ABYSMAL Service from start to finish. Ordered a quick bite to eat at the self service machine, no receipt from the machine. Took a photo on my phone of the customer order number as proof that it was my order. Stood next to the counter waiting for my order for a good 15 minutes..I'd only ordered 3 chicken fillets, chips and a drink. I asked a member of staff how long would my order take as I'd been stood there like a lemon. She told me that their would be a 6 minute wait as they are having issues with something or other. A further 15 minutes went by and I asked for the manager. The food was slung to me over the counter and a half hearted apology was given. The food was stone cold, chips were terrible and the Pepsi tasted like water. Prices have rocketed at KFC and the customer service/ quality has gone drastically downhill.

Have had a couple of occasions where we have been given the wrong accompaniments but overall it is what you expect and service is pretty prompt.

Stopped for a quick bite which turned into a nightmare visit. Shambolic service from start to finish....no receipt paper in machines ...order took ages and when it came was only served cold chips and drink....burger to follow they said...never came until i complained and stood there for ages....was so fed up i jumped in the car and ordered again in drive thru same shambolic service there too! Staff gormless about 4 of them standing doing nothing except opening paper bags really regretting wasting my money here does not deserve any custom. Never again put me off kfc for a long time

Upon arrival drive through closed. Tried to order on screens in store. None of the 3 screens were working. Stood by checkout for 10minutes. The store staff told me to order on screens as checkouts did not work. I explained thats the screens didnt work either. The member of staff told me to f**king order it on line. This point after speaking to me like this i walked out. Its a disgrace that staff are trained and spoken to on this manner is wrong.

Met up with friends after not seeing them for ages. Had to wait 40 minutes for our order. We were surrounded by delivery staff all waiting for orders. To put the icing on the cake i was ill immediately after eating. Would not recommend.

The food was OK but the restaurant is in need of some TLC. The lady serving the food was charming and a great asset to KFC.

Bought a festive burger meal, when I got home it was a total shocker. 9 chips totally cold, the portion of beans was almost non-existent half full and mostly juice only took two spoons to finish, the piece of chicken was the smallest I have ever seen, and the burger seemed to be just thrown together the cranberry sauce was everywhere apart from on the burger the lettuce (let's not mention that) and they charged me £6.49 for it still completely astounded at the sheer cheek of it, I did email to complain but guess what? Nothing in reply apart from the automated response.

We keep hoping that something will be done about this KFC branch. We’ve complained numerous times but it consistently fails to improve. We’ve had no chips available, no chicken available, no burgers, no wraps, wrong orders but our visit on Saturday was the worst. Long wait over half an hour for a takeaway; no Kids meals!; tables were covers in old orders and food; toilets disgusting; they got our order wrong again; but to our horror our chicken was under-cooked which we only discovered when we were eating our meals at home. There are clearly supply/demand issues for such a busy outlet, plus the arrival of Just Eat etc has made the ordering system a joke with huge queues Avoid at all costs!

Visited today on my way home from the cinema, not the best chicken I’ve had and was only warm even though they were not busy. The bins where overflowing and the toilets where dirty and very smelly not a great advert when your selling food very disappointing.

Worst kfc I have ever been to, after waiting 15 minutes to make my order I got told to wait on the car park for my food, as I waited for my food for 40 minutes I was then told it had been given to another vehicle and would have to wait even longer so I got my money back will never go there again, the staff have one brain cell between the lot of them.

Visisted today with friends and was put off before we even entered. The bins were over flowing and kitchen staff were emptying food into the bins with no gloves on and no hair protection. When we were ordering we were served by Ryan, who was rude, didn’t bother to provide a receipt as he was too busy on someone’s phone. It was obvious he didn’t want to be there. He forgot all of our drinks orders and the staff we’re re-filing the Krushem machine on top of the bins. The food was cold. The gravy was minging, didn’t even taste like KFC gravy and all the staff we’re stood around taking. They carried the bins through the restaurant, right passed us and through the fire exit. Wouldn’t even give it one star and we we will not be returning. Ever.

