly disappointed with the starters the sliders consisted of a dry burger 1 tiny chicken strip engulfed in a bun and the crab and cod burger smelt so fishy that we didnt even try it. The cheeseburger dough balls didnt consist of any burger mince inside it was just a thick paste had half of one and left the rest. We were so disappointed with the food we faked an important call and asked for the main meals to be boxed to take home. When we got back to our hotel we opened our boxes the chips weren't even cooked properly the full rack of ribs must of been off a new born calf they were that small the corn was like it had just been teased in hot water. The hotdog was about the only decent thing out of the meal but how wrong can you go with cooking a hotdog. Avoid at all costs this little Frankie's if you like a reasonably quiet meal as this is located next to an ice hockey rink which had a game on the night we went for our meal so you can imagine the noise levels as the only thing separating the restaurant and the rink is what seems to be a very thin wall.. better off going to McDonalds and putting up with the boy racers

We arrived at our booked time. Surly staff who kept us waiting 20 minutes before setting up the tables. In the end we walked out and went to the Spruce Goose.

We had very nice meals chosen from a varied childrens & adult menu served by a very nice waitress the one thing we did notice was the cost off soft drinks nearly £4 for a coke so we stuck with water not much else to say really except for check out their current offers we could have had 40% off main courses or kids eat free.

I took my grandchildren here for Lunch and was not impressed with the standard of food or the size of the portions. Kids meatballs was hard as bullets, children’s portion of cheesy pasta was so small. Maybe only enough for a baby not a 4 year old. I had bbq ribs should have been half a rake but more like a quarter and hardly any sauce on it. The 3 children wanted a balloon. There was only 2 there and was told we don’t have anymore. I said I can’t just let 2 have a balloon and not give one to the 3rd child. Waitress went of in a huff and found another one. She was clearly not happy. I won’t be going there again. For what you got and and the service it was very overpriced.

Because of "continuing technical issues" we were unable to pay by card, and were not told of this in advance. Customers were only informed of this by a notice on the door, which we could not have seen because the door was open. Furthermore, in spite of the free wi-fi offered at Little Frankie's we had great difficulty getting a phone signal in order to pay by app. Finally, we found when paying our bill that the menu prices were given exclusive of VAT - a somewhat unusual practice, of which once again we were not warned. Do they consider this honest practice?

Given incorrect drinks, dough balls came out burnt, cold and inedible. Chicken on three of the main courses were cold and a meal that isn’t even on the menu let alone ordered was plonked on the table. Staff had no care about what they were serving up and when we sent it back and decided to leave the Manageress shirked any responsibility and didn’t even apologise!

We had a family get together & after having a lovely meal in the Oxford Frankies a few months ago, thought we’d try our local one and hoped it would be the same. How wrong we were! Had a party of 8, we turned up and asked to be seated. We hadn’t booked, but there were loads of spare tables - however we were turned away and told there was at least an hours’ wait. We went to the bowling alley for a drink, and back to Frankie & Bennys at 7:15pm as instructed. The wait to be seated wasn’t too long, but that’s where our good fortune ended. The toilets were disgusting, and one of the ladies’ cubicles in complete darkness when the door was closed due to a broken light. The starters came within a reasonable amount of time, and I must say, were pretty acceptable. Then we encountered the mains. The burgers were dry, over cooked and we suspect just reheated in the microwave. The chips were cold, the burgers that the kids orders were advertised as having salad in them which was missing, and the portions were very small for the prices charged. If I pay £17 for a burger, I expect it to be so big I’d struggle to finish it, but these are more like side plates than main course sizes. The waitress was trying her best, but said she was new, so when we told her our frustrations she didn’t really seem to be bothered and made no attempt to compensate us for anything. To make matters even worse, the restaurant is adjoining the ice rink where there was a match being played, and someone has decided that the best place to sit the supporting band of drummers is directly against the adjoining wall, so for the entire meal we had to try to make ourselves heard over the incessant, repetitive, deafening racket of drums being banged at a million decibels. And despite all this, if you decide to take your eardrums out for a treat, make sure you take cash. They don’t have any card machines available and after reading previous review, this seems to be a long term problem. It was honestly quite stressful altogether and we couldn’t wait to leave. Take your money somewhere else - even McDonald’s over the road would have been a better choice.

