Wish to feedback on the wonderful Barista Diane today in St John’s Wood. What a true delight. So bright and bubbly with nothing too much trouble for all customers. A true gem

Disgusting coffee half full and really rude girl, blond one serving me, avoid at all cost, I won't be returning to you guys ever with the amount of coffee shops to choose from, luton airport was the worst

Why is it that the staff in Kilburn high road Starbucks allow the homeless to sit in the restaurant without buying anything where as I a disabled person have to wait for a table. The staff are delightful and very helpful but are loath to tell someone to either buy something or leave.

went in to Starbucks americano and hot milk. the sound man that served me was so disinterested in 'serving' it was un real. I get that it might not be easy making coffee for people in St Johns Wood all day long if that's the way you feel. get out of hospitality and do something else... I asked to redeem one of my reward coffees, which I have never done before, I asked him to help. he proceeded to then take money from my Starbucks account and play possum on the fact that he had done that. effectively STEALING from me. no apology he then started to smirk and laugh at what he had just done.agrivating the situation. The manageress stepped in, she was excellent and dealt with it. BUT the store is filthy the staff are average and it just wasn't a pleasant experience. Go to LAURENTS its mils better coffee served by good people that care about what they are doing

The place is get my coffee off crosswall is lovely, however they have no customer service number I have been with them for only about three months since I relocated from America down here could not link my gift card to my app on my phone so therefore I was not receiving any stars after so many attempts and my emails not being responded I completely deleted my app. Will never be stepping foot in any Starbucks uk . Horrible service even when you are on chat with customer service you are being cut off . Horrible if there was anything below one star they get it so disappointing such a huge difference from the ones we have back home in America 😟😡😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered a coffee, member of staff added to much hot water in my coffee, it was so watered-down, their was no taste, I complained and the staff said it was standard, she didn't say sorry, get me a fresh drink, forget about a refund and they didn't care.

One of the worst teas I’ve ever had. No strength whatsoever. Need stronger tea bags. Terrible please try harder

Visited Sunday at 2.10, queue was about 10 deep, such slow service, left at 2.40 after having to ask for my drink after others were given theirs before me, staff were polite but so slow. Won't be visiting this one again!

Very disappointed in this company. W9ent with a friend who has chrons and I myself have food intolerance. No herbal teas no de-caf. Though they were very pleased they had oat milk and almond milk both no good if no ecaf. And if you cannot have carbonated drinks or coffee. Get a grip - cater to all needs like all others do. Won't be going again. Shame on you

Starbucks Greyhound Park Chester. Why am I suddenly seeing dogs allowed into Starbucks coffee shops. I do not want to share my coffee break space with animals. I have nothing against dogs. In fact I think working dogs are wonderful and recognise the vital contribution they make to society. But I do not want to see the publics pampered pooches in coffee shops. I also went to the Cheshire Oaks branch. Along with a host of so called WFH??? there was a small snarling little dog sitting on the soft furnishings. It started to growl at another dog that entered the coffee shop. My granddaughter (who is on the autism spectrum) is terrified of dogs. So one place that I thought we could have a quiet coffee is now out of bounds for us. There has to be other people who are wary or uncomfortable around dogs. Dog hairs float, dogs backsides and paws carry germs. Of course dogs have a place in the world but not in establishments that serve food and drink.

I am at this Starbucks most mornings during the week and I must say I am always super pleased with the service. I feel the staff is friendly and kind to any request. The manager is always very welcoming ,remembers my order and serves with a smile. There a good atmosphere and definately the best Starbucks I have been to thus far. Finding consistent good service at the same place is hard therefore I am even more appreciative. Thank you!

A lot of various drinks, not all from the US. The customer service is not that great depending on the day and who is working there that day.

I live in st johns wood went there this morning for a cappuccino.I had stopped going there as staff can be rude but this morning it was brought to a whole new level.Two people were waiting for their drinks I paid for mine no member of staff were making drinks one stood beside the till the other staff member was engrosed in conversation with a customerone of the customers still waiting said she wanted her money back as she could wait no longerit was only then that one of them proceeded to make coffee. Another customer came in 5 minuits after me but was given her iced latte before me I did ask why as by now I had been waiting more than 15 minuits the reply wasa iced latte is quicker.Asked for chocolate on top did not get it paid 3.50when I should have gone to Laurents on the high st.where the same coffee costs 2.90 and you get great servicewill not be returning again

My mother came home very upset today. She has been working in St John’s Wood area for the past 10 years however orders her usual drink (Cafe Latte with Oat) at the Portobello Starbucks branch every morning. Today she told me that she ordered from St John’s Wood Starbucks at around 9.20am (15/12/2020). She ordered her usual drink and after leaving the store and taking a sip, she initially knew this was not her drink. She asked the person at the cashier (small lady with glasses) to change her drink as this was not what she ordered, my mother said the drink was too sweet. Instead of addressing this, my mother and was made to look like a fool and the staff kept telling her that if they make a new one, it would be exactly the same drink! My mum noticed that the sticker on her drink said *VL* clearly stating that whoever made the drink is a Vanilla Latte NOT a Cafe Latte!! My mum asked the staff to read the sticker but they refused and told her to Chuck it in the bin!! One staff picked it up (probably the barista who made the drink). This is shameful. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they didn’t even apologize and my poor mum was made to look like a fool. Prior to my Senior Product Manager role at Amazon, I had my fair share of working in CS hospitality and this is disgusting!!

Thank you for not looking after disabled customers and respecting people’s disabilities we won’t be coming back rude staff poor

The italian barista on sunday Nov 8th afternoon (pony tail and glasses) was extremely violent towards me and other clients, shouting ´cazzo´several times to us, which means ´f*ck´in italian. Not coming back because of her and her lousy behavior.

They were open early, were always helpful - could use the Stabucks app here which helped internationally. Food was all delicious and a great spot to sit and watch the world go by
