The restaurant is disgusting, with food all over the floor and left over customers dinners still left on the tables. we had planned to eat in but thought better of it. Our food though was perfect and our order was correct.

My son asks to come here every two weeks for us to have a catch up and loves it. Staff are always friendly, service is quick, it's clean and there's always parking.

Couldn’t sort out an order while there and the manager Leanne sorted everything out, she was so helpful and friendly which doesn’t happen much these days in fast food restaurants. There was also a young guy working there (not sure what his name was though) that was really friendly and happy to help too. The restaurant looks so much cleaner these days too as in the past it did look untidy. So big thumbs up to Leanne and the young guy, one of the staff there should take note of there friendly and helpful manner and also learn to smile. Thanks Leanne

When collecting my food at the drive through they had run out of flavour for the milkshake. I was given the milkshake without even a sorry. It wasnt drinkable and went straight in the bin. The double whopper meat was cold and like pieces of leather. It had obviously been sat around for some time... Straight in the bin. Very disappointed.

Is it really that difficult to read an order on a screen/receipt and send it out correctly??!! Sick to death of the total incompetence of the mongoloids who work here! I know you don’t need a degree to work in a fast food joint but my goodness, it’s not rocket science is it?! Read order on screen, send food out correct, including sauces as well!!! Imbeciles!

As i don't usually use this type of eatery i found ordering a bit complicated, but the young lady at the counter was very helpful and patient. My Whopper and Fries were freshly made, hot and tasty although a few more fries would have been nice. The seating area was large and a drive through was available.

Ordered through Uber Discount not applied Food cold as delivery driver went to somewhere else first Food missing £10 worth Rang Uber told to contact Burger King 20 minutes later still no reply Visited restaurant this morning with receipt Different manager who listened to issues and apologised . He then fetched their phone to look at photos of orders sent. I understand the need to cover themselves but made to feel like a liar. Why would I bother 12 hours later if I was lying! Conveniently there was no photo of our order! Can’t do anything as has to be done through Uber. Would have settled for an apology and a discount voucher for next time! With so many other options available will never use this particular Burger King again.

Usually stop by after my sons swimming lessons and always get welcomed with a smile by Nyah. I don’t eat bread and she always remembers my order. It’s spot on every time!

Order an uber eats from Burger King, as usual items were missing. Why can't they get an order right? Contacted them and they offer a paltry refund. They are obviously doing a poor job and not even refunding you correctly when the order is incomplete. Rip off will not be ordering from them again.

It was my son's treat and he wanted Burger King. We haven't been there for a while and looked forward to it. The order was slow. Staff were polite enough but had no idea what was in any of the burgers when we asked. Music was blasting so we couldn't speak properly or hear our order when it was called. Food was very slow and when we finally sat down to eat it, the burger meat was soggy, tepid and grey whilst the bun was stale. We used to like a burger king but won't go near one after this. It's a shame.

Worst burger meal. Such a let down. Drive through experience was ok but the food was rank. The burger was soggy and tiny. The coffee was half full. Chips were ok. Those spicy ball things...what are they about? Revolting and fatty. Never again.

The chicken nuggets, chips, onion rings and milkshake were lovely. Nice atmosphere. Clean. Friendly staff.

A clean, tidy restaurant and plenty of parking available. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty, and the service was very pleasant and prompt.

Went through the drive thru and order a bacon king box and a double bacon and cheese xl, was charged £15.98, we was given a bacon and cheese xl and another one however with lettuce and gherkins, completely wrong to what we ordered, not only did they get our order wrong when we went back in to change it the assistant manager didn’t even apologise! Have us our new meal but then tried to short change us! We had to explain step by step to an ASSISTANT MANAGER how much change we needed, just as we left she then pointed out that we said the order wrong when she even stated exactly what we wanted when going through the drive thru, wasn’t apologetic at all, they don’t give receipts when going through the drive thru which we believe is a scam there doing adding on an extra £1 here and there! Check your orders and receipts when ordering here!

Went as daughter wanted to go 3 people 3 burgers £26 ...£26 !!!and the cashier said £28 no apology when i corrected her. Food was very dissapointing crikey the pictures are deceivng. No wonder we were the only ones in there on a Friday eve . Will not return !! only thing worth having was the shake !

We called at Burger King & the restaurant area was very clean, we got our order taken by Kieran, who is a credit to Burger King, polite & welcoming.We had 3 steakhouse meals & everything was perfect.I rarely write reviews of fast food outlets, but Burger King Mansfield, you deserve this review. We would call again if we are in the area.

Called here today with my stepdaughter.. Restaurant was spotless clean throughout including loos. We placed our order which was ready super quick..not been to a Burger King for a while and id forgotten how nice there food was. All piping hot and very tasty

Enjoyed a lovely tasty King Chicken Bacon bap with Fries, which are not salted already. This place has a large and inviting sitting in area close proximity to Mansfield Town and the retail outlets.

Went in here for a quick bite . Waited 20 minutes for our order and hadn't got anything. Asked for our money back and suddenly they bring out the order. Got out of the store and realised they missed the fries off of the order. Useless staff and terrible service.

