Came here today waited 25 minutes for food 3 staff taking orders 2 in kitchen and 1 serving. Manager called to one angry lady he just said sorry and sneaked back into his office, 1 guy missed 2 trains waiting abd sone people behind us got their orders in 3 minutes. Total shambles I demanded to cancel and get a refund and the guy just looked at me with a blank stare. Never going back.

I am writing as a loyal customer, and a frequent visitor to your business, and your team at London Victoria Train Station. I have just had the most unpleasant and infuriating experience of all my years visiting your store. On this exact moment, date, last week, a Sunday, 27th February 2023, at 16:04, I have purchased, after carefully planned and utilised my offer through the KFC App, for a 10 Pieces Family Bucket with a Student Discount of a Free Snack Box. It supposedly also comprised 4 Fries, and 2 Large Gravy, priced at £14.99, I have received none of these items. I have received a Coleslaw, 2 Fries, and an unknown number of Hot Wings, likely to be ranging from 8-10 in a half-empty normal-size bucket. Having trusted your service and skilled employee, I made no attempt to confirm the item before leaving the store. I only discovered these, after I boarded the train, and arrived at home in Norwich that night, disappointed. Seeing there was no way to return and to exchange, I thus took a photo, and kept my receipts, believing the last time I checked was sufficient evidence to prove my purchase, and hoping to return on my next visit to the London Victoria train station. Today, on Sunday, the 5th of March, 2023, at 15:05. I understand the lapse of time, however due to insurmountable reasons I wasn't able to visit London Victoria physically until today. I was planning to speak with a member of staff, and simply explained what happened, not looking for a refund, not looking for an explanation, but a reasonable compensation. What could have been resolved simply a situation now later deteriorated by the extremely hostile, defensive and uncooperating members of staff of yours. My reasons are, I have received faulty service and goods, and come in with patience and open mind, with sufficient and valid proof, seeking service to be put right like any customer, was branded by your employees for lying and being unreasonable, and that your mistake at providing service is no longer acknowledged and accepted. What's worse, two of your members of staff, teaming up with each other against me, making me appearing to make a scene in the queue, not only refuse to accept the receipt, refuse to accept the photographic evidence, refuse to accept the reasoning, and refuse to accept any mistakes, but also unbelievably, firstly let me waited for 25 minutes before even engaging in a conversation with me, then spent 20 minutes to reject any of my request for explanation and compensation, then finally starting to turn me away and ask me who is at this stage helpless and unable to fathom the situation, to contact the customer service, furthermore, refuse to give me their full names and job titles. From what I can gather is a piece of paper sellotaped onto a name badge, states Neeraj(male, dark and curly hair, bearded, in black T-shirt; and Cherry, female, dark hair, in white and blue striped shirt). I only want to gather the necessary information and be accurate. Apparently, I am crazy and unreasonable, to return after a whole week, wasting 45 minutes of my life, with a fake picture and a fake/outdated receipt, unjustly demanding, with an excuse and proofs apparently no longer accepted as evidence for consumer rights, and arguing for a low sum of £10 worth food. I simply cannot imagine anyone would conduct themselves in this way. That I am unable to return the next day due to living in a different city is not a valid reason nor is their concern. That unless I purchased through the Takeaway apps, I don't have a say in the matter. That I have been lying for what I have received. That they simply have no way, no means, no idea, and no intention to deal with me at all. It also comes as a shock, that a photographic evidence, with a genuine and simple reason, and a receipt is no longer valid to argue for consumer rights. What a simple situation could have been resolved by a simple acknowledgement, an explanation, and any form of compensation based on a gesture of good will, now turned to such an incredible and infuriating situation. A customer can no longer ask to receive his service and purchase? Are receipts no longer a sufficient proof of evidence, and no such thing as a consumer right. I do apologise for this small matter has been blown out of proportion, a merely £14.99 worth of order, however it is now a much big issue, I am determined to defend my consumer right, and seeking acknowledgement for the bad customer service and treatment I have received. If you are able to deal with this case or able to pass on to the appropriate personnel, my original request is insufficient to quench my thirst now.

