McDonald's in Knowsley

Pathetic. Been twice in a week and get told to park up in the drive thru both times and had to wait half hour for a happy meal Genuinely may as well go to a restaurant as it’s quicker

Service is really slow, it took 15 minutes and it was only me who's ordering,

their food are always cold ,do not order from this place special in just eat or uber

I am appalled at the driver as he forgot to pick the drinks up and told me he would go back to get them but never did!!!

They went to a different house at first then went to my house

My whole order was absolutely freezing it came to £22 and received a fiver back utter garbage

My driver went to another address to deliver food before delivering mine meaning my food was cold when delivered I have picture evidence of the driver making another delivery before mine and to only receive £2.77 back is ridiculous

Order very late. All arrived freezing cold and no way to heat up as in Alder Hey with my daughter. This McDonald’s is 1.5 mile away on a straight road. No excuse!

Food wasn’t hot and driver was horrible

No chips with either meals, no ice latte, got a lemonade instead. Each burger had no extra items and half the items missing off the burgers in general. Only thing right was the mcflurry which was a surprise the machine was on.

Bad smell inside, toilets are so bad so poor in conditions not clean and bad smell. QA/QC Neverever maintain never go again.

The Only McDonald’s that dont want customers never offer the share option on delivery but can order everything separately. Management never respond to emails just happy to rob peoples money

They must just not care in this Maccies. Literally can’t cook chips as they’re always cold. Never put sauces in which have been asked for or paid for. Drinks all over the gaff in the bag. Absolute helmets

I am absolutely shocked at rhe way it was presented the guy took too long delivering it he couldn’t find my house and thats what they use their phone for maps i was disappointed my food was terrible highly not recommended the chips was cold n sogy never gave a straw not satisfied one bit

Food cold. My husbands meal was missing, despite being on the list. I asked for 2 garlic mayo, 1 tomato sauce for my grandaughter and got 2 bbq. My grandaughter is autistic and so wouldn't eat her chicken burger then. The McFlurries all had FORKS!

Food good but missing items included bbq sauces whereby we received NONE with the 20 chicken nuggets not one and it should’ve been 4. Plus I asked for extra in the notes so again none. There was 4 large milkshakes and 1 small with kids meal. They were 3 large banana - all good and 1 large and 1 small chocolate - did we get the chocolate-NO We got banana. Again 2 very upset kids! The double cheeseburger was only supposed to have ketchup but had onions too. I mean it’s not hard to get this right!