This was literally the best fast food I’ve ever eaten! My husband and I were quite literally stunned! We only went through the drive through as both exhausted on our way home - 19:00 Thursday 1st Feb- whoever the guy on the drive through window was needs to be made a manager, or given a heafty bonus! This guy was not only friendly and polite but he was actually HELPFUL and we were both completely stunned.Quite frankly the best service at a fast food establishment that we have ever experienced.Now I’ve eaten many places, but never felt the need to review a crappy fast food somewhere, but as well as the guy being amazing (still stunned) the food seemed to have been made with real care not just slapped together and the fries were absolutely perfectly cooked and salted. So, Burger King- please give the guy working that shift some sort of customer service award because he either LOVES Burger King or LOVES giving great customer service, and that is as rare as they come!

Called in to get a quick bite to eat, never again I counted 6 tables with debris on them the entire time we were there nobody came to clear them! I ordered a double whopper grease dripping from it like a tap so much so the bun practically disintegrated in my hand I didn't bother complaining cos I wasn't sure which staff member had the restaurant brain cell that day!!!! A few minutes away is a McDonalds that is rammed all the time no surprise really if this is the standard of competition. This particular restaurant is letting the Burger King brand down on every possible level. Poor

Just been in to this place and ordered a Chicken Royale meal but said I didn’t want a drink- so the server said he would give me extra chips which was a nice gesture. He said go to a table and he would let me know when ready. I went to a table that had sticky drink on the surface in addition to plenty of salt. One minute later the same server called out my meal so I went to collect it - it had a cola drink, no extra chips and a coldish chicken royale wrapped up in paper.

Rubbish service: took forever to get 'fast food' then when I checked th bag half my order was missing. No apology, had to queue again and then half the fries were tipped on the floor before being deposited in the bag. Give it a miss!

Our grandchildren like this place, slightly out of town and never busy. Typical Burger King restaurant, but you always have to wait for food to be cooked - not a bad thing.

Went with my 11 year old (his choice ). It was a Friday evening and they had one person serving so there was a long queue.

Food presentation is woeful, service unbelievably slow and last 3 orders were incorrectly filled. Staff really need training

The food is no problem and their chips are really good and the grandkids always eat every bit and love the ice cream ,the problem is the service and cleanliness .The staff are friendly but seem to be on slow time and far too laid back and the tables need wiping and sweeping regularly .We have been three times over the school Holliday and everytime the standard of cleanliness has been below par,chips on the floor and leftovers on the table for the duration of our meal

I do like Burger King but I do wish that they could for once get the order right, we do go here quite often as I prefer it to the main competitor (better chips) but sometimes there can be two or three things wrong with the order, always rectified immediately admittedly but it can be quite annoying. But that said, a fine fast food venue with a good selection of burgers and did I mention better chips than you know who...

we went to your store in 1 exchange walk on saturday 28th of jan. the service was slow, did not really know what the other staff were doing. i asked for a chicken nuggett happy meal for a child and was given chicken fillets, i had to ask for my black coffee threee times, would not go to that one again

of all fast food outlets around Mansfield BK and Subway are the better Mush prefer burgers from BK a little dearer than Mc but well worth paying if you want a quick bite

Called in for a mid shopping lunch with my husband on Monday 28 November.The restaurant had zero customers and two male servers. After standing at the counter for 15 mins whilst the two young males completely ignored us,dealing with a Drive through order. Passed by us several times without even a glance in our direction.Suffice to say we walked out in disgust, and went elsewhere for lunch. Not only did they lose a lunch time order, but we will never return again. Absolutely the rudest place we have ever had the misfortune to visit.

I regret even giving this place 1 star to be honest. Me and my cousin visited for ease on the way home today. Big mistake. Our order was a burger, drink and two ice creams... Very simple! We went through the drive through. This we do by choice as past experiences show they take priority over the drive through (partly understandable) rather than serving customers inside. We were left waiting 45 minutes once... We arrived at the speaker to be partially greeted by a member of staff who sounded like they've much rather be anywhere else but there. We then drove round to pay in which the person who the voice belonged to appeared. She half heartedly told us the price and that its on its way. No thank you's no welcome to Burger King nothing. Awful. We were then given the burger and drink without a straw. We tried asking but no one showed an interest. We then watched three people stand around the ice cream machine and struggle to work it (to be fair on them I think it may have malfunctioned) we then heard the member of staff serving us tell a young lad 'tell them to drive round we'll bring them out' she couldn't even be bothered to tell us herself ! ( she was in a white uniform, different to the rest... so possibly a manager? ) We then drove round and parked up. I dug into the burger which was edible but nothing spectacular! We were left waiting 15 minutes plus ... We considered the possibility that the machine was taking time to fix but then questioned if we had been forgotten...Guess what we had... I enquired at the desk this time with the young lad... He had no idea what I was taking about... And he's looked at me with the blankets face possible and reluctantly went to get them... Not even the 'manager' had remembered.... I got them eventually... It was the simplest order and not the worst thing in the world to happen but this is not the first time this service has been awful... Absolutely rubbish service!! No wonder it's dead inside all the time!! I've never worked in fast food but do work in customer service and know for a fact that the way these staff members greet and interact with customers is extremely poor customer service and they should be ashamed of themselves !