This is the fourth time I have visited this branch thinking it must improve from the previous visits. Let me tell you nothings changed, on this visit it was not busy and after reading the many signs telling you what's available went yo order. The lady serving was far to busy talking to her colleague to even acknowledge I was even standing in front of her. Eventually she allowed me to take my order then again started another conversation leaving me to eventually inform her I need to pay her. After taking the food to a table we found the whole meal Luke warm at best .Both myself and my wife decided to bin most of the meal because we just couldn't be bothered going to complain and start again. I understand this is not fine dinning but with so much choice for fast food its hard to understand how this branch gets it so wrong so often.

This is my local KFC, visited there tonight 30/12 and used the drive through,waited in the queue for about 20 mins, ordered the 8 piece boneless dipping feast, collected the food and asked if the dips were in the bag and was assured that the dips were in the bag, got home, looked in the bag, no dips, I wouldn't mind but this is the second time in 3 months they have forgot the dips, the time before this, they had forgotten the popcorn chicken!, really unhappy with kfc at Cheshire Oaks, this sort of thing happens all too frequently!

Excellent service, very clean and very polite Staff. Plenty tables and easy access. Enjoyed a lovely meal

Often made to wait for long periods for over cooked chicken, sometimes even turned away due to them being "out of chicken"

Never get what you ask for very disappointed brought 8 piece boneless bucket to find no sides pointless going back as food would be cold time got home waste of space that place

Not sure if they were short staffed when we called, but the speed of the service was shockingly slow.

A fairly typical KFC, very busy this Saturday 18:30, best bit was the Twister Fillet that I have mostly nowadays. It’s healthy, chunky chicken and filling.

Disgusting! As me and my friend arrived 18th September late evening they had nothing what we asked for available which was disappointing so i stuck with a snackbox meal the young lad who served us was apologetic however the young girl from behind in the kitchen was very rude towards us and the other colleague she was also rude when i asked what she suggested me to have then as i only wanted a wrap and everything else i asked for was not available, neither some cold drinks or either hot drinks. Earlier on the bext day my friend informed me he was up all night being sick whereas i was fine later on in the day i couldnt keep no food or drink down and now currently still being sick. Please do not eat here late at night or any other time, they might just be to lazy at night on their shift and basically cba! I would not recommend to eat here even though the restaurant is nice inside, the youg lad was very polite, however the young girl with blonde hair wasn't

Hard to tell fast food restaurants apart from others however some are better than others. This one I have found to be better than some of the others in the chain I have visited.

This is my 'regular' KFC. Usually I get a drive through take away but decided to eat in with my brother.

Visited whilst in the area for a few days away. Have previously visited this KFC and standards do seem to have dropped. Cold fries and toilets with no loo roll..... A customer returned a burger in front of me that had a hair in it and the staff were not interested.... I think I'll visit a different establishment next time I'm in the area....

This used to be the best KFC in the area, sadly that has changed.On a recent visit we were served cold fries, the toilets were filthy and the restaurant was dirty with tables needing wiping and food trodden down on the floor.A common occurance in this establishment is for 2 employees to be sitting at one of the tables with laptops, ignoring the state of the restaurant.Sad really - KFC tastes so good!

Bought a family takeaway, the chips were stale and , the three of us that are the hot wings had severe tummy upsets about four hours later.I'll never be back

Visit often and the food is always hot and tasty. The service is fast friendly and efficient especially when the older ladies are on duty(sorry no insult only compliment meant). The tables are mostly clean and cleared. Worth a visit for good KFC

Fast and polite service piping hot food well presented and delicious flavours. One of the best KFC I have visited on my travels . Toilets spotlessly clean and tables in restaurant clean too

When I'm up the area I always go this KFC it is the best the food is always hot you don't wait long staff are good

We used deliveroo for lunch yesterday and we're very pleased to see KFC on the list. The food was with us in just under 30 minutes and other than the chips being a bit cool the food was really good.