So we visited for my sons birthday who normally loves going to the Frankie’s and bennies near our home. Well someone came over eventually then walked off and someone else came and took us to our seat. We were told they could only accept cash or pay by ap today and there was no puddings! So we then waited 15 mins to be asked if we would like a drink and they didn’t come out until we finished our starters!!the staff sat there for most of our meal eating drinking and playing on there phones. People were asking where the toilets were and the staff just looked at them! There is no atmosphere in the restaurant at all. When another customer complained the staff got together after to discuss and said he should f in shut up! Lovely when you have kids sat with you too!! To top our lovely birthday meal for my son we had a voucher and the meal which should have come to 30 was suddenly 50!they did eventually resolve it but we will definitely not be back! All staff we had contact with were a bunch of clowns!!do not waste your money!!

Our first visit to Little Frankie’s was this evening.

Made our annual traditional visit to Little Frankies on Christmas Eve for a birthday breakfast. We go every year just for a laugh and it never disappoints. Restaurant almost empty as usual but plenty of families being turned away for some reason. Waited 20 minutes to see a member of staff. Ordered our drinks and food at same time (we’ve been before and wanted to be out in less than 2 hours). Hot drinks tepid. No sausages! Food cold. No apologies. A truly awful experience. We’ll be back next year for sure

This place sums up what is terrible about modern culture. We are reduced to entertainment being packaged in faceless trading estates, full of concrete and metal. No soul, no flair, no humanity. Frankie's fits this model with aplomb.

We visited on Friday night prior to our slot at the nearby iFly indoor parachute centre.

I came here last night with my family for my birthday.... First off I couldn’t reserve a table online as the app and website were down. When I called to book the table the lady was quite short with me and didn’t seem very frendly. When I have reserved tables there before, they have always been very frendly and asked if it was for a birthday or celebration?

There is nothing good to say about this place. Terrible service, lukewarm, unappetising food at overinflated prices. My son gave it 1/10 and he loves McDonalds so says it all. The most amusing part of the experience was when the waitress asked if the mixed grill was in the grill section. Speaks volumes! We have been to this chain before and thought it to be ok but this is definitely one to avoid. Don’t waste your money

Almost 10 minutes waiting at the entrance before anyone took notice of us. No apology for the wait until I remarked that we'd almost given up on it. Another 10 minutes before the menu, full of overpriced mediocre food, arrived. In my 10 years-old's spontaneous words: "this person doesn't care about us" (speaking about a waiter who walked past several times, each time carefully avoiding any possibility for eye contact). And then the long wait started. About 1/2h later and our food was finally served, lukewarm. And it's not as if we'd ordered anything terribly sophisticated - merely 4 simple run of the mill burgers.

The food was over priced, £5.10 for 4 mozzarella sticks as a starter and the dip and portion size was poor. £15 for a burger and chips that did not fill more than half the plate and was disappointing. We also had a chicken wrap and chips but was very mediocre. Not worth the money - try elsewhere.

We booked a table for 7 adults and 3 children as a going away celebration for my daughters family. The booking was for 6pm and when we arrived the restaurant was empty , overheated with blasts of hot air and extremely loud music. Staff did respond to my request to turn the music down so we could communicate with each other.

My wife and I went to little Frankie's after swimming with my two daughters, (5months and 3 years) and we ordered 2 main meals and a childens meal deal.

Visited yesterday for a late breakfast and really enjoyed our visit. The waitress serving us was lovely, she was very friendly, happy and professional. The food itself was lovely and came out in good time. We both really enjoyed our visit and will be back at some point.