Rarely busy in here, so maybe people vote with their feet. The service is slow, felt like we had aged 15 years waiting for it to come out and when it did it was cold and mediocre at best.We went in for breakfast; fascinated with the various offerings available when compared with the M establishment.Soggy croissants and hash browns and flat fizzy drinks.Very underwhelming for the £13 paid.

This place is always dirty, miserable looking staff and soggy unedible food. The lack of customer service is expected due to young grubby looking staff who just dont care. Will no longer bother

I occasionally have a desire for a fast food burger. My preference is for Burger King rather than McDonalds. The problem arises from this particular outlet. Everything seems to be off kilter. The two occasions when I have visited there were very few people waiting to be served. However, it took a long time to be served and to receive my order.When it did come the food was abysmal. It is what it is, I do not expect a gourmet experience. Something edible would be a good start.This is fast food, not rocket science. If you struggle to assemble such a simple meal then there must be an understanding issue at some level.

Every single time I have visited this Burger king they do not have milkshakes. I know it's only a small thing but it looks to me like they have just closed the machine down early or not even had it on at all that day. I don't think I've actually every had one there as they're never available. Dont advertise something you don't ever serve! It's just annoying.

Went to the drive through last night to order 5 meals. Was asked to wait in the car park near the front doors and they would bring the order to me. The girl brought the order and straight away I noticed there were only four drinks. I then decided I'd better check the rest of the order and found one complete meal missing but when checking the receipt I had been charged for it. Never asked if we wanted any sauces, even though the chicken fingers were supposed to come with a sauce. Went into the restaurant to get some but there weren't even any out. Then to cap it all the kids starting eating their meals and they were cold. The best thing about it was the pina colada smoothie. We won't be returning. MacDonalds here we come - the food is always hot and never had anything missing from an order!

Flame grilled makes for a tastier meal. Having said that kids prefer the other one but, I often thing that is for the toy/ballon or whatever.

Our grandchildren always enjoy the fast food at this chain. The Mansfield B K is usually uncrowded and more peaceful than other local fast food outlets.

The burgers here are ok. They are typical Burger King brushes, nothing make and nothing less. The staff are friendly enough and cope well under pressure most of the time. The best time to go is lunch time as there is plenty of staff and you are sure not to wait a while. I once made the mistake of going for tea. The staff were less experienced (one was even a child who looked no more than 15) and the food is not as hot. It also took a while for us to get our food and nothing seemed to be fresh, we were given leftovers of the lunch time rush. The ice cream is not as good as mcdonalds. Here it is rather sweet and not as creamy. I would go back to this Burger King but not very often.

The front counter guys were brilliant at taking our order but after that I just wanted to leave.It took 15 minutes to get two burgers. They were not the usual BK standard.I will not visit this one again.

Never tried the BK breakfast but was very disappointed. Reheated (microwaved) cheap food served by staff who don't seem to be cared for by the company.One to definitely avoid, and to make the obvious comparison, McDonalds wins hands down.

The usual type of burger king food. Good for a quick snack when there's not much time. However I wouldn't choose to go to mansfield burger king because they never have enough staff on, even when it's busy.

Visited for a quick meal ordered the rodeo meal.. It was precooked and left in the hot plate .. It was disgusting.. Dry bun and plastic meat! I will never ever go here again

Placed a simple order of two meals and they could not even get that right, there is a reason why no body was eating in and no cars doing the drive in other than my partner and i. The member of staff was extremely rude and obviously did bot want to be there. We got home and the rodeo burger had no onion rings, this is not the first time they have got our order wrong as i have been before and by the time i had gotten home to find that there was no fries with my meals that i had payed for it will be a waste of my time driving back to complain. So this time i went back with my order and they replaced my meal but not my partners meals that we orded togther so we couls eat togther. Means one of us had a cold mean and the time i wasted over this was unreal i will never return to burger king mansfield.My sister is a vegetarian and found meat on the bun of her burger last as the surfaces had not been cleaned or they use the same chopping bord. Dont wate your time and money is my advice.

We took our grandchildren here for an after cinema meal. Food came quickly and was enjoyable. We also enjoyed our brownies and ice cream. Staff were very helpful.

went tonight as it was my 7 year old girls birthday.ordred the meal got to the table to find our chips where cold,took them back and they said they would change them.then we opened the burgers to find they wernt what we had orded so took them back as well.then the chips turned up but still no burgers,so we ended eating the chips.by the time our burgers had come,16 mins later [I timed them] the kids had finished there meal and wanted to go home.so not a good night.the staff changed the food with no argument but didn't seam very bothered about our situation.the food was nice when we did get it.

Decent place, I think they are better than Mcd's by a mile, worth paying the extra for. Obviously it's a chain, you know what to expect, staff are friendly and helpful, I actually tried their breakfast option the last time I went, not bad at all - why don't BK make more of this, all the running is with Mc Crap. Come on BK, Get on the Beam!! Give them a run for the money!! Think Business! Market Share! This is a good if predictable outlet, good parking. Recommended.
