2 hours late freezing cold mate actually hard

Nice courier for the second time as McDonald's page moss forgot some of my order first time

Food was cold, and late, forgot some parts of order. No straws and no sauces

food was all wrong as per usual

I’ve been waiting for over an hour for my order. To which the app says it would only be around 25-35 minutes. To then only receive my drink and no actual food

The worst place for missing items ordered 4 meals and forgot the fries for all meals won’t be ordering again

No garlic cheese dippers or sause, service charge for no service. I have requested a refund for missing items….

My food was cold not edible sorry to say.. plus no sauce wat i payed for was in bag

no sauces and was abit cold but he followed the instructions like a good boy

I have ordered a steakhouse meal and it has come with out a bun or cheese when I ordered it as a meal I am not happy with this and want the correct burger delivered asap I will give the delivery guy these 2 beef patties when he comes

Ordered for the gradaughters, changed the delivery times about 11 times! Eventualy the children had to go home, an hr later the food arrives! Fries are ice cold and no appl pie!

My complaint is the driver dropped my drink and food on the floor drink spilt and he just walked away

Everytime I order it’s wrong there’s always something missing.

Far to cold was order 11:45 making kids eating cold food joke or what

I asked the driver to bring my food up to my door as my child lost my key so the door was locked so If I found the key my food would be outside my door not downstairs outside and when I got my key to get the food it was gone.

Food was freezing cold could not be eat and the driver had spilt all the drinks so we had no drinks need to sort delivery service out it’s getting worse and didn’t get the dips I paid for

Haven't been to McDonald's for months because it was so dirty and the service was awful but last night it was so much better, service good, place cleaner and no overflowing waste bins. (Page Moss branch)

This is worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. Ordered at 10:40, got my food at 11:07 and the order and food was still wrong

I order my McDonald's last night and there was no cheese at all on my big mac and my milk was missing also my wrap was not the wrap i ordered totally differnt

The worst McDonald’s I ever been to. The service is horrible, I’ve waited 20 minutes for 2 iced frappes. There is always something missing from the order. The staff are lazy, always standing around talking to each other no matter how busy it is. I though this place was supposed to be fast food, there is nothing fast about this place

Don't know why we bother ordering as food is always missing and leaves people without their dinner!

Every single time there is something missing!! How can you miss a vegan burger that’s customized off the order? Not like missing chips or dips!!

ordered approximately 8:40am and waited until 10am for delivery

Got to be the worst McDonald’s in Liverpool. Never known an order to be correct. Got the cheek to charge for dips on the likes of uber and just eat but still don’t put them in the bag. Needs closing down it’s actually diabolical the way it operates.

30 minutes late and food is cold

The delivery man was apologetic when he seen one of the drinks had spilled all over the bags, i said it was okay as i didn’t realise the food was affected too. It was a large coke and not only did it spill allover the man’s bag but my food too.

Drink spilt on delivery, no condiments, no straw, no napkins, all round shocking service

Arrived at 7pm and the cleaning lady is already barricading almost all the seating area. Strange since it's said opening 24hrs. First time here and the last time too.

No dips as per usual, no straw or tissues. Luke warm and soft fries, milkshake lid not on properly, it came off and spilled onto the floor. I try to tip the staff wherever possible but this is NEVER acknowledged.

Only received one item I ordered the rest was completely wrong

Paid for 2 large meals and a steak house burger the wrap and the burger came but not as a meal ?? No chips no sauce and everything was cold , no option to have it sent back out ??? It says 7 days I’m hungry now not in 7 days ! Also no straws !!!!

Driver knocked and then drove away! No food was delivered.

Main issue is there is always something wrong whether that be something missing resturant issue or lids not put on / drinks spillage courier issue, but you struggle to get one spot on meal from them?
