Food always wrong and cold. From drive through till pick up.orfer wrong..daughter carnt have egg .but always put it on sausage muffin.there going to get someone ill.

Just Eat delivery drivers taking up the Disabled parking places in page moss macdonalds while the normal drive through customers wait half hour for our "fast food" DISGUSTING

Ordered at the drive thru, was asked to park up. Waited 34 minutes, gave up and went inside to chase up our food. Finally got our order, the chicken in my bbq steakhouse had blood in the middle. Went in again to speak to a manager, his attitude was disgraceful and he shouted at me that they couldn't possibly have done this as the chicken comes in precooked, snatched he'd it out of my hand and walked away. About 5 minutes later someone else handed me a replacement burger, which I didn't eat as I felt sick after seeing blood in the first one! Gave up and left. Won't go back!

I used to use this McDonald’s branch quite often and unfortunately, it’s not as good as it used to be! You could order a meal as small as a cheeseburger or a Mayo Chicken and they would still make you wait in the car park for like ten minutes until your food can be served. There have also been many times when you order your food by speaking to the machine in the drive thru in a clear voice and YET they think you mentioned a different meal! Despite how kind the staff are, they sometimes either give you the wrong order of the right order with the wrong stuff in it like a meal with the correct treat but with the wrong quantity. Lastly, the receipt is never put in the bag even when you ask kindly for it which is annoying. I try to avoid it ever since.

Ordered a BBQ Steakhouse meal and McSpicy meal. Waited 31 minutes in the carpark, then had to go in and get it ourselves. Finally got our food, bit into the burger and the chicken had BLOOD in the middle! Absolutely vile! Complained to the (male, might have been called Kevin, not sure) manager, who snapped at me, "well we didn't do that cos they come in frozen and already cooked", snatched the burger out of my hand and walked away. After a few minutes, another member of staff brought me a fresh burger, which I didn't eat because I felt sick after seeing the blood in the first one! Caz and Paige (female managers), were very professional and friendly and were busy setting other customers, and both doing a great job!

Usual McDonald's... Including the usual "milkshakes are off at the moment"...

How do you get an order with one meal wrong? Nearly £15 for a burger and a drink! Nearly every single time I order there’s mistakes. How hard is it to put 3 items in a bag???? Sitting here starving! If you work in page moss McDonald’s hang your head in shame!

missed out a pack of nuggets and chips where ice cold

Food was cold an very poorly made. Plus migmac sauce was very watery! Wrong item given! Ordered chicken/bacon carser wrap, got bbq chicken! No dips with nuggets! No straws for the milkshakes! No spoons for mc flurries!

Missing a chicken mc burger and a quarter pounder burger so 2 or my kids have gone without a burger and only having fries absolute shocking how can u put 4 fries in with the squad burger meal deal and forget 2 of the burgers

the food was cold even though the weather is warm the milkshake had no flavour to it and the mcflurrys were melted and the portion of large fries looked just the same as a medium but in a large packet and considering the prices I was very disappointed and don't think the partial refund of 4.49 was acceptable considering the condition and quality of the food very disappointed

Don't waste your time or money. They will throw anything in the bag and don't delist items if they run out of stock. Food quality is poor even for maccies, and it'll have gone cold by the time you get what you actually ordered without so much as an apology. You may as well also order diet coke/coke zero as you'd be lucky to pay for full fat and get what you ordered...

Only problem was I ordered curry sauces and got non but other than that it was good

Ordered squad burger deal. 9 chicken McNuggets part of the deal, nuggets was missing from the order. Sauces arrived but no nuggets. Every time I have ordered food there are always items missing. Terrible Service staff must not read the order correctly or in too much of a rush to check even when a note is left to check all items are packed.
