My order didn’t arrive the driver went the complete opposite way I am furious

No collectable in the meal, and no option to refund the difference meaning they charge an extra few pound for nothing!

Usually great, but the order was missing fries and the wrong flavour milkshake was delivered. So I only have half a meal and a drink I didn't order. What exactly does the service charge go toward when the service is this poor?

They haven’t sent half the food

my happy meal was cold and inedible, plus the mcflurry was melted and resembled milk.I was given a £0.67 refund, which is unacceptable

Absolute discrace. First says average order is 10-25 minutes. Waited over an hour and got nothing what i ordered. If you cant even do a job like this right how do you even function in life. Joke!!!!

Driver said he’d be there now, after a slight mix up of address he’s on camera with witnesses saying he would deliver the food to the correct address instead he’s took the food and got off and put delivered

Driver and McDonald staff are amazing as always. I am bed bound disabled and have awful sleeping patterns due to the chronic pain. Your service is amazing and I am extremely greatful.. thank you you so much x

It was supposed to be 18:50 and they delivered after 19. For almost an hour they prepared 20 nugettes, and 3 times large fries. It is a mockery of the client .

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to, the food is disgusting, cold, the seats are dirty and I'm not talking about the toilets. Missing toilet paper in every stall, 2 out of 3 toilets literally shitty and clogged with toilet paper, as well as the toilet for the disabled.

the delivery man was very rude,I asked him to show me the order,I want to see is that my order,not to give me on my hands,just to show me , before to give him my cod.He start to shouted me to give him the cod.I never had issues before,he was so rude - no cod-no food.Haw to give him cod , before to be sure that is my food.

Good evening McDonalds Good evening customers of this special McDonald's in Huyton today at around 7PM I went to order some food and what do you see a very big mouse walking around the store I shouted at the store employees or did they forget how that mouse was walking around their kitchen and I then spoke to the store manager and she said she wasn't interested it's not the store you're talking to and she didn't care and laughed in my face very bad on their part I don't recommend eating from this fast food thank you

This is by far the worst McDonald’s. There is no competition. Every member of staff is incompetent, can’t be bothered, lazy; even the management simply don’t care. Every single order is told to park up in a car park that does not have the capacity to hold that many cars. Don’t bother using the drive through. You will be told to park up, and when they do eventually bring your order out (usually around 30 mins later), you will probably have to go into the restaurant anyway because they will have invariably got something wrong with the order / neglected to include something. Which brings me on to my next complaint; go into the restaurant and try to find a member of staff who wants to help- it would be easier to draw blood from a stone. You will stand at the front desk and wait and wait and wait until they simply become sick of you and see “what you want” to get rid of you. The restaurant is absolutely vile too. Does McDonald’s employ cleaners anymore?

Food started to be prepared as soon as I put my order in. Driver arrived promptly. Food was delivered piping hot. No spillages!! 👍
