McDonald's in Knowsley

No recept for my client as I carer as no till roll food very cold chicken nuggent feel like frozen zero coke flat never again this not the first time in this Macdonald nobody can help u wait 5 min for a Manger to tell me o can't use my app as it different from collection

I have not recieved my or so i would like a refund please

I ordered a double quarter pounder with only cheese. Why is it that when I make this order, the staff think it's ok to grab a normal double quarter and scrape what was on it to make it plain. I can taste the stuff on it and it still had two small onions. What if I had a allergy?

It's just the attention to detail as usual, no straw for my milkshake, missing dips, no tissues. Inability to contact the branch in real time to address an issue. Come on guys, it's not rocket science. keep on like this and I will stop using fast food venues. Everything is so expensive these days, fast food is a luxury and if the orders are continually wrong, you are shooting yourselves in the foot.

Food was cold. Missed one main item, the Big Tasty and a fruit bag. It's not rocket science yet they are always missing things from orders. It's beyond ridiculous that when we order we wait wondering what they'll miss this time.

All food included. Straws and sauces and napkins and arrived on time.

I am not happy. with this bc it was late and when I got my food and drink. my burger was cold. and it look like it was just put on like it didn't care. there was no straw.

I waited an hour for my food to arrive whilst the driver sat at the restaurant, when he finally turned up everything was freezing cold. I had to order from somewhere else, so now I’m down twice the money as just eat will only refund £4.

The whole order was wrong. The guy took picture of my order and said he would be back with correct food. And hasn’t came back. Utter disgrace.

There is nothing wrong with the food. I am unhappy with the delivery courier. Did not follow my instructions. Sat in car and expected me to come out to them. I am disabled. Also said on app that it had been delivered and was about to drive off. I had to shout out of my window. Very poor service.

Apart from being given the completely wrong order by an empty head delivery driver who am not sure was even awake, the food was ice cold anyway! Honestly this place needs checking they can’t be real

This is a joke ! The delivery driver came here with no food in his bag ???? Why was he sent for a delivery without food in his bag? Definitely McDonald’s fault

fries wasn't fresh (hard and cold). I ordered double big Mac with bacon (got 3 burgers weirdly) not the 4, and it was slapped together in about 3 seconds by the look of it. sauces came though which was a surprise.

spilt drinks as normal, customer services refused a refund as I couldn't provide evidence of spilt empty drinks

Food was actually ok but it’s funny the box comes with an extra part to put the sauce In but they forgot to give me my sauce I asked for so dinner was dry also didn’t get any straws which was a joke. The delivery guy came to my flat gave me the food asked me for a code I said I didn’t have he put the foot in door so I slammed it shut

Ordered & delivery very quick. Food fairly warm. Only issue was drince & Mcflurry had tipped over & leaked. Otherwise all good.

Order complete wrong didn’t even put chips in when I ordered 2 meals. My burger was only single when I got double. I’ve paid £20 for 3 burgers ntn else turns up its poor. Also the driver got lost so the food that did turn up was freezing cold

Ordered at 1:20pm arrived 2:29pm. Couldn’t cancel as it was in prep stage immediately after ordering and app says courier was at the restaurant. Finally got a notification to it was on its way and it went to deliver another order 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction. Food was stone cold on arrival-not even luke warm- cold. Drinks that arrived were tipped over and others weren’t in the bag. Absolutely atrocious.

Used to be a decent maccies this but now, no matter what you order, you'll be asked to go and park up, where you'll be battling with 800 just eat drivers for parking space. Winds me up to death this place.

Been a few times here food is always stone cold it takes about 30 mins to get through the drive through then they park u up for another 25 mins, the car park is full if delivery drivers it's a shambles of w gaff