El personal de esta sucursal de KFC necesita una nueva capacitación en servicio al cliente con urgencia. Le están dando a la marca KFC una muy mala imagen. Son muy groseros y poco serios con el trabajo. Luchar contra los clientes la mayor parte del tiempo. Las órdenes apenas se toman correctamente. El gerente nunca está cerca para quejarse. Motivo por el que el personal solo hace lo que quiere con los clientes. No hay disciplina en absoluto. Nunca iré allí o se lo recomendaría a nadie otra vez. Gracias a Dios hay un Macdonald al lado

Visto algunos comentarios negativos sobre este KFC, pero debo decir que cuando visitamos el servicio fue bastante bueno y que en el temporizador de la pantalla de pedido, nuestra comida se entregó justo después de 6 minutos de haber realizado el pedido, lo cual me pareció aceptable. familiarizados con los KFC en los EE. UU. había una opción de Mash ahora en el menú, que es una buena adición, ya que falta el bizcocho que se ofrece en los EE. UU.

Smallest portion of the driest chips i have ever been served at a kfc. No wet wipes or the standard salt sachet. Also, 2weeks ago when i visited, they had no ketchup and didn’t advise when ordering; was only told at collection of order. Awful!

¡No trates de comer allí! ¡Cosas de basura! Comida ordenada, pagada por ella, espera 30 minutos y luego se le informa que la orden no está en el sistema! Me pidieron que reconozca al operador que tomó mi pedido, y se marchó diciendo que no él tomó el pedido. Solicitando un reembolso, y dicen "no hacemos reembolsos, estamos muy ocupados en el lugar que tiene que esperar hasta que solucionemos este pedido y esperemos de nuevo su turno (otros 45 minutos) ¡Finalmente administre un reembolso pero fueron muy groseros!

The KFC located in Victoria Train Station food hall. The staff were slap-dash, no eye contact nor friendly in the slightest. The food was standard as you’d expect. No napkin or KFC wet wipe given and when I asked it was an effort for staff.

Famosi per il pollo abbiamo ordinato pollo fritto. Danno 6 pezzi o dodici pezzi noi in 3 abbiamo preso 3 porzioni da 6 ma viste le dimensioni di questi 6 pezzi era sufficiente una porzione da 12 per tutti ie tre. Pollo decente ma unto in maniera eccessiva. Gli inservienti molto confusionari alla cassa ci ha battuto 3 patate fritte per ciascuno! Patatine di scarsa qualità . Spazzatura colma nessuno a pulire cestino e tavoli . Insomma mi aspettavo molto di più da questo fast food assai reclamato .

De este particular KFC ubicado en el hall de la comida de la Estación Victoria de Londres. Tuvimos 45 minutos antes de nuestro tren era salir, así que pensé que tenía un montón de tiempo para comer un bocado. Cómo equivocada hemos estado. Pedir y esperar en la cola para la comida. 10 minutos más tarde, todavía estaban esperando, así que pedí cortésmente donde estaba nuestra comida - un miembro de personal muy desagradable respondió con una toc y dijo espera en pollo y se fue. De nuevo después de 10 minutos le pedimos saber tiempo conseguir corta para nuestro tren y de nuevo conseguimos una toc - nos preguntó cuánto tiempo el pollo sería y dieron una respuesta Grosero y brusco de 7 minutos. Finalmente recibimos el pedido sólo para descubrir que estaba equivocado! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Nos dijeron que el miembro del personal que luego decidimos probar y empezar un argumento diciendo que nunca. Sabiendo que estábamos en este punto tan corto de tiempo y no sería capaz de comer, pedimos que nos cambiaran y tome la comida lejos de nuevo la respuesta fue grosero y me informaron que no tenían bolsas para llevar. También que no había servilletas, todo el lugar estaba sucio y tenía pésimo. Las mesas estaban absolutamente asquerosamente sucio y la planta. Al final tuvimos que colocar nuestro KFC de la bandeja directamente en mi mochila debido a la falta de bolsas de comida para llevar. No fui el único quejándose - Muchas personas preguntar cómo puede no tienen bolsas, servilletas, hielo para las bebidas, no hay hamburguesas! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Hicimos nuestro tren con minutos libres y muy muy estresada. Lo que debería haber sido un poco relajado rápido a comer antes de coger nuestro tren terminó en nuestro peor viaje a una tienda kfc que hemos tenido. Evitar! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Mi esposo y yo no habíamos comido todo el día debido a que estábamos de excursión por Londres, y decidimos comprar algo de KFC en nuestro camino de regreso a Bromley a la hora pico. Gran error. Esta ubicación está arriba, en el patio de comidas de la estación Victoria. Eran las 5:30 PM y uno pensaría que el personal estaría listo para la prisa. Eran 15 personas en la cola, pagamos por nuestra comida, esperamos nueve minutos después de lo cual ningún pollo había sido cocinado o preparado, así que le pedimos que nos devolviera el dinero y nos fuimos a otro lugar. El lugar está desorganizado, nadie había preparado la cantidad correcta de pollo necesaria para alimentar a la cantidad de gente que llegaba a esa hora de la noche. Decepcionante.