A typical KFC is a great location for Cheshire oaks, service ok with the usual menu selection, quick service and seemed quite clean

Its a quick tasty fix of chicken which we all loved since childhood, nothing has changed except its closer to home.

Went through the drive thru today and their service was awful! They threw my receipt away without even asking if I wanted it, then when I parked up and went in to the store as they had forgot my gravy and to ask for my receipt, I had to ask them 3 times before anyone did anything! They then couldn't find it so had to ask me my meal again, then when I went back to my car to eat my meal the burger I ordered was complete wrong, the "tower burger" which consists of chicken fillet hash brown and cheese.. I was given dry chicken on a bun! I then had to go back into the store for the second time to resolve that problem and even the staff laughed at the state of the burger! SHOCKING

This is a really good KFC serving KFC chicken as it should be. Located on the approaches of the Cheshire Oaks shopping village it is easy to locate and you can park right outside the restaurant

Always fresh always hot fast service drive through can be a little busy not much more to say but I have to use one hundred characters

I eat here regularly part of the fixtures i suppose lol,never had a problem with my meals and the staff are very prompt and friendly,keep up the good work

i visited this kfc last wednesday at 9.30pm and i was informed they had no fried chicken .dirty looking place too and very expensive too .not going there again .

Dirty, nasty and horrible. Place was terrible. Food was cold and the staff were totally disinterested. I always vow never to return but my wife likes KFC - and the only other two KFC are in Rock Ferry in Birkenhead and in Laird St - also in Birkenhead!!

Called here for a quick lunch break, was about 6-7 people in front of me in que with one lady serving and one filling orders. Got served quickly though. Food was fresh and lovely and hot. Down sides was tge amount of tablets which has rubbish left on them and over flowing bins inside and in carpark. A member of staff was slowly clearing tables but seemed more happy to talk to bunch of girls (then emtpying rubnish into already full bins). Lady who served me (sandra) was lovely but clearly needed more support

Excellent service, quickest fast food restaurant I have visited. The assistant was giving me my change and my food was ready, food was pipeing hot. Only downfall, no wet wipes!

Me and my family had been out for the day on the Cheshire Oaks when we decided to go to Kfc for a meal, when we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who smiled and said 'hello' we then took a moment to decide on what to eat before placing our order. The young man who served was very warm friendly and attentive, after we couldn't work out what would be the best value for money the member of staff who I recall his name as being Ant was very helpful and gave us some friendly and excellent advice on which was the best way of buying what we wanted. The food we got was outstanding, neatly presented on the tray and delivered with an amazing and very friendly and quick service. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits the Cheshire Oaks as it is a very friendly and nice place to go with a very friendly member of staff ANT remember this name as you won't forget the amazing and outstanding job he delivers so well, others should take some tips from him as he is THE BEST

Went for a meal after going to the cinema. Waited in a queue with only one person in front for 20 minutes. Didn't actually get served by the poorly mannered waiter. Asked for a boneless bucket and his reply was "I'm not sure if we're putting any more chicken on as we close at half ten." The time was 10. Apparently KFC don't cook chicken for the last half an hour. Poor service. Waste of time. There are plenty of other restaurants at Cheshire oaks, all better than this dump. Everyone should avoid this KFC.

Staff at the drive through on the 6th April where very friendly. Nicest service I have ever got ! Me and my husband both commented on how nice they where at both windows.

