Where to start??? Rude staff,order was completely wrong,overcooked dry chicken,an overall c**p experience from start to finish

Tried both the delivery option via Justeat and now going in to store. Both times meal wrong. Either missing portions of chips when delivered or recently fillet burgers having zinger burgers in rather than the ordered fillet standards. So much so my young family would not eat there choosen burgers. This is due to poor staffing.

Ordered KFC for lunch and needed to phone to change order spoke to Nadine who helped us change the order and kept us updated through our food was yummy Thank you again xxx

Never fail to disappoint. As usual items missing from the order. When you call the restaurant, met with attitude and the phone is slammed down. They then do not answer the phone even though I must have called for a solid 20 minutes. Takeaway is expensive and a real luxury treat for our family. It really can't be this hard to get satisfactory customer service 😪

Excellent service in a clean and tidy restaurant. Food was delicious and the manager Nadine, couldn’t have been anymore helpful.

Ordered and Just eats for the second time and for the second day in a row the food was not delivered and refuse to refund me. Called restaurant told me it was just eat responsibility. When I challenged the lady who had an attitude about me being charged for something I did not receive and for using unprofessional companies as their delivery service she hung up on me. So disappointed in the service. I will no longer be using this service or Just eats. I want my money back

I attended this restaurant last week and was greeted by a lovely lady called nadine! We sat in eat and the service was 10/10. We will definitely be back, after the great customer service.

I am not a one to write such negative reviews, but this restaurant is being managed in such a way, I’m surprised the place is still open and the staff remain. Hear me out! I have done extensive searching to find out who the area manager is m, too no avail, I will continue my search! The MANAGER of this store continues to abuse customers, staff and the food production! Quite frankly I am appalled by what I witnessed today! Who is going to step in and stop this lady! I overheard this lady discussing personal business to staff, and shouting I shall get rid! I have never seen anything so unethical in all my working career! If anyone has any contact details for the area manager please do pass them on to me! Place filthy and service poor, but who would want to work for such a disgraceful manager in the first place! She needs gone urgently!

The chicken was wet and the crispy coating was not crispy. Also we bought a 6 piece bucket in which I think it reasonable to expect a selection of chicken we only got 3 thighs and 3 legs, this is not a selection. Would certainly have to think again about ordering. I have to admit this was a deliveroo order, it was delivered on time and hot.

Staff are very slow and very rude. Manageress is terrible and very rude too. Waited an hour for my meal. They got rude and defensive when I asked why I had to wait so long. I wouldn't recommend the place to my worst enemy!

Ice Cold Vegan burger was served to me, it had been briefly heated up in the microwave but was still frozen rock solid in the middle, with half the breadcrumbs missing! When I tried to give it back they said I must find the receipt, which was thrown away. They eventually gave my money back. The place is disgusting inside, old food all over the tables and on the floor. The chips tasted chewy and luke warm. Yuk…

Luke warm ordered a bucket to take away no wipes salt or nothing total waste of money hope i do not have a bad stomach tomorrow never again 1 out of 10 shame on you !!

After terrible service a few weeks ago, I was forced into a take-away due to a power cut at my home. This time the service was excellent by a young lady, and she went out of her way to be polite and helpful. Food was my usual Three Piece Variety Meal with an extra large gravy, not great value, but both chicken and chips were fresh in from the kitchen, and tasty.

Takeaway Three piece Variety Meal on a Sunday afternoon. There was a wait to be served as the staff tried to fill a previous order. While sitting down to wait for the food the table and floor was covered in liquid, with the colour of some kind of soft drink, no attempt had been made to clear up. When home the food was not good. The chips tasted old, and had a not nice chewy texture to them. All the chicken pieces were at best average, and did not taste fresh.

I visited this store yesterday to order boneless banquet and I price of breast chicken within 1 hour of eating this I felt feverish sweating stomach cramps I have been on and off the toilet all night sitting through the eye of a needle as well as sweating all night it’s now the next day I still have stomach cramps and been to the toilet at least 10 times in the hour do not visit this place

We ordered through Uber Eats as they had a £10 discount offer on. Easy order of Fillet Meal and Bucket for one with extra gravy. Ordered from Margate Kfc but map showed the driver coming to us via somewhere in Westwood/St Peters. Food stone cold...

A three piece meal with large Fries and an extra Large Gravy at less than £7. Service was quick and professional, made all the better by him asking what type of chicken pieces I would like. Food was fresh and hot, all was good.

I made the terrible mistake of ordering a delivery of KFC from this place, COLD, CHIPS SLUSH, CHICKEN MISSING and sides wrong never ever again do not use its rubbish.

been in three times , first one ok , second one short on my order , third time short on my order by half , cold and undercooked staff totally not bothered no apology , never again !!