Un lugar barato para comer en una zona donde hay un montón de restaurantes caros. Algunos de los empleados no hablan inglés muy bien y mi pedido fue mezclado hasta dos veces, pero ser paciente con ellos y lo encontrará en la final, sólo está tratando de hacer su trabajo.

Possibly the worst KFC on the planet, with uninterested staff to unclean dining area`s and slow service, a poor experience, not recommended. This is lacking from a traditional KFC and a visit here is bound to dissapoint. A real let down, just don`t.

En el patio de comidas de arriba en la estación Victoria este outlet está revuelta con otras cadenas de comida rápida saben bien. Por lo tanto un montón de opciones. Sin embargo KFC es al menos reconocible como verdadera comida! Me gustaría un pollo a la parrilla en lugar de fritos opción un día.

una carasteristica de esta franquicia es que todo es pollo, hamburguesas de pollo, trosos de pollo, alitas, muslos, etc... habia trozos picantes y trozos normales, combox con patatas , hay alguna cosa para elegir , pero ten cuidado sino quieres picante no lo vayas a pedir, porque pica de verdad . The service at this particular KFC is always incredibly slow, the queue is always huge in the evening. That's because there's only ever about two or three servers on duty. They close the tables earlier than they stop selling food, so you have to find somewhere else to sit. By the time you get the chicken it's barely warm. Quicker to get chicken from McDonalds next door.

For a cheap and fast lunch we went to KFC at Victoria Place. The service was OK. For one of the menu meals the girl offered to swap gravy for corn, so we could eat less greasy (well, at least a bit less). Kids like the food, so it worked out.

Entre as esperas por alguma movimentação no Palácio da Rainha e dos guardas da rainha: vale a pena dar um pulo nessa loja do KFC. Detalhe: de longe é a mais barata entre as lojas que vendem comida na região. Gasta-se até três vezes menos que nos concorrentes. Ou seja: para quem quer economizar e não se importa em comer fast food é uma opção de primeira, sem falar com o padrão KFC de quase todo o Mundo.

Very greasy chicken, but fresh. Don't expect the cole slaw to be anything like their great cole slaw they serve in the U.S. It's real mayonaisey, and just gooey, and not good at all. Very fattening for no reason, and comes in some kind of industrialized container, where it looks like it was made weeks ago, with lots of preservatives. Friendly service, but no ice available for drinks.

Great service as soon as we arrived, my chicken was cooked the best way I've ever had it and the waffle was very thick. Hubby had the ribs and they were again the best we've both had as they were so tender and succulent.

Las hamburguesas en Diner fácil. son preciosas! eds Si pides que una comida te dan patatas fritas, aros de cebolla y col, también el tamaño de la bebida es suficiente para dos bebidas, así que en verdad te la pena. La única cosa que fue una decepción en mi visita fue la camarera que nos sirvió. Ella parece que no sabía lo que estaba haciendo y no tenía idea de cómo hacer un pago en efectivo y pagar el saldo pendiente, que había dejado de usar una tarjeta, ella también no entiendo muy bien debido a la barrera del idioma. Eso en cuanto a la comida, tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable.