If you are in a rush, not a great place to visit. Even when nearly empty during day, you wait a very, very long time for food to be served. No apologies ever given. On one occasion, after waiting way over an hour, my husband had to leave without having his meal as had appointment to meet. They even had cheek to try and charge for it, even though their error. They need to retrain their staff in courtesy issues. When eventually served, food is acceptable.

Visited with a friend and regretted giving F&B; a second chance. Chose what we wanted and waited to be served. Eventually a waiter came along and we both ordered pizza to be told our pizza oven is playing up so no pizza. Odd in an Italian restaurant. Chose fish and chips. Big mistake. Bullet like peas, hard chips, tasteless fish and the worst tartar sauce ever. My friends burger was awful too. Decided to see if the waiter would ask how the meal was. Like hell he did. Totally indifferent to our concerns. Don't ruin your night. Avoid this place!

Visited this restaurant after a iFly next door. Looks nice on inside but that’s where it all stops. Miserable waitresses with resting b...h faces all round. The restaurant was empty and it took 10 minutes for us to be offered a drink.

What a wonderful evening! Me and my husband had a fabulous time, the food was superb and the staff were so attentive. Wonderful way to celebrate the end to a rainy Thursday. We will definitely be returning

After having a lovely meal beginning of the year to an awful birthday celebration last night.

Came here Wednesday evening with my family, was greeted pretty much straight away by a waitress and taken to a table and asked if we would like some drinks while we looked at the menu. Got our drinks and then ordered food. Food came out within 20 minutes. I had while rack of ribs with chips coleslaw and corn on the cob, and a side of onion rings, it was all delicious the ribs were amazing. The rest of the family all enjoyed their meals also.

Went to little Frankie's at the weekend with my partner the food and service was excellent and I would definitely go back there and recommend this to friends and family

Went to Little Frankies this weekend, had a really good experience. Welcomed very warmly at the door by a very tall and broad man who seem to be the manager, got given a table straight away. The service was super friendly and food delicious. Will definitely be back again.

We had a lovely meal I had a steak which was cooked to my liking and the service was excellent. Will definitely go again.

Didn’t expect much but went in as kids asked as we drove past, no heating on for a start and maybe 5 tables full only, our drinks came quick enough, food took over half hour! Kids restless by now, when food arrived my burger had clearly been over heated in a microwave because the bottom was chewy and hard also some lovely rotten lettuce (this picture does not do it justice) had then been put inside. We had the burger taken off our order, paid and ran..never to return.

I have been here for my kid's birthday party with 4 of her friends at around 8PM on a Sunday. Surprised wit the answer from the staff that there is no floor and Pizzas are not available. Staff are friendly though and food served (like pasta and macaroni cheese) are good - no complaints from the children

We went on a Saturday evening, it was very quiet, many tables were available. It took a while to get served, a while to get our food. I was served last as my family had already eaten half of their meal. The quality was not great, the pizza was small and cold. The mushrooms were canned mushrooms, not fresh. The burger looked good but the wrap was not great. The salad was 3 leafs and half a tomato...

Visited with my partner and daughter and was seated at 12:45. At 1pm I asked if anyone could take our order. I could see that they was understaffed but they weren't rammed with customers and there were still empty tables. 13:05 someone came and took our order. We sat and waited and waited and waited . We then asked how much longer our food would be at 13:45 to be told it would be 20mins ish and the waitress walked away. I went to the manager and explained that if we were told when we arrived there would be a 1 hour wait for food that we would have gone elsewhere! Me, my partner and daughter all walked out and left unhappy. while walking out another table explained how disgusted they were as they watched their coffee be made and left on the bar for 20 minutes before being served it. I appreciate that they may have bee understaffed however there should have been better communication and they should have told customers there would be a wait, rather than trying to take all the custom they could and disappointing lots of people. I will not return.

Went with a party last night. Great food and the waitress was brilliant. Rhiannon couldnt have been more attentive. Will return again