Do not bother to order from this outlet, they may deliver your order early but they usually just replace items that are not ready with fries then deliver it to your door, when you call to complain they give you some nonsense about contacting Just eat for a refund or coming in person to get the things they missed off...seriously.

Myself and partner came in on the 9th August, its wasn't planned but we still had a great meal. We where a Bit over dressed for kfc but no one cared. We had the Zinger Double Down meal and it was delicious, it was hot when we got it that is always a plus. The staff where happy and helpful and the restaurant was clean. Not much more I can say really. I still love kfc

Looks like any fast food outlet. Staff are friendly enough, just looks grubby and without any atmosphere. Really grim, sticky surfaces a bit slapdash. Doesn’t inspire you.

34 minute wait for 1 meal! Even when I asked for whatever they had ready it still took another 10 mins!! When I reminded her that I asked for whatever was ready she said sorry someone else has taken it! Really! 3 weeks ago it was a 25 min wait again for 1 meal!! Always running out of food and then when you do get it it is either dry or just too greasy. coating is very rarely crisp, chips nigh on always cold and the staff miserable as sin.

It's a fast food chicken joint and I have to say I LOVE the tower zinger burgers. Bad I know but they are sooo lovely. I try to steer clear but find myself irresistibly drawn towards a KFC when one is about and it's lunchtime. Highly recommend them.MMmmmm finger etc

Thus is well situated in the town centre so thst ehen your out shopping and feel peckish it is ideally placed with a good menu, nice and clean and with helpful friendly staff

We were served quickly! There was parking directly outside. Clean and tidy - staff well mannered - and brought food to the table

A pretty standard KFC that is at a good location. Plenty of seating. There was exceptionally slow service however when I did get to front of queue you could complain at the friendly service.

I have been a fan of KFC since it was introduced to the U.K. in the 60s. This branch is well managed and the food and cleanliness reflect that. Along with great staff the experience is a good one.

As a rule I like kfc but this branch has awful service the food tastes yuck..and they constantly leave food...

Love KFC but i am very unhappy you do not get butter with your sweetcorn it would be nice even if i had to pay for it. the fillet burger flower seems not to be mixs properly today.

Oh dear.... Bad day for KFC! Service rushed, order in complete, wrong dips in boxes, burger thrown together, chicken dry and over all bitterly disappointed with this experience of something I normally throughly enjoy! need to take a bit more time and try getting it to look like what is advertise!

People may not know but the average KFC chicken only lives for 35 days in a shady environment and then is gassed. It is the chopped up and sent for processing. I think the new "Argos" style ordering is rubbish and slower. I cannot get the rashionale. I suppose a lazy obese culture will maintain existence sadly. Tastes decent sadly. Try and remind myself of the life of the animal

Good service today and quite quick, plenty of seating spaces too, when we last came here in Oct last year, the young lad serving was not friendly and kept looking at us suspiciously (no idea why??) luckily today the girl serving was friendlier:)

Very friendly staff, quick at serving, there is an area to sit down and eat. parking is easy after 5pm.

The recently upgraded decor is good and brings a fresh feel to the restaurant. However they had run out of hot wings, you had to disturb staff serving other customers to get a code for the toilet and the female toilets had run out of paper. Too many tables had not been cleared or wiped. Very disappointing.

Went here today for a late lunch/ early tea! We have been put off KFC for a while but we found this establishment clean and food freshly cooked. So glad we didn't see the other reviews beforehand as this would have put us off and there was no need to be.The place was clean and the other waitresses were constantly tidying up after customers. They were friendly with their service. We had to wait for our zinger burgers but they brought them to us as soon as they were ready. They were hot and delicious. It was very good value for money. No complaints from us and by heck we would complain if there was anything wrong!!!! The best KFC in recent memory. Keep up the good work!

A KFC is a KFC, but staff here were very pleasant, and the toilet came in quite useful. I was also pleased that both the cold water taps, and also the hot water tap worked perfectly! Not a bad place for a quick lunch during the rain!

l went to margate and saw KFC, but as l went in there were a few youngsters loitering around, and asked the assistant ' how long has the chicken been cooked'. Oh about Half an hour came the reply. there was so much cooked it must have been there for hours, it looked dark and overcooked, so beat a hasty retreat, never to go there again

Got a take out from here yesterday.Not up to much,both the chicken,and chips were 'rubbery' and tasted like they had been kept for too long.On the plus side the service was good,the serving girl was very helpful and pleasant.

not the best KFC that we have been to, it is not hard to serve good food and this is not good food. will try again one day. not just yet