We visited this kfc whilst staying with friends nearby, the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, we were served by Joe who was informative about the menu offering an alternative meal, the restaurant and toilets were very clean, our meals were fantastic. I wish this restaurant could be transported to Lincoln with the staff, happy days

Went at 7pm sat evening to drive in kiosk. Queue was seven cars long, no problem we thought. While waiting we couldn't miss the two huge waste bins right beside the queue, one with the lid open in the stiflingly hot weather. Next a male member of staff came out of the restaurant with a bag of rubbish which he threw into the open bin beside us. His uniform was filthy with flour and food stains, his hair was long onto his collar and was greasy and untidy with no covering. He then proceeded to smoke a cigarette in full view of the waiting customers in the cars. The back of the restaurant had a long paper towel thrown on the ground and was littered. We eventually got to the desk only to be told there was a 15 minute wait for chicken but we could have other breaded combinations if we wanted! Having already waited that time in the queue we chose our meals. What a disappointment!! Mine was called "a banquet for one!!" we drove home to eat as the carpark was full. My meal was luke warm and had clearly been cooked a while previously. Soggy chips and warm dried up chicken in breadcrumbs. Even the corn smelt awful. All I can say is there are plenty other eating places up the Oaks so avoid KFC!!

Myself, my daughter and four month old grandson thought we would give this a try as we had been to Cheshire Oaks. On stepping out of the car we should have known as there was rubbish everywhere. We went to the entrance and oh my god do they not employ anyone to keep this place clean, it was a disgrace, chips and rubbish everywhere. We took one step inside and my daughter refused to take the baby in as she said he may catch something as this was an absolute pig sty, well I shouldnt say that as pigs are probably cleaner. No tables had been wiped, sticky marks all over the place, food all over the floor. As my daughter pointed out, if front of house was like that what would it be like behind the scenes. Hence we left, would never return and never ever recommend this place to anyone.

I happen to like KFC :-) although on this occassion it was way below par.Have never been to the Cheshire Oaks KFC before but as a treat a little one, we tried it. The restaurant was in poor condition, latrge brown grease stains at the foot of our table etc, marked and greasey table top and a wobbly chair!However, the food was th main concern, my we ordered a variety meal with drinks, both were almost inedible. The famous KFC taste we missing, it was plain and cardboardy in texture, the chicken on one of my pieces smelt bad, but it was hot, so i feel was probably safe to eat, my next piece i bit into and a long stream of hot greasy fat oozed out from the side, gross.We gave up and asked for a take away bag and took it home for the dogs who loved it!I will go KFC again, i do honestly like them, but not at these premises.

First of all let me comment on the bad service! Attitude from the server and the person putting chicken in bucket. We asked for a couple of legs or thighs and got one in a box of six. The order was supposed to have 8 hot wings and had 5. When I went back in to tell them I was told nothing could be done as I should have checked before I left. Erm...maybe you should learn to count! Then, the drink bottle was slammed on the counter when I reminded her we'd paid for one.Poor Poor Poor

Busy but we soon got served and food arrived very quickly, tables where dirty but soon cleaned when we asked, great food best place to eat when you go to Cheshire oaks as there are very few places to eat

Visit here every now and then after going to the cinema in cheshire oaks. Its in a good location and the food is always tasty. Although the tables always seem to have trays and rubbish on them left by customers and the staff dont clean it up - they just stand around chatting!

I've never been to this type of establishment before - surprisingly impressed! Very clean and tidy, helpful staff - and tasty, fast food. Much better to drive over to this than get involved in all the busy places on The Cheshire Oaks on a Sat, only over the road but so much easier to get served etc Will return

Dirty, small and unclean. The food was really, really bad. Don't know what more to say except... don't go there and if you do hope your inebriated enough not to remember the experience

This kfc is the one that we usually head for as in the past it has always been great service, great food and spotless. However when we visited on Easter Sunday,the service was ok, the food ok and the cleanliness was not very good at all. The food was usual run of the mill kfc, nothing spectacular, we have the boneless feast which feeds a family of four easily. There seemed to be alot of rubbish on the floors and the tables needed a good wipedown. We never saw any of the staff come from behind the counter to tidy up, they were too busy talking in the kitchen. Very disappointing but will give the benefit of the the doubt on this occasion!
